Abstract
Image reconstruction of traffic signs serves to improve the image quality of traffic signs that are blocked by leaves or tree branches so that it can facilitate the process of detecting and recognition traffic signs. Inpainting is one of the image restoration methods to reconstruct images that have been damaged or the removal of unwanted objects where the area to be restored is based on information around the area. Criminisi introduces an inpainting method with an exemplar-based approach that combines the structure-oriented and texture-oriented scheme. While Hung popularized the Criminisi method and combined it with contour construction (bezier curve). The researcher tried to compare the two methods by using a number of images of traffic signs, one of them by using images with a size of 123 x 116 issuing the results of Mean Squared Error (MSE), the criminisi method gets results from MSE 69,70 while the hung method gets results from MSE 68,04 . Based on the reconstruction process of both shows the average hung method is smaller than the MSE results which means the closeness of the reconstruction results with the original image is closer to the hung method than the criminisi method.

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the performance of Satellite Nusantara Satu which has just been launched. Satelit Nusantara Satu is a broadband satellite that uses High Throughput Satellite (HTS) technology and uses Ku-band transponders to cover all regions in Indonesia. However, the use of Ku-band frequencies in Indonesia, which is located at a tropical region, must be evaluated because of the characteristics of the Ku-band frequency are very vulnerable to rain attenuation. In general, a broadband service requires link availability of 99.9% with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. Our simulation results show that in the western part of Indonesia, to reach 100 Mbps with 99.9% link availability, the EIRP of the earth station VSAT is minimum at 79 dBW. In the central part of Indonesia, to reach speeds of 100 Mbps with 99.9% link availability, the EIRP of the earth station VSAT is minimum at 83 dBW. And in the eastern part of Indonesia, to reach speeds of 100 Mbps with 99.9% link availability, the EIRP of the earth station VSAT is minimum at 84 dBW.

Abstract
This study reports on the development, preparation and performance test of NbOPO4 solid acid catalyst for biofuel production from vegetable oil. NbOPO4 catalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method using NbCl5, H2SO4, and citric acid as the precursor solutions and chellating agent, respectively. This solid acid catalyst was developed by combination with NaOH as an active phase to provide reaction sites and increase the surface area of the catalyst. Dependent variables in the study were calcination time of 5 h; NbOPO4 loading of 2%; transestrification time of 3 h; reaction temperature at 65-70 Celcius and oil mass of 30 g. Whereas, the catalyst pH of 2, 4, 6, 9, and Na impregnation ratio of 20-50% were set as independent variables. The crystalline morphology of catalyst was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy, and X-Ray Difractometer was used to characterize crystallinity degree of the catalyst. The performance of the catalyst was evaluated from a transesterification reaction for biodiesel production. The highest biodiesel yield of 98,5% was obtained in the reaction using catalyst with pH of 4 and Na impregnation ratio of 30%. The density obtained was 0,860 gr/cm3 confirming that the produced biodiesel complies to the SNI standard.

Abstract
The basic strength parameter that is important for use in designing pavement is the modulus of subgrade reaction (k). Increase in value of modulus subgrade reactions can be obtained by soil improvement using PVD (Prefabricated Vertical Drain). The method used to obtain the modulus of subgrade reaction value is a plate load test using plates with a diameter of 304.8 mm in soil conditions without PVD and with PVD with a distance of 100 mm and 150 mm. The results obtained from the plate load test are pressure and settlement data. The plate load test results are then graphed between pressure and settlement. The modulus of the subgrade reaction is based on a pressure of 69 kN/m2 which determines a certain settlement. The most significant increase in modulus of subgrade reaction from soil conditions without PVD was found in the condition of soil with 100 mm PVD, which is 80.73%. Whereas the condition of soil with 150 mm PVD has an increase of 56.24%. Based on this, soil with PVD with a closer distance gives a more significant increase in subgrade modulus of reaction.

Abstract
Miura-origami pattern has taken interest of many engineers and mathematicians due to its unique foldability and wide range of engineering applications. However, its mechanical behavior is yet to be fully explored, especially when it is made by additive manufacturing (3D printing) method. In this paper, the compressive behavior of 3D printed lattice structure using the Miura-origami pattern is investigated. Polylactic Acid (PLA) material is used to make the specimen with various printing parameters, i.e infill pattern and density. Moreover, three kind of origami patterns with different folding angle and wall thickness are applied. Finally, the elastic, plastic, and fracture deformation behavior under compressive load is examined. The result is useful to develop a finite element model which can be utilized to comprehensively explore the mechanical behavior under complicated loading condition for various kind of engineering applications.

Abstract
3D printing is considered as a highly convenient manufacturing process since it enables to create objects of many shapes, sizes and rigidity based on the material properties and the printing parameters. However, the mechanical properties of 3D printed materials is not yet fully understood. There are a lot of different printing parameter combinations which results in different mechanical properties and printing time. This research work aims to investigate the relationship between printing parameters, i.e. infill density and infill pattern, and tensile property of Polylactic Acid (PLA) material. Anycubic i3 Mega 3D printer is used to print the specimens and an open-source slicing software Cura is used to vary the printing parameters. The two varied printing parameters are infill densities of 25%, 50%, 75% and infill patterns namely Grid, Tri-Hexagon, and Concentric. The specimen and tensile testing procedure are based on ASTM D638 Type 1 standard. Three tensile properties, in this case, elastic modulus, yield strength, and tensile strength were examined. The obtained results can be used as a data reference for making finite element model (FEM) as well as predicting the optimum tensile property with respect to the printing parameters.

Abstract
The use of Fuzzy logic in the forecasting process, problem analysis and decision making of a process are often used. The development of this fuzzy logic by widening the foot of the membership function as interval fuzzy type 2, fuzzy signature or carried out hybrid between fuzzy logic and other artificial intelligence systems or hybrid algorithm has also got quite good results. At this time, a multilevel fuzzy logic method is proposed. This multilevel Fuzzy Logic is interesting behind the input of a process in fuzzy logic which is the output of the previous fuzzy logic or the output of a fuzzy logic analysis is input into the next stage of fuzzy logic. This multilevel fuzzy logic can be done up to several levels of depth according to the variables to be analyzed. If the final analysis has the equation X(i) + Y(i) = Z(i), then the value of X (i) can be the result of Z(i-1), where Z(i-1) is the result of the Fuzzy Logic X(i-1) + Y(i-1), by performing multilevel fuzzy Logic is expected to have the value of forecasting errors or problem analysis and decision making will be better and more precise.

Abstract
Researchers have done research on information systems before; because, the breadth of studies about IS. [1], [2] is an example of a study on how to measure Information System Success by testing instrument factors. Some researchers can produce different judgments regarding the success of implementation of IS; this is because the first definition of success of each researcher is changed, the two perspectives on success assessment, the three variables used, the four implementations in different environments. Several models can be used as references to assess the success of IS, Delone and McLean are examples that are widely used as references, which use six variables in measuring IS implementation. From the model used, later there will be a gap in determining the model, and this becomes an opportunity for the development of the model as follows. The development of models to measure information system success can be done by adoption, adaptation, and combination. This is legitimately valid as long as the development of the model is accompanied by supporting theories. The purpose of literature review can provide an overview of related to the method of previous researchers. Then it can be used as a framework for solving problems.

Abstract
Recently, the problem of minimizing carbon emissions in manufacturing has become a focus of much research. One of the efforts that were successfully carried out was managing the sustainable economics order quantity (SEOQ). However, several SEOQ had assumption such as (1) warehouse costs are ignored, (2) warehouse emissions are avoided, and (3) warehouse costs are ignored. In this paper, we developed the SEOQ model with warehouse costs and capacity limits. There are two proposed SOQ models. Model 1 was the SEOQ model with warehouse costs and carbon emissions. At Model SEOQ 2, this model considered warehouse costs, carbon emissions, and capacity. We also proposed procedures to minimize total inventory costs. Finally, a numerical experiment was conducted to test the model. Based on numerical experiments, the proposed model useful to solve SEOQ problems with warehouse costs and capacity limits.

Abstract
One of the challenges for the people who live in the rural islands of the developing countries is the lack of access to education. Although ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is increasingly regarded as an essential tool to support learning activities in rural areas, the availability of telecommunication infrastructure in such areas is still problematic, primarily because of high implementation cost and low revenue. This study aimed to develop an e-Learning model for the community in the rural islands which utilize ship to deliver to and receive data from the island using store-and-forward communication technique over a transient long-range wireless link established when the ship is at a certain distance from the island. Here we focused on the design of a synchronization method between databases of multiple learning management systems (LMS) between the ship and the island. The design has been implemented and tested using Moodle installed on low-power Raspberry Pi computers. The result showed that our design is suitable to be used in such requirements, hence making it a feasible solution to support ICT-based learning for the people in rural islands.

Abstract
Silicalite-1 is a type of zeolite with no aluminum content and is hydrophobic. This zeolite can be synthesized from various types of silica. Elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum) is one of the potential agricultural wastes that has a fairly high silica content that can be used for zeolite synthesis. In this study, silicalite-1 zeolite was synthesized using silica extracted from elephant grass and tetrapropilammonium bromide (TPABr) templates. Silica samples extracted from elephant grass have 71.91% amorphous SiO2 content. Silicalite-1 zeolite was synthesized with mole ratio of 1SiO2 : 0.527TPABr : 0.395Na2O : 98.45 H2O, using hyrothermal method at 180°C for 24 hours in a stainless steel-teflon lined autoclave. The resulting silicalite-1 samples were confirmed by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and showed 2θ which was typical for silicalite-1 i.e. 8.02°, 8.93°, 23.09°, and 23.98°. The results of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) show that silicalite-1 zeolite has hexagonal crystals with 43.36 µm size as a result of the calculation using the Schrerrer method.

Abstract
Induction motor slip ring-type technology has been widely used in industrial as one of crucial electrical components to convert energy mechanically. The construction of this motor is more complex than other standardized induction motors such as squirrel cage. The complexity lies on the connection between the rings and brushes which requires more maintenance. Meanwhile, Squirrel cage motor that is supported by a VSD system allows its user to start motor smoothly and adjusts the speed more efficiently. In this study, we exclusively investigate the possibility of the outdated technology replacement by using squirrel cage standardized induction motor based on its compatibility and the financial perspective as well. To prevent any coming up problems, the selections of new motor and VSD must fulfill the requirement of the existed system. Technical data were collected from customer-s SCADA and nameplates While the financial calculation was made based on payback period. In this case, the payback period is projected within two years that basically depends on operation patterns. According to our point of view, standardized squirrel cage motor potentially replaces the slip ring motor in which squirrel cage motor is not only for having simple operation but also less maintenance and energy cost.

Abstract
The aim of this research to investigate the influence of temperature and additive effect of coconut shell charcoal on the density and porosity of ceramic membranes based on zeolite and soil. With the addition of additives in the form of charcoal can reduce the density of ceramic membranes. It can also increase porosity of ceramics and clay based zeolite membranes. The results of the study show that based on the results of the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), it can be seen that the largest pore size is owned by samples containing 80% zeolite and 10% additional. The number of pores produced depends on how much additive content is contained in the sample. The conclusion is that there is a tendency for the temperature to rise and the more additives contained in the sample, the more pores produced.

Abstract
In this research, we investigate the mechanical behaviour of zinc sodium phosphate glass system with the various concentration of chromium oxide doped. The glass system was synthesized using the melt quenching technique. The concentration of chromium oxide varying from 0.5% to 2.5%. Longitudinal and shear ultrasonic velocities were measured in different compositions of the glass system at temperature range between 270 K and 323 K. From the transit time data and density, we found that all the mechanical behaviour for these glasses decrease as the Cr2O3 content increase, which indicates a weakening of the binding energy in the network.

Abstract
Granular particles have wide applications in various industrial fields, one of which is the beauty industry. One important part of this industry is the character of powder-size interactions with porous skin surfaces. This interaction can be modeled by the interaction of granular particles with a porous surface. Simulation that has been done can visualize the process of granular attachment on a horizontal porous surface. This simulation is 3-dimensional visualization using uFlex assets on unity software. The surface system is arranged in 3 pore sizes. Each surface is tested using 5 granular particle sizes. The results showed that the particles entering the porous surface system were influenced by the falling speed, porous hole diameter, coefficient of granular restitution and collision between granular particles.

Abstract
Visualization of abstract concepts will facilitate the understanding of physics concepts. The concept of abstract Lorentz styles can be simulated in three dimensions with augmented reality technology. A simulation is produced which displays the Lorentz style concept by making changes to magnetic field variables and flowing currents. The simulation has succeeded in providing a description of the relationship between the magnetic field and electric current which is directly proportional to the Lorentz force.

Abstract
Drilling mud have a very important role in a drilling operations, start over drilling until it reaches the depth of the intended. In the importance of drilling mud, therefore there should have an analysis of potential problems that might happen in the process of the drilling. The Problems that might happen in the process of drilling one of them is about the loss circulation. To overcome the problem of lost circulation mud , one example is a method of loss circulation material (LCM).There were different LCM category but in this study used Kwik seal and the midrib bananas as an ingredient LCM. Both of them have the fibrous having the nature of stiffness so it can clog the pores. In research was done three times experiment with the additional kwik seal and adding different banana midrib .This study using specification of physical properties and rheology standard of a mud field drilling to get results like the environment actually on the ground .The results of research is expected us to know how much composition kwik seal or the midrib bananas to be added to the mud and effective to overcome lost circulation .
