Abstract
This study explores the farmer-s contract of rice field cultivation at Legundi village, Karangjati District, Ngawi Regency. The subjects of the study are internally and externally interconnected. Internally, this study involves owners, farmers, and laborers, who are contracting the rice field cultivation. Meanwhile, it externally includes groups of farmers and markets (tengkulak). Using qualitative design with descriptive of economics type, the researcher infers that from the contract identification result seen in institutional perspective, internally, there are rice field owners as the principal, farmers as the principle/agents, and the agricultural labor as the agent. Moreover, externally, there are groups of farmers and markets (tengkulak) as the principles. Accordingly, based on sharia perspective, there are forms of ijarah (rent) cooperation and mukhabarah (profit sharing). The result of contract analysis, on the other hand, found out that there was a problem of asymmetric information and moral hazard suspected from institutional perspective due to an incomplete contract. Meanwhile, from the perspective of sharia, there was a problem which was suspected not related to the principles of sharia because of the lack of understanding about fiqh muamalah.

Abstract
Public relations (PR) are nothing new to the present day global community. In fact, mankind had begun to exercise PR since the day we first decided to live together. Since then, an essential beacon of wisdom in the history of mankind was planted. The birth of the modern PR began in 1948 when the Public Relations Society of America and the Institute of Public Relations in Britain came into existence. Today, the influence of this communication field has engulfed almost all professions of global organizations. Majority of these organizations apply the public relations principles and practices into their organizational structures. This paper began with the historical backgrounds of the international PR culture, studies, and definitions. From there, the discussion penetrated deeper into the realm of Malaysian PR culture. These areas dealt with many aspects of the PR, i.e. professional ethics, social and legal contracts. These efforts are in the purpose of giving a considerable share of opinions on how understandings upon the Malaysian PR culture differ in many dimensions of definitions and practices. At the end of this paper, readers are presented with contemporary threats and challenges of the field. This concept paper dealt with the past, the present, and the future uncertainties of the PR field. Whether we are aware or not, PR today has been put to a maximum use for managing social stress in facing globalization. Yet, the forces of tolerance and brotherhood grant the country confidence in facing any challenges and threats in a near future. Indeed, the world of global PR is changing inconsiderately. Come what may, Malaysian chose to brave up a journey of her own in the field of public relations uncertainties.

Abstract
Renewable energy is needed as an alternative energy source. One of the implementations of renewable energy is the Solar Power Plan. Solar Power Plan is a component that uses solar cells to convert solar energy into electrical energy. Unfortunately, the output power of this solar cell depends on the intensity of the light which causes the output power to enter the load to be unstable. Sometimes the PV power decrease because of the shading effect. From this problem a converter is needed to store energy and keep the system output voltage stable. The converter used in this paper is the zeta converter. This Zeta converter can operate like a buck boost converter. The output of the system used is not stable. So that to stabilize it requires good control. In this paper using PI controller to control this system in order to keep the output system stable. The average error after controlling the converter circuit is 0.34%. So that the efficiency of the system can achieve 99%.

Abstract
Since late 2011 mercury has been used to extract the gold requiring in artisanal gold mining in Mt. Botak (Buru Island) and resulting in deposition of mercury into Kayeli Bay. In this project we reported the updated total mercury (THg) concentration in marine sediment and nine spesies of domersal fish from Kayeli Bay. Nine coastal sampling sites were selected in the Kayeli Bay by purposive sampling. The fish are collected from traditional market in Buru Island. The total mercury (THg) concrentrations in marine sediment were found in all sites, ranged from (in mg/kg, dry weight): 0.035 to 4.802. The THg concentrations in sediments from all sites measured were found has exceeded the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) value. Among fish, the highest THg concentration of 1.667 mg/kg DW was measured in the muscle species Myripristis kuntee and the lowest THg concentration detected for Lutjanus Lutjanus (0.016mg/kg dw). The distribution of total mercury (THg) concentrations found in marine sediment of Kayeli Bay shows a very closed relationship to the artisanal gold mining activity in Mt Botak..

Abstract
The era of globalization requires qualified human resources (HR) who have critical, systematic, logical, creative, and willingness to collaborate effectively. Indonesia-s participation in the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) is to analyze how the development of the educational program in Indonesia is compared to other countries in the world. The purpose of this study was to explain or describe the students- higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in solving PISA-Based questions on predetermined indicators. It includes logical and reasoning, analysis, evaluation, and creation skills. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection used was documentation, tests, and interviews. The results of research from 40 students spread across several junior high schools in Banda Aceh found that 15 students were able to perform logical and reasoning skills, analysis, evaluation, and creation well in completing several questions, so that they were included as the students who have higher-order thinking skill in medium level. Furthermore, 25 students were not able to do the ability of analysis, evaluation, creation, logical and reasoning well in completing all the questions, so that they were included as the students who have higher-order thinking skills in low levels.

Abstract
High blood glucose is a problem faced by patients with type II Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Physical exercise is one way to control DM by managing blood glucose level and reducing insulin resistance. The research aimed to identify the effect of rubber band resistance exercise combined with music therapy toward blood glucose level on the patients with type II diabetes mellitus. The research design was One Group Pre-test Post-test design (rubber band resistance exercise combined with music therapy as the treatment given to the respondent). Population in this study were type II diabetes mellitus patients who visited Public Health Center II West Denpasar there were 32 respondents recruited as the sample which were chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by observing blood glucose level. Physical exercise was done 30 minutes in 3 times a week during a month. Checking blood glucose level was done before physical exercise the first day and after physical exercise day twelve. The instrument used were observation sheet, gluco meter and speaker. The data were analyzed by using wilcoxon signed rank and the result showed that p-value = 0,001 (< 0,05). Rubber band resistance exercise combined with music therapy significantly decrease blood glucose level was 57 mg/dL. In conclusion, there is an effect of rubber band resistance exercise combined with music therapy significantly reduce blood glucose levels. There is good evidence as a non-parmacological for type II Diabetes Mellitus patients. This is an alternative itreatment, effective and efficient in controlling blood glucose levels.
