Abstract
Coin recognition system is a very important role in currency processing systems, which is aims to minimize human miscalculation and time to calculate coin values. Coin identifier and recognition to calculate the value of Indonesian coins based on android developer presented in this paper. There are two coin parameters used for coin recognition including radius and color of the coins. Circle Hough Transform (CHT) is used to calculate radius parameters, based on android developer and computer vision. After the radius value is obtained, the average RGB value of the coins is detected to determine the color parameters. By calculating the diameter and knowing the color, the coins can be recognized and the total value of the coins in the input image can be known. The experimental results show that the system has been obtained indicate that the system successfully recognizes coins based on determined algorithm. That is mean the application using computer vision can recognition coin and count the value of coins.

Abstract
Diabetes is a chronic disease caused by unhealthy habits and lifestyle. Diabetes is characterized by increasing blood sugar levels in the body. Someone who has a blood sugar level slightly above normal can-t be said as a person with diabetes, such conditions are called prediabetes. Classifying diabetes case accurately is an important thing because the occurence of complications and also can be obtained significant variables that affect changes in a persons blood sugar levels. One of the statistics methods which can analyze classification of disbetes case is using linear discriminant analysis. However, when no assumptions can be made about the distribution within each group, or when the distribution is assumed not to be multivariate normal, canonical discriminant analysis can be used to classification of diabetes. In this study we will compare the classification of diabetics using linear discriminant analysis and canonical discriminant analysis. From the results, it was found that the classification accuracy with canonical discriminant analysis was higher than linear discriminant analysis

Abstract
Batik is a traditional cloth made by painting motifs with Indonesian culture nuance on a plain cloth. It has always been used by the people, from their birth until marriage, even someone who died using batik cloth as a cover. Batik cloth made with philosophy and symbolic meaning. Every region in Indonesia has a characteristic according to the circumstances and character of the man himself. There are three ways to make batik, such as using stamps, handmade, printing. Every type of batik has different types of patterns, and there is a repetition of a pattern and a combination of several patterns. Based on the type of batik, handmade batik has the highest price, and printing batik has the lowest prices. For batik lovers, handmade batik would want to have, but not everyone knows how to characterize the stamps batik and often mistaken in the detection of the type of batik. Thus, only a few people can distinguish the differences between the three types of batik. It is difficult for ordinary people to recognize a batik pattern. The purpose of this research is to create a prototype system that can detect the patterns of batik motifs created by handmade or stamps. Cosine similarity is used in this research to recognize the pattern and classified handmade or stamps batik.

Abstract
Language is an element of culture in every nation. The contributions to maintaining this element are to be a good and consistent speaker in daily conversations. Along with the history of the Sundanese tradition, language has an important role to show the existence of Sundanese culture, especially in Banten and West Java. Today, the use of Sundanese language become less frequent due to a competition of regional languages with national languages even with foreign languages. This issue becomes popular in the last decade due to the death of a language issue. The existence of Sundanese language will reflect the strength of the mother tongue uses that becomes characteristic of a region culture, especially for Sundanese language. The objectives of this study are: (1) to classify the Sundanese and not Sundanese language that usually used in social media; (2) to analyze the sentiment of the vocabulary that used in Sundanese language. Classification process takes several types of words from Sundanese vocabulary which divided into three levels: Loma (Ribaldry level), Hormat ka sorangan (Standard level), and Hormat ka batur (Polite level). This process will evaluate the existence of Sundanese language used by users in social media. In this research, the data was taken randomly from Twitter users based on their area, especially in Banten and West Java Provinces.

Abstract
This field X well production has indeed occurred in the sand and this well has been carried out with waterflooding with injection water that is currently available. In this study of sand problems it is intended to find out the cause of the problem of sandiness in terms of laboratory analysis of formation rock samples and injection fluid. Laboratory analysis consists of fluid characterization, rock characterization that is specifically assigned to rock minerals (SEM and XRD), and fluid injection compatibility tests with rocks, then a sand retention test is performed. After the addition of clay stabilizer in injection water, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C have increased apparent permeability to reach an interval of 500% -1000% mD. The use of Zetpass cannot be used in zone A because there is a lot of clay and the grain is very fine, but it can be used in zones B and C. Fluid interactions with rock minerals and chemical interactions will reduce the cementation of rocks so that they can trigger the occurrence of sand. Clay stabilizer is important to note in wells that have done waterflooding. ZetPas solution is able to become sand control but has limitations.

Abstract
A cylinder milling has been modified by adding a heating controller for coating TIO2 photocatalyst on the surface of polymer at constant temperature. By testing the polystyrene, polypropylene, and linear-low-density polyethylene polymer density before and after coating, it is obtained that polypropylene polymer is suitable for polymer-coated TIO2 because the surface is transparent and can remain floating on the surface of water although it has been coated with TIO2 catalyst. Coating process of TIO2 nanoparticles on the surface of the polypropylene is performed through three stages, that is stirring while heating in the cylinder milling, washing, and drying. The coating temperature is 1100C for 90 minutes. Photocatalytic activity was observed by testing the photodegradation of methylene blue dissolved in water using a container with a surface area 750 cm2 and illuminated by sunlight for 12 days. The experiment was done at 6 containers with similar volume and area and variable amount of catalyst, which is without catalyst (0 g) to 5 layer of catalyst (550 g). From the colour, turbidity, and UV-Vis characterization, the methylene blue decomposition effectively occurred with amount of 220 g catalyst (2layer of catalyst).

Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop ways to teach heat transfer lessons to slow learner students. The study used a single-subject research approach with A-B design (baseline and intervention) in inclusive school in Banjarmasin. The subject of this study consisted of three slow learner students. Teaching demonstration methods with collaboration between special teachers and regular teachers are given as independent variables. The results of the study revealed that subjects that require cognitive understanding can be taught to slow learner students. However, the success achieved cannot be separated from collaboration between regular teachers and special teachers. Special teachers play a role in conveying instructions to be simple and concrete. A quiet learning atmosphere in the absence of other audio visual stimuli, besides experimental media that are taught, can make slow learner students more focused. The repetition factor of subject matter by special teachers during learning activities is very helpful because the characteristics of the slow learner are more likely to be short-term memories.

Abstract
The aims of this study to find out how to teach the magnetic field materials to students with deaf and hard of hearing (DHH). The study used a single subject research approach with A-B design (baseline and intervention) in inclusive school in Banjarmasin. The subject of this study consisted of three students with DHH. The results of the study revealed that the magnetic field materials can be mastered by students with DHH. This success is due to the division of tasks or collaboration between special teachers and regular teachers. When the regular teacher explains with media, special teacher plays a role in translating to Sign Language. Not all instructions are translated but only instructions that difficult to understand because basically students with DHH can understand from writing and read the regular teachers-s lips movement. Another factor that shapes understanding of students with DHH are the students seating position. In appropriate position, students with DHH can see regular teacher-s face clearly and help them to read regular teachers-s lips movement. Essentially, students with DHH use their visual abilities to learn.

Abstract
Cryptography in various communications both online and offline is very necessary and generally cryptography is used to secure data in the form of text while non-text data requires special algorithms. Base64 is an encoding algorithm that can convert non-text data into binary data so that the data can be secured with cryptographic algorithms such as the GOST algorithm. The combination of the BASE64 and GOST algorithms is expected to be able to secure all types of data that exist and have the ease of returning to their original form without damaging the original data, besides this combination will increase data security because the combination of these two algorithms produces ciphertext that is difficult to know if the process is done cryptanalyst by third parties. The results of the combination of Base64 and GOST algorithms are expected to be able to deliver dynamic security contributions to various existing data objects so that they can be used both online and offline.

Abstract
The 4.0 industrial revolution, on the one hand, will open opportunities for the domestic product market to compete internationally and vice versa. Business competition is so tight, the existence of free markets and advances in information technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, transportation, and communication are rapid, giving changes quick on the economy. The way to adapt to the outlook and the ability to project change in the environment and be able to determine the right strategy for this change is a must for organizations that are committed to survival as in Cooperatives in Indonesia. Regarding this problem, there are several e-readiness models that have been developed to test readiness or ability to provide platforms, comparisons, and estimates including TRAM (Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model) and several variables namely business content and institutional contexts that influence the model. The TRAM model is a combination of the TRI 2.0 (Technology Readiness Index 2.0) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) models. Each model developed has its own objectives intended to guide IT improvement efforts by providing benchmarks for the progress of comparison and evaluation, so it covers various aspects that can help organizations succeed in the readiness to implement IT.

Abstract
This study explained how to combine the technology readiness and success model of information systems (IS) in the context of exploring the factors that influence the readiness and success of IS implementation performance. As explained by many studies of IS, that most IS research models are developed by adopting, combining, and adapting previous studies. The researchers developed this model based on the input-process-output logic and processional and causal models of the IS success model. The developed model was structured in twelve variables and 42 indicators. The path influences between variables were presented by 28 links. Researchers broke down the model to the level of the assessment instrument in relation to the implementation of the research. However, the model development study may have limited in the used assumptions and understanding of the researchers, the study may contribute theoretically in terms of new model propositions. In addition, the development of the proposed model and the instrument for data collection may be a practical consideration point for further study.

Abstract
Researchers often use interpretative data analysis to test questionnaires by confirming the results of statistical analysis, but the researchers did not elaborate comprehensively how confirmation was made. Most use statistical analysis techniques only to test and assess questionnaires. In addition, interpretive confirmation is common for experienced researchers when conducting research, in contrast to novice researchers who have problems confirming the interpretive results of the questionnaire. This study explains how to combine statistical and interpretative analysis with testing the IT implementation questionnaire on HEI. The aim is to assess the questionnaire using statistics and interpret the results of statistical analysis. This finding can help researchers to test questionnaires; confirmation results can be a consideration and knowledge to revise the questionnaire.

Abstract
Weather forecast in an area is unpredictable. This is due to the fact that human factors cannot predict it. However, by presenting previous weather reports or data, science can be used as a reference to see weather forecast patterns . The weather forecast is by applying data mining using the algorithm Naive Bayes , K-nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and K-Means Clustering. Bayesian Classification is a statistical classification method that is useful for the process of determining the probability of a class membership. K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm is a classification algorithm based on the similarity between one data and another data. K-Means clustering is an unsupervised learning algorithm that, as the name hints, finds a fixed number (k) of clusters in a set of data. Data used in the last 3 years (starting 2014-2017) which is daily weather data from the website of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency. Abstract
In the calculation of coal resource estimation is generally done by a conventional and nonconventional method. This research uses a nonconventional method of Moving Windows Statistical (MWS) and Kriging, with 3 dimensions of calculation box area 100m x 100m, 200m x 200m, and 300m x 300m. which is processed using MWS and SGems software. The value to be gained is to compare the average yield of coal thickness with basic statistics, Inverse Distance Squared (IDS) and Kriging, and estimation of coal resources. By using MWS obtained an average value of coal thickness for area 100x100 equal to 6,40m, area 200x200 equal to 6,24m, and 300x300 equal to 6,03m. For the value of its ids in the area of 100x100 of 6.38m, 200x200 area of 6.16, and 300x300 of 5.94. As for the value of Kriging using Sgems with 100x100 area of 5.77m, 200x200 of 5.68m, and 300x300 area of 5.8m. For estimation of coal resource at area 100x100 equal to 943,480ton, area 200x200 equal to 526,460ton, and area 300x300 equal to 327,450 ton. In comparison, the average value of the average thickness by basic statistics, IDS¸, and Kriging on each area did not change significantly. But the value of the kriging method is the most accurate value because of the influence of spatial variation of data where one point with the other point influences each other.

Abstract
Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the population working in the agricultural sector continued to decline from 39.22 million in 2013 to 38.97 million in 2014, the number dropped back to 37.75 million in 2015. According to the MIT G-Lab Team (global entrepreneurship program) concludes five factors that make it difficult to raise agricultural productivity to compete in the domestic market, namely the low education of farmers in dealing with pests, the difficulty of access to finance for rural areas, lack of skills, lack of access to information and lack of application of agricultural technology. Chili plants are plants that are very susceptible to pests so BPS noted a decrease in chili production reaching 25%. Information about chili pests is collected so that it becomes a database that can be used to identify disease pests using the data mining method. The use of data mining algorithms is expected to help in the identification of pests and diseases in chili plants. In this study comparing the performance classification techniques of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and C4.5 algorithms. The attributes used consist of Leaves, Stems, and Fruits. By using each training data and testing data as many as 30 data. The results of the study were conducted, based on the accuracy of SVM, which was 82.33% and C4.5 89.29 %%. The final result of this study was that the accuracy of the C4.5 method was better.

Abstract
TJS reservoir is a gas reservoir located in the area of West Java. TJS reservoir has been producing since September 1999 until now, with a total production of 37115,774 MMscf. Based on the research, the TJS reservoir is dry gas reservoir reservoir with thrust in the form of a depletion drive. The purpose of calculating and evaluating of the ga initial in place of the TJS reservoir is to see the compatibility between empirical calculations and simulator calculations. This research method uses correlation data in the form of petrophysical data, PVT data, production history data and historical data on reservoir pressure. Determination of reservoir type is based on PVT data in the field using IPM PVTP software to analyze the type of reservoir. This software requires data on composition of natural gas composition, reservoir pressure and temperature. Determination of the Gas Initial In lace (GIIP) in the TJS reservoir using the material balance method based on analysis of pressure and production data, plots between P / Z to Gp. The results of the calculation of the initial TJS reservoir gas content using the material balance method obtained the initial gas content value of 50063.59 MMscf and based on the MBAL software analysis, the initial gas content value was 50661.3 MMscf. In this study, the determination of the amount of initial gas content (GIIP) in the TJS reservoir with the material balance method and analysis of the MBAL software has obtained the appropriate results.

Abstract
Making lecture schedules is a complicated matter because it involves many parties and resources. There are several aspects that must be considered in making the lecture schedule, such as: at one time a lecturer may only teach in 1 class, students may not be scheduled to study in 2 different subjects at the same time, the availability of teaching time for non-permanent lecturers, limitations room, and the weight of teaching time based on the credit. In order to arrange the schedule optimally, a method is needed that can produce the best optimization value. In this paper, we will discuss the comparison of Genetic Algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization to design lecture schedules. The results showed that in the 25th iteration the Genetic algorithm succeeded in compiling a lecture schedule with the best fitness value of 0.021 and 9.36 second execution time compared to the PSO algorithm which produced a fitness value of 0.099 and execution time of 61.95 seconds in the same iteration.
