Abstract
Information system security in the network becomes the most important thing to note, especially on a web application system, both organization and personal. Some ways that are used to provide a guarantee of data security is to verify the login to the web application system using One Time Password (OTP). However OTP sometimes still has a gap though OTP data only valid for one login session. This research develops information system security with OTP data encrypted with blowfish algorithm. The blowfish algorithm is divided into two main sub-algorithms namely the key expansion part and the data encryption-decryption section. OTP system design results developed blowfish algorithm data received and sent can be kept confidential.

Abstract
This study explained how to combine the technology readiness and success model of information systems (IS) in the context of exploring the factors that influence the readiness and success of IS implementation performance. As explained by many studies of IS, that most IS research models are developed by adopting, combining, and adapting previous studies. The researchers developed this model based on the input-process-output logic and processional and causal models of the IS success model. The developed model was structured in twelve variables and 42 indicators. The path influences between variables were presented by 28 links. Researchers broke down the model to the level of the assessment instrument in relation to the implementation of the research. However, the model development study may have limited in the used assumptions and understanding of the researchers, the study may contribute theoretically in terms of new model propositions. In addition, the development of the proposed model and the instrument for data collection may be a practical consideration point for further study.

Abstract
Researchers often use interpretative data analysis to test questionnaires by confirming the results of statistical analysis, but the researchers did not elaborate comprehensively how confirmation was made. Most use statistical analysis techniques only to test and assess questionnaires. In addition, interpretive confirmation is common for experienced researchers when conducting research, in contrast to novice researchers who have problems confirming the interpretive results of the questionnaire. This study explains how to combine statistical and interpretative analysis with testing the IT implementation questionnaire on HEI. The aim is to assess the questionnaire using statistics and interpret the results of statistical analysis. This finding can help researchers to test questionnaires; confirmation results can be a consideration and knowledge to revise the questionnaire.

Abstract
Coral reefs ecosystem have great value in terms of economy, culture, and biology for the global society and the most productive and diverse biological ecosystem in the world (Wilkinson, 2001). Earth observation from space so called remote sensing technology by using high-resolution Satellite, offers powerful capabilities for understanding, forecasting, managing, monitoring and decision making about coral reefs ecosystem. This study focuses on the comparison analisys between Object Base and Pixel Base image classifications of remote sensing imagery for Mapping Coral Reef Geomorphic Zones in the Karimunjawa National Park. The accuracy of each method was assessed using reference data sets derived from high-resolution satellite images, aerial photograph and field investigation. The accuracy of geomorphology zone mapping used Object Base Classification technique indicates that the overall accuracy (OA) was 88,62%. while the pixel-based classification produce the low overall accuracy was 73%. This research suggest that the object-based technique could be a promise approach for mapping coral reef geomorphic zones, where the information obtained from this research was more accurate. In paper, we observed that the object-based technique shows higher accuracy in classification process than the pixel-based technique because pixel based can-t satisfy the high resolution satellite data properties and it produced data redundancy.

Abstract
Making lecture schedules is a complicated matter because it involves many parties and resources. There are several aspects that must be considered in making the lecture schedule, such as: at one time a lecturer may only teach in 1 class, students may not be scheduled to study in 2 different subjects at the same time, the availability of teaching time for non-permanent lecturers, limitations room, and the weight of teaching time based on the credit. In order to arrange the schedule optimally, a method is needed that can produce the best optimization value. In this paper, we will discuss the comparison of Genetic Algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization to design lecture schedules. The results showed that in the 25th iteration the Genetic algorithm succeeded in compiling a lecture schedule with the best fitness value of 0.021 and 9.36 second execution time compared to the PSO algorithm which produced a fitness value of 0.099 and execution time of 61.95 seconds in the same iteration.

Abstract
Although franchise considered as a business system that has many features, that does not mean this business concept does not have weaknesses. Indeed, its been hundreds of years the format of this business is running. Even today the franchise business is getting its place as a proven business format and successfully delivering thousands of business brands across various continents and times. If the franchisor is less selective in choosing a franchisee, they may damage the franchisors image and business brand as a whole. The reason is if one franchisee does not comply with the operational standards provided by the franchisor then results in customer disappointment, it is not impossible that this customer will perceive all other outlets as bad. Using an innovation assimilation strategy framework, this paper describes how franchise organization used its implementation of a Smart Dashboard System to improve performance, allows franchisors to keep a handle on their franchise accounts and put it on a path towards digital leadership.

Abstract
Database design can be done using a relational approach. In this type of relational database, there is a clear description of the relationship between a table and another table that can do; this relationship described as a solid line that connects one field name to one table, with one name field in the other table. This situation will produce an integrated and accurate database design. Managing student data manually, for various information needs on different management lines both horizontally and vertically, will cause several problems. These problems are related to accuracy and response time. It is because each identified file is independent so that when a search for records or data is made difficult and the data accuracy not maintained because of data redundancy. Based on the conditions above, in this study, a database of student data management will be conducted using the relational approach. From the resulting menu system and the interface shown, concluded that the database design of student data management using the relational approach has been able to accommodate data and information needs relevant to business processes that occur within the student data management system.

Abstract
CBHRM is one of the developing patterns of human resource management in Indonesia. In this approach, competence becomes a keyword. Every employee will be assessed based on the competencies they have. In order for the results to be more optimal, a good report / output presentation model is needed. One solution that the authors propose is to use a digital dashboard model. This dashboard model is built using a framework that has been adapted to the life cycle of the model. Case studies are carried out on regional development companies, and CBHRM digital dashboards built consisting of Talent Dashboards, Competencies Gap Dashboards, and Comparison Dashboards are interrelated with each other.

Abstract
The research grant is carried out with a quality assurance cycle that involves the research group to produce the research outcomes such as publication, books, or other intellectual property. However, there are problems regarding the distribution of honorariums from the rest of the budget so that they are fair according to the contributions of each researcher. Therefore, this study established the algorithm to produce the fairness index of honorarium distribution based on the researchers contribution. The index was built on the input which is a manifestation of research quality assurance cycle and implemented in pseudocode and flowchart. A simulation of three conditions that showed different contributions from each researcher was carried out with accurate results.

Abstract
The success of the use of learning media depends on several factors, such as cognitive processes and student motivation. Therefore there are several principles of the feasibility of learning media to produce effective learning media, and these principles include: the learning process becomes fun, the learning process becomes more interactive and available feedback. The use of multimedia based learning media provides opportunities for educators to develop learning techniques to increase the effectiveness of the learning process. Likewise, for students, the use of multimedia is expected to be easier to determine what and how students can absorb information quickly and efficiently. Based on the description above, in this study, the development of learning media for early childhood education based on multi-media will be carried out using a multi-media system development method. From the results of the menu structure and interface design that produced, there is relevance between the learning material and the goals to be achieved from the learning process. So it can be concluded that the use of multimedia as a learning media can improve the effectiveness of learning objectives.

Abstract
Nowadays, zakah management is more focused on improving material well-being. However, the study to achieve the more comprehensive well-being which is related with subjective happiness is untouchable. This study was aims to develop the valid and reliable instrument for measuring the subjective happiness for zakat receivers. The study applied the research and development design. Data were collected through observation, focus group discussion, and field assessment by distributing the instrument. The results show that Mustahiq Happiness Index (IKM) can be measured based on six indicators, namely accomplishment, engagement, meaning, pleasure, relationship, and spirituality. Furthermore, the IKM test shows that the mustahiq are in the happy category. The study implies that the development of alternative measures of mustahiq well-being can be used by OPZ to assess the programs- performance.

Abstract
Accessing or theft of public network information is very vulnerable to deploy data on public networks, this has a major impact on those who have the information. One of many to obtain information on the compilation process is to encrypt data and reform it. Encryption techniques play an important role in cryptography to hide text or messages into public images. The use of images as key objects is very effective for data security and the information cannot be read or is unknown to people who cannot be transferred. In this case the asymmetric key cryptographic technique uses images and single layer perceptron, asymmetric cryptography through the process of encryption and description can produce data and information security keys that are difficult to guess. The use of keys is done by extracting image characteristics using the GLCM (gray level co-occurence matrix) to produce symbols created through the training process using a single layer perceptron encryption asymmetry key and description that can be response for in its integration.

Abstract
Digitalization has been a challenging time for Railway Supply Chain (RSC) to build, maintain and sustain its massive asset foundation, to provide transportation service and to run the system, which is efficient, safe and secure. However, as we begin the process of digitization toward Industry 4.0 and preparing for Industry 5.0 the process involving a substantial change in digital and computer-based technologies need to be integrated to improve their performance. Therefore, Enterprise Architecture (EA) is the ideal platform to increase the information flows and integration of supply chain within Malaysia Transportation Industry (MTI). We are designing a high-performance EA RSC framework that visualize, analyses and maintain all RSC indicators to stay in control through connecting and integrating a broad range of systematic and structural information within visual appearance that can construct a comprehensible, value focus framework of what is and what to be for MTI. Thus, decision making process in each tearing of RSC will increase the value in embracing analytics for shortening procurement cycle time and aspire to guide in a modern era by switching over toward paperless decision-making process that forecasts railway supply chain scenarios and analyses optimal outcomes.
