Abstract
Indonesia has been prominent as a countries in South East Asia with the richness of culture. One of the important heritage sites in Yogyakarta province is Kotagede heritage site. Kotagede is a historic neighbourhood in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Culture has been so important for the society and creates public space. During the May 2006 Java earthquake, many old buildings were destroyed and directly revitalized through Pusaka Jogja Bangkit! program, carried out by Jogja Heritage Society, the Center for Heritage Conservation, Department of Architecture and Planning at Gajah Mada University, the Indonesian Network for Heritage Conservation, ICOMOS Indonesia, and other supporting institutions. Government of Indonesia enacted the law to preserve cultural heritage. The Law No. 11/ 2010 on the Culture and Regulation and No. 6 / 2012 on Cultural Heritage. Therefore, the DIY Regional Government has a legal system to carry out the conservation efforts of general heritage and cultural heritage in particular. Local communities have a greater duty to respond to cultural conservation. The study employed a qualitative approach where in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 member of local communities of Yogyakarta municipality and observations

Abstract
Introduction: Pain is a cause of unsatisfaction in labor. The use of lumbar epidural analgesia (LEA) in labor is widespread due to its benefits in terms of pain relief and shortening of time labor. Method: The study was conducted on 50 consecutive primiparous women in labor at Asri Medical Center. They were given explanations about the two options for pain relief (parenteral opioid /sedative or lumbar epidural analgesia) then grouped according to their request. The epidural group received 0.125 plain bupivacaine, while other group received pentazocine intravenously. Result: The mean duration of the first and second stages of labor, respectively, were significantly shorter in the lumbar epidural group (p = 0.01 and p = 0.02). There was no difference in the rate of cesarean delivery, epidural analgesia (32% [8/25]), parenteral opioid / sedative (44% [11/25]), (OR = 0.60; 95% CI = 0.19-1.90). The closed questionnaire showed that the overall experience of labor was much better in the lumbar epidural group (80% versus 4%). Conclusion: More primiparous satisfied with lumbar epidural analgesia than among those who received parenteral opioids / sedatives.

Abstract
Introduction: Pain during labor is a well known cause of unsatisfaction amongst women in labor. The use of lumbar epidural analgesia (LEA) in labor is becoming widespread due to its benefit in terms of pain relief and shortening of time labor. Method: After approval of the local Ethics Committee on Research and obtaining informed consent, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II 50 consecutive primiparous women in labor at Asri Medical Centre requesting pain relief were enrolled in this prospective study. After providing description of the two options of pain relief available to them, they were allocated into two groups according to their request—to receive either parenteral opioid/sedative or lumbar epidural analgesia. Both groups received analgesia of choice at 4-cm cervical os dilatation. The epidural group received 0.125% plain bupivacaine, while the other group received pentazocine intravenously. The time taken to locate the epidural space, catheter-related complications encountered and the amount of intravenous fluid used were documented. Result: The two groups were comparable in terms of socio-demographic data. The mean duration of the first and second stages of labor, respectively, were significantly shorter in the lumbar epidural group when compared with those in the non-lumbar epidural group ([P=0.01] and [P=0.02]). There was no difference in the rate of cesarean delivery between them with epidural analgesia (32% [8/25]) versus parenteral opioid/sedative (44% [11/25]), (OR= 0.60; 95% CI= 0.19-1.90). The maternal blood loss from delivery was minimal, with no statistical difference between the two groups (P = 0.27). The neonatal outcome was the same in both groups. Closed questionnaire showed that the overall experience of labor was much better in the lumbar epidural group when compared with that in the non lumbar epidural group (80% versus 4%). Eighteen (72%) women had inadequate pain relief in the non-epidural group as compared to 2 (8%) women in the epidural group. Conclusion: The study shows that epidural analgesia is acceptable to women in our setting. More women in the epidural analgesia group were satisfied with the experience of labor than those who did not receive this form of lumbar epidural analgesia than among those who received parenteral opioid/sedative.

Abstract
Lung agenesis or aplasia is an extremely rare congenital anomaly. It is estimated at 34 per million live births. The etiology of thes disorder has not clearly known. Failure of development of the primitive lung bud leads is the cause of this condition. In half of these cases, it has been reported in association with other congenital defects such as congenital malformation of the cardio-vascular, skeletal, gastrointestinal or genitor-urinary system. This condition is usually diagnosed during childhood. Some patients with lung agenesis may suffer from recurrent respiratory distress, dyspnea, and lung infections. We report a case of a 1-month 28 days old male infant with right sided lung agenesis association with spina bifida as other congenital defects presented to us with recurrent severe respiratory distress. This case emphasize the importance of investigating any possibilities of others congenital abnormalities when the patient presented lung agenesis or aplasia.

Abstract
Mushroom demand is quite high in the market because mushrooms are one type of vegetable that is consumed by many people because of their delicious and highly nutritious taste. Mushrooms are also a good source of minerals. To obtain some great mushrooms indeed they are needed a medium to grow the mushroom. Its medium is called baglog where the mushroom could grow healthy depends on its material composition inside and how to make the form of baglog. But nowadays our partner Rumah Kebun Jamur Sleman, the producer of baglog mushrooms frequently lack of ability to produce lots of baglogs request from consumer. A day, the minimum demand of baglog reach 1300 baglogs, but our partner only could produce 800 baglogs a day. From that matter, FAMBORES (Fast Filling Machine and Baglog Suppressor) could be the best solution to increase the baglog mushroom product. In the design, FAMBORES is using 1 House Power (HP)s motor, worm gearbox with ratio 1:50 as its reducer, there are 5 holes to hang the plastic and only in 12 seconds could obtain 1 baglog.

Abstract
Long term application of anorganic fertilizers had damaged the soil physically and chemically, thus reducing the soil support capacity toward the plants growth. It also suppressed the population of beneficial microbes in the soil. The use of organic fertilizers made from cow blood and bones in combination with coconut fiber ash might improve the plant productivity without causing severe damage towards the soil. Aim of this study was to analyze the macronutrients (nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus) content resulted from various combination ratios of cow blood, cow bones and coconut fiber ash. This study consisted of two main steps, including the making of organic fertilizer and analysis of macronutrients content. Organic fertilizer was composed using five different ratios in the combination of cow blood (4.0-6.0 g), cow bone (1.75-2.75 g) and coconut fiber ash (4.0-6.0 g). Results showed that each combination (cow blood, bone and coconut fiber ash) produced various level of macronutrients content. The highest nitrogen content (1.74%) was achieved from the combination of 5.5 g blood, 2.5 g bone and 5.5 g coconut fiber ash. The highest content of available phosphorus (P) (41.469 ppm) was produced by the combination of 5.0 g blood, 2.25 g bone and 5.0 g coconut fiber ash. The highest content of available potassium (154.25 Cmol/kg) was obtained from the combination of 4.0 g blood, 1.75 g bone and 4.0 g coconut fiber ash.

Abstract
Curriculum development is a continues process in order to improve and adjust the quality and goal of studying and teaching. One challenging process is, however, to prepare a transformed curriculum for different students. This study aims at illustrating curriculum development process of general religious study subject for university students. The curriculum has been adjusted to be delivered for specific Muslim students into multi-religious-background students. Therefore, this process involves mainstreaming of values of religions instead of description of formal rituals. This is a qualitative study that utilizes library research, participant observation, as well as interviews as main source of data collections. The observation has been focused in Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Tanri Abeng University. The two universities share unique characteristics in terms of religious studies and therefore important and functional for kind of comparison. This study discovers that mainstreaming of religious values has been accepted by students with multicultural backgrounds in religion. This mainstreaming of religious values has made the connection between the students closer and stronger. This unique approach has enabled the students with different background of religion to find a common ground among the faith without harming their own belief.

Abstract
Although BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) and LAZ (Lembaga Amil Zakat) are the zakat management institutions set forth in the Law (Number 38, 1999 and Number 23, 2011), but some studies show that the percentage of muzakki paying zakat to BAZNAS and LAZ is still low, that is 10.50% (PIRAC, 2005), 2.40% (Wira, 2005), and 7.20% (PIRAC, 2008). While the payment of zakat through the mosque around the residence is high, namely: 64% (PIRAC, 2005), and 59.8% (PIRAC, 2008). From zakat management aspect of zakat by the mosque is still traditional (passive, temporary, consumptive). The fact raises the question: how is the actual management of zakat by BAZNAS, LAZ, and mosques?. This paper aims to (1) find out the form and composition of the management institution of zakat, (2) to analyze the management of zakat by institutions both collecting and distributing it, (3) analyzing planning activities, organizing and supervising zakat institution. This study uses a qualitative approach and is conducted in Malang. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires and interviewing BAZNAS (1), LAZ (7) and mosque (5) administrators. The results show that: First, in Malang City there are at least 112 zakat institutions, consisting of 1 BAZNAS, 18 LAZ, 10 institutional baitul mal, 7 orphanages, 8 Islamic boarding school and 7 other institutions. Secondly, besides managing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds such as BAZNAS and mosques, LAZ also manage the fund of idul adha and some of them include wakaf. Most fundraising is done monthly passively and actively from muzakki which is not limited by location of residence. Payment of zakat through banking is only given by LAZ and one mosque (Sabilillah). The amount of funds collected about 75% comes from LAZ. Thirdly, no zakat institution distributes to the eight asnaf zakat, the number of asnaf that accepts zakat 3-7 asnaf and all allocates to the poor and needy asnaf. Only LAZ Baitul Ummah has ever distributed funds for asnaf slave. Distribution of funds is done every month except BAZNAS, Great Mosque of Malang City for consumption and production purposes. Fourth, in terms of planning, the implementation of collection and distribution, organizing, and supervision found that LAZ is better than BAZNAS and mosque. The results of this study lead to four implications. First, the number of civil servants in the work area BAZNAS Malang and completeness of the organization then BAZNAS need to improve the management of zakat. Secondly, there is a considerable amount of LAZ, so to maximize the benefits of zakat it is necessary to coordinate. Third, the good management of zakat by LAZ and the number of muzakki paying zakat through the mosque, it is necessary to do cooperation between the mosque and LAZ in the management of zakat. Fourth, the amount of funds that can be collected compared to social assistance provided by the Government, it is necessary to coordinate between the Government and the institution of zakat.

Abstract
This paper proposes the use of a hybrid fuzzy particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm for managing the electrical distribution network configuration. Configuring a network greatly determines the performance of a distribution system. The optimal configuration will produce a low losses distribution network. Many methods have been developed to optimize distribution networks to get the most optimal configuration. In this study, distribution network optimization using hybrid fuzzy PSO algorithms has been carried out. The advantage of the PSO method is that the computational speed is very good, but it often experiences premature convergence because the value obtained is not really a global optimum. Therefore, it is necessary to add fuzzy logic based methods to regulate the inertia weight and learning factors in the PSO. This hybrid fuzzy PSO algorithm is applied to the distribution network of 69 bus IEEE standards and the Bantul distribution network, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The results showed that the fuzzy-PSO algorithm was able to produce optimal distribution network configurations. Power losses of distribution network generated using hybrid fuzzy PSO algorithms is smaller than the conventional PSO algorithm.

Abstract
Yogyakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia that has an agglomeration area by connecting 3 districts ring road. One of the biggest problems in the area is the intersection, particularly signalized intersections. The purpose of this study is to create a database, identify and map the road network at each intersection that can be used as a transport policy for the government. The research method is using ArcGis program by collecting various data on the Yogyakarta urban intersections that have been studied using the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual method on the analysis of signal intersections. To produce a GIS map, map of Yogyakarta Administration and Google Earth Image maps are used as the main source. From the 20 intersections studied, the results showed that urban intersections, the road network tended to experience a poor level of service intersection (LOS F) with the percentage in 97%. The percentage of queue lengths tends to be as high as 62%, and percentage degree of saturation with a scope limit (LOS F) of 57%.

Abstract
Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly. This development can be seen from an institutional and financial perspective. Islamic banks as a business entity that operates on the basis of Islamic values and ethical systems, are not only required to obtain profits, but also are obliged to pay attention to their functions and objectives based on the maqashid sharia concept. This study aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia based on the maqashid sharia index and analyze the influence of maqashid sharia index and financial performance on the profitability of Islamic banks. This research was conducted at eight Islamic banks selected by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study are maqashid syariah index, comparative performance index, and panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the calculation of maqashid sharia index, it is known that the three Islamic banks that have highest maqashid shariah index are Bank Victoria Syariah, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, and BCA Syariah. Abstract
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is provided a formula that is used to measure productivity and diagnose system deficiencies in equipment. In traditional usage, these matrix formulas have the disadvantage of detecting the internal milk-run method in its application. Where the flow of goods / products flows to the manufacturer uses material handling to supply the manufacturing area, to overcome the vulnerability, Overall Transportation Comparison Development (OTE tr) and the Overall Throughput effectiveness (OTE tr) The goal is twofold: measuring the productivity in manufacturing ratios seen from the product flow during entering the factory (Tr) and when it exits from the production process (Th), and can also be carried out diagnostic internal milk-run on the production area. This journal describes the OTE development methodology, which increases productivity with continuous production of products and engine capacity in manufacturing. which is the combination combinations product (> 2) and more supply in raw material supply in the production line. in general, the OTE tr is only used by Material handling outside of manufacture, matric transportation in this case will be adjusted in material handling equipment concept. OTE Implementation in the study case: Industry automotive can be identified as a whole.

Abstract
As an institution that plays an important role in the economic system, especially in the flow of payments, banks have various risk exposures inherent in it. This condition is also supported by the digitization of banking services, so that banks are connected to one another. Inter-bank interaction will cause interbank risk exposure to be higher through the interbank market, so that contagion risk and the opportunity for systemic risks between banks will also be higher if a bank experiences a default. This study aims to determine the effect of contagion on banks in Indonesia. The sample selection criteria in this study are conventional banks that provide annual reports from 2007 to 2016, thus obtaining 18 banks as research samples. The measurement of contagion effect is done by using the financial contagion risk index and tested using the Vector Autoregression method. The results showed that there was a one-way causality pattern between banks in the study sample including BCA with Bank Mayapada, Maybank Bank, Bank Mega, and Bank Resona Perdania, then Bank CIMB Niaga with BCA, BRI, BNI, BTN, Commonwealth Bank, J-Trust Bank, KEB Hana Bank, Mega Bank and Permata Bank. While two-way causality occurs between Bank BCA and Bank Mandiri and vice versa. In addition, the impact of risk pressure from a bank is not always positive, but in some case, it is also negative, which means that the bank can actually take advantage of the shock conditions experienced by other banks.

Abstract
Development from the Islamic perspective combines both the material-physical dimension and spiritual-ethical dimension in a comprehensive approach. This holistic approach of development that strives for the enhancement of human welfare is best discussed within the framework of Maqasid al-Shari-ah. Therefore, the level of development can be more comprehensively measured using the Maqasid al-Shari-ah approach. The objective of this study is to assess the level of development of Muslim society in South Kalimantan province, Indonesia. This study uses primary data collection by means of a survey. The data is analyzed using principal component analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Subsequently, structural equation modeling is employed for testing the hypotheses. The findings of this study show that the Muslim society in this province has a high level of development as measured by the Maqasid al-Shari-ah approach. This study proposes some recommendations for policymakers to further enhance the level of development of the society in all areas of life.

Abstract
This study aims to measure the efficiency of Islamic cooperatives in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) during 2016-2017. There are 16 Islamic co-operatives being analyzed which are selected based on the purposive sampling method. Then the data of financial reports from those institutions are analysed with data envelopment analysis (DEA) with an intermediation approach in answering the research questions. The input variables being analyzed in this study are total deposits and operating costs, while the output variables are financing and other operating income. The results show that most of these microfinance institutions had poor financial performance. In addition, it was also identified that only 19% of the total 16 Islamic cooperatives had a high efficiency in their operating activity. In increasing the efficiency of Islamic cooperatives, the potential variable which could be developed is other operating income, while the operational costs are expected to be reduced, given the results of further financial report analysis that operating expenses have the most substantial proportion of the total Islamic co-operatives costs.

Abstract
The world is now entering the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which emphasizes the pattern of digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data and robots or commonly known as the phenomenon of innovation chaos. With the rapid development of electronics, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), better known as ICT-based electronic advances, this has an impact on international and domestic trade. There is progress in ICT, in this case making distance less influential in trade. This is because there is no need for meetings or face-to-face meetings because they have been replaced by electronic mail or cell phones. In this study, we want to examine the impact of ICT on international trade, especially the total service trade between the ten highest service sector exporters to Indonesia. This study uses a panel data with gravity model framework for the period of 2012-2016. The results show that, ICT has a positive and significant impact on export of ten countries services to Indonesia. Other variables such as the GDP of the exporting country have a positive effect on trade service, while export destination countries have negative effect on trade services. In addition, distance, has negative and significant effect on service trade. This is in line with the gravity model theory, whether distance has negative relationship on trade In this case, distance represents transportation cost. Country characteristic such as openness of exporters has a positive and significant effect on service trade. In contrast, openness of destination country has negative and significant effect on service exports to Indonesia.
