Abstract
The drought tolerant phosphate solubilizing bacteria is needed to dissolve phosphate (P) inorganic which is usually low in availability at dry land. This study is aimed to obtain a consortium of drought tolerant phosphate solubilizing bacteria which has high potential in dissolving P-inorganic. An experimental study which has 4 treatments of bacterial combinations has been conducted in a laboratory. The first treatment was the combinations of Pseudomonas azotoformans (PA), Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) and Bacillus paramycoides (BP). The second treatment was the combination of PA and AB. The third treatment was PA and BP, then the fourth treatment was AB and BP. The potential of the consortium bacteria in dissolving P-inorganic was measured qualitatively using phosphate dissolution index (FDI) on solid pikovskayas medium. While, the potential of the consortium bacteria in dissolving P-inorganic was measured quantitatively by measuring dissolved P using the ascorbic acid method in liquid pikovskayas medium containing 0.5% Ca3(PO4)2. The results showed that the consortium of those three bacteria (PA AB and BP) has the best potential to dissolve P-inorganic compared to other combinations. In addition, the three bacteria combination also resulted in the highest dissolved P with 0.29% potential dissolution, followed by combination of AB and BP (0.19%), and PA and BP (0.18%), respectively. Thus, before the consortium of these three bacteria is applied in soil, it is needed further experiment of potential of the bacteria in dissolving soil P-inorganic.

Abstract
Measurements of the magnetic susceptibility and chemical elements have been carried out on soils or sediments in various depositional environments for various purposes. Theoretically, the magnetic mineral content in nature is generally ferromagnetic which is characterized by the presence of an element of Fe and is positively correlated with the value of magnetic susceptibility. However, the presence of measured elements does not always have a positive correlation with magnetic susceptibility or very low. In this study, we propose a method to find out the magnetic factor that correlates significantly with magnetic susceptibility. The method consists of several steps: (i) a correlation analysis between magnetic susceptibility and each measured element is carried out; (ii) the elements that have a positive correlation are chosen as dominant elements; (iii) determine the magnetic factor as aggregation of the dominant elements. The method has been tested for various depositional environments and successfully found the magnetic factor of dominant elements with a very significant correlation value. The discovery of dominant elements that contributes to magnetic susceptibility will facilitate the determination of the minerals carrying magnetic properties and can be used as an indicator of environmental conditions.

Abstract
We present a self-consistent charge density functional tight-binding (SCC-DFTB) parameterization for boron clusters. In the parameterization we devote more attention to the repulsive energy in the SCC-DFTB theory and examine the quality of the parameter fitted to different sets of reference structures. To test the quality of the parameter, we combine the SCC-DFTB with modified basin hopping method (MBH) to search for global minima of small boron clusters Bn (n=3-13). In closer examinations, we found the repulsive potential fitted to trimer is a compromise among the reference structures judging from the variation of the potential curve and the geometry that it yields. On comparing further our calculated lowest energy boron clusters are very good agreement with other theoretical calculations.

Abstract
This study aims to make a detector for the nominal value and authenticity of money (rupiah currency). The working principle of this tool is as follows: UV LEDs function to provide lighting to objects (money). The light will circulate hidden colors in real money so that you can differentiate real money or money whose authenticity is doubtful. The White LED provides lighting for the object, then the light is received by the TCS 3200-DB color sensor to read its Red, Green, and Blue (RGB). Furthermore, the RGB value will be processed by Arduino Mega 2560 to be compared with the RGB values in the program. The mini DFPLayer functions to play sound according to the sound that has been recorded with the program. Testing the tool is done to determine the percentage of success of the tool in distinguishing between original money and the authenticity of money is doubtful. Testing of 7 (seven) nominal 2016 emission rupiah, namely Rp. 1,000 (80%), Rp. 2,000 (60%), Rp. 5,000 (100%), Rp. 10,000 (100%), Rp. 20,000 (80%), Rp. 50,000 (100%) and Rp. 100,000 (66%), so the average percentage of success of the tool is 83.71%.

Abstract
The shallow-water equation has an important role in studying the characteristics of ocean waves. These characteristics were influenced by the depth of the sea. This study simulates ocean waves around the coastal areas with different slopes. The simulation system is a 2-dimensional limited boundary, built using Gmsh software. The calculation uses the Quickersim toolbox for the Matlab environment. The outputs generated from these simulations are the position and speed at any time in 2-dimensions. The simulations results show the 2-dimensional velocity pattern of each waves section. These result can be used in the future research to learn the implementation in tsunami waves.

Abstract
Sleep disorders is a disorder experienced by a person when the REM and NREM cycle don-t work normally. Prolonged sleep disorders can cause a variety of bad conditions such as depression, fatigue, reduce work, performance and endurance. It quickly offended till affect to our own safety. The latest study in 2018 conducted by Dr. Welly Sondakh, MPH in Jakarta revealed that there were 10% of people with insomnia from the Indonesian population or around 28 million people. The low public awareness of sleep disorders causes them to need alternative media, namely an expert system to diagnose sleep disorders. Expert system is a system that uses the knowledge of an expert to solve a problem in a particular field where the system is not limited by time and can be used by many people. The method used in this system is Certainty Factor as an inference engine to determine the results of the diagnosis based on the symptoms determined. The calculation of this method combines the MB (measure of increased belief) and MD (measure of increased disbelief) values obtained from experts. From 50 test data, 45 data were obtained so that the accuracy level reached 90%. This shows that the expert system of diagnosing sleep disorders is suitable for early diagnosis of sleep disorders

Abstract
The problem of small signal stability is one of the main problems in the current power system because the purpose of operating the system is close to the limit. Small signal stability is important because small disturbances in the form of non-dampened electromechanical oscillations have limited the power flow limit in a steady state, so the oscillation will affect the operating system in a security and quality review. The entry of renewable energy in the Sulawesi interconnection system certainly has an impact on system stability and the emergence of electromechanical oscillations. An estimated 75 MW of power will come from the PLTB that will be built in Sidrap and 62.5 MW in Jeneponto. This study aims to analyze small signal stability due to the development of EBT generators on the Sulawesi interconnection system through eigenvalue characteristics and participation factors. The PLTB that will be integrated in the Sulawesi system certainly affects power flow which has an impact on small signal stability. From the above explanation, it is considered necessary to conduct research on the analysis of the stability of small signals before and after the integrated power plant in the Sulawesi electricity system.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine alkali metal content by means of flame using smartphone application with experiment. Method stages are performed by making a standard solution and test solution first. Standard solution for determining density line equations to vector norm value. While the test solution is to determine the known concentration of NaCl from the line equations. The standard solutions of each RGB value is tested to get an equation with the value gradient must be close to or equal to 1. The analysis shows that the use values of RGB obtained from a captured image of the video is the color intensity resulting from the flame sodium metal. Level of the standard solution 1 shows result that is quite accurate with test solution levels of 0.0313 g/mL. Likewise with standard solution 2, the result is 0.0063 g/mL and standard solution 3 is 0.00032 g/mL. The value of gradient of the standard solutions must have a value close to or equal to 1. This is because the value of gradient affects the concentration results obtained. If gradient has a value that is very close to 1, an accurate result will be obtained.

Abstract
Tourism in Malang City is one sector that contributes significantly to efforts to increase regional income. Efforts such as Strategic City Branding (Beautiful Malang) were carried out to promote tourism in Malang City. Tourism potential in Malang City is very diverse, ranging from natural tourism to culinary tourism. However, the distribution of information about these attractions has not been maximized, because it is still done manually, by looking at the signpost boards which are sometimes unclear, asking questions to the tour guide or by coming directly to Malang Tourist Information Center. This method is not sufficient, because of limited access time and less flexibility for tourists. Lack of information regarding the distribution of tourist attractions can be minimized by using GIS (Geographic Information System) technology. This technology allows tourists to be able to find out where they are at the moment and the closest destinations around them. By utilizing this Geographic Information System, potential tourist attractions can be mapped to be more maximal, so that one can find a place more efficiently and does not take long. To be more attractive, guidance is needed in the form of digital applications and can utilize Augmented Reality (AR) technology. In this case, this technology can be used to display information content in public places. The use of this technology is expected to be something innovative to advance tourism in Malang City.
