Abstract
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menemukan pengaruh moderasi dari pendidikan kewirausahan pada hubungan antara elemen-elemen TPB dan niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Informatika, di lingkungan Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah V, DIY. Dengan melibatkan sebanyak 289 mahasiswa sebagai responden dan mengunakan regresi dan moderated regression analysis ditemukan bahwa elemen-elemen TPB berpengaruh positif pada niat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Informatika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin intensif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa, akan semakin besar niat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa semakin intensif pendidikan kewirausahaan akan meningkatkan pengaruh sikap pribadi terhadap niat berwirausaha, menurunkan pengaruh norma-norma subyektif pada niat berwirausaha, dan semakin mendorong hubungan antara perceived behavior control dan niat berwirausaha. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan niat berwirausaha sehingga hasil setudi ini bisa dipergunakan oleh para pendidik kewirausahaan untuk menemukan cara-cara baru dalam proses pengajarannya untuk meningkatkan niat berwirausaha para mahasiswa.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of subjective norm on debt decisions of SME entrepreneurs both directly and through mediation of the achievement motivation of entrepreneurs. The study was conducted on handicraft SMEs in Bali Province with a total sample of 180 entrepreneurs who were determined by purposive sampling. Data collection by questionnaire then analyzed by SEM-PLS. The results of this study that 1) subjective norm has no effect on the debt decisions of SME entrepreneur-s 2) entrepreneur-s achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on SME debt decisions, 3) Sujective norm has no effect on entrepreneur achievement motivation 6) achievement motivation no mediates the influence of entrepreneur-s subjective norm to the debt decisions of SME contexts

Abstract
Kecenderungan jumlah mahasiswa kuliah sambil bisnis dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah. Mental menjadi pengusaha harus dibentuk sejak awal melalui belajar berwirausaha. Program kewirausahaan yang diberikan secara efektif mampu meningkatkan karakter wirausaha mahasiswa. Mahasiswa menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan mengikuti berbagai program kewirausahaan. Untuk mengetahui perkembangan karakter wirausaha mahasiswa, Kusmintarti, Anshori, dan Ayu Sulasari (2018) merancang Piranti Lunak Pengukur Karakter Wirausaha untuk mengevaluasi tingkat karakter wirausaha mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan tingkat karakter wirausaha mahasiswa teknik dan sosial setelah mengikuti pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan piranti lunak pengukur karakter wirausaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan tingkat karakter wirausaha mahasiswa setelah mengikuti pendidikan kewirausahaan. Tetapi tidak ada perbedaan tingkat karakter wirausaha mahasiswa teknik dan sosial

Abstract
Salah satu faktor pendukung dalam membangun suatu usaha, yang dibutuhkan adalah sebuah modal usaha, salah satunya adalah skill. Sebagai seorang pedagang di pasar tradisional, mereka juga membutuhkan skill agar bisa tetap eksis dalam usahanya. Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu skill yang harus dimiliki oleh pedagang pasar tradisional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perilaku kewirausahaan seorang pedagang di pasar tradisional dalam perspektif kinerja usaha. Metode penelitian didekati dengan metode kualitatif, dengan wawancara sebagai cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan analisis, perilaku kewirausahaan pedagang pasar tradisional dalam memandang prespektif kinerja usaha adalah kemampuan mengambil resiko, kreatif, inovasi, dan membaca peluang.

This community service aims to improve the ability to manage the souvenir business made from ceramics and merchandise, which is located in the Ceramic Village of Malang City. They have fundamental problems like product quality and product design that are still underdeveloped, as well as obstacles in marketing field. The supplies will be given such as the concept of improving product quality, product design and on-line marketing. At the end of the program, they will be evaluated with a business simulation, as well as mentoring and monitoring to run the business for 1 month. The expectation of this activity by providing theoretical supplies, product design training and on-line marketing to ceramics and merchandise businesses in Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Village is so that their businesses will grow and be competitive.

Abstract
ABSTRACT In a competitive environment, the company is required to follow the strategies of its competitors. In order for information about competitors to be obtained quickly and then disseminated throughout the organization, the implementation of e-business needs to be done to support the creation of competitive advantage. The formulation of the problem in this study are as follows: (1). Is there any effect of knowledge management capability on e-business adoption in Medium-sized Enterprises in East Java? (2). Is there any effect of technology readiness on e-business adoption in Medium-sized Enterprises in East Java? (3). Is there an influence of the environmental context on e-business adoption in Medium-sized Enterprises in East Java? The design in this study is quantitative research. The design of quantitative research is done through the distribution of questionnaires to certain respondents according to the specified criteria. The quantitative research design used is causal research which is explanatory research. Causal research is research that aims to test the research hypotheses that are determined based on literature to answer the research problem formulation. The test results of the influence of the implementation of management practices on the performance of the company indicate that: (1). Simultaneously, shows that knowledge management technology readiness and envirimnetal context have a significant influence on e-business adoption. (2). Partially, it can be concluded that variable knowledge, variable technology readiness and environmental variables have a significant influence on e-business adoption. Based on this research, it can then be carried out further on the exploration of the types of e commerce used by MSME actors, and focusing on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) who have adopted E Commerce in more complex forms. and e-business.

Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi beberapa tahun terakhir telah mendorong bermunculannya berbagai start-ups yang dalam waktu singkat mampu menggeser dominasi usaha konvensional mapan. Start-ups yang banyak diinisiasi anak muda Indonesia beberapa berhasil melejit dalam waktu singkat menjadi ‘Unicorn-Unicorn- baru. Akan tetapi, banyak juga start-ups yang tidak mampu berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan usaha start-ups. Studi kasus mendalam dilakukan terhadap start-ups lokal Bali yang telah berhasil mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi kuat para founders untuk berkontribusi memberi solusi atas persoalan yang dihadapi masyarakat menjadi salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan usaha start-ups yang dikembangkannya. Beberapa faktor lainnya antara lain: pengalaman dan kemampuan founders merumuskan strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi upaya pengembangan start-ups berkelanjutan.

Abstract
Community empowerment, especially for women, needs to be done so that economic prosperity increases both for cadres and the surrounding environment. Increasing entrepreneurial interest for cadre ladies can be seen by using the variables of self efficacy, social media, family environment and the spirit of entrepreneurship. The aim is to be able to implement the posyandu cadre strengthening model in building social entrepreneurs. This research was conducted on 36 respondents who came from the cadres of Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents and conducting FGDs. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis method using analytical tools is SPSS. The results obtained in this study are that self efficacy has an influence on entrepreneurial interest in cadre ladies. Whereas the family environment has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in cadre ladies. Furthermore on social media shows that there is no influence and no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest for cadre ladies, and the last result for the spirit of entrepreneur has no influence and is not significant on the interest of cadre ladies in entrepreneurship. And for simultaneous test on Spirit Of Entrepreneur, Social Media, Family Environment, and Self-Efficacy, significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest in cadre ladies Tanjung Morawa Sub-district.

Abstract
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk evaluasi posisi daya saing UMKM di Kutai Kartanegara dan penyusunan strategi peningkatan daya saing dalam rangka menangkap peluang pasar yang baru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan alat analisis Internal Factors Analysis Strategy (IFAS) dan External Factors Analysis Strategy (EFAS). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer hasil interview dengan 30 pelaku UMKM dan 15 orang pemangku kepentingan di Kecamatan Muara Badak Kutai Kartanegara dan didukung data skunder hasil studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan posisi daya saing UMKM di Kutai Kartanegara masuk kategori posisi pertumbuhan (growth). Strategi peningkatan daya saing yang perlu dibangun adalah strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities) dengan 1) menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas secara kontinyu; 2) mengoptimalkan kekuatan semangat masyarakat yang tinggi untuk berwirausaha dengan menciptakan kreativitas dan inovasi produk yang unik dan unggul dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi; 3) mengembangkan marketing mix strategy yang tajam melalui penetapan harga yang kompetitif, produk inovatif dan kemasan yang menarik, delivery system yang cepat, membangun jejaring pemasaran secara luas.

Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan studi pendahuluan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai literasi keuangan pada pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di kota Bandung yang mencakup wilayah kecamatan Antapani, Gedebage dan Sumur Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Biro Pusat Statistik, studi kepustakaan dan hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif berdasarkan data demografi sebagai profil pelaku UMKM yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 21.0 for windows. Adapun profil pelaku UMKM di antaranya aspek-aspek jumlah pendapatan usaha, lama usaha, dan skala usaha mendeskripsikan literasi keuangan yang dimiliki pelaku UMKM. Hasil studi deskriptif yang diperoleh, akan dipergunakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut, yang lebih luas dan mendalam, guna mendapatkan gambaran dalam menentukan metode dan model pelatihan dan aplikasi keuangan yang tepat sebagai upaya meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM di kota Bandung.

Abstract
This article deals with the sources of a company-s competitive advantage that allow that company to perform better than its competitors. Different theories try to explain the sources of this competitive advantage. The most recent and promising theory attributes the source of competitive advantage to so-called dynamic capabilities, which allow a company to reconfigure its assets in order to adapt to a changing environment. Through the examination of the capability ‘innovation speed- in an in-depth case study of two companies, namely X and Y, this research not only identifies the different influence factors of dynamic capabilities, but also brings fuller clarity to the topic regarding the influence of managers on the development of dynamic capabilities and the transferability of those capabilities to other companies, and thus, the sustainability of competitive advantage. This study identifies three domains of influence factors, namely context, structure, and best practices. The findings of the case study show that influence factors of dynamic capabilities can neither be uniquely attributed to the environment of an organization, nor exclusively to the organization itself. Depending on the ‘idiosyncratic- mix of a specific capability-s influence factors, the manager-s possibilities of actively steering the development of this capability and the transferability of it to other companies are explained and finally combined with the identified origins of influence factors of those dynamic capabilities. We also highlight business model innovation as a way for general managers and entrepreneurs to create and appropriate value, especially in times of economic change. Business model innovation, which involves designing a modified or new activity system, relies on recombining the existing resources of a firm and its partners, and does not require significant investments in R&D. We offer managers and researchers a conceptual primer on business model innovation, emphasizing the importance of system-level thinking in order to improve company performance.

Abstract
This quantitative research conducted in Samarinda Seberang during July 2019 with valid 140 respondents and 28 questions. The aim for this research is to know the experience and to measure the consumers- expectation towards online food ordering service. The analysis used is linear regression by SPSS version 25. However, the result found that the most online food ordering was made at home during weekday by Go-Food application. The reason why the consumer using this service due to its effective and efficient. The most of respondent characteristics are female, in age between 26 – 30 years old who works as private employee with average income Rp. 5.000.001 – Rp. 10.000.000. In conclusion, there are five hypotheses that are supported such as, there is a positive relationship between ease of use, privacy/security, graphic style, fulfillment/reliability, and other criteria (access, responsiveness, & personalization) and online food ordering frequency. Only one hypothesis not supported, there is a negative relationship between information availability & content and online food ordering frequency.

Abstract
This study examines a broad firms- openness decision, conceptualised in terms of external search breadth and depth, external R&D, cooperation, and acquisition activities, as a response to different innovation barriers faced by Indonesian firms. Data derived from Indonesia innovation survey. Exploratory factor analysis is used to identify and combine innovation barriers variables. Ordered logistic estimation is used to measure the impact of innovation barriers on firm openness decision. Logistic regression is used to measure the impact of innovation barriers on firm openness indicators such as external R&D, cooperation, and acquisition as the variables are binary variables. The main findings indicate that different barriers to innovation lead to different firms- openness decisions. This study contributes to the innovation barrier literature by empirically testing whether experiencing barriers to innovation is associated with a broader and deeper approach to openness. Previous studies tend to link innovation barriers with a narrow firms- openness decision.

Abstract
Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat Bali yang menganut budaya collectivisme, peran wanita Bali sangatlah kompleks. Selain bertugas mengurus rumah tangga, wanita Bali juga dituntut untuk dapat terjun langsung dalam adat dan juga membantu perekonomian keluarga. Saat ini, jumlah wanita yang berprofesi sebagai pengusaha UMKM jumlahnya terus meningkat. Disisi lain, sebagai daerah pariwisata yang menonjolkan budaya sebagai daya tarik wisata, perkembangan budaya berkembang sangat pesat. Perubahan budaya ini juga mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan adat dan upacara agamanya. Kesibukan yang meningkat menyebabkan masyarakat Bali, kesulitan dan mulai enggan menyiapkan perlengkapan dan upacara agama dan pesta adatnya. Hal ini mendorong meningkatnya perkembangan UMKM yang ada di Bali. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 98 sampel yang merupakan pengusaha UMKM wanita yang berada di Bali.Dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path analysis) sampel diuji untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gender dan Hedonisme terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM yang dimiliki oleh wanita di Bali. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah gender dan hedonism memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap budaya bali dan keberlangsungan UMKM yang dimiliki oleh wanita di Bali

Serasi Autoraya (SERA) through the TRAC Syariah service is a company engaged in the car rental industry on Indonesia. TRAC Syariah as one of car rental business have the advantage that apply Sharia Values concept in its business. The purpose of this research is to know islamic values as sharia driven on TRAC Syariah business model. This study aims to: 1) identify the TRAC Syariah car rental business model using the canvas business model approach; 2) analyze each of sharia value driven on the TRAC Syariah car rental business model. The method used in this study uses the canvas business model and qualitative data analysis. Respondents of this study are manager and supervisor on TRAC Syariah as many as 6 employees. The main finding that the framework Islamic values such as ijarah (rental activities based on sharia), halal quality, mudharabah, and sharia insurance.
