This research synthesizes study findings about the didactic model of information and communication technology of vocational high school teachers. The studied journals were issued from 2015 to 2019. This paper discusses the problem of preparation of teachers deal with vocational learning in 21st century, which is learning can be conducted in a virtual, online, and remote way; in other words it does not require a place. To support this learning, teachers should have the skills to deal with it, overcome ICT literacy and communication. In addition to reading and writing, literary learning in the 21st century also has a broader understanding, i.e. technology literacy, information literacy, media creativity and social responsibility and competence. From several studies that have been done, didactic model of information and communication technology literacy of vocational teachers is one of the solutions made in 21st century vocational learning. The didactic model studied is TPCK. Pedagogical Content Knowledge Technology (TPCK) is known in the field of educational research needed to test the knowledge needed by teachers to integrate the three domains of technological knowledge, pedagogy, and content. The 21st century learning requires teachers to have good didactic skills and support abilities in their ICT fields. This ICT capacity is related with the teacher literacy of ICT.

Abstract
Why would one want to buy expensive popcorn at the cinema, while they could get the same with much lower price in supermarket? Economically speaking, it is a rip off. However, there is an effective psychologycal technique called the decoy effect that could affect our economical thinking in a way that the targeted good will be purchased even if it is overpriced. Earlier research showed that consumers preference could be shifted when there are three options: the target, competitor, and decoy. In this IR 4.0, sellers market their products through digital marketplaces to reach more consumers worldwide. This research analyses whether the decoy effect exists in Indonesia-s digital marketplace, and what effect does customers- review has on it. Data are collected through online surveys by replicating an online shopping choice sets for a trash bin. We choose marketplace Shopee as it has some features enabling us to do the experiment. The control and treatment 1 choice-sets are used to test whether the decoy effect exists in digital market. Treatment 2 is used to measure the strength of a decoy with smaller/bigger amount of buyers, and Treatment 3 measures the strength of a decoy with positive/negative reviews. A total of 90 subjects are randomly given one choice-set. Results show that decoy effect exists in digital marketplace Shopee. Amount of buyers influences the strength of decoy effect; smaller amount weakened it, bigger amount strengthen it. Data also suggests that decoy with negative review reduces the strength of its effect, vice versa.

Abstract
The fishing ship propulsion system will affect the performance of the ship and impact the fishermens income. A crucial factor is the level of efficiency produced by propellers mounted on fishing vessels. In B-series propellers, propeller efficiency can be optimized by varying the size of the geometric dimensions. This propeller optimization process can be done after the ship resistance value is known. In Cirebon waters, as in other regions in Indonesia, the selection of propellers by fishermen is still unclear. Most are only based on the availability of goods on the market, without looking at how big the actual ship resistance occur. In this research, one of the fishing boats that will be built will be chosen to estimate the ships resistance, after that by considering the engine used as its driving source, the geometry dimensions that can produce the highest efficiency are sought. Estimation of ship resistance is sought by the Holtrop method and propeller optimization is carried out with the help of software. From the results of this study, the value of ship resistance commonly used by Cirebon waters fishermen is 2.608 kN at an operational speed of 7 knots. Optimized propeller design provides a 6 percent increase in efficiency compared to previously used propellers.

Abstract
In a process control system where the sources of control parameters are separated in large area, it is computationally hard for controller hardware to operate multitasking so that one-central controller is not effective anymore. Therefore, it is considered to distribute controlling process in several Local Control Units (LCU). This paper proposed a simple master control algorithm that coordinates several PID controllers for controlling the complex parameters in the water mixing process. Level and Temperature are the main controlled variables (SVG) which are influenced by three parameters i.e. flow-in of cold water, flow-in of hot water, and flow-out of main tank. These parameters are then distributed to LCU-1 to LCU-3. For maintaining the SVG, the master controller is designed based on the difference between SVG and feedback of the main-tank (PVG) so that it results several Set-points (SV) which are then sent to each LCU. The obtained results indicated that the responses are 42s, 0%, 45.3s, for settling-time (Ts), %-overshoot (OS) and rise-time (Tr), respectively for water temperature controlling and 60s, 0%, 62s for Ts, %OS, Tr, respectively for water level controlling. Overall, complex process control involving many process parameters have been solved via distributed PID controllers.

Mobile technology is believed to be able to foster the way students learn language and facilitate the teachers in their language instructional context. This article explores the reflection of teachers in EFL teaching context regarding the implementation of Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL). Grounded in phenomenological study through participant observation and reflective teaching practices, qualitative data analysis indicated that the implementation of MALL in EFL instructional context could foster their students- motivation in learning language. By varying individual and collaborative language learning tasks through MALL platform in the classroom, the teachers revealed their students- positive reaction. On the other side, the use of mobile technology in the language classroom tasks also reveals some hindrances to learning and teaching process. This study assumes that MALL implementation in the classroom should consider the students- access to network support, sufficient memory storage, and familiarity to the apps in their mobile. Since not all students in this study could afford to have smartphone or 24-hour network access, this study suggests that the students be engaged in collaborative tasks rather than individual projects.

Abstract
The existence of a company must give grace to all parties, which is reflected in the disclosure of ISR. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, company size, industry type, environmental performance and institutional ownership on ISR. This research was conducted on companies listed on the 2013-2018 Sharia Securities List using purposive sampling and obtained 20 company samples. The method used is content analysis. The results showed that the profitability variable did not affect the ISR. It is possible that investors interest in investing is greatly influenced by the level of profits derived by the company compared to ISR disclosures. Firm size variable influences ISR because by having sufficient assets, the company has the opportunity to disclose ISR in more detail. The type of industry variable does not affect the ISR, this is possible the view that the type of high profile industry does not require legitimacy from the public. Environmental performance variable has no effect on ISR, because management has the view that companies do not need to disclose environmental performance because it will not affect the compensation received from the government. Finally the variable institutional ownership affects the ISR, this is because institutional ownership is able to force companies to carry out social and environmental activities.

Abstract
Biogas production from various organic wastes such as corn stover can be used as an alternative fuel. Corn stover is one of the agricultural wastes that are widely generated in Indonesia. It contains cellulose which has the potential to be used as raw material for producing biogas. The biogas production process was carried out in solid-state anaerobic digestion (SS-AD), i.e., a biological process that occurs naturally by a microorganism that breaks down molecules of organic material with a total solid content greater than 15%. This research aimed to investigate the effect of EM-4 concentration on biogas yield. The volatile solids (VS) reduction was also measured in this study. The results of the study showed that EM-4 concentration had a significant effect on biogas yield (p < 0.05). The positive linear relationship was found between EM-4 concentration and biogas yield. The highest biogas yield of 597.98 L/kg VS was obtained at EM-4 15%. The main source of biogas production during SS-AD of corn cob was the reduction of VS.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze and design an adequate Accounting Information System (SIA) on the sales cycle with the REA model approach (Resources, Events and Agents) in Tour & Travel companies in PT Permata Bakkah Mukarromah. The main activities in PT Permata Bakkah Mukarromah are the sale of umrah travel services, special hajj, halal tours, LA (Land Arrangements) and ticket sales. PT Permata Bakkah Mukarromah still uses a manual sales accounting information system. The data used in this study is primary data that takes directly from the source and secondary data are by collecting data and documents related to sales activities. The data obtained was used to identify REA data and analyze the current sales accounting information system that, then the analysis results in the identification of problems that are not in accordance with the theory. The results of this study indicate that the sales information system that isi analyzed and designed with the REA model can identify the problems that occur in the flow of business activity in the sales activities that occur than generate recommendations for improvement of manual activities that are still not appropriate. The entity contained in the REA model is very suitable for the activities that occur in the company. The proposed sales system design is made in accordance with the results of the analysis and the needs of the company which then the relationships between entities are illustrated through the REA diagram.

Abstract
It is known that the optimal value in anaerobic microbial metabolism is best achieved at a C / N ratio range of 20 to 30. However, protein content use is also widely known for its significant impact in increasing the production of methane gas. Vegetables comparably contain higher amount of protein than cow dung waste, thus it is very potential to be used as the feed of biogas digester. The protein content of cow dung waste of 0.73 gr /100 gr is relatively very low compared to cauliflower, cabbage and mustard greens in which each of which are 5gr /100 gr, 6gr/100 gr, and 2.9gr /100 gr respectively. The method used in this study is the utilization of F2 -EM-4 microorganism activator and low concentration of NaOH mixture in the pretreatment process of vegetable waste feed which aim to increase the C / N ratio meanwhile maintain the protein content itself. The feed mixture of cabbage, cauliflower, and lettuce leftovers is mixed in an optimum C / N composition until it nearly resembles the propotion of the cow dung waste C / N composition. Finally, the addition of GP-7 microorganism activator during the methanogenesis process stage shows satisfying results. Regardless the retention time which takes 10% longer than the process without vegetables waste, the methane gas amount produced in this study is proportional to the one from cow dung waste only.

Abstract
Abstract Groundsill is a structure in the form of a weir that is built across the river which aims to reduce the speed of the current and increase the depositional discharge in the downstream part of the bridge pole structure. Supercritical flow and sand mining at downstream of the bridge can endanger the pillar. Scouring around the bridge pillars can endanger the girder which of course endangers the bridge as a whole. The aims of this study were to analyze the stability of the Groundsill Bridge in the Garang River channel on the force of rolling, sliding, eccentricity, carrying capacity of the soil, and piping. This research uses survey method. Data collection methods used were observation and secondary data. Analysis of the data used were (1) rainfall design of 50 years return period; (2) design flood discharge with a 50 year return period; (3) the forces acting on the groundsill, and (3) the groundsill stability. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the groundsill were safe against rolling forces under normal flow and flood flow conditions; (2) groundsill was safe against shear forces under normal flow and unsafe during flood flow conditions; (3) groundsill was safe against eccentricity in normal flow conditions and unsafe in flood flow conditions; (4) the carrying capacity of the groundsill subgrade were safe against forces that occur during normal conditions and unsafe during flood conditions; and (5) groundsill was safe against piping under normal flow and flood flow conditions. The recommendation that can be submitted was the groundsill of the bridge in the Garang River channel should be equipped with energy dissipation, besides that the dimensions of the groundsill body are enlarged.
