Abstract
This research based of the problem of the number of scientific publications in Indonesia that are still low. The lack of researchers is presumed to be one of the reasons that the number of international publications is still low if compared with other countries. In addition to the above, another problem is that the number of scientific documents in Indonesia is still low in the Southeast Asian region. The above problems are caused by many factors, including (1). Researchers often experience difficulties in obtaining references to both books and journals that support their research, (2). Researchers find it difficult to find research partners who have scientific similarities and interests in one research topic. The purpose of this study is to answer the above problems through an application called thinkgather.com. The purpose of this study was to design and build an application as an interactive medium for researchers. One of the advantages of this application is being able to connect between one researcher and another researcher in one social media. This research was designed to have 3 stages of research, namely the preliminary study and data collection stage, the planning and preparation stage, the limited scale trial stage, the large-scale trial and improvement. It is expected that the thinkgather.com application can become a means of researchers as a media discussion and facilitate researchers in finding partners in the research that will be carried out.

Abstract
The popularity of digital media and the availability of a seemingly borderless world of communication networks have formed a new environment which supported by the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Along with the Malaysian government-s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) projects, a National Communication and Multimedia Policy were introduced. This was to provide clear guidelines for the media industry behavior and encourage the development of self-regulatory mechanisms for local industry players while minimizing the costs of regulation. The implementation of voluntary codes of practice for the industry must be in line with the government-s policy objectives. This study identified how the self-regulatory mechanisms would benefit the industry and the future growth of media technologies in this country. This is for the industry to proactively respond to the winds of change breezing through media convergence technology policies and legislations on certain key issues faced by the Malaysian media environment. The study identifies an important relationship between the regulators, media industry and public interest upon the implementation of media self-regulation in Malaysia. The challenges faced by the government and media players regarding the broadcast of new media content had become a discourse for the both parties to implement best practices of self-regulatory mechanisms. These issues sanction the self-management of information dissemination in the name of public and industry interests, while in the same token ensure preservation of the national identity and cultures

Abstract
Abstract This paper discuss on the uniqueness of traditional Rawa food namely Kelamai; one of the symbolic markers of community ethnicity in Gopeng Homestay, Perak. Kelamai is one of the Rawa-s classic dishes preserved by the community along with their native language, the Adet Bojojak ceremony and traditional dances. The Rawa ethnic minority retain some of their cultural traditions as symbols of their ethnic identity even though they have gone through a process of assimilation with the locals. Kelamai is part of Rawa signature cuisines and rarely been presented to the homestay guest, due to its tedious and complicated preparation of the ingredients and method of cooking. Thus, this study was conducted with the residents of Gopeng Homestay through qualitative research methods. Investigations include participant observations, interviews and the researcher-s field notes to understand the significance of this cultural food to the whole Rawa community in Gopeng. Findings of this study indicates that Kelamai is only famous and sought after by Rawa communities on special occasions such as Eid Mubarak and Eid Hajj. Indeed, the older generation admitted that not many of them persist in the cooking of this traditional food due to the lengthy preparation time required in addition to the insufficient help received from the family members. Hence, it is crucial for new generations of Malay Rawa in Gopeng and other parts of Malaysia to attend to this issue and ensure the continuity and safeguarding of Kelamai precious cultural tradition for the benefit of future generations.

Abstract
The data used in this study is IFLS data with fixed effect estimation method. The study shows that informal credit has a more negative impact on household welfare compared to the use of formal credit. And, the use of semi-formal credit has a more negative impact on household welfare compared to the use of formal credit. It can be due to higher interest rates in the use of informal credit compared to semi-formal and formal credit. This study also shows that credit used for productive purposes has a more positive impact than credit used for consumptive purposes. The greater the amount of credit used, the more positive the impact on household welfare is compared to the use of fewer loans. The results of this study can be the basis for the government to be concerned about the policy of credit interest rates to the public.

Abstract
Improving the quality of human resources is one of the crucial things that can affect the development of cooperatives in Indonesia. The quality of cooperative human resources is an important indication that can result in the quantity of cases of cooperatives in Indonesia. Increasing the quantity of cases of cooperatives in Indonesia is often caused by poor quality management. The low level of mastery of management science has resulted in the HR management of cooperatives often being constrained in running cooperatives. The low mastery of management knowledge has been anticipated through the procurement of training, but the procurement is still not effective because it is considered still not able to provide evenly and thoroughly insight and expertise. The creation of the COOPLite application is one of the breakthroughs to minimize that ineffectiveness. By collaborating with the HR integration system called IHRMS with Android technology, it is expected that the HR managerial HR management process can be carried out easily, comprehensively, effectively, and efficiently. Through this multi-functional application called "COOPLite", it is hoped that cooperative HR human resources can be more interested in studying cooperative managerial in more depth. The creation of the COOPLite application has several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. However, its application can make a significant contribution to improving the system and transparency of cooperative information in Indonesia. The COOPLite application is one of the innovations that the government needs to consider as one of the efforts to revitalize the capacity of cooperatives as the economic pillar of the community.

Abstract
Only about 10% of all small business in Indonesia have been halal certified. This study aims to understand the factors that can push their intention to conduct halal certification. Of the 30 respondents who have not had a halal certificate yet, this study found that halal awareness, halal knowledge, and challenges do not affect intention. The business actors have already known the existence and procedure of halal certification, but the awareness and knowledge do not guarantee business to conduct halal certification directly. Challenges also do not become a barrier of halal certification. Meanwhile, acceptance of halal certification and motivation from both internal and external encourage the intention of halal certification. Acceptance, desire to have standardized production, encouragement from government, and consumer expectations of halal products drive the intention of halal certification. The implication of this study is the importance of real encouragement and assistance to motivate business to obtain halal certification of their products.

Abstract
Communication is crucial in different contexts, particularly in an organization. This is because face-to-face and verbal communications are still the gold standards in communication abilities. This is due to communication issues may potentially develop in any circumstance or social relationship. It can be easy for individuals to misunderstand or misinterpret others, and these misunderstandings may lead to arguments or tension in personal, platonic, or professional relationships. In addition, people seek to influence their goals, relational status among others and their self-identity when they are engaged in verbal communication with others. Also, the shift in blue-collar to white-collar employment, increase in temporary and contingent employment, globalization, and the use of technology have put greater emphasis on employees- “interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate” in teams. As the world leader in the cosmetics industry, L-Oreal Malaysia provides a dynamic and interactive working environment where L-Oreal Malaysia believes in fostering entrepreneurship within each individual and encouraging them in taking accountability of their respective jobs. As it has a people-driven working environment, communication plays a vital role as majority of the tasks requires communication across multiple parties and departments. The drawback is that it is prone to all communication problems, such as miscommunication, communication barrier and challenges in the respective competencies. Therefore, this study aims to identify these communication behaviors that are learned socially and taken place in L-Oreal Malaysia. This study is guided by Interpersonal Skill Model to examine the relationship between verbal communication behaviors and communication competence in workplace. The objectives of this study are to identify the relationship between verbal communication behaviors and communication competencies of these behaviors based on the Workplace Communication Behavior Inventory, with the following variables: Information Sharing, Relational Maintenance, Expressing Negative Emotion and Organizing. Communication competency was measured by Communication Competency Questionnaire with the following variables: Encoding and Decoding. The findings contributed to the existing literature on Interpersonal Skill Model in Malaysia context. Abstract
The existence of companies earning profits through extracting of natural resources from community-s/inhabitant-s environment generates the growing awareness about the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Aspects of CSR related to employee participation require support from human resource management (HRM). Although researches linking the role of HRM and CSR has experienced a significant increase, but there is still no comprehensive construct that examines these two concepts. This study aims at exploring the structure of CSR-HRM at PT Kutai Timber Indonesia (PT KTI), the role of HRM in the development and implementation of CSR, and the contribution of HRM in corporate sustainability through CSR at PT KTI. The research approach used a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used: in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and final conclusion. The validity test of data is used the method of source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research findings conclude that the understanding of CSR adopted by PT KTI was still focused on the external dimension, so the structure of PT KTI-s CSR-HRM was limited to administrative relations. HRM in the HRD Department of PT KTI does not have a strategic role related to the development of CSR, but has an administrative role related to employee licensing in implementing CSR. PT KTI-s HRD department contributes to corporate sustainability through HRM core tasks. The limitation of this study is its limitation to be generalized to other sites/objects. The sound generalization could be applied only to objects/sites that have similar or similar characteristics
