Abstract
In the automotive industry, thin-walled chassis is widely used due to high strength and stiffness-to-weight ratio. For a vehicle, the functions of chassis are to carry loads, protect passengers and cars components. Since the chassis is the heaviest part for a vehicle, it must be designed with higher strength and stiffness-to-weight ratio to produce energy-efficient vehicle (EEV). For a chassis, its strength and stiffness greatly depend on the joint stiffness. In automotive production, chassis is formed by joining thin-walled beams using the welding technique. However, it will expose this chassis to buckling and joint flexibility effect that will reduce its strength and stiffness. In this research paper, the effect of vertical gusset plate to the stiffness of the thin-walled chassis will be carried out using the experimental method under bending and torsional loads. From these experiments, it is found that the bending stiffness increases by about 25.45% while torsional stiffness increases 84.75% when vertical gusset plates are introduced. From this study, it is proven that the vertical gusset plate is a good alternative to improve bending and torsional stiffnesses of thin-walled chassis.

Abstract
As design is an important part of the process to create a product, a good design concept is needed. Good design is a concept which is commonly used in the context of urban design. The aim of the urban design is to deliver social sustainability values to the community such as by improving economic life, social relations, and providing safe, comfortable and easily accessible public spaces for all people regardless of physical ability. The concept of good project design have been implemented in several fields, such as technology, architecture, and urban planning. However, still limited has been conducted in the area of construction management. This paper investigated several indicators of a good design in educational building. Research variables were identified through an extensive literature review. Preliminary survey and pilot test were performed before the questionnaire survey to verify the variable as well as to ensure that the questionnaire has been well understood by the potential respondent. Data were analysed using mean to rank the stakeholders- perceptions from the government, consultants and communities as the end users. The results showed five highest criteria to measure a good project design for educational building in Surabaya.

Abstract
Southeast Asian countries consist of several countries with a majority Muslim population, such as Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia. As Muslims, finding and obtaining halal food is a must. Consumers have the right to know the halalness of a product. Meanwhile, the government is obliged to provide halal certification of a product. Some time ago, an issue emerged about the circulation of non-halal food from outside ASEAN in the form of instant noodles. In fact, some processed products from several ASEAN countries also do not have halal certification, even though these products are distributed in Muslim-majority countries. Based on these conditions, in this paper we will discuss in depth two issues, namely: (1) the problem of the distribution of non-halal food in ASEAN; and (2) legal protection of countries in the ASEAN region for halal certification of food for their citizens

Abstract
Lichen of the genus Usnea are used as a traditional herbal remedies. This genus has the thallus which is very similar among species, so it is very difficult to distinguish. Based on morphological character, identification of species in Indonesia is still limited. Morphological characters is can be used to identify in family and genus only. The molecular character based on DNA Barcode of Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) rDNA sequences which has conserved region (5.8S) and varied region (ITS1 and ITS2) is needed to strengthen and support the identification and phylogenetic analysis. The objective of this research was to identify and make phylogenetic analysis of Usnea species from the forest of Gunung Lawu, Center Java and Turgo, Yogyakarta. Phylogenetic tree was constructed with Maximum Likelihood (ML), the model of evolution Kimura-2 parameter with the bootstrap 1000. The result of phylogenetic tree reconstruction show within main two clades, section Usnea and Eumitria in the genus Usnea. The ITS rDNA sequence was able to identify most of the Usnea, but do not support the separation of the lichens Usnea pectinata and Usnea baileyi as distinct species.

Abstract
In this talk we will highlights our recent findings that essentially to achieve a superior physical performance of all-inorganic perovskites. Namely, two representative novel material such as bismuth-based ternary halide and cesium lead bromide have recently gained a lot of attention for an enhanced solar cell applications. However, photovoltaic performances of these devices remain poor, mostly due to their low-dimensional crystal structure and large bandgap. Here, a dynamic hot casting technique to fabricate silver bismuth iodide-based perovskite solar cells under an ambient atmosphere with promising power conversion efficiencies above 2.5% is demonstrated. In addition, Second part of the talk to investigate the interfacial nature across such heterostructures, high-resolution photoemission technique were employed. This work provides a new direction for fabrication of solution-processed lead-free perovskite solar cells with a rapid fabrication strategy irrespective of the processing environment.

Abstract
SrTiO3 known as high thermoelectric and ferroelectric materials. Introducing different orbitals may produce an anomalous optoelectric effect. In turn, the materials might also be used as an active solar cell electrode beside of thermoelectric and supercapacitors materials. Thermoelectric and supercapacitor have been widely developed as an alternative energy harvesting and storage device since the fossil energy resources are limited in nature. Thermoelectric materials generate electrical energy from thermal energy, which is abundant and produced every day. SrTiO3 perovskite provides d0 configuration with an energy gap of 3.2 eV and possesses ferroelectric properties. Ni doping using various valence of +2, +3, +4 at Ti site in SrTiO3 compound will modify the normal octahedral configuration, in turn, it will change a micro elastic, crystal field, or coloumbic interactions. Macroscopically, we will observe the physical properties of, e.g., magnetoelectric conductivity. In the compound uses as a raw material of thermoelectric or supercapacitor, we will also obtain double advantages of the magnetic field around the material. Besides, doping Ni element is effective in suppressing heat transfer along with increasing phonon scattering at point defects. SrTi1-xNixO3 was prepared by solid-state reaction followed by sintering process at 860 oC in bulk. The microstructure of SrTi1-xNixO3 was analyzed by XRD and SEM-EDX. XRD data analysis with Cu-Kα wavelength that lattice parameters and normal octahedral structures in SrTiO3 were shifted after doping Ni. The EDX analysis confirmed that the elemental content of the sample corresponds to the designed composition. Thermoelectric and supercapacitor properties were carried out by inducing magnetic field during dielectric and electrical conductivity measurement. Higher Ni stoichiometric fraction contributed to raising electrical conductivity. Thus it will potentially enhance the figure of merit (ZT) and charge-discharge current of SrTi1-xNixO3 as thermoelectric and supercapacitor devices. The photodetectors measurement of Ni-doped SrTi1-xNixO3 is also detailed discuss in this work.

Abstract
SrTiO3 perovskite possesses high dielectric properties and potentially applied as a high-temperature thermoelectric material. Theoretically, physical properties of SrTiO3 can be improved by doping process. Modification of local structure will influence its electrical conductivity, thus a crystal field changes or geometric distortion occurs. Currently, SrTiO3 has been widely studied with various dopants. However, so far there is no comprehensive study about structural modification using multivalent magnetic ion of Chromium (Cr) and external magnetic fields to the electrical conductivity. Cr ions have various valences of 2+, 3+, 4+, 5+, 6+ and the symmetry of Cr is 4h with 6 coordination numbers which can change the local structure of SrTiO3. Besides, Ti ions in SrTiO3 have 67 pm and Cr has symmetry of 4h for the valence of 3+. Under these conditions, Cr will reduce the lattice parameters and a slight shift of apical oxygen to the basal plane will be observed. Since Cr interact with electromagnetic wave in the range of visible light, it might be expected that this compound would show a shift of band gap energy. As the valence also changes to a possible mixed state, the physical properties may exist in complex states. SrTi1-xCrxO3 samples were prepared via solid-state reaction in the various molar ratio of Cr doping. The phase and structure were analyzed using X-ray Diffraction. XRD confirmed that SrTi1-xCrxO3 compounds phase were formed and a slight change in lattice parameters was observed. The local octahedral sixfold symmetry structure of SrTi1-xCrxO3 compounds also changed to be tetragonal with the presence of Cr. Based on the EDX data, the composition of SrTi1-xCrxO3 compounds corresponded to the composition designed. Furthermore, the magnetic field induced I-V conductivity measurement showed that higher Cr fraction enhanced its electrical conductivity. The optical band gap analysis from UV-Vis spectroscopy showed that the band gap reduce accordingly.

Abstract

Abstract
The tellurite glasses doped with Nd3+ ion were prepared with the compositions (55-x)TeO2-10ZnF2-35BaO-xNd2O3 (where x = 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.50 1.00 and 1.50 mol%) by the normal melt quenching technique and characterized the spectroscopic properties. The spectroscopic properties of tellurite glasses measured from the absorption and emission measurements with Judd-Ofelt analysis. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern confirms the amorphous nature. UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectra of tellurite glasses divulged nine significant peaks. The absorption peaks slightly increase with increasing of Nd3+ concentration. The NIR emission spectra at 1069, 1341 nm have been registered for Nd3+ in tellurite glasses, which corresponds to the transitions originating from 4F3/2 level to the 4I11/2 and 4I13/2 levels of Nd3+ ion, respectively, under the excitation of 523 nm. The results indicate that the prepared glass system could be a suitable candidate for using it as laser gain media around 1069 nm.

Abstract
The magnetic fields produced by an electromagnet depends on the amount of current and voltage. A single current source can produce multi-field magnetic, the position of the solenoid connected to the current source, where there are multi connectors that can be switched based on the composition of the helical coil and from the data obtained that this can be proved. This research was carried out in a helical and design of copper plates forming solenoid windings, each part of the partition plate numbered 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 connected to electric currents of 1.5, 3, and 4.5 Ampere and the switch functioned to flow electric current to the partition based on the number of electromagnet plates. The experimental results obtained that the electromagnet design using a copper plate with a switch and partition system The number of plates can produce multi magnetic fields with a single current source with a range of 0 to 8 mT which is measured using Gaussmeter. The benefits of this research will have an impact on physical and engineering research related to the use of electromagnets that are portable and concise but with a single electric current source with multi magnetic fields, besides the next research has the potential to be developed in order to produce high magnetic fields.

Abstract
The Idea of Human Resource (HR) measurement and report have been developed since four century ago. The theory and the concept of Human Resource Accounting (HRA) have been debated either by the economics such an accountant or psychologist. HR is the most important asset for a company, however, there is no formal regulation during the recording and calculating the financial report. This study used literature approach in form of secondary data explanation such as documents, journals, and published articles. Descriptive and content analysis approach was used to collect and filter the information related to HRA. The researcher tried to look at the contribution and controversy of the concept appliance, development stage of HRA, and the method found during the stage. The researcher classified the valuation method based on measurement type and analyses the strength and the weakness of each method. Basically, the existence of HRA report will increase financial information quality as the consideration for the users in making a decision. The report showed the company-s responsibility to the external parties. Lev and Schwartz-s model was a Human Asset valuation method which was mostly applied in India. However, in some industries on the different countries had a different characteristic in HRA implementation-s process, for instance; football industry in England, artist management industry in Korea, the financial industry in Sweden and mining industry in Indonesia. In Indonesia mostly, HRA implemented only on disclosure in a sustainability report.

Abstract
High employee resignation rate can harm the company. The loss of an accomplished employee will cause the company to lose valuable assets, consumers, and spend a high cost of recruiting back. This research will test the direct and indirect influence of work motivation and the affective commitment to the employees intention to resign. Research is conducted against employees from various industrial backgrounds in West Java and Jakarta. The number of questionnaires were deployed by 350 and obtained 200 pieces filled and usable. To measure the indirect influence of use of line analysis with SPSS. The results showed that the motivation of work had no significant influence on the intention of resigning. While the affective commitments influence significant negatives towards the intention to withdraw. Thus the motivation of work cannot be used to predict the intention of the employee to withdraw. Companies should identify other aspects that could make employees to not have the desire to move work. On the other hand employees who have emotional bonds have a tendency to last longer. Therefore, corporate policies and programs can be directed to actions that may arouse employees emotional bonds to the organization

Abstract
The spectral analysis method of Fourier transform near Infrared (FT-NIR) to determine protein, total carbohydrate, and fat in soybean was investigated, and the performance was compared with those derived from high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The samples used in this study were 40 varieties of soybean obtained from Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea. The spectral data were acquired using Thermo Scientific Antaris II FT-NIR Analyzer at wavelength of 1000-2500 nm. A Partial Least Square (PLS) algorithm with several pre-processing methods was applied to develop model for calibration and validation. The correlation coefficient (R2) and standard error prediction (SEP) in the data set were used as evaluation parameters for optimal models. The result shows that satisfactory accuracy of prediction was achieved. The FT-NIR method was suggested to be applicable for quantification and prediction of nutritional component of soybean.
