Abstract
Low cost and very simple activation method (KOH as activating agent) is used for the synthesis of activated carbon derived from the biomass manihot esculenta crantz (mocaf). The mocaf derived activated carbon as electrode material in supercapacitor and characterized by SEM for to analyse the morphology, Brunauer-Emmet-Teller to know the surface area and to measure the electrochemical performance characterized by Cyclic voltammetry, Galvanostatic charge-discharge and Electrochemical impendance spectroscopy. Electrochemical studies indicate that the mocaf delivers the maximum specific capacitance of (36 F/g) at scan rate (5 mV/s) in aqueous electrolyte (1 M LiPF6) for (2.0 V) operating voltage. The electrodes from mocaf exhibits good rate capability with an excellent charging/ discharging cycle stability in aqueous electrolyte (1 M LiPF6) during 10.000 cycles. The results indicate that mocaf shows good electrochemical properties to be used for energy storage application.

Abstract
This paper presents a mechanical design and electronic control for the angle of attack on the Vertical Axis Wind Turbine(VAWT) darrieus type with NACA0015 and 3 blades. This research was conducted to obtain high efficiency absorption power on various wind speed. The VAWT mechanical design is based on systematic calculations with a height of 150cm and a diameter of 120cm. NACA0015 airfoil with calculations in the NACA airfoil database obtained blade length of 15.892cm and width of 1.905cm. The electronic control on this system, Arduino mega controller, has input from an anemometer sensor, and rotary encoder sensor. While, the output is servo motors for 3 blade. A microprocessor control unit is programmed to control the adjustment of blade angle of attack. The angle of attack is defined by wind speed, angular speed of VAWT, and a defined TSR (Tip Speed Ratio). The angle of attack control method is PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) algorithm. By setting the TSR value constantly at 3.5-4, the angle of attack will be adapted even on any various wind speed. As a result, the maximum power absorption will be obtained on various wind speed. This system can increase power efficiency of VAWT up to 35-40%.

Abstract
Black-winged myna (Acridotheres melanopterus) is an endemic species from Indonesia. Nowadays, the bird can be found only in Java and Bali islands, and it is important to make sure that the breeding centre is effectively breeding the bird to help the decreasing population wilderness. There is no difference between male and female based on the morphological characteristic. It can be a problem for the breeders to identify the sex when they have to pair the bird. The aim of this research is to identify the differences between male and female black-winged myna based on morphometric characteristic. There are weight, length, width, circumference, and the spread of the wings. The data is processed using principal component analysis (PCA) on the SPSS 20 program. The samples are 71 black-winged myna with minimum two years of age from breeding facilities in Java and Bali islands. Based on the research, morphometric characteristic that distinguishes male and female bird mostly is their wingspan and their weight. Morphometric characteristics of the female myna are smaller than the male. This result is essential for breeders to minimize the risk of pairing the same sex bird.

Abstract
We have calculated the energy of static solitary wave solutions of the one-dimensional Gross-Pitaevskii equation with time-dependent parabolic trap, time dependent scattering wave length of s-wave, and time-dependent external potential describing gain or loss term. Some written solutions of the equation were proposed by Atre et al. [Phys. Rev. E 73 (2006) 056611] which two of them based on the experimental results presented by Strecker et al. [Nature (London) 417 (2002) 150]. The solutions satisfy the condition of solitary wave solution since they are localized over all space. By this argument, the energies are obtained by integrating the Hamiltonian density over all space formulated in the Classical Field Theory. To calculate the energies, we construct the appropriate Lagrangian density representing the equation by initially writing the ansatz Lagrangian density and substituting into Euler-Lagrange equation. We find that two of them have the same energies and the other one should be mathematically have the pure imaginary function describing gain-loss term in order to keep energy real.

Abstract
Study of hydrogen production from aqueous glycerol solution using RuO2-loaded LaNaTaO3 photocatalyst is reported in this paper. This research aims to investigate the influence of RuO2 co-catalyst and glycerol as a sacrificial reagent on photocatalytic process of hydrogen production. La-doped NaTaO3 was prepared via sol-gel route. The RuO2 was loaded onto the LaNaTaO3 surface by impregnation method. The sample were characterized by Scanning Electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The XRD spectrum shows that the La-NaTaO3 photocatalyst has high crystallinity. The SEM analysis indicates that the size of La-NaTaO3 photocatalyst is ranging from 100 to 250 nm without agglomeration and RuO2 as a co-catalyst is well loaded into the La-NaTaO3 surface. Loading RuO2 on La-NaTaO3 photocatalyst is proven to increase the rate of hydrogen production by 9.8 times with addition of glycerol as a sacrificial reagent. The highest hydrogen production activity was obtained at 0.3 wt.% ruthenium loading and increase significantly with increasing glycerol concentration. The role of co-catalyst RuO2 and glycerol as sacrificial reagent enhanced the performance of La-NaTaO3 photocatalyst by playing an active role in the separation efficiency of electrons and holes and the reaction of hydrogen formation.

Abstract
Key-based security is still the most widely used form of security today with a key distribution process between senders and receivers that is commonly perform and also it is a classic problem in cryptography where key must be share to other parties (sender or receiver) and its maybe known when third parties do sniffing process or man in the middle attack. Three-Pass Protocol is one solution that can be used to overcome the problem of key distribution, because the sender and receiver can encrypt and decrypt without need to exchange keys. Security in Three-Pass Protocol uses XOR logic so that the resulting ciphertext will be very easy to decrypt by those who are not responsible, to improve data security in the Three-Pass Protocol process which is use Caesar Cipher and Vigenere Cipher algorithms in the encryption and decryption process in the Pass Protocol scheme, and ciphertext encryption results are quite difficult to read and require a long time to decrypt them.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of epigenetic changes on differences in human behaviour. To support the research, researchers used the ex post facto method to 7 people from 7 provinces that varied their life experiences. The results show that epigenetic changes encourage neuron function so that human behaviour changes. Human behaviour is modified by epigenetic processes, namely the more experience in the past, human behaviour is more adaptive to lifes problems. This is due to the response process of neuroendocrine in dealing with stress which makes individuals more able to reduce stress by releasing the hormone corticosterone. In short, experience in dealing with problems makes people more mature in behaving

Abstract
Euchresta horsfieldii (Lesch.) Benn is one of the medicinal plants that grows in the highland forests of Bali. This plant is believed by the community as a powerful aphrodisiac. The study was begun with the collection of Euchresta horsfieldii (Lesch.) Leaf samples which will be extracted by maceration method. Three types of solvents were used in maceration namely aquades, 70% ethanol, and chloroform. Phytochemical screening includes testing of alkaloids, flavonoids, triterpenoids, steroids, phenolics, tannins, and saponins. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of crude extract of Euchresta horsfieldii (Lesch.) leaves as aphrodisiac on the mounting behavior of male mice. The test parameters in this study are phytochemical screening and mounting behavior which consists of introducing, climbing, and coitus. The research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatment groups and eight replications for eight days. The data obtained was analyzed through t test. Phytochemical screening results showed that 70% ethanol has the best ability to bind secondary metabolites in leaf samples, so that the extract with this solvent was tested in vivo on male mice. Based on observations on mounting behavior, it was shown that the crude extract of Euchresta horsfieldii leaves had no effect on the increase in frequency of mounting behavior of male mice in both the acute and chronic phases

Abstract
In drilling operation there are two important matters that must be considered, which are the pumps and drillingfluid rheologythat are influencing hydraulics drilling system. The major function of drilling fluid is to lift the drill cutting to the surface and still maintain the drilling hole to avoid an encounter.Evaluation of hydraulics drilling for bottom hole cleaningwill count theparameter successwhich influence in removal of cutting to the surface for bottom hole cleaning and optimization drilling calculation hydraulics. The velocity of drilling fluid in annular, the flow that is formed and the ability of bottom hole cleaning are highly influenced by specifications of mud pump as a resource power for mud to flowthat also will determine how the value of flow rate can be circulated.Mud rheology,PV, YP and MWwill influence the performance of mud to carry cutting on drilling operation. The success of the bottom hole cleaning of drilling wells evaluated based on the calculation of hydraulics drilling at every depth and inclination changes while also review the parameters of Cutting Transport Ratio (Ft), Cutting Concentration (Ca), Cutting Carrying Index (CCI), Particle Bed Index (PBI) andoptimizatio of hydraulics drilling system. Q optimum is very influential on the value of bit hydraulic horse power (BHHP) and surface horse power (HPS) that provide more optimized power to pump the mud withminimize the effect of pressure loss.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of feasibility of practical facilities and equipment in the Private Vocational Middle School Electrical Engineering Expertise Program in the East Jakarta environment. The research method used is the method of achievement (qualitative and quantitative) using the program gap evaluation model (Discrepancy Evaluation Model). The problem raised in this research is the extent to which the feasibility of space and equipment in the practice of electric power installation in private Vocational Schools in the East Jakarta region is seen from the Standards of Facilities and Infrastructure of Indonesian Vocational High School Permendikbud Number 34 of 2018. The research samples were 4 schools, determination Sample schools are conducted by proportional random sampling. The research was conducted in the 2017/2018 school year. The results showed that: (1) All (100%, N = 4) sample schools had a facility to install electricity in the form of instructional space and practice space in conditions worthy. (2) all (100%, N = 4) sample schools did not have a Basic Electrical Engineering laboratory. (3) When viewed from the standards of the Vocational Middle School practice equipment available in the basic installation practice room for Electric Power, in all (100%, N = 4) sample schools were inadequate. Conclusion This study shows that private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta already have practice principles. Electric power is in the form of instructor rooms and practicum rooms, but it is not supported by adequate practical equipment. The implication of this study is that private vocational schools in the East Jakarta environment need to meet the additional power plant installation equipment according to standard facilities according to Minister of Education and Culture number 34 of 2018.

Abstract
In the supervised machine learning framework sufficient labeled data are needed to achieve satisfying performance. In many domains, however, the labeled data are often expensive to obtain and requires laborious human effort. In this paper, we propose a query technique by introduce the expected log-likelihood as a criterion to minimize the training data in active machine learning framework. In this scenario, the expected log-likelihood is calculated for all unlabeled data points then an instant with highest value is chosen to be labeled. Some experiments were conducted to test the effectiveness of the method using the Gaussian mixture model classifiers with different number of kernels for each class. The method was applied on a training and test data set generated from the two normal distributions with the same proportion for each class. The result of the experiments using the proposed method show a significant reducing of the labeled data compared with the passive learning method. On the data set, the passive learning reached an error rate of 4.50% after 81 queries, meanwhile the same error was reached after 36 queries by the active learning technique or 1,25 times faster than passive learning.

Abstract
Gayo Lues is a regency in Aceh Province well known as a producing center for citronella, cymbopogon nardus. Today, the area of production reaches around 34,000 hectares managed by more than 2000 households. Until now, citronella oil was collected by the community through simple extraction technology and has not been able to improve the earnings of farmers. In this study, an experimental study of extraction of citronella essential oil has been carried out using a steam distillation system. The scope of this study is to optimize the extraction process of citronella essential oil using a steam distillation system. The process variables evaluated in this study comprise the extraction time and the nature of raw material (wet or dry). The results confirmed that there was a significant effect of extraction time proceeding the amount of oil produced whereas pressure and raw material requirements strongly influence oil quality. The results of this investigation could secure necessary information for the citronella farmers in Gayo Lues to develop better quality and value of the essential oil product.

Abstract
The tensile strength of rubber sap additive with different NaOH concentration was studied on the wood surfaces. The adhesives were cured at room temperature for different curing times (3, 6, and 12 hour) with NaOH concentrations of 0 wt%, 5 wt%, and 10 wt%. The results shown that the tensile strength of the adhesive joint increased when the NaOH concentrations and curing times is increasing. This evidence can be easily explained by investigating the water content in the adhesive. The highest tensile strength of 0.259 MPa occurred when the NaOH concentrations and curring time of 5 wt% and 12 hours, respectively. However, this value is remained low compare to synthetic adhesives. In addition, from images of adhesives after breaking of samples, the failure mode of the adhesive joint is dominated by adhesive failure.
