Abstract
The impressed current cathodic protection is one of the effort to prevent a metal from corrosion by supplying electricity to metal objects. However, the protection system that supplies electricity must always be monitored so that the electricity intake to the metal object is sufficient to protect it from the corrosion. The way how to monitor the electricity intake to the metal is to read the current intaking on the metal. To read the electric current more easly is to use an application software. This research talk about the application design to display the electric current intaking on the metal through the computer screen. In order to read the electric current directly, the Advantect Data Acquisition Modul (ADAM) devices are used. The results show that the appliation is able to display the value of protection current for iron plate steel with size 30x10 cm are between 0.15 A to 0.18 A while for iron plate with a size of 30x13 cm are between 0.20 to 0.24 A. These values also avoid the over protection.

Abstract
Pressure Build-Up Analyses on a heavy oil well would give an inconclusive result on pressure derivative curves. Some kind of Thermal Injection should be performed prior to implementing the operation of Pressure Build Up test, where the heat will lower the heavy oil reservoir fluid. Sensitivity of several parameters namely viscosity, permeability, porosity, and shut-in time were used in designing Pressure Build Up test. The model also has an outer boundary. This sensitivity would give various reservoir reach of the test or radius of investigation. The sensitivity test showed that viscosity influences more on radius investigation as compared to permeability, porosity, and shut-in time. Since the Pressure Build Up test must reach radial flow period before pressure transient arrives at the nearest boundary, the test scenarios with viscosity range from 5.602 to 24.796 cp were suitable for the well. Furthermore, the study was continued to correlate radius of investigation as a function of the parameters mentioned above. A constant value of the correlation obtained from this study was 1197.

Abstract
Although franchise considered as a business system that has many features, that does not mean this business concept does not have weaknesses. Indeed, its been hundreds of years the format of this business is running. Even today the franchise business is getting its place as a proven business format and successfully delivering thousands of business brands across various continents and times. If the franchisor is less selective in choosing a franchisee, they may damage the franchisors image and business brand as a whole. The reason is if one franchisee does not comply with the operational standards provided by the franchisor then results in customer disappointment, it is not impossible that this customer will perceive all other outlets as bad. Using an innovation assimilation strategy framework, this paper describes how franchise organization used its implementation of a Smart Dashboard System to improve performance, allows franchisors to keep a handle on their franchise accounts and put it on a path towards digital leadership.

Abstract
Database design can be done using a relational approach. In this type of relational database, there is a clear description of the relationship between a table and another table that can do; this relationship described as a solid line that connects one field name to one table, with one name field in the other table. This situation will produce an integrated and accurate database design. Managing student data manually, for various information needs on different management lines both horizontally and vertically, will cause several problems. These problems are related to accuracy and response time. It is because each identified file is independent so that when a search for records or data is made difficult and the data accuracy not maintained because of data redundancy. Based on the conditions above, in this study, a database of student data management will be conducted using the relational approach. From the resulting menu system and the interface shown, concluded that the database design of student data management using the relational approach has been able to accommodate data and information needs relevant to business processes that occur within the student data management system.

Abstract
Myoglobin is an intracellular protein which has a vital role in maintaining oxygen hemostasis within living tissue. This protein has the ability to bind and send oxygen to mitochondrial membrane to enable transduction of energy. The liver is the biggest organ in the bodyand has complex functions. Based on the complex functions, liver needs quite a big amount of oxygen, so the metabolism process can be performed well. This study aims to detect mRNA expression in the liver of rats (Rattus novergicus) in normoxia. The study was conducted at the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Biology Major of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, UNJ. This study utilized quasi-experiment method. The study results show that myoglobin mRNA is expressed in the liver of rats (Rattus novergicus) in normoxia on 114 pb. This result can create a new paradigm towards myoglobin gene that this gene might be a constitutive gene. This information can be the basis that living tissues have strategies for mechanism of adaptation towards low oxygen environment by increasing the expression of myoglobin in the tissue.

Sleep is one of the primary needs of the basic requirement for human survival. Sleep disorders can cause some effect in humans. It is estimated that 60-80% of workers with shift work system have impaired sleep quality. This results in a decrease in work productivity and an increase in the occurence of accidents. This study aims to determine the determinants of sleep quality disorders nurses in Tabanan General Hospital. This study used cross sectional analytical observational method by conducting questionnaire based interview. The study population was nurses in Tabanan General Hospital with sampling using consecutive sampling technique with samples of 94 people. The results of this study found that factors that have a statistically significant relationship with the quality of sleep is married / have a marital status (PR = 5,53, IK 95%: 1,50-20,39, p <0,05), nurses with tollders (PR = 3,88, IK 95%: 1,28-11,71, p < 0,05) and work system shift (PR = 19,46, IK 95%: 2,48-152,69, p < 0,05). While the factors that have not statistically significant relationship were sleeping environment (PR = 2,06, IK 95%: 0,72-5,91, p=0,17) and coffee consumption in high quantities (PR = 1,41, IK 95% : 0,53-3,73, p=0,48). Based on the result of research, it is found that marital status, toddler ownership and work system are the determinants of nursing sleep quality disorder in Tabanan General Hospital.

Abstract
In order to improve and increase oil recovery by EOR CO2 injection, CO2 MMP is an important key parameter whereas the CO2 injection must be conducted at or above MMP. The aim of this study is to determined CO2 MMP by using one-dimensional CMG simulation model and proposed the CO2MMP correlations. on L reservoir. To be able to make an accurate simulation model and to choose the best correlation , it is necessary to validation by comparing the obtained CO2 MMP with experiments in the laboratory on 8 type oil from various field. The result showed that Zhang-s correlation is the best correlation which have -6.9% average percentage of errors while using the CMG simulation model shows the average percentage errors approximately -6.5 %. Using Zhang-s correlation we calculated that CO2 MMP on L reservoir about 3388 psia and from CMG simulation we have obtained CO2 MMP equal as 3428 psia.

Abstract
CO2 Injection is one of Enhanced Oil Recovery methods that developed to contribute to decrease global warming issues and to improve oil recovery. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of increasing CO2 volume injection on reservoir characteristic fluid. This research was conducted by laboratory experiment. Samples used to analyse were come from Beta field in Tuban Formation. This research was conducted into three steps, there were determination of Minimum Miscible Pressure of CO2, determination of PVT fluid composition, and determination of CO2 injection to fluid characteristic that include viscosity and swelling oil. From the experimental, yield the minimum miscible pressure of CO2 injection for Beta field is 2800 Psig. By increasing 10% volume CO2 injection, oil recovery was increased due to increase CO2 solubility. The swelling effect due to dissolved CO2 also led to changes in viscosity for Beta field is 0.588 to 0.541 cp. In addition, percentage of CO2 composition increase 30% from the original since CO2 injection due to solubility CO2 into hydrocarbon fluid. This research can be concluded that by increasing of volume CO2 injection into miscible displacement can affect in changes of fluid characteristic reservoir and improve oil recovery.

Abstract
Strategic distribution locations and optimal distribution routes are important concerns of a company to minimize distribution costs. The shorter the distribution route, the lower the cost of distribution. Animal feed companies have difficulty in reducing distribution costs. Therefore, research is conducted to determine the exact location of the distribution center so that the distribution route is optimal. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal distribution center location to reduce distribution costs. In determining the proposed distribution center location, Gravity Location Model is used. The research results are the new coordinates as the proposed distribution center location, namely (98.888504; 3.419406) and the total distribution cost of initial distribution center location is Rp 7.135.828, while the total distribution cost of proposed distribution center location is Rp.6.965.143. The results obtained show that the total distribution costs can be reduced by 2.39% per day.

Abstract
In this study, we discussed the control of multivariate dispersion statistics for a single sample size. The control chart was developed from a multivariate control chart exponentially weighted mean square (MEWMS) with total variance (TV) as the multivariate dispersion size used. Although the MEWMS control chart has more advantages than MEWMA and MCUSUM control charts, it has limitations because it only applies to p = 3 variables. Therefore, the main focus in this study is to determine the L value as a determinant of the MEWMS control boundary width for the variable p = 4 through the simulation method. Based on historical data on controlling the wing component products of Airbus aircraft through simulations with vector mean parameters and covariance matrices, MEWMS Control Chart is quick in detecting changes in variance, while in detecting the average changes is very slow.

Abstract
The research grant is carried out with a quality assurance cycle that involves the research group to produce the research outcomes such as publication, books, or other intellectual property. However, there are problems regarding the distribution of honorariums from the rest of the budget so that they are fair according to the contributions of each researcher. Therefore, this study established the algorithm to produce the fairness index of honorarium distribution based on the researchers contribution. The index was built on the input which is a manifestation of research quality assurance cycle and implemented in pseudocode and flowchart. A simulation of three conditions that showed different contributions from each researcher was carried out with accurate results.
