Abstract
Brain injury caused by physical trauma in our TBI (trauma brain injury) rat model, have been approved to recover after administered by total catechins derived from green tea. The improvement have been detected in the increase of the neurological severity score (NSS). While in the molecular level, the improvement could be detected through the decrease of TNF alpha, caspase 8, caspase 3, NFKappa B p65 and also the increase of the BDNF and ratio BCl2/Bax. Hyperglycemia could damage the brain that can be seen in our memory spatial rat model. The administered of the total anthocyanin derived from sweet purple potatoes Ipomoea batatas L. kultivar Gunung Kawi, was used to these animals to improve the memory spatial of the rat. It can be determined through the molecular level, such as the decrease of the MDA, Caspase 3, TNF alpha and also the decrease of the travel time Morris water maze However there is still problems to decide the exact rationale doses of these two natural anti-oxidant. Therefore, it is a deemed to continue to elaborate the doses.

Abstract
Flood is an important phenomenon which often occurs in cities recently. The Case of this paper is the flood in Dr. Junjunan Roadt which is one of high density roads in Bandung and the main road to Cipularang Toll Road. The floods height is up to 40-50cm, and the average of flood duration is abaout 30 minutes. The rainfall used for counting in this research is a return period approximately 25 years with the rainfall value of 80.1 mm. The solutions for reducing the floods is by increasing the drainage capacity as well as increasing the water infiltration to the ground. The reserach method uses the physical experimental model, using the scale mode of 1:30. The experimental results are tested through validation process using Hecr-RAS 5.0.7. Furthermore for the testing model, a scheme of two drainage streams and one river which leads to Citepus river through Box Culvert is used. The results of the testing model indicate that increasing the drainage capacity along the street is the most effective solution in decreasing the potential of floods, while applying the pourous drainage may also reduce the debit of water run off.

Abstract
Composting can be done using conventional methods, but this method has a weakness in terms of time because temperature and humidity are not in optimal values. Aerobic Bioreactor is a design tool for processing rabbit livestock waste into organic compost in aerobic conditions by implementing a DS18B20 temperature sensor and YL69 humidity. The sensor will provide input temperature and humidity to be forwarded to the Fuzzy Logic System control unit. Fuzzy Logic System controller is considered more capable in maintaining temperature and humidity for microorganisms because of the very high level of precision. The resulting output is then channeled to a humidity-enhancing sprayer and blower to reduce temperature and humidity to maintain system stability. Aerobic Bioreactor is equipped with a stirrer to facilitate reversal and aeration during composting compared to fixed bioreactor. The power input used is quite low, so the calculation of profits for rabbit farmers will be higher. It is expected that Aerobic Bioreactor can be a solution in the problem of low profit rabbit breeders.

Abstract
The conventional Savonious wind turbine has two inverted cylindrical blades that resemble the letter S when viewed axially parallel, it can indeed receive fluid impulses from all horizontal directions and produce a greater drag force than other wind turbines. The weakness of Savonius is the resistance in one blade side. Efforts to improve that has been done is to add a blade that serves to increase the local velocity of fluid flow to resist the resistance which is termed Savonius tandem blade (STB). This research was conducted to further reduce the resistance value of one side STB with the addition of an adjustable deflector. The purpose of this study is to obtain information on changes in the torque of the STB wind turbine on variations in the deflector angle and stream velocity. The research method used is numerical simulation using CFD software. A two-dimensional view of the rotor model using deflector was considered. The deflector angle varies start from 15 degrees with an increase also every 15 degrees until the torque decreased. The CFD simulation show there is a significant increase in torque with the addition of a deflector. Maximum torque is not achieved at one deflector angle value but is also influenced by stream velocity. At higher stream velocity there is a tendency to reach the maximum torque required larger deflector angle. Then at a certain point, the torque will decrease when the deflector angle is enlarged.

Abstract
The steel structure is commonly acknowledged able to return to its original strength condition. It is yet unknown whether composite structure may return to its initial condition. Test specimen on the present study consists of 8 units, each of them divided into four stud-connector bold (SP) composites beams and four UNP connector (SF) composite beams. Each of the specimen has control value by SP/020 and SF/020, and other six specimens with combustion of SP/400, SP/550, SP/700 and SF/400, SF/500, SF/700, within condition of point load for about 12 kN. The study intend to investigate composite girder of post-fire bridge element towards duration and heat temperature factors and effect of beam performance towards stud-connector and UNP connector composites. The results draw several conclusions; (1) the process of composite combustion shows that the failure on composite steel beam specimen is due to the load, burning duration and temperature which results in residual deflection, (2). Deflection test reveals the effect of temperature, load, and duration do not give significant impact to load capacity of post-combustion beam structure. (3) The tensile test on the post-combustion steel. The higher the temperature and the longer the duration, the greater the melting reduction and strain hardening.

Abstract
In order to obtain the material properties of reinforcing steel rebar (rebar), tensile test must be performed in the laboratory. Some standards, such as SNI and ASTM, standardize condition of the sample and the loading rate of tensile test. ASTM E8M regulates the loading application (1.15-11.5 MPa/s) of steel rebar test under tension to determine yield properties and SNI 07-2529-1991 regulates 10 MPa/s as the maximum loading rate. These circumstances affect the duration of tensile test in real condition, which may lead to one hour of tensile test. In this article, effect of loading rate of pre-conditioned steel bars (by reducing the section, grinding, and/or lathe according to SNI 07-2529-1991) is investigated using deformed bars (BJTS 40, certified by industries). Random sample of steel reinforcement bars are tested under three different loading rate application. The result of material properties of the rebar, such as stress-strain curve, yield strength, and ultimate strength, are discussed and analysed in this study. Different speed test resulting in different stress rate before yield. However, the stress-strain responses of specimens in the range of linear elastic material are similar. Moreover, at the post yield (plastic) region, the loading rate significantly affected the ductility of the material.

Agriculture is among the most vulnerable of all sectors to drought. Droughts cause serious effects on the agricultural sector due to its heavy dependence on rainfall. In the present work, we use the Vegetation Health Index (VHI) of MODIS Data as drought indices to monitoring the drought over East Java, Indonesia. VHI is computed based on the vegetation index and land surface temperature which are very important satellite products for drought monitoring with remote sensing. VHI describes vegetation health from the combination of TCI (temperature) and VCI (vegetation condition).

Abstract
The Construction of Antapani Flyover has caused traffic congestion. This paper is to find the solution to achieve the queuing standard allowed refering to PKJI 2014. The method of research uses the risk analysis. The analysis is focused on the two critical construction works, namely abutment and bridge wall works. The traffic congestion analysis considers the narrowing road due to construction disruption. The traffic congestion analysis was carried out by comparing the congestion of the existing construction with the construction method proposed. The three proposed alternative solutions are by the increasing road capacity, scheduling construction methods, and a combining solution those two alternatives. The results shows that the best alternative solution to reduce traffic congestion during construction is a combined solution between the increasing road capacity and scheduling construction methods. The result of alternative solution shows the decrease of queue on Terusan Jakarta road reaching up to 90% from the existing condition. The conclusion describes that the narrowing road of work zones of construction has a huge influence on traffic congestion. By this result is suggested to consider the magnitude of disturbance as well as the solution of the traffic congestion that may occured.

Abstract
Urban floods has become a critical phenomenon recently. These are mostly caused by the fast increase of building growths. The need of mitigation of floods to save road users becomes an important aspect in urban area. This paper is to find a solution the case of flood in Pagarsih Road which was occured at 2016 with standard the rain fall cyclus for 25 years. The characteristic of Pagarsih Road floods are due to the overflow of Citepus River which lays beside the road. A kind of the road infrastructure proposed to solve the problem is a porous reservoir which functioned as the water storage of run off. The method used in this research is a simulation using a physical model as well as the manual calculation using Hec Ras. The model is to simulate the existing condition as well as the proposed solutions. The alternative solution developed is tested by providing several reservoir volumes and also by adding pourous facilities to increase the reservoir capacity. The validation test is carried out by using HECRAS-5.0.7 to achieve a certain reliable solution. The result shows that the reservoir storage capacity is the dominant parameter to mitigate the risk of floods.

Abstract
Digital Image Correlation (DIC) is a new, cutting edge technology employed the study full-field displacement of materials- surface concrete applied to hard concrete specimens. DIC uses the help of digital images that was recorded sequentially during testing period. Principally, DIC tracks down pattern imposed on the surface within the sequence of images. There had never been a research conducted using the method in Indonesia using conventional tools. This research proves that such thing is possible. The component and steps to DIC are extensively discussed in the research; speckle pattern, method of record, images produced, and data computation. Through this research, the behavior of how displacement and strain develops when concrete is subjected to compressive testing can be studied. The results of the research were analyzed quantitatively using the digital images and its computation based on computer software used. Additionally, provided that this was a preliminary research, there are many aspects and suggestions found from this research that will be applicable for future researches.

Abstract
Local water supply company in Indonesia still uses analog water meter, hence the data recording of customer- water usage was carried out by officers manually. It is certainly an inefficient and risky method that could produce errors. Moreover, not all water meter data could be recorded at the time officers come to the location, for example in vacant houses, that could causing customers suffer the consequences such as fine for late payment. In this study, we proposed a new water meter reading system design which contains a conversion device that could convert analog water usage data into the digital one, installed in existing analog meter. The converted data would be transmitted to local concentrator using a 433 MHz wireless transceiver network and sent to the server that acts as monitoring center via cellular networks. The process of digitizing the water meter does not need to be done by replacing the existing analog water meters. Thus, the investment costs of the water meter digitalization process would be relatively cheaper and its could be a solution for increasing the recording efficiency and accuracy of customer-s water usage data.

Abstract
Side frictions along the market area of Tanjungsari often cause traffic congestion during peak hours. The traffic congestions are caused by the high frequency of side frictions decreasing the effectivity of road capacity value. This paper analyse the degree of saturation due to side frictions influencing on traffic congestion as well as providing some effective alternative solutions. The traffic congestion analysis method refers to the PKJI 2014 by considering the level of service standard. The three alternative solutions are simulated by the detouring and widening road as well as combining those alternatives. The solutions are concerned with the level of service standard for 10 years period. The analysis results shows that the most effective alternative solution is a combining solution between road widening and detouring. The other result shows that detour could solve congestion if the width of alternative road equals to the width of previous main road. The result of combining alternative shows that the level of service may achieve the category of "C" complying to the rural road standards. The degree of saturation Bandung-Sumedang segment is 0.51, whereas Sumedang-Bandung segment is 0.74. These solution achieve upto 57% reduction of traffic congestion Bandung-Sumedang section and 52% Sumedang-Bandung section.

Abstract
Indonesian population has grown rapidly, as shown in Central Statistics Agency report that in 2018, Indonesia-s population reached 265,015,030 million. Along with the increasing number of population, water for daily needs is in high demand. A good monitoring and water management is needed to oversee the water usage efficiently. Currently, local water company still implements postpaid payment system that is time and human resources inefficient. In this study, we proposed the implementation of internet of things (IoT) in designing prepaid water meter card for real time water usage monitoring. The card could also be used to directly purchase water quota online via website. The proposed water meter used air vent valve system combined with the water flow sensor to measure the amount of user-s water usage. Result shows that the proposed system could work properly with the error value of 2.84% measured from the difference between water flow read in conventional water meter with the measured value in our proposed water meter. The purchased quota will be directly deducted based on the amount of measured water usage. These process was done in real time environment and the data will be automatically stored in server. When user is running out of quota, solenoid valve embedded in the proposed water meter system will be automatically closed such that user have no access to water source.

Abstract
Renewable energy sources that photovoltaic is promising CO2 free alternatives. Photovoltaic has the smallest efficiency value compared to electricity generation from other sources. The effort to increase the efficiency of photovoltaic can use the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). The purpose of the MPPT method is to find the maximum power point of the photovoltaic. In this research, optimize maximum power point photovoltaic using MPPT Incremental Conductance (MPPT IC) based PID controller. The DC-DC converter used is the SEPIC converter. The advantage of the SEPIC converter is that the efficiency produced is better than the Buck-Boost converter and Chuck converter. Another advantage of SEPIC Converter has non-inverting output voltage polarity with the input voltage. The results of this study found that using the MPPT IC based PID controller can increase efficiency power output photovoltaic than using MPPT IC conventional.

Abstract
As the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia, the Nahdlotul Ulama (NU) has members (santri) which have contributed to the development of Indonesia. Some of Santri either became politically active as a party member or involved a strategic nonpolitical position. The purpose of the study is to find out how the santri build their social identity in their political activities. A case study was conducted to find the process and the central dynamics of santri in political activities. The several semi-structured interviews were used to obtain the construction of identity of two members of Nahdlotul Ulama (NU) who have grown up in the santri tradition. The results of this research show that a unique identity of santri was built by their pride in their status as santri, since they believe that the santri status has more values than others. They also believe that their political activity is a kind of religious activity.

Abstract
Hatchery is main that plays important role in aquaculture Sea urchin Tripneustes gratilla (Linnaeus 1758). The quality of Sea urchin egg is determined by the absorption of nutrients that carried throughout the gonad development while the quality of nutrients is very likely influenced by the type of food consuming. This research of substrate types on habitat breeding of Sea urchin embryonic development and larval morphometric had been done on October - November 2016 at the laboratory of marine aquaculture LIPI Center for Deep Sea Research. The Samples taken from three different habitats comprises Hative Besar, Liang and Suli. The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of substrates types on habitat breeding of Sea urchin embryonic development and larval morphometric. The method that has been used to determine the morphometric was done by measuring the diameter and height of the shell using a digital caliper and total body weight using a digital scale. To observe embryonic development and larval morphometric done by in vitro fertilization through eggs selection then cultured in petri dish at a density of 10 ind/ml. The result of this research is the most dominant quantity of embryonic development (72 hours) indicated by culture vessel from Hative Besar meanwhile the least is indicated by Liang. The greatest larval morphometric indicated by culture vessel from Hative Besar with length and height of larval body further the larval of culture vessel from Hative Besar shown ossification formation.
