Abstract
Date palm cultivation can be done generatively and vegetatively. Tissue culture is one of the techniques used for vegetative date palm cultivation. The weakness of this technique is the presence of genetic variations in the results of propagation through tissue culture known as somaclonal variation. One type of molecular markers commonly used for variations in genetic variation is RAPD (Random Polymorphic Amplified DNA) markers. The aim of the research was to analyze genetic variation of Date Palm genotypes using three RAPD primers - OPD-13, OPD-20, and OPO-16. This research is conducted by taking 8 genotypes from tissue cultur propagation and 2 genotypes from seed propagation. Calculation of distance matrix or genetic inequality is done by two types of descriptive analysis of diversity such as Principal Coordinates Analysis (PcoA) and Neighbor-Joining Tree (NJtree) using DARwin 6.0 software. Based on the cluster analysis, 10 samples of date palm group into three major groups with a total of molecular diversity was 83.11%, The range of dissimilarity coefficient was 0 – 0.6.

Abstract
This paper presented the application of gold mining waste which is called "tailing" as the substitution material of fine aggregate in the hot rolled sand sheet. Several amounts of tailing are substituted to modify the gradation of the fine aggregate. The gradation analyses are conducted to evaluate the effect of the substitution of tailing on the gradation distribution of the mixed material. The Marshall tests are also conducted to asses the impact of tailing substitution on the strength of the hot rolled sand sheet. The gradation analysis shows that the substitution of 50% tailing has a significant effect on the distribution of mixed materials. The coefficient of uniformity, Cu and coefficient of curve, Cc of 4.82 and 1.72 are obtained, respectively. The mechanical test results using the Marshall test shows that the substitution of 50% tailing brings about a significant improvement in the strength of the hot rolled sand sheet. The strength of hot rolled sand sheet increase 100% or 2-fold higher compared than those without the tailing is obtained. The results of this study have indicated that the gold mining waste of tailing may be viable as the substitution material in the hot rolled sand sheet.

Abstract
Based on the 2016 national financial literacy and inclusive survey by OJK, public financial literacy increased significantly from 2013 estimated to be 21.84%, to 29.66% in 2016. However, sharia growth experienced a slowdown, even based on OJK data showing assets of Islamic banks decreased from 20.33 percent in 2016 to 18.98 percent in 2017 (Syauqi, Irfan, 2018). This fact warns us that the development of Islamic finance in Indonesia is still not in accordance with the expectations and desires of the Indonesian people. This study aims to illustrate how Indonesian societys literacy and sentiment regarding sharia finance uses twitter social media. The reason for using Twitter social media, Twitter data is part of big data, in this disruptive era, the use of social media is mostly done by Indonesian people to criticize, complain, and share personal experiences on social media. Therefore, we can capture the sentiments of Twitter users towards Islamic financial products in Indonesia, so that we can develop products that are suitable for Indonesian people. This research uses the mix method, which is qualitative data from social media and combined with quantitative analysis such as frequency analysis, sentiment, and social media network analysis.

Abstract
The menace of armed bandits has in recent times assumed a devastating dimension and as such, a source of concern to all and sundry especially with its attendant socio-economic implications on the people. Relying on the use of secondary sources of data as well as narrative analysis in the presentation, the paper attempts an overview of the genesis of armed banditry in the area as well as their activities and mode of operation which have assumed complex dimensions in recent times vis a vis the likely effect of this phenomenon on food security in the area. A major finding of the study among others is that as a result of the rampant kidnappings, killings, cattle rustling, looting, rape and other nefarious activities of the bandits which have made several areas unsafe for habitation, whole communities have been displaced and have had to relocate to other seemingly safer locations thereby giving rise to the proliferation of Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps. The paper asserts that the massive displacement of the people who are predominantly farmers will in the long run lead to decreasing farming/agricultural activities thereby hampering food production and animal husbandry and ultimately, food security. The paper recommends among others a holistic and concerted approach to routing out the bandits through developing the needed political will by the political class to address the issue, proper intelligence gathering approach, deployment of well-equipped and technologically driven security paraphernalia which will herald the resettlement of the displaced persons in their communities.

Abstract
The outbreak of the bloodshed in Marawi City has displaced nearly 500,000 people. The survivors have sought shelter in evacuation centers in nearby municipalities in Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte including Iligan City. This war caused distress and may even increase for a period after the exposure to stressful to this event may continue for quite a few persons many years after. In this kind of conflict, people are the most vulnerable but are affecting children the most. Exposure to this conflict causes trauma to children which cannot be expressed verbally but through expression of nonverbal gestures and visual arts. And the best way to provide psychological support is through art-based intervention which is the goal of this study. The qualitative and quantitative data was gathered at Maria Cristina Evacuation Center in Iligan City. The stress level of the respondents shows that they have problem in their emotional aspect. The mean shows that they do not have difficulties in Pro social, hyperactivity, peer, and conduct problem. The mean (X=5.43) of art based intervention questionnaire shows that the respondents have positive feeling in the activity in which they are confident, playful, excited, and pleased in the activity. They were neutrally competent and they were not averse joining the activity. The t-test has shown that stress level and art based intervention have a significant relationship which means that there art based intervention reduces stress. Majority of the drawings are houses that signifies the aftermath of war- houses are being destroyed and ruined and as a result, they need a new house to live. The study recommends assessing the stress level before and after the activity. Future researchers as well as therapists may improve the study by providing therapeutic setting in doing this activity and adding more materials that will help the children express themselves even more.

Abstract
The quality of road pavement construction is strongly influenced by the composition of the material used, including the type of aggregate. Selection of the type of aggregate suitable for use in pavement construction is influenced by several factors, namely gradation, shape and surface texture. Aggregates have various forms and textures including round and cube shapes. At present, infrastructure development in Indonesia continues to increase the amount of natural aggregate use, so this will cause the availability of raw aggregate raw materials to continue to thin out. Fly ash can be an alternative for material. Fly ash coal must be reacted with chemical solutions as a mixed material so that it can be a geopolymer material, in this study Fly ash will be mixed with a chemical solution in the form of sodium hydroxide (NaoH) and sodium silicate (Na2SiO3). In this study there are two variations of the aggregate form to be used, namely the spherical shape of the processed granulator and the irregular shape of the processed stone crusher. With the addition of 25% round artificial aggregate and 25% artificial aggregate processed by stone crusher can provide high stability and meet specifications according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Abstract
Foreign-body ingestion is a common event most often seen in children from 6 months to 6 years of age. In adults, foreign bodies are usually ingested accidentally together with food. The esophagus is the most common site for acute foreign body or food impaction in the gastrointestinal tract and 80% to 90% of swallowed objects that reach the stomach will eventually pass without intervention. We report a case of 56 years old woman who presented with difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) and odynophagia after ingested artificial denture accidentally during a meal for 3 hours. There was no respiratory distress, bleeding, chest pain or fever. There was pooling saliva in bilateral pyriform sinuses in indirect laryngoscopy. X ray neck showed artificial denture at the level of C7 vertebra. The patient was admitted for emergency rigid esophagoscopic and removal of foreign body. The artificial denture was removed successfully with minimal bleeding. No complication afterward.

Abstract
After Al Quran, As-Sunnah is the main source in the formulation of the International Relations Theory in Islamic perspective. As-Sunnah can be found in As Sirah An Nabawiyah (The Biography of Prophet Muhammad PBUH) which record the journey of the life of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Various policies and practices (sunnah) of the Prophet in international relation were narrated in As Sirah An Nabawiyah. Based on the practices of international relations that occurred during the Prophets period, the classical Islamic scholars, with a legal approach, formulated an international Islamic relations theory called Siyar. Siyar contains rules that govern the relationship between an Islamic state and its external environment. In the Westphalian international system era, marked by the birth of secular nation-states, Siyar has many limitations and discrepancies. The legal approach to the Sirah Nabawiyah which is used in Siyar produces a perspective that is too rigid in understanding or explaining the reality of contemporary international relations. Therefore this article argues that As-Sirah An-Nabawiyah needs to be viewed with a more multidimensional approach. Using the perspective of constructivism in the study of International Relations, the events of international relation contained in The Sirah Nabawiyah are understood as a deliberative action that has a political idiographic, purposive, ethical, and instrumental political dimensions.

Abstract
Air transportation bccomes popular for people to travel. This kind of transportation is not only used to travel internationally, but also domestically. Indonesia, where the need of fast and long-distance transportation is crucial, makes domestic low-fare flights favourite for peole. However, this increasing demand on air transportation causes the rise of passengers which affects the terminal. One place which will be affected is check-in area. This is a place where passengers come to process their document, before they travel. There will be queues at check-in counters when the number of passengers is increasing, if the capacity of the terminal does not change. As a case study, Derparture Terminal A of Adisutjito Airport will assessed. This study will assess Citilink check-in queue which happen at peak hour. The result shows that there were three counters open to serve three different flight at peak hours, eventhough the flight company own six counters in check-in area. Using M/M/1 model, the evaluation shows there will be 2.73 minutes of waiting time until a passenger be processed at check-in counter. Furthermore, there will be 4-5 people waiting to check-in, with average time of check-in process is less than one minute.

Abstract
General speaking, the 100-year ARI (Annual Recurrence Interval) with 24-hour duration storm generates the critical flood discharges and flood inundation depth all over the watershed. However, the real critical duration design storm may be something other than the 24-hour design flood event and perhaps there may be more than one critical duration storm that produces critical flood discharges and depth of flood inundation across the watershed. Usually, design flood with storm duration variation of the 3-, 6-, 12-, 24- and 48-hour with the 100-year ARI are used to identify the critical storm duration that produces the highest flood flows and also inundation level all over the watershed. This present study evaluates and demonstrates the impact of storm duration variation on generating a critical flood inundation. From this result can be selected the proper critical storm duration that produce the most severe flood inundation. In addition, Climate Change Factor (CCF) will be involved also in this analysis.

Abstract
Despite the need to assess and treat issues related to patients sexual health, evidence indicates that healthcare professionals still have significant difficulties in doing so. This can have a negative impact on both, quality of care provided and health outcomes. The objective of this study is to identify the attitudes and beliefs of Primary Care Nurses (PCN) towards the management of issues related to patients sexual health. Cross-sectional descriptive methods were used. Data were collected between May 2017 and November 2018 using a self-made anonymous electronic questionnaire. Descriptive univariate and bivariate analysis was performed using Stata14 software. Normal distribution was confirmed using Shapiro Wilk test. T-test, ANOVA and Pearson tests were used for the bivariate analysis. 85 PCN completed the questionnaire (48.5% response rate). Participants were mostly women (84.7%), older than 40 years (mean 45.4; SD 9.2), and experienced (13.8 years; SD 8.0). PMC almost always felt comfortable talking about sex with patients (54.1%), especially with female patients (67.1%), and adolescents (47.1%). Most PCN stated they did not receive proper training at university in terms of sexual health (65.9%). Predominantly, PCN somewhat disagree or totally disagree that sexual health is a priority to discuss with patients (36.5%). PCN believe that always or almost always they do not have time to talk about sex (77.7%). No significant association was found in the bivariate analysis. PCN in Barcelona are keen to talk about sex, however, they believe it is difficult and not a priority. More research is needed to analyze the difficulties mentioned.

Abstract
The autonomous weapons system (AWS) is a weapon that no longer involves humans in its operation. It will move independently, look for his own target, identify, and execute the target. This weapon is controlled by robots equipped with artificial intelligence. This system is more advanced than drone technology (UCAV) which is still controlled by humans even from very distant range. Various parties claim that these weapons have more advantages compared to conventional weapons that are still controlled by humans. This weapon is able to eliminate mistakes that are often done by humans. The advantages are, for instance, being able to act without anxiety, avoiding emotional traits, quicker in scanning and making decision, and free from situational human psychology (e.g. stress, etc.). This paper intends to explore the possible dangers posed by this weaponry system. This weapon system has a high priority on technological sophistication. Therefore, countries with advanced technology will benefit from this development. On the contrary, countries with limited technology will be trapped in the increasingly extended lagging. This model weapon is also very likely to be produced by the private sector. Mass production carried out by the private sector will provide massive opportunities for the use of these weapons which are capable of mass destruction.

Abstract
This study discusses the development of constitutional testing decisions that are different from those of Hans Kelsen (1920) and shows that at this time the Constitutional Court not only canceled the provisions of the law, but also added words and expressions in a provision. By using case studies of Constitutional Court Decisions in Germany, South Korea and Indonesia through a comparative legal approach. This study argues that variations in decisions are made as alternatives in the event that there is no need to cancel a law, and each type of decision is used to avoid a constitutional crisis. For example, by allowing judges to leave legal norms that are considered unconstitutional for a while to avoid a legal vacuum or allow the judge to announce that, even though the norm may be constitutional at the time of testing, the norm can be considered unconstitutional after the verdict.

Abstract
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is built on the successes of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), consists of 17 goals as universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity. The assessment of people awareness and knowledge on SDGs is of paramount importance to support any subsequent actions. The awareness of SDGs is higher compared to the previous agenda MDGs only in particular emerging countries hence it requires a better progress after more than three years of its establishment. University students as the agent of changes are supposed to have a higher level of awareness and knowledge rather than average. When the university students have a better awareness and higher knowledge on SDGs, they can actively contribute in supporting, promoting, and achieving the development goals by making use of their academic background. The objective of this research is to assess the level of awareness and knowledge on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among university students in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data for this research will be collected by field Survey and Questionnaire. This research will analyze data by using descriptive statistic and Chi-Square. We expect, this research found more than 50% students in UMY have good awareness and high knowledge, which represent UMY students as good agent of changes in the improvement of awareness and knowledge on SDGs in society.

Abstract
Bacha posh is a girl who looks and behaves like a boy, or a girl who is raised as a boy. The bacha posh identity entails adopting male clothing, male hairstyle and a boy name. Becoming a bacha posh also requires a girl to embrace masculine mannerisms, such that she could resemble a boy. This paper analyzes bacha posh performativity as demonstrated by the characters Parvana and Shauzia in the novel Parvana written by Deborah Ellis. In doing so, the paper employs the theory of gender performativity formulated by Judith Butler (Gender Trouble: 1990). The results of the analysis shed light on the following points. First, the bacha posh performativity as demonstrated by Parvana is shown through several processes of transformation; these include (1) changes in appearance (wearing male clothing and having male hairstyle), (2) the use of a boy name (Kaseem instead of her girl name, Parvana), (3) a change in her behavior (how she confronts and positions herself against her male counterparts). The use of male attributes suggests the ongoing formation of bacha posh identity in Parvana. Secondly, the bacha posh performativity in Shauzia is conveyed through the use of a boy name (Shafiq) and the adoption of male appearance and mannerisms. Unlike Parvana, the bacha posh identity in Shauzia has been well-established. Through these two bacha posh characters, it can be concluded that gender is a matter of ‘nurture- instead of ‘nature-; it is an act, instead of an absolute reality, that is performed repeatedly so that it becomes a stable identity.

Abstract
The results of previous studies have obtained several bacteria that are tolerant of plastic waste. However, its ability has not been tested as biodegradation of plastic and biological fertilizers. Therefore this research is intended to test the potential ability of these bacteria as biodegradation of plastic waste and as biological fertilizer by using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometry (GC-MS). GC-MS analysis results on SP6 isolates as plastic-tolerant bacterial models, have obtained 5 specific secondary metabolites which act as biodegradation of plastic with the composition: Malic acid (?4?6?5) 1.85%, Xanthine (?5?4?4?2) 1.08%, Myo inositol ( ?6?12?6) 1.32%, γ Glutamyl alanine (?8?14?2?5) 0.85% and Ribitol 5 phosphate (?5?13?8?) 1.30%. In addition, the isolate was also able to synthesize several phytohormones with the composition: α Aminobutyric acid3 (C4H9NO2) 1.20%, Indoleacetic acid (C10H9NO2) 1.85%, Kinetin (C10H9N5O) 1.19%, Kinetin glucoside (C16H19N5O7) 1,19 % and Benzyladenine 9 glucoside N6 (C18H21N5O5) 1.31%, thus the bacterium has a double potential, besides being able to degrade plastic, it also has the potential as a biofertilizer.

Abstract
The drafting and amending process of Indonesian bankruptcy law which was carried out in response to a crisis resulted in the resulting legal politics in favor of the interests of creditors so it caused controversy. Comparison with Thailands bankruptcy law is interesting because it has a legal system and bankruptcy construction that is not much different. This micro comparison study uses a legislative approach and a conceptual approach to review the criteria and requirements for bankruptcy applications. The study found that the fundamental differences in the criteria and requirements for bankruptcy applications between Indonesian and Thailand bankruptcy laws lay in insolvency criteria, minimum debt requirements, discharges, and the absence of specific mechanisms for certain debtors. Except for the minimum debt requirement, the criteria for bankruptcy application in Thailand law are more in line with the basic concept of bankruptcy institutions so that they are expected to be able to maximize their functions in protecting the interests of the parties equally. Insolvency criteria and discharge to honest debtors should be adopted in Indonesian bankruptcy law so that improving the construction of bankruptcy institutions in Indonesia becomes more ideal. Abuse of bankruptcy institutions can be avoided because only insolvent debtors can be bankrupt so that there is no need for a special mechanism to protect certain debtors.

Abstract
Progo River is one of the rivers that has a sediment supply from volcanic and non-volcanic areas. Sediment transport, especially bedload transport, is very influential on the phenomenon of degradation and aggradation. Therefore, a study is needed to determine the characteristics of bedload transport. The research was carried out in the downstream of Progo River. Sampling locations were in four locations, namely Ancol Bridge, Kebon Agung II, Kebon Agung I Bridge and Bantar Bridge. The bedload transport measurement tool uses Helley Smith equipment. Based on the result, the type of sediment in bedload transport is sandy silt, with a value of density of 2.67 to 2.70. The average diameter value (D50) of bedload transport varies, from 0.10 mm to 0.558 mm. The value of bedload transport varies and is influenced by the value of the discharge. The correlation between bedload transport and discharge is linear.

Abstract
A new energy dissipation device that combined the BRB and pipe damper systems to form the buckling restrained slit pipe dampers (BRSPD) is proposed. This device incorporates a slit pipe damper that is limited by the inner tube. The outer tube was used as a restraining mechanism. Slit in the pipe is used to control energy dissipation and deformation capacity. This damper is designed to provide adequate hysteretic performance through core yielding under both tension and compression. A series of cyclic loading tests were conducted on the BRSPD and component test with the proposed devices. It was found that the BRSPD sustained significant strength and energy dissipation capability before reaching 3% drift ratio, if adequate number of slits in the core pipe was used.

Abstract
Aims consumption in Islam not just to fulfill necessitities but how consumer behavior has an impact on the other communities. It means every consumption must be useful to the the other not just self. According to al Ghazali, state the principles of consumption in Islam based on worship, halal, responsibility, charity, and pure. The Fact every Muslim has not aware of the consumption. Base on the phenomena above, the research is interesting to study because Aisiyah is an organization of Muhammadiyah women, who promotes and enlightens in fields of religion, education, culture, social and economic. How many awareness do the Aisiyah in consumption and what is the factor influence consumption? If every Muslim is aware in use, so it has contributed to the other and welfare realized. The result of research showed that the behavior of consumption Aisiyah perspective Al-Ghazali suitable, although not 100 % Aisiyah implemented it. One of the factor influence lack understanding concept of consumption accord to Islam.
