Abstract
Nowadays the world is facing global warming as one of its main issues. This is mainly caused by a rise in carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases concentration in the atmosphere. Flaring is one of the major causes, in 2017, 141 billion cubic meters of natural gas was flared. For archipelago nations like Indonesia, global warming have great negative impacts which include environmental degradation, health implications and economic effects. This study is intended to develop a feasible measure to conserve flare gases. The energy of the flare gas is converted into mechanical energy through thermal power plant. The properties of gas flaring were obtained from Pertamina, Plaju, Palembang. Two possible plant configuration scenarios were developed, simulated using Thermo-flow and the results were compared. Both configurations employ the combined cycle concept, where a Brayton cycle is coupled with a Rankine cycle. The main difference between the two configurations is that configuration 1 uses a Heat Recovery Steam Generator whilst the second uses common Heat Exchangers in-between the gas turbine and the Rankine cycle. The results show that configuration 1 would generate 29.18 MW whilst configuration 2 would generate 24.623MW.

Abstract
Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph is one of some unit hydrograph methods that is widely used in the analysis of design flood in Indonesia. The Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph method requires relatively a little data and the results still need to be tested regarding to the reality. Following the various studies related to alfa parameter that have been carried out, these parameters, are still not optimal and only valid in the certain locations, so the formulation is needed to determine the value of alfa parameter that is adjusted to the physical watershed characteristics in Java. This study aims to develop a model of alfa parameter that is related to the characteristics of watersheds in Java Island. The watershed characteristics consist of watershed shape, watershed area, slope, and river typology (length of river and bed slope). The alfa parameter development is generated from the statistical analysis for several watershed characteristic variables that have a significant effect. The model of alfa parameter is hoped to be a function of the watershed characteristic variables with the general equation is as follow: alfa = f (river length, slope, area, perimeter, watershed shape).

Abstract
Some people argue that museums are the building for saving antiquities only. Besides, Government Regulation No. 6/ 2015 stated that museums intend to educate and entertain people. For education purposes, museums can provide information and communication about their collection to visitors. One of the museums in Yogyakarta, which has communicated and informed the collections properly, is Museum Sandi. The museum is amazingly famous nowadays because of the number of visitors increases monthly. The other facts show that the location of the museum is very strategic and it is free of charge. However, the number of educators is limited which is much less than the number of visitors. It causes many difficulties to transfer the information about the collection optimally to the visitors. Because of this, visitors are not able to get the whole knowledge provided by the museum-s collections. This can be resolved by an innovated application based on augmented reality. This application, hopefully, can be a solution to deliver the information and knowledge about the museum independently. Finally, visitors can get more and optimal knowledge about the museum-s collections.

Abstract
Objectives Structured Clinical Examination or OSCE is one method to assess the competency of nursing students especially in nursing skills assessment. This method is used broadly among Indonesian nursing institution as well as other health science institutions. One indicator of OSCE is achieve the minimum standard score as required and the most common strategy to score is using paper or paper based. The objective of this paper is to discuss the development of Online OSCE or ON OSCE application prototype for scoring OSCE. The ON OSCE was developed by using prototype model which consist of 3 phases: analysis, design, and implementation phases to develop online OSCE scoring system and implement it to the users to get evaluation and feedback. Before the ON OSCE can be implemented, the subject coordinator ensures the checklist that is used to measure the skill competency is valid, reliable, and integrate the additional values of institution. The fixed checklist is entered into the system by administrator. After the checklist is ready, the administrator inserts the list students who will be assessed. During the OSCE, the examiner observes the students and uses the tablets or PC to enter the score directly. While the examiner finished the scoring process, the result of the observed student will directly come out in the tablet or PC. The result for all of students can be downloaded and stored that can be used to score the overall student achievement in nursing skill practicum. The ONOSCE will be able to reduce the time to score, improve the accuracy and objectivity, reduce paper use, and improve the examiners and students satisfaction.

Abstract
Road safety is one of the most important things in carrying out transportation. One effort to improve road safety is to reduce the number of traffic accidents. By knowing the accident data at a location, transportation planners can conduct analysis so that they can provide recommendations for improvements, handling and strategies for improving road safety. However, the prediction model in Indonesia in some studies is more local purposes. Meanwhile the prediction model used in various countries needs to be adapted to the conditions of Indonesia. This study aims to develop Safety Performance Functions (SPFs) for estimating the number of traffic accidents that can be used to predict the number of accidents on national rural road segments by looking at the characteristic of road condition in Indonesia with the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) approach and Empirical Bayes (EB). The availability of data in the form of a web-based accident database from the National Police Corps and the time series data from 8 provinces in Indonesia allows this research to be carried out. The model developed is expected to function as an evaluation tool and decision maker in its contribution to improving road safety in Indonesia.

Abstract
The movement of organic agriculture in Indonesia began in 1984 through the establishment of the Bina Sarana Bakti Foundation (BSB). The Indonesian organic agriculture development program from the Ministry of Agriculture is to encourage the realization of robust, competitive, sustainable and environmentally sound agriculture, and encourage an increase in the contribution of the agricultural sector to the national economy, through increasing Gross Domestic Product, exports, job creation, poverty reduction and increase public welfare; and fight for the interests and protection of Indonesian farmers and agriculture in the international trade system. In the development of agriculture in Indonesia according to the Inter-Regional Cooperation Institute (Lekad) in several regions there are several problems faced regarding organic farming, (1) The area of land that implements an organic farming system is relatively small and located around organic farming (conventional (2) existing water has been contaminated with fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals (3) Cultivation area is far from transportation access (4) Organic seeds are not yet available (5) Not all varieties are adaptive to organic farming (6) Compost / organic fertilizer, Not yet many organic pesticides for plant pests / diseases are not widely available (7) not many processed organic food products (8) Lack of technical knowledge and marketing channels controlled by organic entrepreneurs (9) There is no market certainty, so farmers are reluctant to produce organic commodities (10) Prices of organic production facilities are relatively more expensive and the level of availability in the market is limited (11) Organic food marketing channels are still few and adhere to conventional marketing, so they are at risk of being mixed with non-organic food (12) The lack of a number of human resources who have competencies in the field of organic agriculture. Organic farming is a production system that supports the health of soil, ecosystems and humans. This depends on ecological processes, biodiversity and cycles that are adapted to local conditions, rather than the use of inputs with adverse effects. Organic farming combines tradition, innovation and science to benefit the shared environment and promote fair relationships and good quality of life for all involved. The use of agricultural methods can maintain or even increase soil fertility, while producing healthy and diverse food locally for humans. If we look at this role, it is certainly necessary to develop agricultural strategies in order to support sustainable agriculture in Indonesia are 1) . Technology for Improving Farm Productivity, 2) . Distribution and Marketing, 3) Regulation and Certification, 4) Approaches, 5).Sustainability, 6). Extension, 7) Market Development, 8) Training and education, 9) Organic farming scheme, 10) increase consumer awareness, 12) Green public procurement.

Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are more frequently occurred in age-adjusted male subjects than female ones. It is suggested that testosterone (T) may contribute to the cardiovascular events, which is initiated by platelet adhesion, activation and aggregation. Endothelial cells (EC) prevent platelet activation and adhesion by synthesizing and releasing thromboregulator agents, including prostacycline (PGI2). Activity of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme is needed to catalyze conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandin, including PGI2. This study aimed to examine the influence of T to the expression of COX-2 in EC, in either resting (normal glucose environment) or stimulated (high glucose environment). We performed an in vitro experiment using human umbilical vein endothelial cells culture (HUVEC) with 2x4 factorial design. T was exposed to HUVEC in incremental doses: 0, 1, 10 and 102 nM in either normal glucose (5.6 mM) or high glucose (22.4 mM) concentration in treatment medium. Expression of COX-2 was measured using immunocytochemistry. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and analysis of variance 2x4. P value <0.05 was considered significantly different. Percentage of EC positively stained with anti COX-2 antibody in NG medium without T was significantly lower than those with 1 nM, 10 nM and 102 nM T. Percentage of EC positively stained with anti COX-2 antibody in HG medium without T was significantly higher than those with 1 nM, 10 nM and 102 nM T. Exposure of T in incremental doses in either NG or HG medium significantly influenced percentage of EC positively stained with anti COX-2 antibody. There was main effect of glucose medium or T to percentage of EC positively stained with anti COX-2 antibody. Moreover, there was interaction between T and glucose medium to percentage of EC positively stained with anti COX-2 antibody. In conclusion, testosterone increases expression of COX-2 enzyme in resting endothelial cells (normal glucose environment) but decreases significantly expression of COX-2 enzyme in stimulated or activated endothelial cells (high glucose environment).

Abstract
Digital Literacy is a key element in the development of civilized communication in the digital era. The concept of digital literacy can be interpreted differently, but in general include many important skills needed in facing the fast development of information and communication technology in the digital society. More specifically, UNESCO defined digital literacy as the ability to access, manage, understand, integrate, communicate, evaluate and create information safely and appropriately through digital devices and networked technologies for participation in economic and social life. This definition suggests the importance of digital literacy in our daily life today. Many countries have developed specific initiatives to face the challenges of digital society. Digital literacy movement in Indonesia has been initiated in 2017 by the ministry of communication and information in cooperation with many elements of civil society. This initiative is a good start and should be followed by more systematic efforts to develop a comprehensive and measurable digital literacy framework to improve the quality of digital literacy in Indonesia. This paper asks the question of how digital literacy movement in Indonesia has contributed to the development of a systematic digital literacy framework which can be used as a guidance for the future development of digital literacy programs in Indonesia.

Abstract
Elections in Indonesia are getting closer. On April 17, all Indonesian people will give their voting rights in the Presidential Election and Legislative Elections. Especially for legislative candidates who are competing to be elected representatives, they do everything they can to increase their electability. Interestingly, a number of political parties and legislative candidates have now adopted communication technology to boost their votes, especially in winning the votes of the millennials. They use big data sourced from social media to compile digital campaigns. This is a clear evidence of an innovation supporting industry 4.0, which is growing in the political sphere. The formulation of the problems contained in this study are: (1) Why do political parties choose to use digital campaigns rather than conventional campaigns? (2) What kind of digital campaign system does the peoples representatives do to gain votes from beginner voters? This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the purpose of the use of the internet as a media campaign in the Legislative elections. The theory and concept used is the agenda setting theory by Maxwell McCombs and L.Shaw. This study concluded that digital campaigns are very easy to reach young people. Because there are 4 criteria for legislative candidates who are the millennial choice when looking for information, namely trust, expertise, attractiveness and external factors.

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the megabiodiversity countries, but only about 25% of its biodiversity has been cultivated, and some of them are rare and endangered. One of the rare plants that is very useful and has the potential to be developed is kepel (Stelechocarpus burahol (Bl.) Hook. F. & Thomson). Kepel or Burahol is an identity plant of Yogyakarta Province, known as a palace plant and often used as natural perfume and biopharma. This research was conducted to obtain a map of kepel distribution and to identify the morphological characterization of kepel plants in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surroundings. The study was conducted using a survey method with the purpose of sampling in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding area. The sample plants were kepel plants that have been fruitful. Each plant was observed, and the morphological parameters measured included stem, leaf, and canopy. Observation variables according to the description for Annonaceae plants were based on Bioversity International, International Plant Genetic Resources Institute (IPGRI) in 2008. Data from observations were presented in the form of scoring, then analyzed to assess the similarity matrix using SIMQUAL (Similarity for Qualitative Data) procedures. Grouping of matrix data (cluster analysis) and making dendograms was done by the Unweigthed Pair-Group Method Arithmetic Average (UPGMA) method using numerical Taxonomic and Multivariate System (NTSYS) version 2.02i. The results showed that based on the map of kepel plant distribution in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding, the diversity of vegetative character of plants was random, and there was no grouping for certain accessions. Based on the morphological characterization of kepel plants in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding showed uniformity in the canopy shape and leaf edge shape, however, it had diversity in leaf shape, leaf base, leaf tip, leaf color, leaf length, leaf width, leaf stalk length, color stem and a number of branches. Based on the similarity of morphological characterization (canopy, stem, and leaf ), kepel plants in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding can be grouped into three clusters with a similarity level of 0.5. Cluster A consists of 17 accessions, Cluster B consists of 23 accessions, while cluster C consists of 6 accessions. The diversity of morphological characterization of kepel in in the Yogyakarta Palace and its surrounding can be used for plant selection to improve traits. Abstract
The use of diuretics is needed in situations that require increased water expenditure, one of which is hypertension. Green tea leaves are natural ingredients containing catechin polyphenols (flavonoids). This study aims to determine the diuretic effect of the aqueous extract of green tea leaves (AEGTL). This experimental study using 35 Swiss male mice was divided into 7 groups. Group I was given CMC Na 1%, group II was given dose of furosemide 5.2 mg/KgBB, and group III-VII was given aqueous extract of green tea leaves with doses of 14, 28, 42, 56 and 70 mg/kgBB. Before treatment, all mice were given warm water orally as much as 0.4 ml/20 kgBB. Testing of diuretic effects by measuring urine volume, measurements taken for 6 hours then calculated diuretic activity. From the results of the study obtained the diuretic activity of furosemide is 1.00 and for groups III-VII was given AEGTL respectively 0.53, 0.57, 0.60, 0.71 and 0.91. Green tea causes increase in glomerular filtration rates by increasing blood flow and cardiac output which may contribute to diuretic activity. It can be concluded that AEGTL doses 70mg/kgBB have diuretic activity that is equivalent to furosemide (p <0.05).

Abstract
This research will investigate the relationship between religious self-learning and self-righteousness in adolescence. Previous scholarship into religiosity detected self-righteousness condition in humanity and explained it lightly as a negative human condition. The development of the new media era brings the topic into the surface, especially in its relation to human habit of using new media. Digital religious learning has blamed as the main factor of self-righteousness development in adolescence. The current view is shallow and there are rooms for discussion to expand. This research will expand the discussion by testing the relation of digital religious learning intensity and the tendency of self-righteousness in adolescence. Both variables will be assessed by using a scale administered to students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The university selected as the research location for religious nuance in its environment and its for the attention of religious matter. The relation of both variables will be tested by using The Product Moment Test. The result of the test will be discussed further to give insights about the relationship between both variables. Abstract
Islamic banking in Indonesia has been growing rapidly since 2010. Based on the profitability, the Return of Asset (ROA) of Islamic banking during the 2011-2018 period was 1.47%. Based on the ROA, Islamic banking is classified as the healthy bank. The level of profit of Islamic banking, however, depends on the internal and external factors. The internal factors of the bank are such as from the financing ability, efficiency and non performing financing. While the external factors depend on macroeconomic conditions such as inflation and exchange rates. As a country with an open economy, macroeconomic conditions are very volatile. Through the theory of exchange rate pass through, exchange rate fluctuations affects domestic prices so that it affects the profits of Islamic banking. This study analyzes the impact of volatility of the macroeconomic variables, namely the exchange rate and inflation on the profitability of Islamic banking. The Exchange rate and inflation instability are measured using the GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity). The study applied ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model). The data used is monthly data starting from January 2011 to June 2018. The results of the study show that the exchange rate and inflation instability depress the profitability of Islamic banking.

Abstract
Background To collect an honest answer from a respondent is not a simple task, especially when the question is concerning sensitive and personal issues. Researchers must be aware of what is deemed as a taboo topic in an individuals culture and in certain places/locations. This is so that the researcher may obtain the most honest results, and acquire important easy-to-use tools when conducting a survey. Aim The aim of this research is to find the differences of the response between paper-based survey and the response from an electronic-based survey. Method Four types of data collection methods were used in this research. Two of the methods were paper-based, one survey handed out in a sealed envelope and one without. The other two methods utilized Line Polls & Survey and Google Forms. The respondents were students coming from two study programs (SP), Civil Engineering and Medical School. The total sample amounted to 192 respondents, with a sample of 48 respondents for each method. Each method took on a respondent from both SPs (n=24 for each SP). And from out of 24, we continued to divide them into 4 cohorts based on their graduating class (class of 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016). Therefore, we had 6 students for each cohort. The data was analyzed using an Analysis of Variance. Result There were no significant differences between each survey methods. Interestingly, if we take a look at the results of the open paper-based survey and the survey using Line Survey & Polls, where the questions were openly asked and the researcher knew the respondents identity and results, the resulting score is slightly higher compared to the disclosed method (sealed paper-based and Google Forms). Conclusion Using an electronic survey has a similar result to using a paper-based survey, hence it can be used to reach more samples and is more cost-effective. Regarding the honesty of the respondents, further study is needed to address this specific topic.

Abstract
Sukuk is a highly appealing alternative instrument of conventional bond in the capital market over the last one decade. To a certain extent, the market players assume sukuk as the same as bond. However, sukuk representing undivided shares in the ownership of underlying asset, whereas bond is a type of debt instrument. In this paper, we contribute to the on going discussion on whether Islamic bonds (sukuk) are different from conventional bonds. We investigate the impact of global economic uncertainty factors including interest rate, exchange rate, oil price, and gold price on local currency sovereign conventional bonds and sukuk indices on Indonesia capital market using daily data over the sample period August 10, 2009 until December 31, 2018 by applying the ordinary least squares (OLS) regression method. Our main objective is to examine the time-varying correlations between global economic uncertainty factors including interest rate, exchange rate, oil price, and gold price on local currency sovereign conventional bonds and sukuk indices and examines how the impact of global economic uncertainty factors including interest rate, exchange rate, oil price, and gold price differs between on local currency sovereign conventional bonds and sukuk indices.
