Abstract
This paper presents research conducted at an automotive manufacturing company that manufactures automotive components, including the rear axle. Housing assembly is one part of the rear axle assembly process that serves as a place to put other rear axle components, namely: axle shaft, differential, inner retainer bearings, brakes, drum brakes, and others. A new machine will be designed on the housing assembly production line with a larger capacity, which is 3000 pcs per month. The arc welding by hand machine was design by adding a motor and an inverter, a pneumatic cylinder as a gripping, a reed switch as a controlling cylinder. The main function of this machine is to connect the upper-lower assembly parts with the housing tube and housing end, and to keep the three parts fixed on one axis. If the three connected parts are not on the same axis, it can cause defects in the product. In this paper, we discuss control system design of the housing assembly arc welding by hand machine using the PLC as its control, and the CC-Link master module which functions as the expand input - output of this machine. With a new machine control design, production targets can be achieved, and product defects have decreased from 0.96% to 0.06%.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the existence of the phenomena of the Phillips Indonesia curve trade-off in the period 1970 - 2018 using the analytical approach modeling Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). With respect to secondary data for 49 years (quarterly data), namely the variable inflation rate, unemployment rate, potential output and output gap analyzed, it is found that the phenomena of the Phillips curve trade-off occurred in Indonesia, namely the existence and pattern of the curve showed a change in almost every time, in accordance with changes in economic structure, especially those caused by the economic crisis. Between the two observation periods, namely the period before the crisis and after the crisis, the format of expectation formation and Phillips curve were significantly different. Before-crisis the influence of output-gap on changes in the development of inflation variables tends to be moderate and the dominance of the expectation formation format is backward and forward looking relatively balanced, whereas after-crisis the effect of output-gap pressure on inflation development tends to increase and the dominance of the expectation formation format is forward looking.

At present the world is entering the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is closely related to information technology on the basis of human life (Kemenristekdikti, 2018a). With these changes, of course the world of education must also immediately respond to these changes. The steps that can be taken is by integrating information technology with innovative learning models. As a teacher in the Indonesian era 4.0 gave birth to a term known as Teacher 4.0 Challenges & Requirements. To become a 4.0 teacher must have 3 components, namely: 1) Human - Based & Didactical Challengee; 2) Organizational Challengee and 3) Technological Challengee. (Abdelrazeq, 2016). To support these competencies, one of the learning models that can be used is the STEM-based learning model. STEM Education is a combination of areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) (Duran, et al., 2016). This paper aims to: 1) explain the perception of information technology and STEM learning for prospective economic teachers. 2) describes the efforts to integrate Information Technology and STEM-based Learning Models in the face of the Age of Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract
The increase in funds distributed to villages throughout Indonesia must be accompanied by increased accountability in its management. This study aims to identify the determinants of intention to use accounting applications that are considered capable of guarding and increasing the accountability of village financial management. The village accounting application called Sidek Desaku is a new innovative product whose benefits and motivating factors for user intentions need to be identified in order to be evaluated and intervention steps determined to increase acceptance. This research model was tested on two groups namely 46 operators and 24 village heads (decision-makers) in one DIY district, and data were analyzed with SEM-PLS (Warp-PLS 6.0). This research proves that perceived usefulness is the main determinant of the intention to use village accounting innovations. This study also found that anxiety only affected the intention of the operator group. Based on this, developers and governments should collaborate and continue to add relevant features, pay attention to the capacity of operators by providing lots of technical guidance and training that can reduce anxiety and increase perceived usefulness. Different from previous studies, this study uses a modified TAM 3 model by considering duality theory and adding factors of social influence and perceived risk to intentions.

Generally in Indonesia, bank loans have lower interest rate than cooperative loans. Even so the use of cooperative credit in Indonesia is very much, so that the cooperative is considered as one of the supporting economy in Indonesia. This study wants to identify the impact of the use of cooperative credit on community welfare compared to bank loan. This study uses Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) data with a regression analysis of fixed effect methods at the village level. The results showed that the role of cooperative and bank credit did not have a significant difference in improving peoples welfare. This shows that cooperatives have an important role in improving peoples welfare as well as the bank. The higher the amount of credit taken, the more positive the effect is on improving peoples welfare. The use of credit for productive purposes also has a positive influence on improving peoples welfare, compare to consumer credit.

Abstract
The contamination of water sources by pathogenic bacteria poses a threat both in the environment and in human health. The incorporation of metal nanoparticles in polymer matrix which is abundantly available in a country can be improved to enhance its antimicrobial property. This study was focused on the development of a novel antibacterial water filter from synthesized silver-copper nanoparticles (Ag-CuNPs) incorporated into Philippine abaca fiber (Manila Hemp). Pre-treatment method and determination of adsorption capacity of abaca fiber towards metal ions, Ag+ and Cu2+ were done prior to synthesis of Ag, Cu and Ag-Cu nanocomposites. Alkali treatment of the fiber confirms OH, C-O and C=O of a cellulose, pectin and lignin in the FTIR analysis. These groups effectively altered the nature of the abaca fiber to hydrophobic, thus, increasing its adsorption capacity up to 80%. Morphological and structural properties of the formed nanoparticles were confirmed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealing polymeric matrices of the fiber in the particle size of 80 nm – 100nm. UV-Vis spectra revealed a broadening of the absorption spectra of a bimetallic Ag-Cu nanoparticles at 410 nm. The antimicrobial assay results revealed promising synergism of the combined silver and copper nanoparticles against both Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) bacterial strains in synthetically prepared water. Also, a relatively proximate bactericidal efficiency was attained between the CuNPs and Ag-CuNPs abaca fiber composites. The developed Ag-CuNPs abaca fiber composite can act as novel antibacterial water filter for water disinfection.

Abstract
Sugar cane (Saccharum officianarum) is an important commodity because it is widely used as raw material for sugar and MSG. Data on sugarcane production has not been used optimally, except for administrative purposes. The data, if used appropriately, can be used to predict the yield of sugar cane which can be utilized by cooperatives and farmers. This research was conducted to design an information system that can be used to forecast sugarcane yields in the working area of "KUD Subur Malang". The information system design process is carried out by implementing Machine Learning. The results of sugarcane yield forecasting using machine learning implementation in KUD Subur Malang showed the best results using the gradient boosting algorithm with 75% model accuracy. Website-based yield forecasting information system can be used as a production forecasting tool for KUD Subur to improve its business processes. Sugarcane forecasting information system can be well received by users.

Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common diseases suffered, especially by women, in the world, and about 2 billion new cases of patients with breast cancer in 2018. Therefore, it is very important to detect cancer early. Early detection of cancer can be done through the analysis of DNA abnormalities from blood cell samples, where the sampling does not require surgery, non-invasive and painless, and can reduce the sampling cost. DNA abnormalities can occur due to heredity or mutase gene. This mutase gene causes uncontrolled cell division. There are several types of gene mutations that can occur, namely point mutation and base-pair insertion and deletion mutation. Point mutation is the occurrence of changes in one or several specific genes that do not change the length of DNA, while the base-pair mutation is the addition or deletion of several genes so that the length of the DNA becomes different. From several studies that have been conducted in the medical field there are mutations in the BRCA1, BRCA2, and PALB2 genes, where mutations in these genes can cause an increased risk of breast cancer. Other mutase genes associated with cancer risk are ATM, BARD1, CDH1, CHEK2, MRE11A, NBN, TP53, PALB2, PTEN, RAD50, RECQL, RINT1. In this paper a literature review is conducted on the methods used in bioinformatics to detect mutase genes including Fourier Transform, Discrete Wavelet Transform, Support Vector Machine, Bayesian, Decision Tree Regression Model, Neural Network, Stack Autoencoder, Deep Boltzmann Machine and Tumor Covariate Signature Model.
