Abstract
Global plastic production has increased over the years due to the large number of plastic applications in many sectors. Continuous demand from plastics causes the accumulation of plastic waste in landfills to spend a lot of space contributing to environmental problems. Increased demand for plastics causes the release of petroleum as part of fossil fuels that are not renewable because plastics are petroleum-based materials. Therefore, in this study conducted a study of pyrolysis products from PET plastic waste materials using natural catalyst Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. The result of pyrolysis process shows that PET plastic waste at 350ºC produces 160 ml. The highest catalyst alloy at highest temperature is 350ºC as much as 150 ml. PET plastic waste produces higher value product then plastic waste can be used as fuel alternative.

Abstract
Background: Phaseolus lunatus L. is a type of legume which is potential to become food source for Indonesians as it is rich in nutrition. Unfortunately, its potential as food source rich in nutrition is under-appreciated by most Indonesians. In addition to the decreasing number of P. lunatus L. population, researches which concern on the diversity and diversification of beans in Indonesia are limited in all sorts. Species diversity study is an interesting yet important field of research. However, diversity and the relation among Phaseolus species in Indonesia are hardly be found. Aims: This study aimed at investigating the diversity of P. lunatus L. in East Java, Indonesia based on RAPD marker. Materials and Methods: In this study, P. lunatus L. collected from some areas around East Java, namely Tulungagung, Kediri, Malang, Probolingo, and Madura. This study includes two main stages: (1) DNA isolation following the CTAB method Doyle and Doyle (1987) modified by Maftuchah and Zainudin (2010); and (2) Electrophoresis of the isolated results using RAPD OPA6 (GGTCCCTGAC) primers, OPA8 (GTGACGTAGG), OPA10 (GTGATCGCAG), OPA20 (GTTGCGATCC), OPC19 (GTTGCCAGCC), OPD8 (GTGTGCCCCCC), OPA10 (GTGATCGCAG), OPA20 (GTTGCGATCC), OPC19 (GTTGCCAGCC), OPD8 (GTGTGCCCCCC) OPE15 (ACGCACAACC), OPE16 (GGTGACTGTG) developed by Operon technologies, Alameda, California. Data analysis was performed by looking at the banding pattern that appeared from the electrophoresis results at each primary locus. After that the DNA band pattern data was then converted to binary data. Furthermore, from the bands that appear will be seen the percentage of polymorphic and monomorphic bands. Then, the phylogenetic tree was compiled using PopGen software. Results: Variation of genotypic diversity in 15 genotypes resulted in 68 RAPD bands being scanned from 10 primary oligonucleotides (OPA6; OPA8; OPA10; OPA20; OPC19; OPD8; OPD12; OPE8; OPE15; OPE16) with an average of 6.8 bands per primary. Of the 10 primers used to produce 68 bands, with varying sizes of DNA fragments. The results of the amplification seen almost all polymorphic DNA bands. The total bands produced from 10 primers were 68 DNA bands. Primers that produce the smallest number of bands were OPA10 and OPA20 primers, while primers that produce the most bands were OPD12, producing 9 bands. There were 9 primers which have 100% polymorphism. Cluster analysis of 68 pattern bands produces a phylogenetic tree using Neighbor-Joining method, with similarity coefficients ranging from 64% -100%. In the genetic similarity coefficient, P. lunatus formed two groups, namely the main cluster (cluster A) consisting of genotypes 7, 8, 13, as well as 14 and the second main cluster group (cluster B) consisting of genotypes 2, 4, 16, 18, Prb1, Prb2, Prb3, Prb4, as well as Prb 5. Conclusion: PCR-RAPD results using 10 random primers informed that genetic variation among 15 P. lunatus L. genotypes was found in the range of 0-36%.

Abstract
Mesoporous silica has been successfully synthesized from rice husk ash (RHA) and corn cobs ash (CCA) using alkaline extraction followed by acid precipitation. In this work, rice husk and corn cobs were combusted inside a furnace at 700°C to produce rice husk ash (RHA) and corn cobs ash (CCA). These ashes were treated by using NaOH aqueous and acid solutions, such as HCl or CH3COOH, to produced high purity silica. Thermal devolatilization of rice husk and corn cobs were studied by TGA analysis. The composition and morphology of the silica have been confirmed with FTIR analysis shows that the silica obtained has a group of silanol (Si-OH) and a group of siloxane (Si-O-Si), also the morphology was confirmed with SEM-EDX and x-ray diffraction (XRD) which stated that the obtained products were amorphous and also mesoporous silica. The pore volume and surface area of silica obtained have been done using Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) method. Silica from corn cobs with CH3COOH acidification has a higher surface area 360.5 m2/g and an average pore diameter 8.04 nm, while silica from rice husk with HCl acidification has a surface area 236 m2/g and an average pore diameter 9 nm.

Abstract
ABSTRACT The aims of this study is to assess (1) the multidimensional sustainability index and status of paddy farming system, (2) the sustainability index and status of each dimension (ecology, economy, socio-cultural, technological and institutional) of paddy, and (3) sensitive attributes that are affecting the sustainability of the paddy farming system. Primary data used in this study, obtained from interviewing farmers, extension agents, Subang Agricultural Agency and related stakeholders. The method of selecting samples was done purposively by selecting one village in Subang and Karawang which is the center of paddy and has farmers with land area and cropping index varies with certain categories. The analytical method used is Rapfish with multidimensional scaling (MDS) approach. The results showed that the sustainability index of inter-village rice farming varied between 44.13 - 71.93. Villages that are included in the quite sustainable category are Pringkasap and Kalijati with an area of more than 3 ha and an IP 200 because this village has ecological, social and technological advantages. While other villages fall into the less sustainable category. The villages with the lowest sustainability index are Kalijati villages whose land area is less than 1 Ha and has an IP of 300. The development of a sustainable rice business system in Subang and Karawang should be focused on villages with a less sustainable category. Efforts to improve the status of sustainability in the village must be directed at the attributes that are sensitive to affecting the status of sustainability, namely returning mulch and straw to the land, managing water with intermittent technology, and applying greenhouse gas mitigation technology.

Abstract
In the gross output of agriculture sector, livestock contributes about 19% and is important income for farmers, especially small-farmers in Vietnam. Small-scale farms accounted for 85% in livestock scale of Vietnam. Swine sector is the most important livestock sector in Vietnam because of their contribution to nutrient human in Vietnam annually, about 70-76% of total meat production (main meal of Vietnam people). This paper reviews the Vietnamese swine trading sector. Starting with an overview of Vietnam natural conditions of swine industry, including a description of prevalent swine production systems, value chain of swine trading, the paper then takes a systematic view of opportunities, challenges and prospects of swine product marketing. Besides that, the government in Vietnam implemented projects, policies and strategies for strengthening swine industry, keeping pork price stable and improving swine herd. The opportunities offered by swine farming to improve livelihoods for many small scale and resource poor households in Vietnam, thus farmers and small-farmers can enhance their standard living. However, pork and swine producers, especially small holders, face challenges of knowledge gap in best practice in husbandry and management of farms as businesses. Other challenges in swine production are low quality-high cost feeds, inability to service quantity and quality demands of the market and challenges of sourcing high quality raw materials. One of emerging problems is the majority of swine farmers are limited in market power and there is low income from swine production and in beginning of 2019, African Swine Fever (ASF) emerged in Vietnam and rapidly spread to whole of Vietnam country which caused seriously influence on swine industry in Vietnam and led to the decrease of swine herd in Vietnam. This paper also assessed likely changes in the next 5 years in Vietnam, based on past trends, future scenarios and evaluated growth potential, viability and sustainability of small holder swine systems in Vietnam.

Abstract
Introduction: The rise of social media in the digital era is considered important for anybody because it helps people to communicate and share information with each other online. Because it has become a necessity, it is not surprising that the number of social media users has increased. This also has an impact on increasing various online activities, including business activities. The ease of sharing information and communicating through social media can help entrepreneurs and consumers to conduct business activities or buy and sell online. Methods: This phenomenon is an inspiration for researchers to uncover the role of social media in Indonesia in business activities, knowing the factors that can influence a social media follower who initially "likes" to "buy", so that it can be developed into a social commerce model. This model is then validated using a quantitative research method, according to the type of business or industry that is suitable to be marketed through social media. By surveying users of social media, 547 data is collected that consists of social media entrepreneurs and social media buyers. Results: Adapting Wu He (2017) model, the results of data analysis showed that many buyers on social media also make sales on social media. Further analysis using regression also confirms that the frequency of using social media has a strong influence on buying behavior on social media. There is a pattern in which companies also use social media as part of their supply chain. Conclusions: The results of this study are useful in the management of business operations or start-up companies that use social media. Social media helps businesses to reach consumers easily and quickly without needing to spend a lot of money and energy.

ABSTRACT The main focus of this research is to analyze the integration of Indonesias rubber trade with countries in the ASEAN region and how this trade integration affects the convergence of development in the ASEAN region. This study uses panel data from 1989-2017 with five ASEAN countries as a rubber export destination. The analysis method used is the principal component analysis (PCA) method that measures the integration of Indonesias rubber trade with the ASEAN region, and the fixed effect method (FEM) approach to examine the impact of trade integration on regional economic development convergence. The results showed that the greater integration of Indonesias rubber trade with ASEAN countries was marked by the principal value of its component analysis (PCA) which grew from 1989 to 2017. Increased integration of this rubber trade with the ASEAN region is also very dependent on regional and global economic conditions When regional and global economies experience a decline, the intensity of Indonesias rubber trade also fluctuates towards decreasing. Changes in economic progress shown by changes in the value of GDP greatly affect the strength of the integration of Indonesias rubber trade with the country concerned, changes in the value of GDP of rubber export destination countries have led to the convergence of Indonesias economy with Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, and experienced divergence with Malaysia and the Philippines.

Abstract
The increase in the palm oil industry in Indonesia is followed by an increase in oil palm empty fruit bunches (EFB/EFB) solid waste. Various EFB waste management efforts have been carried out by utilizing it as raw material for bioethanol production, briquette making, compost making, particleboard manufacturing, Biomass power plant, pulp and paper production, and biogas production. During this time the EFB management is carried out individually and has different environmental, economic and social impacts. For that reason, in this study the author developed an integrated system of managing EFB waste that are more environmentally friendly, economical and provides a better social impact to the community by utilizing some existing processing technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for mushroom cultivation using the EFB planting media which was carried out in an integrated and environmentally friendly manner, thus providing many benefits to the community and supporting a sustainable palm oil industry. The method used in this study is an experimental method and literature study that produces observational data in the form of tables and graphs that were analyzed descriptively. The results obtained in integrated EFB management (mushroom production, biogas, compost and liquid organic fertilizer) have high economic feasibility with an investment of Rp. 1,334,468,908, - IRR of 65%, B / C ratio of 2.07 and PBP for 1.5 years. Management of every ton of EFB with an integrated business concept can produce 90 kg of mushroom mushrooms, 11.14 m3 of biogas, 73.5 kg of dry compost, and 1.0 m3 of liquid organic fertilizer. Integrated management is also environmentally friendly because it is able to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 436.02 kg CO2e with energy consumption of 120.17 MJ (economic value of energy 1 MJ / ton of EFB = Rp. 35,515, -) and provide an economic value of EFB of Rp. 4,267,885. Integrated EFB waste management can be used as a superior program for the responsibility of palm oil mill companies to the surrounding environment (CSR).

Abstract
The rate of surgery at the RSUD Dr. H Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province from January to December 2017 as many as 355 who underwent surgery with the most cases was Laparatomi. The pre-survey was conducted on 10 patients who experienced surgery, 8 people experienced pain with a scale of 10 and 2 people experienced a pain scale of less than 10. Patients said they began to feel pain between 3-4 hours after surgery, and pain management was done with a pharmacological approach alone namely by administering analgesics. This study found differences in post-operative patient pain scale reduction after administration of slow deep breathing distraction-relaxation techniques with a religious approach at Bandar Lampung General Hospital. The research design used was experimental research (one group pre-test and post-test design). The treatment given to respondents in the form of distraction-relaxation techniques is slow deep breathing with a religious approach to postoperative patients. The number of respondents was 60 respondents. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis to see the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the statistical test used is the T dependent test. Decrease in pain scale postoperative patients after slow deep breathing with a religious approach of 2.17 with a standard deviation of 0.994. Statistical test results with dependent t-test obtained p value = 0,000. This p value is smaller than (0.05) so that it can be concluded that slow deep breathing with a religious approach is effective in reducing the pain scale of postoperative patients. Suggestions for pain management in the form of breathing exercises Slow deep breathing should have started to be taught to patients since the preoperative phase along with other preoperative preparation exercises such as leg exercises and so on.

Abstract
Toilet training anticipatory guidance (BATT) is an attempt by nurses to parents so that toddlers perform their urinary functions optimally. Toilet training should be done when parents and toddlers are ready, namely the age of 18-48 months, if not done the child will experience enuresis (bedwetting) which will cause health problems and other developmental disorders. This study aims to determine the effect of BATT on knowledge, maternal attitudes and the incidence of enuresis in infants. The study was conducted for two months in the working area of community health center in Bandar Lampung city. Quasi-experimental research design with two groups, they are pre-test and post-test design. The study population is all toddlers in the working area of community health center in Bandar Lampung city. The sample size was calculated by an unpaired numerical analytical study, namely 30 toddlers case groups and 30 toddlers control groups. Samples were selected using Consecutive sampling techniques with inclusion criteria of cooperative mothers, biological children, not suffering from urinary tract infections, impaired kidney function, diabetes mellitus, spinal disorders: Spina bifida, suitable growth and development, no psychological disorders, such as: depression, regression, sibling rivalry; and do not consume diuretic drugs. Interventions in the form of BATT for mothers with BATT modules and toilet training exercises as well as case follow-up for toddlers. Data collection by questionnaire and observation sheet. Univariate data analysis with mean and deviation (SD) deviation; bivariate analysis with the Wilcoxon test and McNemar test. The results of the study showed a significant difference in the mean knowledge of mothers before and after BATT (p value=0.00); there was a significant difference in the incidence of enuresis in the case and control groups (p value=0.00).

Abstract
Process control is widely used in various industries to maximize production, maintain desired quality levels, product safety and make the process more economical. Control that is generally used in many industries is to control liquid, such as controlling the level, flow, pressure, and temperature of liquid using the PID method, the PID controller attempts to correct errors between the measured process variables and the desired set-point with calculations and then issue corrective actions that can be arranged according to the process. In the past, most PID controllers were based on microcontrollers, but now PLCs can also operate PIDs with analog function control because PLC speeds and capabilities have increased. To meet the competency needs of students in process control following industry demands, especially the use of PLC with the PID Method, students need to be given knowledge and skills. One way is the availability of training modules that can grow their enthusiasm and skills when they study. This paper presents the design and implementation of Omron CP1H PLC-based process control training modules that can be used by students to study liquid level control in tanks with PLC-based PID methods.
