Game is one of the entertainment media that is rapidly growing and playing games is one way to fill your free time. Until now, there are so many types of games that already exist, in addition to that, there are also increasing features of builders and supporting innovations for a game. Games that have so far developed include the First-Person Shooter (FPS) game genre. Game builder features are always being improved so that they attract more attention and make players more comfortable playing, including developing Non-Player Character (NPC) features. NPC has an essential function in artificially the game world so it is more immersive, consisting of various kinds, one of which greatly adds to the challenges when playing, namely enemy characters. Besides, currently developing innovations supporting a game, especially for games on computers and mobile devices, one of which is a technology called virtual reality. Survival Maze is an FPS innovation designed based on the Virtual Reality of Android Devices. As with other virtual reality applications, this game will use a first-person perspective, plus there are enemy characters so that the game is more interesting and challenging for players. Enemy characters will be equipped with the Finite State Machine (FSM) method in making their behavior. Application testing is done by operating it on a different device and also through the questionnaire of respondents who have played similar games, namely the type of FPS or the type of maze before. Based on testing, this game application can display objects in a virtual reality display and there are no functional requirements that do not work for the basic features needed in this game application. Abstract. The use of generator sets or genset, both fueled by diesel and gasoline, has been widely used both as a main power plant and a backup power plant. If the generator is used in the field and as a primary source to support field operations, it must be ensured that the generator is in good condition. If the generator set is problematic when it is already in the field it will certainly greatly hamper the work. In this research an online monitoring system of genset operation has been developed based on the ThingSpeak IoT platform technology, which can record the history of genset operation, starting from measuring fuel level and total energy (kWh) generated from each operating hour. In addition, the engine temperature is also measured when operating. The measurement results are used to off line analyze the performance of genset to find out whether the performance is still good enough or whether it is time for maintenance. The results of the development of the Genset Operation Monitoring System show the system has worked well by sending measurement data to the ThingSpeak IoT platform as a data logger. The data stored on ThingSpeak is equipped with the time the data was received so that it can be used to determine the duration of operation, fuel consumption, average operating temperature and total energy (kWh) produced. The measurement results are used to perform performance analysis and determine periodic maintenance time.

Practicum is an essential component in the learning process at universities, especially in the fields of science and technology. Realizing quality practicum requires a balanced amount of equipment that supports the process, but practicum participants often exceed practicum equipment. The solution is to create a remote laboratory that can be accessed from anywhere while connected to the internet. Remote laboratory consists of three important parts, namely a server that consists of a computer or laptop connected to the data processor sent by the user and then connected to the actuator, a server is also connected to the camera that the user can observe the practical work. The second part is an internet connection, and the third part is the user. All that is controlled by ThinVNC software, ngrok, and GUI that has been provided. On the server computer, GUI, ThinVNC, and ngrok are installed as controllers for the practical work, while the user can open the website to access the lab computer. Based on theory and experience, this technique is very suitable if used in PLC and pneumatic practicum. The use of remote labs makes students more skilled in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract
The aim of building maintenance is to preserve the function, structure, and aesthetics of the building in accordance with the initial conditions. An ineffective building maintenance management leads to increased operation and maintenance cost, reduced building reliability, and failure to achieve the green building mission. One problem highlighted in this study is that building management are still using call-center system with no database to store building damage data, thus building failures are not detected in time. As a result landscape and housekeeping components are damaged below the allowable standard and become no longer functional. The purpose of this study is to improve the maintenance performance on landscape and housekeeping components of government green buildings. The case study studied was the Ministry of Public Works and People-s Housing Republic of Indonesia. The research methods used are literature reviews, surveys, case studies, and expert judgement for validation content and construct. This study uses a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in managing data dynamically using Building Information Modelling (BIM), integrated with web-based information systems. The result is that using BIM-based website leads to a more effective and efficient maintenance work of green buildings, thus improving the maintenance performance on landscape and housekeeping components.

Abstract
Regional industries should be able to develop the expertise competencies found in Vocational High Schools (VHS). Currently, between VHS and regional industries do not pay much attention to the potential of the industry with the needs of VHS in their respective regions. Mostly the establishment of VHS is based on the existing trends in society, without considering the industry needs in the area. So that frequently the VHS graduates could not be able to work in the regional industry in their area. Thus, the absorption of skilled workers from VHS graduates can-t be absorbed by the regional industry. The aim of this study is to analyze the disparity of Regional Industries againts the Vocational High Schools Development of in the Cimahi city. The type of this research is a descriptive research. This research was conducted in the Cimahi City, West Java Province. Data collection in this study was collected using the method of documentation, interviews and observations. The analysis method of regional potential uses the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis which aims to identify the basic sectors that will be prioritized as leading sectors that can become economic drivers in the Cimahi City. From the results of this study it was found that the development of Vocational High Schools based on regional potential in Cimahi City was based on the calculation of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis method which has a base criterion (LQ> 1), namely in the sectors of manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair , information and communication, financial and insurance services, government administration, defense and compulsory social security, education services, and health services and social activities. So that the development of vocational high schools in Cimahi City should be directed to the existing expertise programs, it is also necessary to develop expertise programs in accordance with the advantages of the industry potential in Cimahi City which include: Agribusiness Processing of Agricultural Products, Plant Agribusiness, Logistics, Fine Arts, Traditional Music, Traditional Dance, Karawitan Art, Puppeteer Arts, Theater Arts, Broadcasting and Film Arts, Dental Health, Medical Laboratory Technology and Social Work. With these findings, it shows that there is still a gap between the availability of industry based on the Cimahi city-s potential with the fields / programs / competencies of vocational skills in Cimahi City. For this reason, the Department of Education in the City of Cimahi, West Java, should pay attention that the development of VHS needs a thorough study in establishing VHS based on the potential of the region.
