Abstract
The Surabaya IV Regional Construction Services Center (BJKW IV) is an Organizational Unit under the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. One of the main tasks is the management of Non-Tax State Revenues. BJKW IV Surabaya has the assets of the Hall, Mess/Dormitory and Classrooms which can be used for internal activities and leased to private institutions related to construction services. However, the rental rates of the above building assets that are still used Government Regulation Number 38 of 2012 cannot meet operational and maintenance needs. This study aims to establish the latest rental rates that are able to meet operational and maintenance needs. In this paper, the analysis of rental rate determination uses the method of Activity Based Costing (ABC). The results show that the tariff requirements to meet operational and maintenance requirements are as follows: Hall rental rates is 1.15 times the original rate, Mess/Dormitory Rooms rental rates is 2,75 times the original rates, Large Classes rental rate is 2,25 times the original rates and the Small Class Room rental rate is 1,85 times the original rate. Based on the results above, BJKW IV Surabaya needs to consider tariffs for commercialization to the private sector.

Abstract
Technoplex Living Apartment Bandung is one of the buildings using a shear wall that is built in earthquake-prone areas. This study analyzes the CW3 shear wall Type which aims to determine the seismic load plan using spectrum response analysis that is applied and analyzed on the structure of the building so that the horizontal deviation value that will be compared against the value of horizontal deviation that is permitted under SNI 1726 of 2012 is obtained. The results of this study can be concluded that the CW3 shear wall produces the highest horizontal deviation value in the direction of X of 0.032 m greater than the highest horizontal deviation value in the direction Y of 0.0042 m. Because it was analyzed in one direction, namely the X direction with the percentage of seismic load received using an orthogonal system where the X direction building structure received an earthquake load of 100% while the Y direction of 30% from the earthquake load was calculated by the spectrum response analysis method and the resulting horizontal deviation was below the allowable safety margin, the percentage of X direction is 56.7% while Y direction is 92.3%.

Abstract
Jacket pile is a corrosion protection system that is applied to ASTM 252 steel piles in the tidal and splash zone area of the Jetty. In this system the vessel is leaning on the breasting dolphin (BD). There has been damage to 9 new pile jackets installed and operated for several days in February 2018 on BD. damage occurs in the front position of the pneumatic fender direction of the vessel leaning. analysis is carried out using observation, inspection and simulation methods. the results of the analysis of the causes of damage to the jacket pile is due to vertical collisions and loads from the pneumatic fender. the visual simulation it can be predicted that when the ship rests near BD, the backrest will be held by a pneumatic fender, so that the floating fender will pound and press the pile jacket with mashing energy of 13.88 t.m, both in a shock, swing perpendicular and vertical to the pile BD. To prevent the recurrence of similar cases, it is recommended to use a BD Guard to protect the pile and jacket pile of BD from direct collisions and friction from pneumatic fenders and barges.

Abstract
In general, chicken slaughterhouses have capacity of slaughtering more than 40.000 chickens per day so it generates a high wastewater. One of appropriate treatments is Granular Aerobic Sludge in Sequencing Batch Reactor (GAS-SBR) since wastewater from chicken slaughterhouse has high BOD and COD in fluctuation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the reactor system ability to decrease parameters of BOD, COD, TSS, and ammonia on wastewater. In this research, the concentration variations were 6406.4 mg/L (100%) as initial concentration, 4804,8 mg/L (75%) and 2303,2 mg/L (50%). With 4 hour aeration time, the highest BOD removal with 100% load is 56.25% and an effluent is 1400 mg/L; COD is 75% removed with effluent of 768 mg/L at 50% load; TSS is 36.73% removed with effluent 1.79 mg/L at 100% load; while for Ammonia is 67.91% with 1.11 mg/L at 75% load. The parameters of TSS and ammonia have meet the quality standard of Environmental Ministry Decree no.5, 2014 for slaughterhouses wastewater, while BOD and COD parameters are steel exceeding the standards. The GAS-SBR could remove BOD and TSS parameters from highest concentration load, while ammonia and COD parameters could remove in influent concentration load diluted.

Abstract
This study focuses on analyzing the theses of Mathematics Education Study Program students who are Design Research (DR) types. Thesis is analyzed with the aim to see the relationship between mathematics learning material with the characteristics of Realistic Mathematics Education. DR is a quite complex qualitative research and requires precision and creativity in preparing realistic mathematics learning. The emphasis of DR is on the process of delivering subject by teachers to students and the resulting product in the form of learning design which is part of the Hypothesis Learning Trajectory. Relational analysis in this study is in the form of error analysis as an effort to observe and describe deviations between mathematical concepts to be taught to students with mathematical contextual material to be appointed in research for every mathematical material that is described as human activity. Relational understanding produces conceptual knowledge, allows students to solve mathematical problems conceptually and can explain the strategies and steps used. From 36 DR theses, there are some learning materials which is felt to be very contextually forced, so that relational understanding is not achieved. But if it is right, not only acheived relational understanding, but also students mathematics learning outcomes increased.

Abstract
A set of matrices integers modulo prime can form a finite group. This group has trivial and non-trivial subgroups. The trivial subgroup is normal clearly and for a non-trivial subgroup the normal properties will be investigated. Furthermore, if a non-trivial subgroup is a normal subgroup, then a quotient subgroup can be constructed. This paper discusses the characteristics of normality of quotient subgroup on matrices integers modulo prime. A group is constructed by matrices integers modulo prime. Here we considered some properties of this group. The order of group play an important role in this quotient subgroup. By this concept, we derive some result of normality of quotient subgroup. From this paper, it was found that the subgroup order had an effect on the normality of a quotient subgroup.

Abstract
Consolidation settlement in clay soils can be predicted by analyzing the consolidation parameters. Consolidation parameters were obtained from the results of a laboratory consolidation test using an Oedometer and Rowe cell. The Rowe cell can measure pore water pressure, soil saturation, and back pressure as a simulation of field condition while the Oedometer cannot. However, there are significant differences between the results of the analysis with the consolidation settlement occurred in the field caused by drainage conditions, the micro characteristics of the soil structure, and the thickness of the soil layer. Therefore, it is necessary to validate the results of settlement in oedometer and Rowe cell consolidation analysis with the value of settlement of experimental results. The method used is a laboratory consolidation test using an Oedometer and Rowe cell as well as a laboratory-scale experimental consolidation test. The results obtain 79% of differences between experimental and Oedometer, while Rowe cell had a difference of 37% from experimental. Based on this, analysis using Rowe cell consolidation parameters can predict a settlement in consolidation in the field more accurately than Oedometer, because it has a smaller difference in value.

Abstract
Reservoir is a water resource facility that has a function as a storage and water provider. The abundant water in the rainy season is accommodated, stored and used appropriately throughout the year. The fact that is happening now as time goes by is that many reservoirs in Indonesia have decreased function and performance. One of them occurs in the Bajulmati Reservoir located in Banyuwangi and Situbondo districts, East Java. The decrease was due to the planning of the reservoir that was not in accordance with the current conditions. This study aims to analyze the Operating Pattern of Bajulmati Reservoir so that the reservoir is expected to provide optimal performance in utilization for irrigation, raw water and Micro Hydro Power Plants. This research was conducted by analyzing data for the availability and utilization of Bajulmati Reservoir water, stretching the discharge of reservoir inflow in the future for 50 years, forming a model with Dynamic Programming and simulation. The first simulation was carried out according to the operation of the current reservoir, which is prioritized for irrigation (factor kT = 100% with differences in how to calculate irrigation water requirements), irrigation water is passed through a turbine (PLTMH). In the second simulation, the reservoir was operated with the fulfillment of irrigation and raw water, a factor of kT> 70% and the Micro Hydro Power was optimized considering the availability of water in the reservoir. The simulation results show the operation of the reservoir in producing electricity on average per year if the turbine must be fully operational and if a turbine with a 20% maximum power already operate with a percentage of the fulfillment of irrigation and raw water (factor kT). From the analysis of income (without taking into account the cost and assuming the provision of irrigation water and raw water are performed simultaneously) are known to be the highest income and lowest income.

Abstract
Greywater from domestic activities on the riverbanks settlement in Indonesia usually channeled directly to the drainage or to the river. It will be decrease the water quality. The aims of the research are to analyze the pollutant load due to greywater from settlement in banks of Ciliwung River segment 2 and responses of society sanitation habits. The research was conducted at 6 villages are Babakan Pasar, Sukasari, Baranangsiang, Cibuluh, Kedung Badak, and Sempur. Water samples were taken from the drainage channel in the morning and evening, which are considered to represent the peak hours of greywater. Sampling was conducted in May, June and July 2018. Pollutant load based on BOD level in the drainage channel ranges from 4,903.19-132,804.33 kg/day. This condition shows the high tendency of pollution due to greywater domestic activities and absence of greywater treatment in residential areas. Almost 50% of the community understand the importance of the need for wastewater management. Community awarness for sanitation habits such as environment community service, maintenance and handling waste in drainage, periodic septic tank desludging, and greywater disposal to drainage are needed. The conclusion is that greywater treatment in riverbanks settlement is really needed to be applied.

Abstract
Sound wave technology or Sonic Bloom technology has long been applied to plants. Sound waves affected the plants at different frequencies, sound pressure levels, presentation periods, and distances from sound sources. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of sound technology exposure on certain frequencies on the beginning of shoot growth, plantlet height, leaf number, and stomata opening width . The experiment was conducted by comparing chrysanthemum plants exposed to quran recitation (Surah Al-Fatihah) at an average frequency of 1237.8 Hz for 2 hours for 8 Weeks After Culture (WAC). The results showed that murattal and media interactions occurred in planlet height after 4 WAC and leaf number after 8 WAC. The exposure of murattal had affected on plantlet height after 2 WAC. The treatment influenced the number of leaves after 4 WAC, and the number of roots after 6 WAC. In testing the opening of the stomata, the leaves that given murattal al-Fatihah treatment, having a stomata opening wider than the leaves that were not treated (control). This study is the beginning of research to find the right frequency to stimulate growth in plants.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of generator installation Distribution of stability on a system of 20 kV distribution with load conditions is considered balanced. The reason for conducting this research is to find out how far DG can maintain stability on each bus. The method used in this study is to compare the results of the simulation of power flow and short circuit interference using ETAP Power System software. The results obtained from the power flow simulation before installation DG voltage drop at the end of the line. While the three phase short circuit fault current before the DG installation at the beginning of the line is x. After installation of DG with an injection of 50% and 90% power DG obtained a voltage drop at the end of the line of y and w. The results of the study show that with the injection of DG can increase the voltage profile on the line. Likewise, the interference current has increased, but it can be overcome by placing the location of the DG from the fault site.

Abstract
Most of Surabaya area is lowland, which is 80.72% with an altitude between 3-8 meter above sea level with a slope of less than 3%. Therefore, the city drainage system requires pump station operations to drain rainwater. One of the factors that can hinder the performance of pump stations in flood management is the damage to the drainage pump unit. This study has succeeded in finding motor damage as the type of dominant damage at drainage pump in Surabaya. The analysis of the types of dominant damage using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) by determining the type of dominant damage as the objective in the first level hierarchy, the dominant damage criteria are at the second level, and the types of damage are at the third level as an alternative decision. The types of damage are obtained by processing historical data of pump damage in 2017 to 2018, while the criteria for determining the dominant type of damage and the assessment in the AHP analysis are obtained from interviews and questionnaire with experts from the Surabaya city government and pump companies. The results of this study can be used to find the dominant causes of damage and forms of mitigation.

Abstract
ABSTRACT: Subcritical Assembly for Molybdenum Production (SAMOP) is a concept of nuclear reactor where the neutron multiplication factor (k-eff) less than one (k-eff ~ 0.99). Therefore, SAMOP reactor need an external neutron source for its operation. Uranyl Nitrate Hexahydrate, UO2(NO3)2or UN is used as fuel as well as target material for Mo-99 production. The Mo-99 isotope is used to generate Tc-99m which is the most widely radioisotopesused for diagnostic in nuclear medical fields. The composition of Uranyl Nitrate Hexahydrate (UNH)should be analyzed to achieve the required subcriticallevel in the SAMOP corei.e. k-eff ~ 0.99. Methodology for this analysis is a calculation of subcritical level of SAMOP by using WIMSDcomputer code. Using enrichment of uranium of 19.75% with 2.81 gr/cc of density, the composition shown 0.251724 for U and 0.748276 forN,O and H. The composition is then used as input for the neutronic analysis using the ORIGEN computer code as well as calculation of neutron source and thermal power of SAMOP. The result shows that the optimum k-eff is 0.9919 with the composition of U-235, U-238, N, O, H, U, N-O-H are 0.049715, 0.202009, 0.053448, 0.374138, 0.32069, 0.251724, and 0.748276 respectively.
