Abstract
The low production of kopyor coconuts is caused by kopyor-producing coconut plants that only rely on kopyor-bearing coconut trees that have heterozygot genetic constitution (Kk) and are grown from normal phenotypic coconut seeds. Kopyor fruit cannot be grown naturally. One alternative to get true to type kopyor seeds is by embryo culture. Development of reliable clone propagation such as somatic embryogenesis will quickly provide embryos for kopyor. From one kopyor em-bryo that is produced will get many somatic embryos which can then become kopyor coconut seeds. The aim of this research is getting an effective method to produce true to type kopyor seeds and knowing the influence of 2,4-D with or withaout TDZ in inducing callus to produce somatic embryos. This research was carried out in the Lampung State Polytechnic laboratory using a factorial. Factor 1 is 2,4-D concentration 0, 2,5, 5, 7.5, and 10 mg/l with or without the addition of 0.5 mg/l. Further data analysis using the 5% LSD test. The parameters observed in this study were: 1) Percentage of explants callus 2) Callus diameter, 3) Callus weight. The results showed that Increasing concentrations of 2,4-D and 7.5 mg/l can increase the percentage of embryogenic callus, callus diameter, and weighing callus. The addition of TDZ concentration of 0.5 to the medium 2,4-D resulted in a decrease in the percentage of embryogenic callus, callus diameter is narrower and lower weight on embryonic callus kopyor coconut. The concentration of 2,4-D best to induce callus on embryo kopyor is 7.5 mg/l.

Abstract
Bone fractures due to accidents are very common occurrences and could cause permanent disability if not treated properly. An external fixation device may be used to keep fractured bones stabilized and in alignment. The device could be adjusted externally to ensure the bones remain in an optimal position during the healing process. Recently, alternative designs based on Stewart Platform, the Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF), have been developed with objective to correct complex fractures or bone pathologies. However, the TSF is rarely available in Indonesia and not affordable by most hospitals. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to develop an affordable External Bone Fixator TSF. In the design process, a set of Design Requirement and Objective (DR&O) was formulated. The concept design was developed based on the DR&O and finalized to detail design. Static analysis using ANSYS was employed to ensure the strength of TSF. Then, the TSF was manufactured by using material AA7075 T6 and SS304. To assess the functionality of TSF, the kinematics assessment was conducted. Bone deformation parameters were measured in the anteroposterior, lateral, and axial view. The parameters are then used as input in the previously developed software, to obtain the length of each strut to position the fractured bone. The length of strut was used to shift the TSF until the fracture bone was completely joined. The relative displacement was measured to obtain the error which is 1 – 3 mm. Therefore, it could be concluded that the TSF has been successfully developed.

Abstract
According to World Health Organization, vaccines helps the body-s immune system to recognize and fight pathogens like viruses or bacteria, which then keeps us safe from the diseases. About 20 million worldwide do not have vaccination, thus putting them at risk of serious diseases. In 2018, Indonesia faced a problem of fake vaccines distribution that caused community worry. To contribute in solving these issues, we need a device which could detect fake vaccines and the condition of vaccines, i.e. whether it is still in good condition. One of the potential methods is by observing the spectrum properties of the vaccine. SCiO Spectrometer works in wavelength range between 740-1070 nm and the object-s wavelength characteristics will be detected by photodiode as the sensor. By scanning the samples with SCiO device, the results will be delivered to the smart phone by Bluetooth connection. We measured six varieties of real vaccine with two condition and four types of fake vaccine, each with its own characteristics. The results concern on the different value of the light absorbance on every sample condition. Vaccines with stale condition have a bigger point of absorbance rather than the good one, the number is variety from 0.2–0.5 absorbance level. While the fake vaccines resulting below than 0.2 point absorbance level. Moreover, the shape of the wavelength also showed different patterns between the two kinds of objects. Using the regression SPSS software package parameters, a new simple microcontroller-based near-infrared spectrometer will be developed.

Abstract
Background: Child and infant malnutrition is an important issue in Indonesia, with more than 17% of children suffering malnutrition. According to WHO, around 45% of deaths among under-5 children are linked to under-nutrition, primarily in low and middle-income countries. Milk is one of the most essential nutrition for children. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop a simple and easy-to-use device that measures the nutritional content of milk using Near Infrared (NIR) Spectroscopy. Practical use of this NIR spectrometer is intended to help preventing malnutrition and death of toddlers in Indonesia. Method: An existing commercial SCiO Spectrometer operating at 740-1050 nm wavelength range was initially used to measure different types of milk samples. Then, spectrum data processing of the results was conducted using the multi-linear regression technique, to determine the regression parameters for protein, sugar, and fat. These parameters will be used in the newly designed low-cost NIR spectrometer using near-infrared LED and phototransistor, with diffused interactance method. Results: 38 different samples of 13 different brands with varying flavors were measured using the SCiO spectrometer. The results were: (a). darker samples produced lower absorbance than brighter samples, (b). the distance between sensors and samples during sample measurement also affected the outcome, (c). powder and liquid sample conditions could be distinguished from the spectrum measurement results. Conclusion: The SCiO Spectrometer can be used to provide milk quality information. The resulted regression parameters will be used to develop a new simple NIR Spectrometer that can be easily used by non-expert.

Abstract
Advanced vehicles are an alternative solution to reduce environmental pollution due to the use of fossil fuels. It can be pure electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles. The Hybrid vehicles combine internal combustion engines and electric motors to move. The use of resources on hybrid vehicles can be either series or parallel. A series hybrid model uses an electric motor as a driving force and combustion engine as a generator drive when a parallel hybrid vehicles use both resources as drivers simultaneously. Electrical energy can be obtained from renewable energy or waste utilization. This paper discuss the effectiveness of the use of advanced vehicles to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In this study compared some types of advanced vehicles with travel routes in Surakarta as represent urban area in Indonesia. The test is done using vehicle modeling with MATLAB software simulation. The research was done by using drive cycle data from previous research. The shows hybrid vehicle series need more fuel than parallel type. The size of the combustion engine in the vehicle series is very influential on the performance of the vehicle. With the increasing use of advanced vehicles in urban areas, the use of non-renewable fuels can be suppressed and the impact on the environment can be reduced.

Abstract
Glucose is one of the most important substances for medical check-up. Therefore, many studies are being done to find technology that can carry out research-level analysis and fast way to detect glucose. Making a portable sensor that can properly support the results of sample testing is a solution to this problem. Screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) is a common portable strip sensor based on electrochemical method. However, the working electrodes from carbon-based SPE must be modified with additional material to improve the performance. Many factors determine the modification such as the deposition method and the material itself. In this study, the working electrode of SPCE was modified by making a film through simple drop-casting method. From the experiment, SPCE that modified with carbon nanomaterial paste (Graphene-Polyurethane) show performance improvement for electrochemical analysis, but not enough to detect glucose. Thus SPCE was modified by cobalt metal organic framework (Co-MOF) nanomaterial to be able to detect glucose non enzymatically. It has a characteristic error measurement of 1.7% and selective to glucose when compared with urea and NaCl. This data is obtained with electrochemical testing such as cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).

Abstract
In improving the traffic management system in accordance with Law No. 22/2009, efficient and effective road infrastructure is needed which includes several aspects including safe, secure, fast and convenient. One such road infrastructure is road markings which have an important role in traffic especially the influence of the level of visibility generated by the road markings. This can affect the traffic especially at night where the level of visibilty produced by the markers is very influential on motorists. One of the factors that influence the lack of visibility level of the markers is the use of glassbead in the painting process. Therefore, it is necessary to study related to the use of glassbead levels on road markings, especially on thermoplastic markers where thermoplastic markers are widely used in several roads and conduct studies related to whether the visibility standards produced by these markers in the form of mark reflectivity levels are in accordance with field implementation.

Abstract
Microfluidic is a technology capable of manufacturing and miniaturize a device with a chamber inside, hence, fluids can go through. Concept of microfluidic brought an integrated system in a micro size platform that can operates as well as conventional laboratory. In this project, microfluidic was used as a platform for a sample to react with electrodes placed inside the microfluidic. Our work is interesting as our platform can be cleaned and reuse again. Microfluidic was made by using PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) and its curing agent. The container for microfluidic resin was made by using acrylic that has been laser cut. The chamber (master mold) for microfluidic was designed from polyimide tape and then being cut by using cutting sticker machine. Microfluidic platform composed of two sides which held together by magnets placed around it. The fluidic test was conducted by injecting liquids through the inlet using micropipette. During the process, we observed whether there is any leakage in the microfluidic. Microfluidic can be cleaned by opening its layer and wipe it out using distilled water and ethanol. To find out whether microfluidic does not affect the electrochemical measurements of the electrodes, a comparison of cyclic voltammetry (CV) results when using and not using microfluidic was being done. It was found that the changes that occurred were not noticeable. In addition, stability tests and the effect of scan-rate changes on the CV curves are also performed to prove that the electrodes and microfluidics can be an intact platform for measurement.

Abstract
Delays have been identified as one of major risks in oil and gas projects. A sound risk analysis is, therefore, one of a key factors for the success of the projects. The aim of this research was to measure the impact of delay risks on the completion time of an oil and gas project in Indonesia as a case study. Data of relevant delay risks were initially collected from literature reviews and observations on project documents, and finalized through interviews with key respondents of the project. A monte-carlo based simulation software was used to simulate 28 delay risks identified, and applied on the 34 project activities. This research found the probability of less than 1% for on-time project completion according to the baseline schedule (366 days). It was also projected that the project duration could be extended by 10.6% (405 days) and 14.2% (418 days) with 50% and 80% probabilities, respectively. The sensitivity analysis indicated that the most influential activity on project delays was the tubular delivery, and the risk delay with the greatest impact to project delays was the delay of long-lead item delivery. These research showed the mechanism of incorporating delay risks into relevant project activities, and the findings allow better understanding of stakeholders to develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Abstract
Although Bali (native breed of Indonesia) cattle has a high adaptation ability to tropical conditions, but this breed of cattle was reported to be heat stressed under the high environmental temperature. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of shower on the physiological responses of Bali cattle under a high environmental condition. Two groups of 6 young Bali males were used in this study. The animlas were kept under invidual barns and fed with rice straw supplemented with rice bran and urea multinutrients molasses block. The first group (control group) was kept without shower and the second group (treatment group) was treated with an individual shower located about 0.6 m above of each animal. The application of shower was done for 30 minutes three times a day (9.00, 12.00 and 15.00 hr) for 6 consecutive days. The physiological responses (body temperature, respiration rate and pulse rate), water intake and ambiet temperature were measured at 05.00, 09.00, 13.00, 17.00, 21.00 and 01.00 hr. Mean anbient temperature at 05.00, 09.00, 13.00, 17.00, 21.00 and 01.00 hr were 20.50ºC, 32.17ºC, 37.33ºC, 30.00ºC, 21.67ºC, and 20.33ºC, respectively. Treatment group showed a significant (P<0.05) lower body temperature during day time (09.00, 13.00 and 17.00 hr) in compared to those in the control group (38.1ºC vs 38.5ºC). During the night (21.00, 01.00 and 05.00 hr), there were no significant different of body temperature between the two treatments (38.0 ºC vs 38.1ºC). Similar respon was detected for respiration rate which showed a significantly lower (P<0.01) during day time in the treatment group in compare to those in the control group (18.1 Vs 20.8 time/minute). The effect of shower on pulse rate was significantly lower (P<0.01) only at 13.00 and 17.00 hr. Mean pulse rate in the treatment and control groups during these times were 64.3 and 70.2 time/min, respectively. Mean daily water consumption was significandly (P<01) lower in the treatment group in compared to those in the control group (12.1 vs 19.3 litre/day). It can be concluded that the application of shower could reduce heat stress of Bali cattle during the hight ambient temperature.

Abstract
Switching and mixing are likely to be part of linguistic diversity in a multilingual country. They are used to emphasize a statement, quote idea, strengthening command or request and so forth (Hoffman, 1991). This study tries to investigate the types of code-switching and mixing that used in Leti and the frequency of the usability in one single speech. The data is collected by recording the speech of a knowledgable insider of Leti. The qualitative method is used to find the types while the statistical is applied to discover the frequency of usability. The finding shows two types of switching that appeared; tag switching (TS) and syntactical inter sentential (SIS) as shown in the phrase Yance kamaringitu!..., and nanti bangun ka? Tidur lai?. Moreover, there are two types of mixing that discovered they are insertion and alternation as in ... rkenale,… wakampungo. The frequency of usability showed that TS frequency of usability is 0.1, SIS is 0.05. The frequency of the use of insertion is 0.04 and alternation is 0.01. Finally, code-switching and code-mixing in Leti is adaptable but has the potential to change the form of words and sentence.
