The purpose of this research is to study the performance of hydrogen fuel cell to study different fuel flow rate and different concentration to obtain the optimum performance of the cell. First, design a hydrogen fuel cell model, second simulate cell performance toward hydrogen fuel flow rates of 6, 18, and 30 mL/min and fuel concentrations of 50 mol/m3. Subsequently, we obtained the characteristics of voltage-electric current density and power density-electric current density per stack of fuel cell. The research of this hydrogen fuel cell obtained the power density optimum of 0.0471 mW/cm2 at a cell current density of 0.135 mA/cm2 and a cell voltage of 0.35 V. The greater the load the greater the time used by the battery for instant loads. The average time when the load is small is 10 W with a time of 240 hours and the fastest time when a large load is 400 watts with a time of 6 hours. Decreasing battery discharge time to the same load due to the completion of power losses in each device or circuit that produces the power generated by the battery does not reach the maximum load.

ABSTRACT - The role of ships for Indonesia is very important as a trigger for economic development and inter-island liaison. In line with the Indonesian government program in realizing the sea toll program and as the ruler of the world maritime axis, the ship needs will increase rapidly then the shipping industry becomes the main foundation in supporting this program. However, the development of the shipping industry in Indonesia is still hampered because ship components are still largely imported. As many as 70% of ship components must be imported from abroad. While many domestic SMEs of ship components have not been standardized, so they have not been able to support the shipping industry. The purpose of this study is to formulate participatory rural appraisal strategy in realizing the standardization of ship components. The results of the research indicate that there are five main factors influencing the success of product standardization: function and performance of Local Working Group Platform, the involvement of strong certification institutions, availability of technical expert and supporting institutions, shipyard in Evaluation Monitoring. The standardization program undertaken by SMEs of ship component is very important to support the shipping industry in Indonesia.

Abstract
Abstract-Uncontrolled erosion would cause considerable damages, such as soil fertility decline, water structures damage and reservoirs sedimentation. As the data for the sedimentation rate are limited, several models have been developed to predict the surface erosion and the rate of sedimentation. However, the availability of sufficient, diverse and extensive data are needed for the implementation of the models, both for the model calibration and the verification. The result of the analysis shows that both of the Tank Models that represent the erosion- sedimentation rate process, in which Tank Model 1 being the three-tank cascade system and Tank Model 2 being two-tank cascade system, are not optimum. This can be observed from the values of volume error (VE), relative error (RE), root- mean-square error (RMSE) and correlation coefficient (R) that show the effect of 1.5 hours of rain period in the sedimentation rate. The field condition shows considerable sedimentation, on the other hand, the models- simulations show decreasing sedimentation rates. The optimum model-s parameters for Tank Model 1 and Tank Model 2 are 924.51%-1049.26% for the relative error, 50.81% - 121.42% for the volume error, 0.9 for the correlation coefficient and 6703.59- 17,297.85 for the root-mean-square error. The parameters and constant-s values of the models are different relative to watershed condition.

Abstract— Transmission ratio change in today-s motor cycle rubber belt Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) are based on centrifugal forces resulted from engine revolution. Compare to manual transmission, this kind of CVT needs higher engine revolution to start engaging the transmision ratio which in turn requiring more fuel consumption. A transmission ratio change concept based on an Electro-mechanical actuator consisting of cam, actuator gears and DC motor has been developed to eliminate the dependancy of transmission ratio on engine revolution. The DC motor rotates the cam through actuator gears. The rotation of the cam causes the primary movable pulley sheave to move in axial direction, which in turn changing the belt-pulley pitch radius and changing the transmission ratio. This research aims to design and implement an electronic measurement system based on Arduino Uno as a data acquisition system and Matlab/Simulink as a controller program to obtain the measurement data of primary pulley and secondary pulley speeds and primary pulley axial position. Based on these data, the transmission ratio can be determined and the relationship between transmission ratio and primary pulley posistion can then be obtained. For future development, these measurement data will be used as important references when developing and testing the transmission ratio controller programs.

Abstract— Hydroponics is the cultivation of plants that use water as a planting medium without using soil. One of the simplest hydroponics is Deep Water Culture (DWC). DWC is a hydroponic technique that allows plant roots to always be submerged in water containing nutrients. The purpose of the application of controlling the level of hydroponic nutrient solution in the type of Deep Water Culture (DWC) in the box is to ensure that the roots of the plant are always submerged in nutrient solution so that the nutrients are still fulfilled. The results obtained from controlling the level of hydroponic nutrient solution in the type of Deep Water Culture (DWC) in the box is when the level of nutrient solution is less than the specified threshold then the 12VDC pump relay will live to drain the source water to the nutrient solution reservoir. The HC-SR04 sensor is used for reading the level of nutrient solution, so it has an effect on determining the pump life time. The HC-SR04 sensor has a reading error of 0.87%. The duration of the pump life is determined based on the linear regression equation. Controlling the level of nutrient solution based on linear regression linear calculation has a good accuracy of 88.6%.

Abstract-The increase in the population causes the problems faced are also increasing. Problems that arise include that, the number of accident victims who have recently often occurred on the highway, where the victims of the accident suffered minor injuries to severe and some even have to take lives due to accidents on the highway. And the second is crime, like a murder case that can take someones life. Often victims do not carry identities, making it difficult for the police or related parties to identify victims of accidents and killings. This system is made in the hope that it can help the police or related parties to be able to recognize the face of the victim without an identity just by using the android application. So that it can save more time in identifying the identity of the victim. Victim face recognition algorithm using Facial Landmark Detector and for its implementation using the Dlib library. To do facial recognition, it is done by taking pictures of victims using an application on android which is then sent to the server for the recognition process. After the image is sent to the server, the recognition process will be carried out, the results of the introduction process are sent back to android to display the results. The level of accuracy of the victims face recognition with a wound if using a tolerance of 0.35 is 100%, but if using tolerance 0.2 the level of accuracy is only 25%. Abstract - Based on the planning guideline of Health Monitoring System of Bridge Structure of Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, one of the main components needed in bridge health monitoring system is a communication system. The application of the WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) function to perform monitoring can be used to create a more practical system. Based on the system, required hardware that can be integrated with the software and can connect on wireless. Proposed methods using WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) on devices, then do testing on connectivity to obtain network quality and data sensor. Data sensor will be uploaded on the cloud can be accessed from various places that connected to the Internet network thus forming an IoT (Internet of Things) based system with using Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. Experiments carried out in two ways of connectivity, point-to-point and star topology to determine the network quality of each device, which is Node MCU and Mi-Fi modems. Network quality parameters can be known by looking at the value of packet loss, delay, jitter, and throughput. In the results, the MQTT Protocol applied to build IoT system. In addition, proposed methods that used in this research has a great quality network with packet loss <25 ms. However, there-s a big gap between serial data and online data that makes MQTT protocol is not suitable for monitoring systems that require fast data transfer.

Abstract— Strong wind allows uproot the trees and causes human victims to be injured or dead. Unfortunately, the strong wind comes suddenly to the trees on the street and many people and traffic are around there. It needs wind speed monitoring and strong wind early warning to avoid the victims due to fallen tree. This paper explains the development of wind monitoring and early warning system using wind speed sensor and weather forecasting. The steps involve investigating the wind speed, designing the system, developing the system, testing, and validating. The result shows that the system can measure the wind speed on the spot in real time and trigger the alert to the people around if the strong wind was occurred. On the other hand, it also informs the forecast of wind speed according to weather web services data few hours before. Applying this system will help the government to prevent the victims of fallen tree due to strong wind.

Abstract—Short-lived climate forcers (SLCF) controls are important because of their shorter impact and more immediate benefits in the short term than carbon dioxide controls that have a 100-year time horizon. In this study, we estimated the emission of SLCF from domestic and transport sector in Semarang city using emission factor from IPCC and CORINAIR. We also predicted the emission dispersion using AEMOD View. The total consumption of LPG domestic sector in Semarang City is 48,532 tons in 2017 and produces total SCLF emissions 0.537 tons/year and 11,538 tons/year for BC and CH4 respectively. This corresponds to CO2 emissions of 145,611 tons/year and 230.76 tons/year of N2O emissions. While from transport sector, the motorcycle has the largest VKT i.e 18.282.061.600 km/year in 2017. The emission, based on VKT data combined with active vehicles data, reach 178.23 tons/year, 802.52 tons/year for BC and CH4 respectively. Transport sector produces total CO2 emissions almost 15 times to that of domestic sector. Based on emission model, the emission distribution was concentrated in the districts located in the city center. The pollutant was accumulated in the Northwest, city center and Southeast of the city.

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a Machine Learning (ML) algorithm which learn by itself and organize its thinking to solve problems. Although the learning process involves many hidden layers (Deep Learning) this algorithm still has weaknesses when faced with high noise data. Concrete mixture design data has a high enough noise caused by many unidentified / measurable aspects such as planning, design, manufacture of test specimens, maintenance, testing, diversity of physical and chemical properties, mixed formulas, mixed design errors, environmental conditions, and testing process. Information needs about the compressive strength of early age concrete (under 28 days) are often needed while the construction process is still ongoing. ANN has been tried to predict the compressive strength of concrete, but the results are less than optimal. This study aims to improve the ANN prediction model using Bagging to reduce the influence of noise and overfitting. At the beginning this study based on an ANN multi-layer feed-forward that is trained by stochastic gradient descent using back-propagation. The results show that the number of hidden layers and neurons does not guarantee to reduced error. The Deep Learning paradigm, which is characterized by the depth of learning shown by the number of hidden layers, is not always parallel with the best results. Models with 12 hidden layers and 50 neurons still have higher errors. The best model is achieved by 6 hidden layer and 50 neurons with a RMSE value of 7,418 +/- 1,214. The use of different activation functions also does not significantly affect the performance of the model. Model improvements are carried out using Baging. The best model is obtained by 7 hidden layers and 50 neurons with RMSE 6,140 + / - 0.556. This result proves that Bagging is significant to reduce the Deep Learning error rate for predicting the compressive strength of early age concrete. This Machine Learning model can be used as an alternative / substitute for conventional mix designs, which are environmentally friendly, economical, and accurate. Future work with regard to the concrete industry, this model can be applied to create an intelligent Batching and Mixing Plants.

Abstract
Environmental management must be carried out in a sustainable manner and this is made possible when the efforts involved are easy, cheap, and whenever possible profitable. Therefore, environmental pollution prevention measures such as the Cleaner Production approach is well suited to be implemented in the environmental efforts in Organic Rubbish. Cleaner Production approach that is combined with Organic Rubbish will be the best approach for the environmental management of Settlements. This research is aimed to develop a new system that integrates the application of Cleaner Production and Organic Rubbish from Settlements. In this research, the waste from tofu that is turned into biogas as a form of renewable energy using an Biosam reactor, for which the waste mud from the sewage system serves as the inoculums. There are 5 approach for implementation: (1) workshop; (2) supervising; (3) technical meeting; (4) network meeting, and (5) technical application. Implementation of the Cleaner Production scheme that is integrated with Organic RubbishTreatment will reduce the amount of rubbish to be treated in the treatment facilities. This means less cost on the construction and operation of waste water treatment facilities, as inherent limitations with organic rubbish treatment facilities like lack of fund, limited area, and technological issues are already there. Implementation of Cleaner Production prior to organic treatment should be able to reduce pollution figures up to certain levels that limitations in organic rubbish treatment facilities can be covered. Biogas in 12 days HRT in an Biosam reactor contains CH4 (88.46 %) and CO2 (12.66 %). Meanwhile, treatment using conventional a bio-digester results in biogas with 88.46 % CH4 and 12.66 % CO2. Hence, biogas efficiency for the Biosam system is 2.54 times greater than using a conventional digester.

Abstract
At present, plastic is a material that is needed by the community at large, where the impact is also very extraordinary after the plastic is used in everyday life which can cause serious problems if the management is not done properly. The problem of plastic waste does not only occur in the city of Semarang, but also in other cities, so that the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has implemented a paid plastic bag program in the short term. But this is only to deal with problems in the short term. In the long run, it will not solve the problem of "plastic waste", because the policy actually encourages people to buy plastic which, of course, will add a new burden for the community to buy it. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to utilize this plastic waste to be made into road pavement materials such as in the manufacture of Asphal Concrette Wearing Course, by making 5 mixed variations ranging from (2 to 10)% of the weight of the aggregate . This research was initiated through a survey process, material procurement, testing of stacking materials, making test specimens, testing specimens. The results of the research can show that the type of Thermosetting plastic waste has a significant influence on the Asphalt Concrete mixture AC-WC heat mixture, including: Density, Marshall Stability, Flow, VIM, VMA, MQ and the remaining Marshall Stability tend to show an increase, moderate VFA and VIMrefusal Density values tend to show a decrease. Thus the plastic waste from the Thermosetting type can be used as a partial replacement of the aggregate for the Asphalt Concrete mixture AC-WC heat mixture with a plastic waste content is limited to a maximum of 10% and at an optimum asphalt content of 5.55%. Thus this research is expected to be of benefit to the industry and the people of Semarang in relation to the use of plastic waste for road pavement.
