The subjects of this experiment research were selectedusing cluster random sampling from High School in Gorontalo, namely 30 students of experiment class and 30 students of control class. The instruments used to collected the data is multiple choice test. The data were analyzed using t-test and the students- conception profiles were carried out using Certainty of Response Index technique. The results of this research show the significant difference in the posttest average and normalized gain average between the experimental class (74. 67 and 0.625) and control class (64.17 and 0.469) and tcount = 5,091 greater than ttable = 2.000 on the confidence level 0.05. This results of experiment research are supported by the fact that misconeptions in the experiment class are smaller than those in the control class. The implementation of smartphone learning media is effective to improve student-s concepts understanding and mimimize their misconceptions on the topic of Dinamics.

Abstract
The main objective in this research is to produce a model of performance improvement through organizational commitment of role conflict and emotional intelligence of educational staff at the Islamic University of Bandung, where the subjects used in this study are educational staff who are spread across several faculties and other parts. The number of samples in this study were 78 educational staff selected using the purposive sampling method, as well as using the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis tool. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, role conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the teaching workforce. Emotional intelligence moderates organizational commitment to performance shown by the significance value of 0.029 which is smaller than the probability of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 0.412 which is greater than the coefficient of determination of the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Emotional intelligence moderates role conflict on employee performance shown by the interaction test value of 0.007 and the coefficient of determination value of 0.342 is greater than the coefficient of determination of the influence of role conflict on employee performance, this shows that emotional intelligence weakens the influence of role conflict on the performance of educational staff at Islamic Universities Bandung.

In implementing Islamic Financial Institutions such as Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) there are various ways to raise funds and distribute funds. Funds are collected through deposits and wadiah deposits. Qardhul Hasan financing is the orientation of the function of the Islamic Financial Institution (Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil) as a social institution. Qardhul hasan is a soft loan given on the basis of mere social obligations. The mechanism for implementing Qardhul Hasan is solely aimed at providing assistance to meet the needs of small communities. Thus it can be seen that the form of loans through Qardhul Hasan is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economic law, the potential sources of funding for Qardhul Hasan are quite large if used and managed optimally and its implementation is very beneficial to the community.

Abstract Since the United States of America presidential election in 2016, the spread and use of hoax on social media, in addition to hate speech, in modern politics to seek public support were proven to be far more critical than the spread of real news in media. What needs to be considered is social unrest between Muslim and civil society that may occur because of the range of hoax. Social media that should be a means to increase ukhuwah becomes a means to destroy the pluralistic social relations of a nation. Political communication, especially in Indonesia ahead of the presidential election in 2019, cannot be separated from the rampant of hoax report from both sides of the presidential election candidates. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to understand the perspective of the Quran and university students on the use of hoax on social media for political purposes.

Through the phenomenological research methods of phenomenology, history, and anthropology of religion, it is possible to explore data and data analysis in-depth, especially in terms of a philosophy of the meaning contained in the name of the Lehaz Peninsula kingdom where the majority of people phenomenally embraced Islam even though it coexists with Christianity.
