Abstract
Cigarette smoking is a global health issue and policy concern adversely influencing the health status of its consumers and others associated with fumes of cigarette smoke. This is a growing problem throughout Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta, as the number of active smokers among adolescents aged above 10 years old reached 21, 2 % in 2013. This study examines the outcomes of an online self-help group (SHG) of students at a private high school in Yogyakarta, in Central Java, Indonesia. The social media platform, Facebook, was the main medium used to facilitate interaction and exchange concerns among respondents in their efforts to motivate cessation of cigarette smoking among fellow students. A quasi-experimental study approach was used with a pre-test and post-test control group using non-probability purposive sampling method. Thirty-two students participated in the study divided into either a control or experimental group. Using the Facebook platform, the experimental group received online self-help twice a week over the course of almost three weeks from 20 April to 7 May 2015, involving online discussion and assignments. Data were collected by using the valid (r=0,666) and reliable (r=0,846) Richmond Test motivation questionnaire. Analysis of the data was undertaken using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. The intensity of use of an online SHG among respondents was 50%of the total time they should involved in the program. Following the intervention, there was no significant improvement of motivation among the experimental group (p>0, 05, t=0,527). Similarly, after the intervention, there was no significant improvement in motivation between the control group and the experimental group (p>0, 05, t=0,058). In terms of gaining and improving motivation to quit smoking among high school students, the study found participants in the online SHG were not as effective compared with those who did not take the program in terms of changing the respondents- behavior. This finding might be attributable to the low participation level of respondents. Further research is required with higher participation of research subjects to develop more interactive and longer-term interventions. This will help facilitate cost-effective social media-based smoking cessation campaigns.

Abstract
Modern Indonesian society has entered the era of 4.0. This is indicated by the connection of society with communication and information technology that is connected to each other. City centers are no longer the only producers of information that are accessed because a number of regions far from big cities are also productive, generating messages in public spaces. The rapid adoption of 4.0 technology cannot be separated from the role of the young generation who are very adaptable to change. These are the ones who become the motor of change in the present era. Opportunity 4.0 of course does not only have an impact on one side. This technology also presents a digital society with diverse identities. Even one person can have a number of on line identities. This paper will raise how multiple on line identities are displayed in digital spaces among students, especially Jogjakarta students. The findings in the field show that multiple on line identities are indicated by the resource person in two main ways. First, an on line account with a diversity of account contents adjusted to the tendency to show identity on each issue raised. Second, more than one account with an on line identity that is different from one another.

Abstract
Nashrul-haqq is a group of Muslims who claimed to acquired divine powers after a long period of spiritual training in masajid, forest, water and other empty quarters. They are highly skilled in healing all types of illnesses, can perform extraordinary talents that goes beyond the imagination of an ordinary person such as transformation to animals, seeing and communication to unseen spirits, martial arts, etc. This study sought to introduce and present Nashrul-haqq unique contributions in the Meranaw society particularly in healing and other relevant circumstances that stimulate their skills for exploitation. Results of the study were retrieved from the seventy (70) key informants and respondents that consist of Nashrul-haqq, patients of Nashrul-haqq, observers and witnesses of Nashrul-haqq demonstration of skills and, the Ulama. This is a qualitative, descriptive type of research. Further, the researchers also had immersion with the so called amalan, where Nashrul-haqq gathered to perform faith healing and spiritual training. In depth interview as well as focus group discussion were employed as method for the oral interview. Respondents were reached thru snowball and purposive method. The concept of Sufism was used to understand the ideological concept adopted by the Nashrul-haqq. Findings show that Nashrul-haqq are commonly misunderstood by some Meranaw religious leaders for being associated to jinns or supernatural beings, a practice labelled as a form of innovation of religion. On a positive light, they are regarded as significant members of the Meranaw society that can be attributed to their list of successful records in faith healing.

Abstract
This study aims to determine factors influencing performance assessment of road infrastructure and design proposals for non-toll road performance assessment models. As of now, there has been a performance assessment of road infrastructure, but not yet implemented consistently. It also still needs some improvement by using variables and other variable indicators that have not been used, especially for roads that have been built, operated and maintained. The design of the road infrastructure performance assessment model is done by selecting variable indicators based on literature reviews and expert interviews. Then filtering out variables using relative important index (RII) and weighting variables using pairwise comparisons. As a model validation, the project data for several national road segments in East Java were made as case studies, thus the results were represented in the form of web spiders for an easier interpretation. The model simulation results show that roads in Indonesia are already good in technical and economical aspects, but still need improvement on social, environmental and management aspects. This model can be used as one of the basic considerations for improvements in enhancement of road performance in Indonesia.

Abstract
Nitrogen-doped activated carbon (SBCN) was synthesized from sugarcane bagasse waste as acarbon source and urea as nitrogen source through potassium hydroxide (KOH) activation for 2 h at high temperature via two step methods. The synthesized SBCN was characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Nitrogen Adsorption-Desorption and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The results showed that the SBCN has low degree crystallinity and graphitization with highly developed micropores, an ultralarge specific surface area due to synergistik activation effect of KOH and urea. These characteristics provide an important contribution to carbon dioxide adsorption capacity, which can reach up to 11,20% wt and this value is higher than pristine activated carbon. The results indicating that the presence of this nitrogen functionalities is found to have a beneficial influence on the carbon dioxide adsorption characteristic in standart condition and exhibit considerable potential in solid adsorption.

Abstract
In the 21st century, English is becoming more important as the world is becoming more global. Nearly all departments in higher education require English as compulsory subject. Some universities also offer up to obligate the students to take program related to the increased ability of international language of students. However, some people are not satisfied with all the efforts done. In teaching English, speaking is one of the most important skills to be mastered. Nevertheless, it is very difficult to engage students to speak up. Fishing will get good score if actively participating in the class is believed to be able to have a positive effect on learning outcomes. The main focus of this research is notetaking the name of students as added score in every single time they speak up in the class on their oral performance at Foreign Language Intensification Program of UIN Alauddin Makassar as mandatory program taken by the first and second semester students in all department. Data came from students involving researcher once as an English lecturer. The research was conducted through a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The result showed that notetaking students name when speaking did not affect their oral performance. However, this strategy successfully increases the level of participation from students in the class. It can be seen from the positive response and active participation of students in speaking learning activities.

Abstract
The boundary equilibrium method is one of the methods used in numerical analysis in the geotechnical field. Slope stability is determined by the values of safety factors. This is obtained from various methods, discussing the usual method or Fellenius method, Bishop method, Bishop Simple method, Simple Janbu Method, Spencer Method, and General Limit Equilibrium method, GLE/Morgenstern-Price method. Pore water pressure, soil shear strength, and slope geometry are factors that can affect slope stability. The slope stability analysis was carried out on the slope by multi-level gravity walls. The research location was the natural slope in Tupa Village, Bulango Utara, Bone Bolango Regency. The natural slope had collapsed. After reinforcing the slope with a multi-level gravity walls, the slope was stable. The safety against sliding, FSs = 1.65, the safety against the overturning, FSo = 3.06, the safety against of the bearing capacity failure, FS = 6.48, and the safety factor for global slope (using GLE/Morgenstern-Price method), FS = 1.64. The results of the study show how to increase slope stability increases with increasing shear strength. However, more pore pressure can cause a significant decrease in safety factors. In addition, increasing the load on the slope can also reduce the value of the safety factor.

Abstract
Engineered Cementitious Composites (ECC) is the cementitious based mortar that contains the specially selected PVA fiber having high tensile strength. ECC has been known to exhibit high ductility, high tensile strength, and improved durability performance. Thus, ECC is suitable as repairing material for patching cracked beam. This study investigated about repairing cracked beam using ECC with different types of patching and the results are compared with repairs made by conventional concrete. Numerical analysis was conducted on a simply supported cracked beam with a dimension of 200x25x15 cm using Abaqus software. Behaviour of concrete and ECC in the simulation are described as concrete damage plasticity model. Linear elastic-plastic model was used to represent the behavior of rebar steel. The type of patching consisted of varying ratio of lengths and depths, including patching length to total length ratios of 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4, and patching depth to total depth ratios of 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5. Results show that variations in the patching length and depth ratios affect the maximum flexural load, stiffness, and ductility of the repaired beam. It was also found that repairing the cracked beam using ECC provides higher flexural load of the beam than the use of conventional concrete, due to the superior tensile strength of ECC.

Abstract
Numerical studies of thermal decomposition of Palm Kernel Shell (PKS) have been conducted in a fluidized bed reactor under atmospheric pressure of nitrogen as fluidization gas. To investigate the effect of temperature, the pyrolysis temperature was varied in a range from 400 oC to 650 oC. Furthermore, the effect of PKS feeding rate was also studied in a range 300 g/h to 1500 g/h combined with variations of nitrogen superficial velocities. It was found that the increasing of temperature results in the greatening of conversion efficiency and non-condensable gas product yield. The maximum liquid/tar product yield was obtained in 500 oC, namely 60.5%. The increasing of PKS feeding rate led to the reduction of conversion efficiency due to the thermal energy shortage for the decomposition process. However, the increasing of PKS feeding rate could reduce the non-condensable gas product with the unsignificant change in liquid product yield. The increasing of superficial velocity of nitrogen favored the shorter of residence time resulting in the increasing of tar product yield.

Abstract
Content and language integrated learning (CLIL) is an evidenced approach focused on the teaching content in which the foreign language is learnt implicitly. The aim of this study was to determine nursing student satisfaction with a clinical skills course taught in English in a non-English speaking country applying CLIL approach. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted using a self-reported anonymous questionnaire administered to students who had completed the course in the 2016/17 academic year (n=76). It included 42 questions, of which 35 were closed-ended 5 point Likert scale and the remainder open-ended. Open-ended questions were analysed using thematic analysis and closed-ended questions using SPSS 21.0 software. Students did not perceive the lessons in English as a barrier to acquisition of knowledge and clinical skills (mean 1.33; SD 1.90), and they were satisfied with the lessons received (mean 3.88; SD 1.76). Just a few students (4; 3.04%) had difficulties following the content. Most students considered receiving lessons in English to add value to their training process (mean 4.04; SD 2.35), and almost all agreed it would benefit them in the future (mean 4.39; SD 1.90). CLIL approach should be maintained in future courses due to the evidenced benefits.

Abstract
Gold Standard Measurement premature rupture of membranes based on color changes that occur on litmus paper is subjectively using personal visualization which results in the opinion of one midwife with another midwife not being the same. The effects of an inaccurate diagnosis increase the incidence of caesarian section and increase the risk of infection in the mother and fetus. Other problems, The availability of litmus paper is not always ready in primary health care, turmeric is one of the ingredients that can be proposed as a substitute for litmus, proposing replacement materials must be tested to the accuracy. Amniotic fluid with a pH range of 7.5 - 8.5 makes red litmus paper become blue color, while the yellow turmeric will turn brick red. The other fluids such as urine and vaginal secretions can confuse the results of the examination. In this study, propose to model the color changes that occur in litmus and turmeric using image acquisition Red, Green, Blue (RGB) and form color change characteristics based on exposure to urine, vaginal secretions, and amniotic fluid. Through RGB images can accurately define and transform colors into pH values. Color changes that occur there are turmeric and litmus captured using a CCD camera, digital images captured from a matrix, where matrix elements collect numbers discretely from image points. The calculation of the index R, G, B parameters obtained in each pixel shows accuracy, it is said that the RGB index is consistent at exposure to the same pH value.

Abstract
In 2017 worldwide, it is estimated that nearly 9 million people die from cancer and will continue to increase to 13 million people per year by 2030. In Indonesia, the prevalence of cancer is also quite high. Patients with advanced disease, both cancer and non-cancer, generally experience high symptom prevalence and psychosocial pressure as well as low physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs that require palliative care that is expected to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Methods: Review article from Pubmed with keyword anesthetist, anesthesia, palliative care. Result and discussion: Anesthesiologists with substantial experience in interdisciplinary pain management can provide palliative drugs for cancer patients such as: 1) use of opioid analgesics; 2) consider the biopsychosocial pain model; 3) help patients live as actively as possible until they die, and 4) help families deal with patients illnesses and lose family members. It is important for anesthesiologists to assist patients at the end of the life stage, even in limited number of anesthetists. Conclusion: there is still a need for a palliative service model involving anesthesiologists because of some of their abilities, although the number of anesthesiologists is still limited.

Abstract
Implicatures are a form of an indirect communication that serves many kinds of function in social engagement. In films, particularly, they serve as a device of narrative, characterization, and irony. For instance, in American TV Series House of Cards, implicatures are utilized to unfold the narrative plot and also to deliver irony rooted from the emotion of the characters. When the series are subtitled into Indonesian, some problems regarding the implicatures in the film emerge. Since some implicatures in the series are culturally bound, the translation is expected to accommodate the same force of message as in the original while being acceptable to the culture of target text. In addition to that, retaining the original does not guarantee that the viewers understand the implicatures since the culture of implicatures is different in both source text and target text. The choice other than maintaining the implicatures as implicatures in the subtitle is to explicate the implicatures into explicatures. This, too, comes with a consequence of nullifying the roles of the implicaturs in the film. Therefore, this research aims to study 1) whether the implicatures are explicated or preserved in the subtitle; 2) the impact of the explicitation of the implicatures in the subtitle towards the original function of implicatures in the film; and 3) the implication of the explicitation and preservation of the implicatures on the quality of the subtitle. The underlying theories adopted in answering those phenomena are theory of implicature, theory of subtitle, and the assessment of translation theory. The study is a qualitative adopting case study approach. The sampling of the study is purposive. The source of the data is the first episode of American TV Series House of Cards Season 1. The data are utterances of implicatures in the film. The result of the study presents 33 implicatures found in the film. They function to unfold narrative plots in the film and also to showcase the irony comments by the characters in the film. Almost all of the implicatures are translated by maintaining the implicature force in the subtitle. Only four implicatures are found to be explicated in the Indonesian subtitle. Both explicitation and preservation of the implicatures in the subtitle do not significantly affect the accuracy aspect but do much on the aspect of acceptability and therefore, readability. Generally, the subtitle of the implicatures does not alter the purpose of the original implicatures in the film but only a few, the explicated implicatures, lose the intended function in the translation.

Abstract
One of the factors increasing community welfare is the existence of good licensing services so the growth of independent community businesses also increases. Therefore, the government issued an Online Single Submission (OSS) program, an application that provides easy investment through the implementation of an integrated licensing system electronically. This research method uses a variety of literature including books, previous research, news and other literature. It was found from previous literatures that this program still had many obstacles including the limitations of the system, the absence of regulatory synchronization and lack of socialization in the community. Even so, the One Single Submission (OSS) program is a government innovation that is feasible to continue to be developed because it provides many benefits to the community and fosters economic development so there needs to be evaluation for this program so it can provide appropriate facilities for the community, especially business people and stakeholders.
