Abstract
Sultan wind turbine v.5 is a vertical axis wind turbine with a combination of savonius and darrieus types. This wind turbine is the development of previous wind turbine studies. To find out the value of the moment of inertia coefficient and the value of moment inertia rotor sultan wind turbine v.5 the experiment was carried out using an inclined plane. Rigid objects that roll do a combination of two movements at once namely translational motion and rotational motion. Inertia moments of rigid bodies are generally formulated as I = kMR2 where k is the coefficient of moment inertia. In this experiment, the object used is the right and left rotor of the sultan wind turbine v.5. Data collection is done by video recording when the rotor rolls on the inclined plane. The videos are analyzed using tracker software. The motion on the rotor in the videos subsequently tracked to produce position and time data. The tracking method are in two ways, namely auto-tracking and manual tracking. The tracking data is made into a graph resulting in a linear velocity relationship with time. Those graph are analyzed which produces the A gradient value. From the results of calculations and data analysis, the coefficient of mement inertia right rotor is 4.36 and the left rotor is 4.677. The calculation value of the inertia moment right rotor is 2.26 Kgm2 and the left rotor is 2.42 Kgm2.

Abstract
Material research for harvesting energy is increasing in an effort to find alternative renewable energy devices. A lot of thermal energy wasted in everyday life. Research for various alternative high-capacitance supercapacitor materials continue to be encouraged. SrTiO3 shows a good electrical and dielectric properties, as well as defect induced structure. Modification of local structure using Pb dopant on the SrTi1-xPbxO3 was applied for exploring the scientific information and its potential applications intensively. Synthesis of SrTi1-xPbxO3 was prepared by solid-state reaction method. The powder was then calcined, pressed into pellet, and subsequently sintered at 860 C. Various fraction of lead (Pb) dopants were carried out in 0.00; 0.02; 0.04; 0.06; 0.08; 0.1 molar ratio. The structure, morphology, and thermoelectric properties of SrTi1-xPbxO3 composite powder were performed by using X-Ray Diffraction, SEM-EDX, and temperature induced conductivity. EDX data analysis revealed that the composition of the sample was in accordance with the composition designed. XRD data analysis with Cu-Ka wavelength indicated the single phase was identified and a slight change in lattice parameters was observed. Sixfold symmetry of the local octahedral structure also changed to a tetragonal structure after introducing the amount of Pb element. For investigating electrical properties of SrTi1-xPbxO3, I-V meter was applied. Furthermore, electrical conductivity and dielectric constant will be discussed in detail. Loading higher Pb fraction promoted the electrical conductivity measured at various temperatures. Increasing conductivity is one indicator that this system potentially enhanced electronic exchange of supercapacitor in SrTi1-xPbxO3 system.

Abstract
Energy demand is increasing significantly, while conventional energy resources are limited. Various work was carried out by developing and exploring materials which are potentially applied as an alternative renewable energy device. Nowadays, the utilization of thermal energy attracts the research interest due to its abundant quantities. Thus, thermoelectric as a thermal conversion device into electrical energy is the best alternative for confronting this matter. Thermoelectric studies continue to be encouraged, one of them is SrTiO3 based material. For investigating the scientific information and its application, a comprehensive study was needed by modifying the local structure using Bi dopant on SrTi1-xBixO3 system. SrTi1-xBixO3 was prepared via solid-state reaction followed by calcination, molding process, and sintering at 860 C. In this work, the various molar ratio of Bi doping was performed. Substitution of Bi in Ti position of SrTiO3 was intended to find its potential as a high-temperature thermoelectric material. SrTi1-xBixO3 samples were characterized by X-ray Diffraction. A single phase of the compound and a slight change of lattice parameters were identified. Loading amount of Bi changed the octahedral local structure of 6-fold symmetry to tetragonal. SEM-EDX was used to observe the morphology and elemental composition. EDX data analysis showed the composition of samples in accordance with the composition designed. SrTi1-xBixO3 was measured with I-V meter to calculate the electrical conductivity and dielectric constant. Thermoelectric properties were confirmed by inducing temperature during electrical conductivity measurement. Increasing Bi fraction raised the electrical conductivity, thus it corresponded that the material potentially enhanced the figure of merit (ZT) of SrTi1-xBixO3 system. Analysis of dopant in micro size and their physical properties will be discussed in detail.

Abstract
Supercapacitor is one of the energy storage devices with excellent of storing electrical energy, long cycle stability, high energy density, easy construction, environmentally friendly, has the ability to store fast power and longer discharge. Graphene, activated carbon, zinc oxide, and Mn2O3 are good materials which commonly used as supercapacitor electrodes. ZnO-C-based supercapacitor research is currently underway and shows considerable capacitance. Addition of manganese oxide such as Mn2O3 in ZnO-C film will produce good specific capacitance because carbon will reduce the poor conductivity of manganese oxide. This study aims to determine the effect of adding Mn2O3 in the ZnO-C-x(Mn2O3) system to the performance of the supercapacitor produced. Mn2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized using the chemical co-precipitation method. Characterization of ZnO-C-x(Mn2O3) symmetric supercapacitor was carried out using XRD, SEM-EDX and Cyclic voltammetry. The results indicated that as the increase in mass addition of Mn2O3 caused the volume of the ZnO-C-x(Mn2O3) film to increase exponentially. The morphology of the ZnO-C-x(Mn2O3) film was the porous film with the highest porosity of 81.67%. Along with the increasing mass addition of Mn2O3, the specific capacitance of the ZnO-C-x(Mn2O3) film increased exponentially from 1.07 to 3.46 F/g. In addition, along with the increase in mass addition Mn2O3, the energy density of the ZnO-C-x(Mn2O3) film increased exponentially from 0.38 to 1.23 Wh/kg.

Abstract
Ni-Co MOF-based systems have been proposed as supercapacitor electrode materials because they show high energy capacitance. However, most MOFs have poor electrical conductivity and narrow micropores which limit the diffusion within the pores. To overcome the weakness of this MOF, MOF can be composite with ZnO and Functionalize Carbon (FC) on the system. This study aims to determine the effect of adding Ni-Co MOF in the ZnO-FC-NiCo MOF system on aluminum substrates to the performance of the supercapacitors produced. The Ni-Co MOF was successfully prepared by the reflux method at 140 °C. ZnO and FC materials are mixed with the addition of Ni-Co MOF mass of 10% and 20% of the total mass, with the blending method for 5 hours. Supercapacitors were arranged symmetrically using 0.5M H3PO4 electrolytes. The samples characterization were carried out using XRD, SEM-EDX, Cyclic Voltammetry, and EIS. It is shown that specific capacitance is increasing, ranged from 1.15 to 6.62 F/g.

Abstract
Thermoelectric materials can convert heat energy into electrical energy. Thermoelectric uses three effects were Seebeck, Peltier, and Thomson effects. Good thermoelectric materials exhibit a large Seebeck coefficient, high electrical conductivity, and low thermal conductivity so that the material might show a good figure of merit (ZT) coefficient. A series of Co4Sb12 skutterudites compound shows excellent potential as a thermoelectric material because Sb-based skutterudites thermoelectric materials possess high mobility, large atomic mass, low electrical resistivity, and Seebeck coefficient reaches up to 200 µV/K. So far the compound was synthesized based on interstitial doping. In this paper, we report on the study preparing of Co4Sb12 skutterudites for which introducing transition metal atom (Ni) ion at Co site to modify a local distortion which in turns to increase of ZT value. Co4Sb12 skutterudites were synthesized using the modified polyol method and fabricated into thin films on glass substrates. Before fabrication, Co4Sb12 skutterudites was dissolved into DMF. The fabricated Co4-xNixSb12 skutterudites films were characterized using XRD, SEM-EDX, UV-VIS, and I-V meter to determine the structure and thermoelectric properties of Co4-xNixSb12 skutterudites. It is found that the crystal system of obtained Co4-xNixSb12 skutterudites falls to cubic with the space group of Im-3 (204). Further analyses of XRD data also shows that the crystallinities are 7.65 and 9.35%, for samples respectively for x = 0 and 0.1. The phase purity of the Co4-xNixSb12 samples reach up to 74, and 63% for x = 0 and 0.1 respectively. The result of UV-VIS spectra analyses shows the band gap for samples x = 0 and 0.1 were 2.59 and 2.66 eV, which indicates the samples are semiconductors like which lower than semiconducting oxides. The I-V meter result shows that the increased electrical conductivity with increasing temperature, indicating that the samples can be used as a raw material for the thermoelectric device. Besides that, the values of electrical conductivity for samples reach 10-4 Ω-1. cm-1, which also indicates the samples were semiconductors.

Abstract
The high rate of urbanization in various cities is one of the global problems experienced by many countries. Based on data from the United Nations (UN), almost half of the world-s total population, which is 3.5 billion people, lives in urban areas nowadays and it is projected to reach 5 billion by 2030. This problem has also become a major factor which causes cities to experience a decline in its support power. Quoted from the UN, cities exactly only use 3% of the earth-s land, but are able to spend 60 - 80 % of energy consumption, and they result in 75% of carbon emissions. This is the source of urban environmental problems in the world, including ASEAN. Climate change until disasters that occur due to their high concentration of people and location make the city like a double-edged knife. On the one side, the city provides economic opportunities globally but on the other one, it contributes greatly to environmental damage. ASEAN cooperation in the environmental field to realize sustainable cities is one of the strategies in overcoming these. As a basis for implementing these efforts, a statistical analysis is needed in the form of grouping ASEAN countries based on several indicators in the concept of sustainable cities to find out countries with the same level of sustainability and know the dominant problems in each ASEAN country. The data used in this study is sourced from the ASEAN Foundation using the biplot analysis method. The results of it can be the basis for making policies and appropriate solutions to tackle global environmental problems.

In addition, we also conducted observations on village innovation data. We identified several challenges in the implementation of the village innovation strategy, namely the political element inherent in the village head which had an impact on the low willingness in village development, weak ideas or ideas that were implemented by village policy makers, lack of creativity in exploring village potential. In overcoming these challenges, the role of innovative behavior from policy makers at the village level is one of the main bases that must be embedded in the successful implementation of the strategy. With an exploration strategy approach, entrepreneurial strategies and open and collaborative approaches from various parties are also needed in the successful implementation of innovation strategies. The development of future research related to innovation strategies that are relevant to the characteristics of rural communities is still very much needed.

Abstract
The geographical location of Paciran sub-districts located on the coast causes a minimum supply of clean water because the community only relies on 2-3 m shallow well water and PDAM water whose distribution is hampered by a long distance between the source of raw water and the service area, water production capacity is not sufficient and management is not healthy. This causes the availability of clean water in the northern coastal area of Lamongan Regency still does not meet the needs of the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to propose waqf model to build clean water source infrastructure through synergy between Mineral Water Trading Company (PDAM) and productive waqf using third party assistance, namely investors as an effort to support infrastructure financing, known as the Triangle Synergy concept. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The primary data sources in this study are the results of observations and interviews with relevant speakers related to this research Secondary data sources are books and journals relating to productive waqf, infrastructure development, triangle synergy cooperation agreements. The results of the discussion show that, the level of efficiency and effectiveness of development is more easily realized if using the help of investors through the Triangle Synergy in financing infrastructure development

Abstract

Likewise, the Power Purchase Parity has a significant but negative effect, this illustrates that every occurrence of increasing public purchasing power, it will reduce the export of goods, which means that peoples appetite for consuming tends to choose domestically produced goods. While the exchange rate does not have a significant effect, meaning that changes in prices that occur globally do not affect the export of goods.
