Abstract
For the last several years motorcycle has becomes the most operating vehicle type on the road in Indonesia. There are also several problems that arise along with the increasing role of motorcycles as the main means of transportation for some Indonesians. One of the issue is the lack of goods storage facilities, because motorcycles are basically designed as human transportation vehicles rather than goods, this caused a lot of use of homemade goods transport facilities that seemed forced and often harmful to drivers and other people. This article criticizes the design of customized additional (homemade) storage on motorcycles in Bandung using the kansei approach, and further will describe the needs of motorcycle users in Bandung Indonesia. This article will also provide an overview of issues that can be solved by the small-scale motorcycle accessories industry in developing their products in the future with a product design approach.

Abstract
Kejawen community of Java, syncretism from Java, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam possess many kinds decoration in their houses (Javanese houses). One of them is deer head sculpture. Even though it is an imported culture, the deer head sculpture can be easily accepted by the Javanese people because references regarding deer story have been found since the old time. Even though related to deer are quite common, there has not been any research on the shift in the meaning of deer in the context of Javanese culture. The method used in this study is qualitative research with the paradigm interpretation. The results of the analysis found that the deer head sculpture, which was originally a preserved and displayed ravin at home as a symbol of prestige, has a connection with Hindu culture, Majapahit culture, Mataram dynasty royal regalia, and Javanese (commonner) Javanese culture. In the context of todays modern culture, deer head sculptures are displayed in todays interiors to present a traditional atmosphere and for the sake of nostalgia.

The architectural form of the Ronghe mosque is an architectural work with cultural tolerance related to building function change and cultural fusion. The combination of culture is manifested in the form of the mosques interior with various elements and ornaments. The visual form of the mosques interior represents the function of the building inside. In addition to its practical functions, the visuals of mosque buildings provide visual meaning from the results of new formations because they get the influence of Chinese culture that characterizes the mosque so that it becomes a building of places of worship that have their own character without reducing the values of Islamic law. Acculturation or cultural fusion in its application to the interior of the mosque has a new form and some are only a combined form.

Humans work to meet their basic needs for living. In anthropology, there is a term Homo Faber, which means that humans work and refers to the human ability to control their destiny and what surrounds them. Individuals who are less able to adapt to the demands of work they receive, ultimately cause stress on themselves. Because in essence humans are also Homo Ludens which is referring to humans as players and play. An activity that is considered to cause pleasure and release stress. The need to harmonize individual activities as Homo Faber and Homo Ludens, and to support the needs of the incubation phase in creative processes for academics is the focused discussion in this study. Telkom University Product Design Lecturers are the informants of research in this paper. Which this study is expected to produce a recommendation for the design of incubation facilities for Product Design Lecturers who are tailored to the needs and characteristics of the incubation activities carried out by the Lecturers

Abstract
The era of development made traditional culture erased by foreign cultures, therefore as a precautionary measure, the Bandung City Government issued a Regional Regulation requiring Bandung residents to preserve Sundanese Culture written in Perda No. 5 of 2012 and Perda No. 9 of 2012 article 10 paragraph 1b. In the context of tourism, the city government of Bandung also encourages hotel entrepreneurs to participate in the preservation of Sundanese Culture, because up to now there are still around 10 percent of entrepreneurs who run the Perda. The news review on galamedianews (April 2, 2018) revealed that only 6 out of 400 hotels in Bandung City display traditional arts in an effort to preserve Sundanese Culture. One of the superior traditional arts of Kota Bandung is batik art. Grand Preanger is a 5 star hotel located at 0 (zero) kilometers of Bandung City and has become a historical landmark of Bandung and is one of the most famous places in the Art Deco era. This hotel is the result of a shop renovation by W.H.C. Van Deeterkom in 1897, became a Preanger Hotel which changed its name in 1920 to the Grand Preanger hotel which was designed with a blend of Art Deco style and a touch of Sundanese culture, one of which was the application of Sundanese batik in the interior of the hotel. The purpose of this research is to find out and find the application of the implementation of Sundanese batik in the interior design of the Grand Preanger hotel, so that this study will produce a design guide for young interior designers and the general public in applying Sundanese batik in interior design.

Abstract
Most of the universities in Indonesia, especially private universities rely on tuition fees as the main income for their operational costs. However, some universities are beginning to think of being more independent in managing institutions, especially in the cost of the operation, one of the solutions is the Endowment Fund. One of the Universities using the Endowment Fund unit is Telkom University namely Endowment and Alumni Directorate (EAD) of Telkom University. EAD is a continuous investment facility whose results are used for non-profit purposes such as assistance for victims of natural disasters, environmental preservation, religion, culture, education, and other non-profit purposes. The endowment fund is sourced from Alumni, Telkom Officials, and Corporate. Since 2017, Telkom University has managed the Endowment Fund program, but until now it has not been very successful, because the achievement of the target funds collected is far under target. One of the reasons is the ineffectiveness of the promotion and socialization of the Endowment Fund program to potential donors. The results of the initial identification show that one of the main media for promotion is the website of the Telkom University Endowment and Alumni Directorate, but in the initial study of prospective donors because they have not received information about this website, and who has visited this website too, feels the appearance of the website is not attractive, and unclear information. In this study, prospective donors were assessed on the appearance, content, and message delivered on the website of Telkom University Endowment and Alumni Directorate using the user satisfaction index method. The result of the USI index is 43% of overall user assessment of the website, which indicates that the website is still low.

Bandung Tour on Bus or Bandros is a sightseeing tour around the city using buses from Bandung that are in demand by many tourists both in the city and outside the city, even to government guests. Bandros itself has various routes and colours for tourists to ride, Bandros bus was created to attract tourists from outside the city to visit the city of Bandung (City Branding) with its Art Deco theme, But the formation of Bandros itself is still far from the main theme, the Art Deco. Therefore, to avoid miss conception abour Art Deco definition and design forms, it is necessary to redesign the exterior of the bus Bandros to be closer to the main theme using art deco parametric based on Art. However, to obtain optimal results, authors used an analysis of data based on literature, samples of design, and visual concepts are needed by prioritizing the basic theme of Art Deco and limiting it to government regulations. By using Art Deco parameters, it will avoid misconception in Art Deco on public understanding.

There are many online learning materials found in universities in Indonesia that use face-to-face materials. Teaching materials used in the material in the class are transferred to the content of online learning material. There are many visual elements in learning material that only decorative function and have not been optimal in knowledge construction The user experience in receiving digital material online is different compared to the classroom experience. This study will design an experiment with a focus on teaching material for lecture material that is dominant in the cognitive domain. Case studies on theoretical lecture material. The material will be taken from two different study programs, one from the social sciences and the other from the sciences. The comparison experiment will use two groups of students selected randomly. One group of students will be made into a control group and another group of students will be made into the experimental group. The control group uses learning material with standard features that are generally used by institutions that are used as research objects while the experimental group uses learning materials with additional specific features. This feature is the application of design principles in online learning material. The effectiveness of the results will be measured by learning evaluation in the form of retention tests and transfer tests. This evaluation is related to the learning outcomes of the cognitive domain to be achieved starting from the stages of remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating. Abstract
Tenun or weave is a typical traditional textile from various islands in Indonesia, one of which is from Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Pringgasela Village, is one of the weaving center villages in East Lombok. Their weave designs are simple and full of meaning. Although as a center of weaving, Pringgasela weaving is less widely known than other regional weaving centers (Wignyo Rahadi, 2018). Its existence had also experienced a downturn, with the worst conditions being in 2016. In addition, there are not many Pringgasela weaving that are being processed in the form of derivative products, such as ready-made clothing. Over time, there have been a lot of ready-to-wear clothes that utilize traditional textiles, but not with Pringgasela weaving. Based on these, it is seen the potential to develop Pringgasela weaving as one of the traditional textiles variants in the design of ready-to-wear clothing. This research aims as a form of effort to develop Pringgasela weaving as a variant of traditional textile in the fashion industry by applying it on ready-to-wear designs, as well as making the most suitable business planning for developing the clothing business opportunity. Conducted with qualitative methodology, the results of this research are ready-to-wear clothing for women with simple dress styles and having interest in something ethnic and traditional.

Abstract
In this paper, the author will examine the work of artist Tisna Sanjaya titled IMAH BUDAYA (IBU) CIGONDEWAH / CIGONDEWAH CULTURAL CENTER. Created in 2011, this work can be regarded as one of the breakthroughs done by Tisna Sanjaya as an artist. By posing as a building, this work has shown Sanjaya departure-s from previous approaches which put the issue of politics and the environment as mere inspiration for his artworks, to become directly involves within the vortex of political and environmental conflict. To analyse IBU CIGONDEWAH as artwork and its impact on the environment and society, the author examines the symbolic aspects of this building and its physicality and functionality as a building. In order to explore its impact upon people and ecology, the author also explores the programmes run by IBU CIGONDEWAH. The author also conducted interviews with stakeholders in the Cigondewah area (including Tisna Sanjaya himself, people of Batu Rengat, and the local authoritative) to get a wider perspective on the artwork-s impact upon the environment where the artwork is located. Cigondewah itself is well-known as the centre of textile industries which regularly dumped their waste into its river, namely Cikendal-which also serves as a tributary of Citarum River. The latter recently become the centre of attention because of its pollution and how the river itself increasingly attracts political interests. This paper ultimately aimed to reconsider and dissect artistic practice as one of the alternative approaches in solving the issue of ecology and political issues. This paper could be seen as an effort to evaluate artistic practice in comprehensive manner, not only for its artistic/symbolic merit but also to dissect how the artwork or artistic/speculative practice could play a role in the conflict of everyday life.

Color has a profound influence on everyday human life, both in the world of graphic design, painting, print media, interior design, presentation, politics and of course also on web design. Color is an interesting field to study because color affects psychological, cognitive, taste and color gives identity to each object it attaches. The color composition can be likened to two sides of the blade, if it is right to combine it will give a positive impression and if wrong in combining it will give a negative impression to people who see it. In this study the author will analyze the color composition on the website of world-class universities (University of Indonesia, Gajah Mada University, Bandung Institute of Technology) and try to translate the meaning behind the color of the website based on color theory based on western culture.

In 2017, snapper scales was first processed by Tisa Riyani Putri. In her research, she focused on processing snapper scales as beads, and applying them using embroidery techniques. Based on the results of the above research, the writer see an opportunity to be able to further explore snapper scales material as a new alternative material, especially embellishment material for fashion products. The writer will then expand the exploration to focus on developing and optimizing snapper scales material as one of the embellishment material innovations applied to couture, which is the highest level in fashion classification pyramid. This level is influenced by several elements including the choice of material used i.e. the quality and luxurious embellishment material. The aim of this study is to prove that snapper scales can be process, functioned and used equally compare to other embellishment. The unique characteristic of the scales itself makes this material worth selling and can be applied to fashion couture using embroidery design technique. The writer will then make further exploration by developing series of steps according to snapper scales characteristics based on embroidery technique and with the application of embellishment material in general. The result of this exploration is expected to be an innovation and new material variation that can be developed in couture design. Methodology used in this study is comparative method by comparing snapper scales with other embellishment materials in general including beads, sequins, and stones. Based on this comparison we will get new information about what is the most appropriate technique snapper scales can be applied into couture clothing.

Abstract Bandung is a gathering place for creative groups that produce creative products. Urban toys are toys that have visual meaning by applying symbols into the shape of characters. Starting from the anxiety of the creator through the process of creativity, the toy products are power angers. The making of this figure starts from visual references which are combined with shapes and colours that correspond to the meaning on the basis of the type of human nature. The process of creativity used is imitative creativity (unconscious), the researcher looks at the creator in the space and time of the process of creating a product until product development. The development of the figure “the power anger” product is a collaboration of ideas with other creators to create different new products.

So from that made a customary law (pikukuh) to keep the ancestral culture in order to stay sustainable. Taken from various phenomena that exist, through the internet it is now very easy to find out information and learn something new. But it turns out that there are still few people who know about the Baduy Tribe cosmology, especially the Baduy Luar Tribe, and it turns out that a lot of information is not accurate even far from the reality. Like various information on social media related to the Baduy Tribe, the information presented is not true, especially the issue of customs, culture which means it includes the cosmology of the Baduy tribe itself. The lack of exposure is also the view of the Baduy Tribe towards nature, so that people cannot take lessons on how to treat nature well by the Baduy tribe itself. Through the method of observation, interviews and literature study related to the Baduy Tribe, it was added by using SWOT to conduct data analysis. So a solution is formed to get a lesson from the Baduy tribe about the importance of protecting nature and cosmology or their views on nature, so that we can both preserve nature properly. Through the media of information and learning that are packaged in the form of photography books, so that they can be portrayed in a real and accurate manner. Abstract: Nowadays, infectious diseases that reach a 70% increase in the number of cases in Indonesia are measles and rubella which are quite dangerous, because they can cause complications to death. Measles and Rubella are transmitted from the spread of susceptible viruses that occur in children aged 9 months to 15 years and pregnant women. The risk of measles and rubella transmission can be prevented through immunization. One area with a high number of cases of transmission of measles and rubella is Solok city, West Sumatra province, which has reached the level of emergency immunization status, but the issue of the content of illicit substances in the vaccine raises doubts and rejection from the community, so the achievement of immunization in Solok city is low and there was no decrease in the rate of transmission of measles and rubella in 2018, then a design was needed to provide information and awareness to the people of Solok city about the dangers of infectious diseases and the importance of immunization through the Measles Rubella vaccine that is lawful, safe and beneficial. Data obtained by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature. The results of data analysis will serve as the basis for designing social campaigns so as to facilitate access to information availability and provide awareness to the public in conducting measles and rubella immunization campaigns.

Abstract
Abstract Sumatera Utara is a multicultural region. One of its native tribe is Batak Toba tribe. The people in Batak Toba tribe consumes special drink for a special occasion or as their second nature. Until now, tuak is still a very popular liquor in the area of North Sumatra, you could find a shop called lapo tuak in almost every village. Along with other cultures, tuak is also considered a cultural result that can be included in one of the many traditional drinks which favored by the domestic and foreign tourists. In North Sumatra tuak production is spread in various places, one of them are located in Medan. Medan is the largest metropolitan city outside Java and the third largest city after Jakarta and Surabaya. Despite being one of the largest cities in Indonesia, tuak which produced and being sold in Medan does not have its own branding. The various types of tuak create difficulties in identifying the origin of tuak that sold in the market. Then came the idea to design a brand for tuak, in addition, to increase selling pro-spect, and also to maintain the quality itself (quality control) so that it could be more trusted to the targeted custom-ers. The identity design is followed by making packaging and promotion that is appropriate and effective. By making identity, packaging, and promotion for tuak, it is expected that Toba Bataks tuak can be identified by potential cus-tomers more easily.

Abstract
This paper departs from the phenomenon of the need for city or regional identity in public spaces. The people of Bandung and West Java created the identity of the city and region in the form of gates and monuments bordering the environmen-tal area which in terminology can be called Environmental Graphic Design (EGD). The form of exploration is very diverse, and adapted to the abilities and creativity of the people in the environment. The making of EGD by the public often pre-sents primordial cultural symbols especially. Kujang forms, but the use of the Kujang symbol is very diverse and has not yet become an identity system that fulfills its existence as an EGD. This paper will analyze the Kujang symbol as an arte-fact of Sundanese culture, as well as provide design solutions, in the form of an EGD system based on cultural values that lie in the philosophical values of the Kujang cosmology and Sundanese culture values.
