Abstract
Plagiarism in a thesis can occur due to accidental or intentional, it is necessary to make a system that can detect plagiarism. computerized systems can help in quickly detecting and measuring the plagiarism of a scientific work. there are many techniques that can be used to measure the level of plagiarism of a document. in the papper, we will use the Vector Space Model and Cosine Similarity method to measure the degree of similarity of the thesis. the result of this method is to compare the level of thesis similarity with the dataset using the TF and TF-IDF techniques in graphical form. can be concluded from the experimental process, using the TF-IDF technique produces smaller values compared with using the TF technique

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to measure the comparative success rate methods of signature-based anomaly based on enterprise computer network attack detected. The application of information technology in many fields often cause the occurrence of attacks and threats that lead to data loss, the crippled system, and destruction of the system. To address these threats required the presence of early detection against any threats that occur at the enterprise computer network system. Early detection function to minimize and prevent the loss of the more extensive system. Methods used in the detection of the threat that is signature based and anomaly based method. Both methods are used for detection of any threats to the network system, then that method will be between the two measured how many threats can be detected by both methods, and measure the level of success detection. The results obtained in this study, Method of Anomaly Based successfully detect 89.66% attack, while the method Signature based successfully detected 91.87% attack. If the results of the great early attack detection, then the security level of the network are also great and can reduce the risk posed by a threat. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) with method signature based detection has a success rate higher in detecting attacks in computer networks, as compared with the method of anomaly based.

Abstract
The purposes of this research is to identify what kind of medium and the benefits of public relations medium used in e-ticket business. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to present a complete overview the situation related to some variable situations examined. The results of this research is that the medium of public relations is a common and accessible to the public. This research was conducted by discussing public relations medium in the form of public media relations as a means of information for users of e-ticket services.

Abstract
Membrane computing models are bio-inspired and used as intelligent algorithms. To exploit their inherent parallelism, previous studies have mapped one membrane to one thread block of a graphics processing unit (GPU). However, these previous approaches have not addressed the issue of GPU occupancy and the rate of the communication between thread blocks, which is a time consuming process. Here, we present a new classification algorithm to organize dependent objects and membranes based on the thread block communication rate and assign them to sub-matrices for execution by those same threads and thread blocks. This reduces the amount of communication required between threads and thread blocks, allowing the GPUs to maintain the highest possible occupancy. Our results indicate that for 48 objects per membrane, this algorithm facilitates a 93-fold increase in processing speed compared with a 1.6-fold increase associated with previous algorithms.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to encourage the creativity of millennials to start a business through new media and social media as a place to promote their products even with limited capital. This research uses a descriptive method. A method that is delivered in the form of a descriptive narrative to describe and explain in detail the phenomena or cases to be studied. The results of the research are that marketing on social media involving young entrepreneurs occurs because information technology such as social media raises the networking community followed by the birth of digital natives and the formation of a new economy namely the social media market. Young entrepreneurs as members of digital native and social media marketers, fluent and skilled in using information technology, are also skilled at seeing opportunities and doing marketing on social media. The impact of marketing on social media that is felt by young entrepreneurs is quite large, in addition to increasing sales and income, with business social media they can compete with other larger companies where generally young entrepreneurs start businesses with limited capital and makeshift offline marketing networks. With social media, their businesses can survive and grow to be bigger in the future.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to design a mobile augmented reality for learning Batavia traditional culture on improving the knowledge of the citizen of Jakarta. Augmented reality is applied as an approach to enhance the interaction of users for improving their level of knowledge. The method used in this research is a marker-based method detection which resulted in a minimum response of less than 2 second, a minimum distance of 10 cm and a maximum distance of 50 cm, a minimum angle of 25 degrees and a maximum 80 degrees performed on the augmented reality marker. The result of this research is the marker-based tracking method applied on a mobile augmented reality has proven to be excellent and giving an increasing knowledge effect of the citizen of Jakarta for learning their traditional arts, architecture and weaponry

Abstract
Now days every bank offered many services to the customers for ease of banking. One of the services that bank offered is mobile banking. With widely used of handheld device, the use of mobile banking gets easier. Customer now prefer using mobile banking except for service that cannot be done on their handheld device. With this come a security concern on mobile banking. The basic principle of security on mobile banking has the same purpose of security on banking in general. That purpose is guarantee of transaction, transaction services and data security. However, there are some problem occurred in some cases with the mobile banking application. These problems might cause customer loses some of their money. Audit on security of mobile banking is conducted by the bank to ensure that banks mobile banking is ready for attack on their system. In this paper, it presents a survey of the conformity audit of the mobile banking security system to the needs of proven information security standards. So that the results of the security system survey on mobile banking can be used to support banking organizers in determining strategies and evaluating the security system of mobile banking services.

Abstract
The utilization of the development of the digital economy today has changed peoples behavior in almost all aspects of life. The use of technology such as mobile payment or often referred to as m-payment provides convenience in financial transactions. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the application of mobile payment systems by consumers. 230 respondents were surveyed online using the convenience sampling method. This study is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. A research model was developed and proposed relationships were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study were obtained by the factors of perceived usefulness payment, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using had a significant effect on intention to use in mobile payment based on the Chi-Squares, Probability, Chi-Squares Minimum (CMIN)/Degree of Freedom (DF), Goodness of Fit Index (GFI), Adjusted Goodness of Fit (AGFI), Comparative Fit Index (CFI), Tucker Lewis Index (TLI) and Root Mean Square Error Aproximation (RMSEA) results that are in accordance with the reference value of the structural equation modeling (Goodness of fit model). This shows that the use of mobile payments in all sectors is in great demand by all levels of society.

Abstract
Industrial companies that exist today are mainly industrial companies whose business processes produce food can not be separated from supply chain activities, also known as the supply chain management chain. Generally, the scope of the supply chain management chain in food industry companies consists of upstream parts, which are related to the procurement of raw materials for food production needs and in the downstream part, namely the distribution of finished products. In this series of upstream to downstream activities, it involves several system components such as the procurement of raw materials involving suppliers as parties that hold raw materials for company needs in the production process of finished products and procurement for companies as managers, while distribution activities involve the companys marketing department with distributors or consumers. The obstacle that occurs in the supply chain chain in the upstream part is in the process of determining the amount of raw material supply where there is often a mismatch, the raw materials are sometimes excessive or even lacking and this affects the production process which can stop at any time due to lack of raw materials or a buildup of products in the warehouse. In addition, because these procurement activities relate to outside parties as raw material suppliers, sometimes the constraints are separate in determining the right supplier and according to the needs of the company. Whereas in the downstream part it is related to the product distribution process where the company deals with distributors or consumers. Recommended supply chain management model which is a solution model for each upstream activity that can solve all the obstacles that occur in the procurement process and downstream to solve all the obstacles that occur in the distribution process.

Abstract
This study examines the use of web service technology to build a modern website. The purpose of this study is to explore more deeply about building a modern website using the REST API architecture. The RESTl API architecture allows websites to have servers and clients separately, therefore this technology does not depend on certain programming languages so that it can be used by many programming languages and multiple platforms at once. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. Data were analyzed by describing the actual prototype of a website created with REST API technology. The analysis results obtained that modern websites built with the REST API architecture have good performance, are fast and easy to develop, especially in the exchange and communication of data between platforms. The conclusion of this study is to build a modern website with a fast, flexible, and easy to develop performance that is very possible using REST API technology.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the phenomena of technopreneur in the field of Muslim modest fashion industry in Indonesia along with their opportunities and challenges had an impact on Indonesias economic diplomacy. The research method was qualitative approach and descriptive analysis through literature studies and documentation. The results of the study show that technopreneur in modest fashion is provides the opportunity for the Indonesian fashion modest industry to penetrate the global market based on the standard applied in e-commerce practice. On marketing strategy, some modest fashion technopreneur applies the principles of sharia economics, such as non-credit payments namely cash or debit payments, halal certified products, although still pro-con, technopreneur has affirmed the identity of Muslim e-commerce that has its own characteristics. In addition, Technopreneur in modest industry also provides great economic opportunities for small and medium enterprises in industrial fields such as Muslim clothing, hijab and accessories because technopreneurs also bridging the producers and consumers.

Abstract
Least Significant Bit (LSB) is one method used in steganography to store messages in an image. In the LSB method there is still a gap to corrupt the message in the stego image if it is modified. As the result, the message in the stego image is corrupted. In this study, the modification process of the LSB method will be carried out by inserting the Redundant Pattern Encoding (RPE) method. The Redundant Pattern Encoding method will divide the stego image into patch A and patch B, then the message will be inserted into each patch. The results of the modification process on the Least Significant Bit method with Redundant Pattern Encoding, that is, the messages on the stego image can survive if the Segmentation is increased by a rate of 10% to 50%, Image Compression with a rate of 5% to 15% and Image Enhancement with a rate of 5% to 25 %. The message on the stego image cannot survive if they experience by giving of Color Image Processing and Noise thoroughly on both patches

Abstract
Efforts to meet the needs of an efficient home are made by means of a modular panel house method that is designed at a low cost and has a comfort factor. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method, with research subjects describing the modular panel house design with its criteria. With the modular panel house building method will be easier with low costs compared to conventional because the industrial process is carried out with prefabrication, and pay attention to ecological factors in the building. Efforts to meet the needs of efficient houses have begun. This fabrication house is designed with a low cost but on the other hand the lack of attention to thermal comfort factors thus influences the lack of interest of the community in this production house. The modular panel house design with manufacturing methods that takes into account the thermal comfort aspects and ecoarchitectural values will increase the interest of the community towards homes that are efficient and effective in supporting housing needs.

Abstract
Clean water needs for the community continue to increase along with population growth in each area. The government continued to pursue of clean water supply but them has difficulty in collecting data of people who have or have not had access to clean water. The purpose of this research is to develop a monitoring application of clean water access for the community and determining areas that need to improve access to clean water. Data collection is done by examining documents which are related to clean water management and conducting interviews with the Department of Housing and Settlement of West Java Province. The results of data collection are used to develop a clean water monitoring application system based on Android and Web. Data from the application will be used for clustering with the K-Means algorithm. For example, in the city of Bandung, 12 urban village areas were recommended for increasing access to clean water. The area has a percentage of ownership of clean water access approaching the value of 29.96% of the ownership of clean water sources for food and drink, 28.96% for ownership of other sources of clean water and 14.48% for ownership of reserves of clean water.

Abstract
ABSTRACT: Processing data on new student admissions at the University of Ichsan Gorontalo Campus II Pohuwato is still done conventionally, namely prospective applicants must come directly to the registration place then fill out the registration form then registration data is recorded in books and report making also uses conventional recap so the frequent loss of archives and the time spent making reports requires a very long time. With the existence of these problems it is necessary to have a new student admission information system that is online so that prospective students do not have to come directly to the registration site and make it easier for officers in making reports. The research methods used in this study are literature, interviews, observation, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. With this research, it is expected to be able to help prospective new students and new student admissions officers. Abstract
Communication is one of the most important things in human-s life. Communication is divided into 2 divisions that are verbal and non-verbal communication. But, unconsciously, non-verbal communication takes the bigger role than verbal communication. Non-verbal communication includes gesture, face expression, body language, even symbol and sign. Symbol and sign usually appear in a logo especially in car manufacture that uses logo as a non-verbal communication to attract costumer. A car manufacture creates a logo as a representation of their products. The logo usually represents what the manufactures want to show to their costumer. While logo is just an images and words called signifier, but behind that, there is a concept or a meaning called signified. This research has a purpose to understand the theory of signifier and signified and finds out the concept or the meaning form those logos. This research collects data from various car brand logo and use signifier signified logo with descriptive method to analyze the data. And as the result, that can be conclude that car manufactures logos or brands contain non-verbal communication. Through their logos, the manufacture wants to communicate their product with their costumer with purpose costumer will pay an interest to their product by see the logo.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of online business on unemployment in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to present a complete situation and see cases that occur in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that this online business can reduce the number of unemployed people in Indonesia. And that is, we find that almost 40% of unemployment in Indonesia is reduced. This is because many Indonesians try to do business online. Of course this online business can have an effect against unemployment in Indonesia.

Abstract
A diploma is an important document for someone because the document shows evidence of someones graduation in taking an education both formally and informally. At present, the government of the Republic of Indonesia order the higher eduation institution to publish a diploma companion certificate (Permendikbud) No. 81 of 2014. A diploma companion certificate (known as Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah - SKPI) or a diploma supplement is an official statement issued by a higher education institution, containing information about academic achievement or qualifications from education graduates where graduate qualifications are described in the form of descriptive narratives that state graduates learning achievements at the relevant to Indonesian Nasional Qualification Framework level, in a standard format that is easily understood by the general public. In order to collect data on academic achievements and qualifications of students during lectures, a mechanism is needed to collect them. The propossed system allows students to record data on their activities both achievements, projects that have been done, systems or applications that have been built, internships, practical work and other information that leads to the competence of graduates of study programs. This information system is used as a medium to collect these data, where when the student passes the study it can be used as a reference in making supplement diploma document which will later be verified and validated by the authorized personel. The system is an online information system, so that it is easy to be used by students, as well as study programs to process competency data which will later be used as input for diploma supplement when the students graduate. Students must be active in filling out the system so that their competencies will be seen in diploma supplement document which will later be printed by their higher education institution.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to share coffee products with all coffee enthusiasts, and benefit coffee farmers from the benefits they get because there will be many coffee products purchased by the company. The research method used is the Descriptive Method which will analyze the development of coffee products marketed to all coffee enthusiasts. From the results of the study is to find out many or less fans of coffee after online marketing. Discussion sentences are obtained from the results of research on how many coffee products are ordered or sold after online marketing. Online coffee sales can have many advantages, online marketing can reach customers even further, therefore online coffee sales can make marketing easier and get many customers. Consequently, the research results can be useful for the knowledge development and for the coffee producers, especially in utilizing online marketing.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to provide store sales businesses that are connected directly to websites with research information along with prices and purchasing methods. So that it can facilitate the purchase of products directly in the web. The method used in this research is descriptive method, where the data obtained from this research comes from social media that can be used to facilitate this e-commerce business. The results of this study are expected to increase customer trust and loyalty towards existing e-commerce. With an e-commerce based business, it can make it easier for sellers or customers to access faster in the process of buying and selling goods, besides that it can also simplify available information and improve the quality of services with internet use.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain how a student must be able to utilize social media, including social media, a virtual world that is very fast and easy to access the internet in conversation, of course giving a big positive contribution for students. This research method used descriptive method that describes access to social media that is easily accessible and influences the ease of internet access that is felt by all people, especially students. Who knows better and takes advantage of the opportunities gained from social media. The result of this study as students can meet their own needs or at least try to be independent so that they are more aware of the benefits we get from social media. The conclusion of this study is that students can find out the benefits of the internet as a medium for doing business and the factors that cause student curiosity and knowledge possessed by students in an effort to earn money or gain useful knowledge from social media.

Abstract
To start a job opportunity now, its no longer a difficult thing to do. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make it easier for readers to develop their potentials and even to find out self-potential in reliable and successful entrepreneurship only through online media. We use descriptive methods for successful influencers and entrepreneurs in their respective fields. The results are starting from online business that has several elements to get success, ranging from business and potential formation process, pioneering business through online media, the role of online media itself, preparing capital, to the role of consumers and markets in the online business. We lift this research because of the growing development of telecommunication and information technology, internet facilities are available which now have created many virtual worlds and triggered to build businesses that do not require much cost and build businesses based on online media is also more quickly intertwined. And in the end, even the smallest potential that we have can be maximized only by capitalizing on online media and our reliability in managing an increasingly sophisticated online business. So with an online business, you no longer need to be afraid to find a job, even you can create your own job openings and pay yourself. Be someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract
Online based sales, especially in Indonesian, is build up as time and technology growing up. Many entrepreneurs have started to trade by the internet or commonly called online shop. This has added to the rivalry of online shop business participants in marketing their wares. One of the promotional media used to compete in the online market is used media endorse. That was intended to increase the sales omzet using endorse promotional media on social media Instagram. The research method used is the literature study method of some reference. Promotional media endorse has been used by any online shop entrepreneurs; it can look at any Instagram account of celebrities who upload the photos of the product they are endorsing. As described in one of the references. According to this model, the effectiveness of celebrities as supporters comes from the cultural meaning with which they are endowed. This model shows how meaning moves from celebrity to products and from products to consumers. The implications of this model for our understanding of consumer society are considered. The impact for online shop entrepreneurs by used the promotional media endorse is the product that they sell more widely known. With the rapid development of technology, this can make it easier, especially facilitating the relationship between online stores and influencers to do support cooperation, not having to negotiate for a long time, just using a cellphone through an application or site everything is easily completed.

Abstract
Fingerprint sensors can be implemented for various purposes such as resident identity cards, door lockers, attendent machine, smartphone locks, biometric identification and forensics. In this paper, GT-511C3 fingerprint sensor recognition performance are evaluated using different orientation. The GT-511C3 is embbeded fingerprint sensor which has an increased memory capacity up to 200 different fingerprints. The module is small and easy to mount using two mounting tabs on the side of the sensor and have False Acceptance Rate (FAR) < 0.001% and False Rejection Rate (FRR) < 0.1%. The result recognition performance of all orientation using the SmackFinger 3.0 algorithm are summarized in the paper. These results can later be used as recommendations for the best implementation of sensor module GT-511C3.

Abstract
This research is intended to know how otome games (Japanese simulation game for girls) can be an alternate choice for Japanese Learning alongside with Anime and Japanese pop culture which keep spreading around the world. We used observation and inteview as the method to gain the information of how game players can simply learning Japanese outside an institution. The result says that there is a significant differences beetwen people which studying Japanese conventionally and people who play otome games. It is included reading comprehension, listening, and how much vocabullary they know. By this result, we hope more Japanese learner will understand the benefit and positive side of otome games in Japanese learning, and more people will play it.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discover the impact of Patriarchal System as a barrier to Women Entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The Method used in this research was qualitative Method by collecting the data through the Documentation. In collecting the Data, the writer will use Secundary data to complete this paper taken from the Tempo.Co-s Survey about the development of Women Entrepreneurs in Indonesia 2018. Interestingly, the result of this research shows that Patriarchy cannot always be a burden to most of Entrepreneurs specifically Women. Though the patriarchal system is increasingly grow so fast in Indonesia and become a troublesome for women including entrepreneurs, the results of a survey by Tempo shows that the increase in female entrepreneurs is based on the courageous attitude of Indonesian women against patriarchy. This research can be a reference to investigate more about the issues discussed. Based on this study it can be concluded that the Patriarchy System is indeed a barrier for women entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Abstract
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacon is a technology that attracted interesting attention in microlocation services. Signal broadcasted by BLE beacons, can be used for determine position of BLE enabled device that capture those signal. The potential of this device has been utilized by various manufacturers, and has been produced in compact forms with varying specifications. The diversity of available beacon devices provides many choices for users in adjusting the capabilities needed in the field. However, because the performance of the beacon device also varies due to the different manufacturing processes, this can lead to varying accuracy performance in microlocation positioning. This research presents the positioning accuracy of various commercially available BLE beacon devices. Accuracy data is obtained from beacon devices for indoor positioning taken from various mobile devices with BLE support. Our result shows the average accuracy that is not too deviate by various kinds of bluetooth beacons being tested.

Abstract
This research to see the opportunities that occur in the online business world, because of the proliferation of sales using e-Commerce systems in the current era is very rapid. This online-based system is very easy for social media users in the buying and selling system, therefore one of the objectives of this research is I want to increase the potential of local products not from the offline purchase system, because we have to be able to introduce it in the media. pay or have an official account to sell local products such as on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or can sell local products in cooperation with Tokopedia, Shopee or Lazada, the Local Products that we sell as a potential to be introduced on social media are snacks or snacks such as Cassava Chips, Basreng, Banana Chips. Conclusions in improving local social media media products are greater, because systems that cannot be used on social media today and some sales use online media systems to introduce products widely.

Abstract
Abstract. This research aims to forecast the Poverty Line, to help a government obtain accurate and fast information. The method used in this research is Double Exponential Smoothing Holt-s Method. This method is a part of the data based time series analysis. The research applies the forecasting theory to produce a poverty line forecast for the coming year. Next, this research is analyzing data patterns and determine the best parameter values. Double Exponential Smoothing Holt-s method uses the parameters Alpha (α) and Gamma (γ). To determine the best parameter value is to use the trial and error method. The best parameter value produces the smallest value of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The data pattern shows the trend, meaning that the Double Exponential Smoothing Holt-s method is appropriate for use in this research. The parameter values generated from the trial and error methods are Alpha (α) of 0.7 and Gamma (γ) of 0.1, which produced the smallest measure of accuracy, in this research using MAPE. By observing the results of the forecasting that has been done, this forecasting model has a very good performance. Poverty Line value will keep increasing, in accordance with increasing consumption patterns and rising prices of basic necessities.
