Abstract
Learning or development activities in early childhood should be implemented holistically and comprehensively in order to develop all aspects of its development, including cognitive and emotional social. One of the models developed is a comprehensive game-based learning model. This early childhood learning model was developed through research and development with 9 (nine) steps developed by Borg and Gall. The model was developed with reference to three games: constructive, educational and traditional games based on learning theories of early childhood and the theories associated with the three games. This model is purposely designed for alternative members of early childhood teachers to stimulate cognitive and social-emotional abilities of children simultaneously. Stages in this model include 1) Conducting initial assessment 2) Analyzing initial ability 3) Implementing the learning process 4) conducting the final assessment 5) analyzing the final assessment result and all the stages are evaluated thoroughly. The materials and tools used in this model are: an assessment instrument of cognitive, social-emotional abilities, guides and a comprehensive game tool called "Colored Sticks", as well as an instrument of observation of learning. In this model, the role of ECE teacher as facilitator, planner, implementer and assessor cannot be replaced.

Abstract
This research is motivated as follows. (1) Lack of modules or story books based on traditional Minangkabau stories (2) Lack of teacher knowledge about ways and steps to read stories to children so that childrens literacy is underdeveloped (3) There is no module on traditional Minanakabau stories that can be a reference for teachers in planning learning develops character values in children. The purpose of this study is the first, to explain the process of development of the module code valid (seen from the terms of the feasibility of contents). Second, To explain the process of development of the module code that practical (seen from the terms of the ease in use). Third, to explain the process of development of the module code that effective, that is used in the Garden of Childhood Affairs Padang City. Theories used in this study are (1) The Nature of Early Childhood (2) The Character of Minangkabau Folklore (3) The Literacy Nature (4) The Role Playing Method (5) The Learning Module. Type of research this is the research and development or Research and Development (R & D) which aims to develop a module that is valid, practical, and effective. Step-by-step design of the development phase of definition (Define), Stage Design (Design), stage of development (Develope). Development of modules of learning that has been designed through three stages, namely validation, test the practicalities, and test the effectiveness of the development of the module. Indicators in the study of this, includes: Expression and Character (Communicative).

Abstract
The aim of this research is to developing interactive multimedia on material introduction the wild animal in Kindergarten Palembang City. This research used development research method with the Allesi and Trollip model that consists of: planning phase, design phase, and development phase. Research subject used 25 students aged 5-6 years at Nusa Indah 1 Kindergarten in Palembang City. This research demonstrate that in this multimedia application there are four main menus, namely a menu about wild animal material, a learning video menu, a menu to count the number of wild animals, and a puzzle game menu. The results of validity test from experts obtained a score of 0,91 from the media expert and 0,75 from the material expert, so the average of validity test was stated in very high category of validity, that is mean the developed interactive multimedia was declared valid and could be tested. The results of practically test of students obtained score of 0,95 which is stated in category of very high level of practically, so that interactive multimedia is easily played by students.

Abstract
This article is a study that discusses the social media interactive video culture in learning in children. This research is a research and development approach to the learning device development model 4- D ( four D ). The research respondents were all students at Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten district of Lima Puluh Kota. The results of research based on observations made in kindergartens Mutiara Bunda of social-based learning have begun to be seen but have not been carried out structurally and the teacher has not adopted an approach that can make children interested in understanding social culture and the lack of media that supports social and cultural learning for young children. So that the implementation of social cultural-based learning activities is still limited to the application of cultural values in general.

Abstract
This study is aimed to determine the process of facilities and infrastructure management in SDN (Elementary School) 033 Payakumbuh. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques by using data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Subjects in this study were principals, teachers, parents and students with special needs. The results showed that: 1). the planning of education facility process begins with a process that is well and correctly arranged according to the 2013 curriculum, which involves teachers, GPK, and parents of students; 2) the process of organizing the utilization of educational facilities has carried out the organizing function to the maximum as set forth in the learning tools that had been prepared previously; 3) the education facility maintenance process which is carried out periodically by involving all school residents along with several technicians; and 4) the process of supervising in using educational facilities from the beginning of learning to the end of learning has been going well, so that learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract
Abstrak Bangsa Indonesia saat ini mengalami krisis di berbagai bidang. Kondisi tersebut menjadi keprihatinan semua kalangan. Krisis karakter berkaitan erat dengan krisis budaya. Pendidikan karakter yang paling tepat adalah saat usia dini. Masa usia dini merupakan masa yang paling penting, disebut masa emas karena sel-sel otak anak mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat. 80 % pertumbuhan otak terjadi sejak anak lahir hingga 8 tahun. Para guru telah menerapkan pendidikan karakter di lembaga PAUD. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan, terdapat karakter anak yang masih membutuhkan perhatian serius dalam etika dan sosial. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sebagai akar dari pembentukan karakter. Masyarakat Minangkabau menjunjung tinggi “adat basandi syara-, syara- basandi kitabullah”. Randai merupakan permainan sekaligus kesenian budaya Minangkabau sebagai gambaran identitas masyarakat yang sangat kuat dengan falsafah, etika, dan pelajaran yang berpusat pada alam. Randai dapat menjadi sarana pendidikan karakter sejak dini sekaligus untuk melestarikan budaya bangsa sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi literatur. Kata kunci: Pendidikan anak usia dini, karakter, budaya, kearifan lokal, randai The Indonesian nation is currently experiencing a crisis in various fields. This condition is a concern for all circles. Character crisis is closely related to cultural crisis. The most appropriate character education is at an early age. Early childhood is the most important period, called the golden age because the childs brain cells have increased very rapidly. 80% of brain growth occurs from child birth to 8 years. The teachers have implemented character education in PAUD institutions. From the results of the study found, there are characters of children who still need serious attention in ethics and social. The values of local wisdom as the root of character building. The Minangkabau people uphold the "adat basandi syara-, syara- basandi Kitabullah". Randai is a game as well as Minangkabau cultural art as a very strong picture of community identity with philosophy, ethics, and lessons centered on nature. Randai can be a means of character education from an early age as well as to preserve the culture of the nation itself. The method used in research is the study of literature. Abstract
his research is based on the current problems that occur in kindergarten teachers in Pariangan District. Based on preliminary studies, in line with the times, technology and also the renewal of the curriculum for early childhood education in Indonesia, it is suspected that teachers who teach in kindergartens already have professional competence and pedagogical competencies that are in accordance with existing competency standards in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods with ex postfacto research design on the subject of research namely kindergarten teachers in Pariangan sub-district as many as 23 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire, then data analysis used was a descriptive statistical test. The results showed that the description of the professional competence of kindergarten teachers in the millennial era was already in the high category of 74.26%. And the kindergarten teachers pedagogical competence in this millennial era in the Pariangan sub-district is already in the high category of 76.92%, but the inidicators of taking reflective, corrective and innovative actions in improving the quality of the process and the results of early childhood development need to be increased again because they are in the category just 51%.

Abstract
This study was background by there are still parents who provide media for childrens games using gadgets and other modern games. The factors that influence it are social emotional changes that are unstable and tempramental, and social status. The purpose of this study is to: (1) analyze the factors that cause changes in social and emotional development, (2) analyze the role of traditional games, (3) apply traditional games, (4) make traditional games the most preferred game, and (5) the impact of using traditional games on social and emotional development and finding the best solution. This study use a Mixed Method with a Concurrent Embeded design. The subjects of this study were 30 people consisting of classroom teachers and parents of TKA students, TKB PAUD Terpadu Hauriyah Halum. The selection of subjects is determined by the Purposive Sampling technique. Quantitative data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results obtained are in the position of the range scale of "Sangat Setuju" with a percentage of 83.97%. Qualitative data were obtained through observation, interviews, and class actions using 3 cycles. The findings of the study showed that the achievement of early childhood social emotional development with traditional games was proven through the analysis of questionnaire intervals obtained.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop a discrete story book model of discordant kurenah through literacy of the Minangkabau culture to form the early childhood character of the hobby in Group B. The development of the discrete story book Kurenah is carried out by connecting the main points of Minangkabau traditional teachings on 12 kinds of discordance, one of which is called SumbangBaleh duo in which there are discordant kurenah. Kurenah contributions are designed in the form of picture books so that they can be easily applied to young children. In addition, this discrete picture book of kurenah aims to introduce children early on to the teachings of culture, Minangkabau customs that gradually disappear began to be replaced by technological advances and story books that raise Minangkabau culture are still little published so that discordant books on kurenah can be used as a reference for educators in shaping the character of children from an early age. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development), using the Brog and Gall model. Judging from the results of this study the validation test conducted by an average validator obtained 90.81%. Teacher questionnaire responses obtained by an average of 81.8%, the value of childrens character formed 68.39%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the development of discordant story book models in shaping the character of early childhood is very valid, practical and effective. In other words, the use of the development of the SumbangKurenah picture book model can influence the character of children, and make a positive contribution to the learning process in group B in Bukittinggi-Agam.

The Effect of Storytelling Picture Book on Reading Readiness of Group B Kindergarten Children in Padang

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storytelling picturebook activities on reading readings of group B Kindergarten children in Padang in 2018. The research method used an experimental method using pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis techniques used the T test to calculate two averages. The population of this study was all kindergarten children of Group B residing in the District of West Padang, Padang city. The sample in this study 18 children in group B of TK Negeri II as the experimental group and 18 children of group B in TK Aisyiyah 24 Jondul Rawang as the control group. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in reading readiness of group B children who are treated by using storytelling picture books by wordbook, while reading readiness in group B children who are treated using storytelling picture books by wordless books have no significant effect.

Abstract
The teaching and learning process is basically an activity implementing the curriculum of an educational institution so that it can take the child to achieve the educational goals set. One effective way is to maximize the use of media. Learning media in the form of visuals in the form of images, photos, audio in the form of sound recordings, certain sounds, as well as in the combined form of both such as video recordings that contain audio and video elements have changed the paradigm of learning outcomes. One of them is by applying audio-visual media based on Minangkabau folklore to develop childrens speaking skills at TK Kartika 1-7 Padang. It is done because applying audio-visual media is one alternative that can be used to maximize childrens understanding / childrens ability in mastering the material provided by the teacher. It also makes children motivated in their desire to continue to learn and hone themselves. Referring to these problems, the writing method used is descriptive method that aims to describe the application of audio visual media based on Minangkabau folklore to develop childrens speaking skills at TK Kartika 1- 7 Padang. The population in this study was children in TK Kartika 1-7 Padang who were registered in 2018/2019. The number of children enrolled in the school year is 44, spread in two classes. Based on observations through the collection of report cards on childrens learning activities data is still very low with the percentage of BRA (Benchmark Reference Assessment) 5.10%. (Source: narrative book of TK Kartika 1-7 Padang teachers, semester I (odd) 2018/2019 school year). So that the development of children is still classified as very low, from 22 children, 7 of whom received a one-star rating (*) which was in the underdeveloped category. A three-star rating (***) means that the child is able to speak, but only 1 has a four-star rating (****) which is categorized as a child who is able to speak well and fluently and has clear articulation. So that the data shows that childrens speaking ability in Kindergarten Kartika 1-7 Padang children need to be improved.

Abstract
Early childhood education aims to develop the basis of intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, and skills to attend further education in children aged 4-6 years, called the age of gold. Community involvement in school development is fitting, because education is part of the essence of peoples lives. The community has interests not just in school development, but primarily to improve quality in the framework of forming social roles through various forms of participation in early childhood education institutions. Community involvement in school activities is a feature of good relationships between schools and communities, meaning that the extent to which the community can be empowered in the education process in schools is an indicator of the school management in question.
