Abstract
This research aims to analyze students‘ answer on solving rational and irrational inequalities. A qualitative method was used in this research. Data were collected from 42 students of 10th grade through the test consisted of 10 problems. For further identification, an interview was also conducted. The result showed that there were two groups of students‘ solution. The first one are students who used number line and the other one are students who solve directly without number line. In this article explained that there are six categories of student errors i.e. solving rational inequality like the equation, looking for zero maker in numerators and denominators of rational inequality with the inequalities following the question, errors arose from problems with factorisation, wrong in applying the property of distribution, ignoring irrational inequality rules, and misinterpreting the sign of inequality into a number line.

Abstract
Longitudinal regression is a statistical method used to analyze the relationship between one or more independent variables and dependent variables on longitudinal data. Longitudinal data is the result of observation of a study in several different periods. Collecting data periodically causes the correlation in each object observation so that longitudinal data could not be analyzed with the usual regression methods. One of method used for regression analysis of correlated data is Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE). GEE method provides many types of correlation structures that are independent, exchangeable, AR(1) and unstructured. This research has intention to determine the best longitudinal regression models on study case of Human Development Index (HDI) in 2010-2014 used GEE method and four different correlation structures. The best model of it will be determined by using Quasi-likelihood Information Criterion (QIC) test. The result of analysis by seeing the smallest value of QIC is AR (1).

Abstract
A GOTO telescope motion control system in right ascension and declination direction with three modes of speed using microcontroller ATMega2560 has been made.. This research was pursed in a telescope motion control system that leads to right ascension and declination. The telescope used is one of the telescopes at Bosscha Observatory, the GOTO telescope. The current condition of the GOTO telescope has decreased. This is caused by the motion control system that was applied previously doesn-t work optimally. Therefore this research will discuss and create a new system for telescopes which will use the ATMega2560 microcontroller which is embedded in the Arduino Mega board as the brain of this system. The way this system works is first the ATmega2560 microcontroller will read the first position of the telescope after that the telescope will be moved by the handbox towards right ascension or declination and then the last position of the telescope will be read by the microcontroller. By using this latest system the servo motor in the GOTO telescope can move with three speed modes namely guide, set and slew where the speed of the guide requires a frequency of 1604 Hz, the speed of the set requires a frequency of 51.340 Hz and the slew speed requires a frequency of 501,368 KHz.

Abstract
The application of IoT in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks (VANET) allows the realization of intelligent transportation systems to ensure the comfort and safety of road users. But as an implication, attacks that can interfere with this aim certainly need to be a significant concern. It is because the stakes are not only network security but also the safety of the driver and its passengers. One of the attacks which had a substantial impact on VANET was the Sybil attack. Sybil attackers illegally change into several different identities to carry out malicious activities such as disrupting routing, causing traffic jams, bottlenecks, and even accidents. Various security methods are introduced to VANET to detect Sybil attacks, but there are still several issues that have not been resolved. In this paper, we proposed the design of a defense mechanism against Sybil attacks. This mechanism aims to be suitable for application on IoT networks that have limited resources an also considering accuracy, privacy, safety, and real-world implementations. The proposed design uses a hybrid scheme with a trust-based method. Each node has an obfuscated identity to guarantee privacy. The trust center in the form of a Road Side Unit (RSU) will give a reputation value to each identity that will be evaluated periodically when in the range. Nodes form a fully distributed network when there is no RSU. It will use a data-centric neighbor trust scheme where its neighbors will assess each node based on the exchanging data. Each node reports on suspicious nodes to the RSU for evaluation. This mechanism allows RSU to evaluate suspicious node, which decides to isolate that Sybil node out of network.

Abstract
Agricultural waste in the form of lignocellulose biomass are considered to be the largest promising carbon source in the nature for transformation to its base components such as simple sugars that can be further converted to bioethanol through cellulolytic enzyme activities. Cellulolytic enzymes can be found in microorganisms such as in the digestion tracts of termites. The microbiological biodiversity in the digestive tract of termites is suspected to produce cellulolytic enzymes that would degrade lignocellulose and may have the potentials to result in bioethanol. The purpose of this research is to identify potential cellulolytic enzym producting bacteria from the digestion tract of termites from various locations of North Sulawesi. Bacteria that was screened was then isolated with PrestoTM Mini gDNA Bacteria Kit Protocol, Geneaid then continued on to 16S RNA Gene Sequencing. Several bacteria isolates were succesfully isolated from the termites digestive tract (genus Odontotermes sp and Nasutitermes sp). Molecular identification with 16S rRNA sequences indicated that isolate B1 had 97% similarity with Bacillus cereus strain L-7, isolate B2 had a similarity of 97% with Stenotrophomonas maltophillia Strain W8-8, while the two isolate isolated from Nasutitermes sp, had a degree of similarity of 99% to E. faecalis.

Abstract
Along with the increasing use of computers, business activities and data storage have also begun to be transferred, from the initial use of document files, now changed to computing activities and digital data stored on the computer. The increasing importance of the computer certainly raises its own challenges and risks. One of the risks and challenges is the security of the computer system and network. Various ways have been done to improve computer network security, one of which is using the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS is one of the security management that is able to detect attacks on a computer network in real-time, for example Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. To maximize the IDS detection function that is able to detect unknown attacks, a data mining approach is used to create an IDS that uses anomaly based detection techniques. In this study, a sequential pattern mining technique, the CM-SPADE algorithm, is used to generate IDS rules that can detect DoS attacks. Modeling and rules are made by applying the CM-SPADE algorithm to the KDD Cup 1999 data set. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the CM-SPADE algorithm is able to produce IDS rules that can detect DoS attacks with an accuracy rate of 97.976%.
