Abstract
In this study, a modified asphalt preparation was made for roofing materials by adding silica extracted from rice husk. The ratios of asphalt to silica are 1:0, 1:1.6, 1:1.8, and 1:2 by weight, and calcined at the temperature of 150°C for 6 hours. The structuraland microstructural characteristics of asphalt composites were examined by x-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive x-ray (SEM-EDX) Spectroscopy and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA-TGA), respectively. The XRD study revealed that the major phases werecarbon and silica amorphous. The surface morphology of asphalt without silica addition presents a cluster of larger size than the cluster of asphalt with an addition of silica. The addition of silica increased significantly the thermal stability of the asphalt due to the formation of physically crosslinked silica network structure. DTA/TGA analyses produced that temperature decomposition increased with the increasing silica addition from 230 to 315 °C.

Abstract
After established as the Capital of Kepulauan Seribu Regency in 2003, Pramuka Island became one of the most populous small islands with rapid population growth and increasing tourism visit every year. However, it contributes to the high consumption of groundwater reserve as the main freshwater resources in Pramuka Island. Furthermore, the rainwater catchment area also decreases over the year as growing population trigger the conversion of the open area into building, concrete pavement, and asphalt road. Therefore, rainfall infiltration is blocked and the natural recovery process of groundwater reserve is terminated. As a result, unbalanced freshwater supply and demand have taken place for years because the main natural supply of freshwater in Pramuka Island are only groundwater and rainwater. Moreover, according to the research which was conducted by Cahyadi 2013, natural freshwater carrying capacity in Pramuka island has been overshot since there was no freshwater found in aquifer layer of Pramuka Island in the dry season. Consequently, Rain Water Harvesting is selected to fulfill freshwater supply in Pramuka Island since another option such as seawater desalination installation system is not feasible economically. Rain Water Harvesting is expected to improve freshwater resources carrying capacity in Pramuka Island by providing sufficient freshwater supply from rainwater. The forecast of Rain Water Harvesting Implementation in Pramuka Island for the next 30 years shows that the system can increase freshwater resources carrying capacity in Pramuka Island into 1,22. The estimated maximum supply of freshwater that could be provided by rainwater harvesting for the next 30 years would be applied as a recommendation in development plan and policy to limit tourism visit to ensure the sustainability of freshwater resource for inhabitants and ecosystem in Pramuka Island

Abstract
Roaming over 323.99 ha of savanna at Baluran National Park is the green peafowl (Pavo muticus Linnaeus, 1766), which becomes one of the major focus in conservation endeavor due to their decreasing global population. The previous studies on this species mainly focused on their feeding behavior. In this research, we try to get a deeper insight about their feed preference in order to develop a better habitat preservation for this species at Baluran National Park. This descriptive explorative research aims to discern the feed preference of green peafowl based on their faecal composition and to determine their ecological role based on the respective preferences. This research was carried out through cluster sampling of any feces found in the savanna of Bekol and identifying the remnants of food found in the species. The results indicate that green peafowl mainly feed on Salvia riparia Kunth and some other plants. From the observation and the faecal composition analysis, it can be inferred that green peafowl serves an important role in seed dispersal of various plants in the savanna thus this species holds the key role in shaping the ecosystem in the savanna.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of minimum wages, economic growth, and number of companies in industrial sector on unemployment in West Java. the number of companies in industrial sector variable acts as moderator variable. The method of data analysis in this study uses Panel Data Regression. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in 2013-2015 with 26 districts / cities in West Java. The results showed that the minimum wage had a positive and significant effect, economic growth had a positive but not significant effect, and the industry had a positive and significant effect. Moderating variable makes the influence of minimum wages and economic growth have a negative and significant effects. The addition of moderation variable is proven to strengthen the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Suggestion: 1) the government must continue to regulate appropriate regulations so that an increase in the number of industries can be accompanied by an increase in employment opportunities. Economic growth will be better if it is able to provide employment opportunities; 2) Increasing number of industries is better when accompanied by increased employment opportunities. The labor force is encouraged to improve their skills to meet the criteria needed by the industry.

Abstract
The background of this paper started from a massive MS and MK drilling campaign challenge in order to achieve contingent resources (2 C) and accelerate oil recovery. Besides that, those 2 (two) company are different entities with 384 km distance and heavy road terrain. Because of those challenges, required optimum rig capacity calculation and its scenario (use single rig/ without any replacement in completion phase or use double rig/ doing rig replacement in completion phase). To ensure rig calculation capacity has been aligned with field conditions and cost-efficiency principle, calculations was described both in technical and cost aspect. In technical aspect, there will be explained horsepower calculation based on well configuration. In cost aspect, there will be explained total cost comparison between usage of a single rig (drilling rig only) and a double rig (drilling & completion rig). Based on technical and cost calculation, concluded that the optimum rig capacity for doing drilling campaign is 427 HP with single rig usage (without rig replacement). Those things supported by ± 3.9 billion rupiahs cost-efficiency or 16% lower than double rig usage (using rig replacement for completion phase), and significant operation advantages by reducing duplicated work. Abstract
The progress has been made towards of unmanned aircraft development increasing rapidly and usefull. Monitoring of hazardous areas, fertilizer sowing in paddy fields, the spread of insecticides in rice fields can be easily implemented and fast. Multirotor drones have agility maneuvers. The maneuver is produced by a fast spinning of propeller motion. If one of the propellers is interrupted, the planes flight becomes unstable. The stability of the UAV is a task of the flight controller. Flight controllers maintain stability on the basic of information received by the gyro sensor. But the flight controller never knows ESC conditions, flight controller always send commands only to the ESC . If the ESC is damaged, the flight controller doesnt to know. If this happens, the flight controller will give the ESC command to work optimally, and then the flight controller sees ESCs work on the report from the gyro sensor. Flight controller doesnt know ESC failed, or motor failed. In fact, for multirotor, this can result in a major accident. In addition, if the ESC performance is bad, the motor rotation also unstable too. For this reason, a motor failure sensor and ESC need to be built. The ESC failure sensor design involved 3 current sensors and an ESC control signal from the flight controller. The inconsistency between the instructions from the flight controller and the outflow will be reported in the form of a hazard warning after being processed by the microcontroller. This output can be followed up to be fed to the flight controller or flash light or sound warning, depending on the configurator. In the design of this safety system, the program algorithm for making decisions on the microcontroller involves the amount of current, the duration of the current flow, the amount of peak current and the time of control entering ESC.

Abstract
Modelling of wave transformation above fringing reefs are usually quite challenging. The fringing reefs are usually characterized by very steep bottom slope, so that waves that propagate above this type of bottom are usually break. To simulate the wave propagation above fringing reefs, the wave model and its numerical implementation should able to describe shoaling, breaking, nonlinear wave-wave interactions as well as dispersion accurately. In this paper, we use a Boussinesq type of model to simulate the wave transformation above fringing reefs. The wave model is implemented numerically by using finite volume method with momentum conservative staggered grid. The model is called Staggered grid Variational Boussinesq (SVB). Results of numerical implementation is validated with experimental data from hydrodynamic laboratory. Various scenarios are investigated to study effects of fringing reefs in reducing wave height.
