Abstract
This paper presents harmonic reduction using shunt active filter for hospital building electrical installation. Harmonic installation in electric power systems is caused by non-linear electrical loads, especially those containing coils, such as air conditioners, pump machines, fans, and others. Harmonic can cause excessive heat in a distribution transformer that supplies an electrical installation in a multi-storey building. This heat is a power loss and has the potential to shorten the life of a distribution transformer, so that efforts are needed to reduce harmonics. One effective method to reduce harmonics is to use active filters. In this study, a shunt active filter application in the electrical installation of a hospital building was carried out. The results showed that the filter was able to reduce harmonic currents significantly, so that the harmonic threshold was still in accordance with the IEEE standard.

Abstract
As social beings, in every activity communication activities are important things to do. One of the most important communications in human life is health communication. According to the Health Act No.23 of 1992, health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that allows every person to live productively socially and economically. This health includes 4 aspects, namely physical (body), mental (soul), social, and economic (Notoatmodjo, 2007: 3). The purpose of health communication is as a means of delivering information or messages about health to the community. Health communication is practically useful for health promotion, and preventing disease in a particular area. To achieve goals in health promotion, a strategy is needed before carrying out health promotion. The health promotion strategy consists of advocacy, social support, and also community empowerment. In this case to convey the message of health to the community a promotion mix (marketing mix) is needed so that the message in effective health communication is conveyed to the community as its communicant. In this study the health message in question is related to the dangers of smoking to people in the Non-Smoking Area (KTR). The Special Region of Yogyakarta, which consists of five regency and municipal regions, already has rules regarding the area without cigarettes (KTR). Some of the regencies have KTR rules in the form of regents regulation (Perbup), and the other three regions have rules in the form of Regional Regulations (Perda) KTR. In terms of implementing the policy, it is very important to pay attention to the strategies used and the media that will be used in enforcing the rules in each region. Media communication will be an important factor, especially related to how to design appropriate media and optimize the results of health campaigns in improving the degree of public health.

Abstract
Indonesia Stock Exchange contains Islamic stocks for Muslim investors who want to invest. The first Islamic stocks index in Indonesia is Jakarta Islamic Index or JII. It consists of thirty of the most liquid Islamic stocks. The market capitalization of the JII tends to increase every year. This paper investigate the existence of herding behavior in emerging market specifically Islamic stock market of Indonesia using daily return of Indonesia Composite Index and JII from 10 October 2000 to 5 October 2018. Herding behavior in stock market can trigger shifting market prices from equilibrium values. Herding behavior can be identified from relation between dispersion of stock return and market return. Dispersion of stock return is measured using Cross Sectional Absolute Deviation or CSAD. Generalized Auto Regressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity or GARCH model is used to detect the existence of herding behavior. GARCH does not see heteroscedasticity as a problem, instead uses it to make a model. The result indicates that herding behavior exist in Islamic stock market of Indonesia. This result is similar to Chaffai and Medhiob who find evidence of herding behavior in the Islamic Gulf Cooperation Council stock markets.

Abstract
The paper attempts to expose different levels of hospitality services related with human relation. It mainly focuses on analytical study on verses of the Quran pertaining to ethical foundation in dealing with others. The divine message given to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) also greatly emphasizes on the importance of hospitality relation that comprises the whole aspect of human activities. Ethical guidelines and hospitlity services is one of the most important element to avoid clash, misunderstanding and even human crisis in the community. It seems that the occurance of tension within the family as well as in the community is due to the absence of hospitable relation on the basis of truth and justice. In this paper, we employ the method of deductive analysis from the views of contemporary scholars in the field of Quranic exegesis which emerged in the twentieth century as mostly it elucidates the verses with the use of sociological approaches instead of focusing on literal understanding. While scope of the paper is limited in analyzing the interpretation of verses related to ethical relation in individual, family, inter-religious adherents and communication with governmental leaders. The significance lies on how humanity should take benefit from the Qur-anic guidance related to hospitality of communication to maintain peaceful co-existence across cultural and religious background in the society.

Abstract
Incompatibility of employee personality profiles causes adverse effects, including reputation threats and employee relationships between employees in the work environment of the organization. It needs special attention for recruiters to carefully recruit employees. They must be able to recognize the actual candidates personality through effective recruitment communication media information. Experience Job interviews and word of mouth information are recruitment methods that are considered effective. However, this method does not guarantee the honesty of the candidates personality. In developed countries like America, India and China believe social media candidates are able to support and strengthen the job interview process. Recruiters can easily screen candidates personality profiles by posting messages on their accounts. Social media is believed to be able to overcome the management of excessive impressions made by candidates during the interview process. Social media adoption is thought to be able to give recruiters access to the volume of information on honesty of candidates behavior who they have never known before. However, in Indonesia, especially in Semarang and Solo as the big cities in Central Java, organizations tend to still favor job fairs as media venues for interviews and tracking candidates personal profiles. By using survey quantitative method, the researcher will analyze the relationship between variable of motivational involved of HR Recruiters using Instagram and Facebook and variables of information on honesty of millennial candidates personality. The Elaboration Likelihood Models approach is expected to be able to identify how much information experiences persuade on recruiters using of Facebook and Instagram in the innovation of HR social media recruitment in the technological era.

Abstract
Humidity and noise in the baby incubator is a parameter that must be maintained according to the BPFK (Health Facility Security Center) standard, which is fifty to sixty percent for humidity. Moisture needs to be maintained to maintain the stability of the babys body temperature. Therefore, the author intends to make a calibration tool for baby incubators (incubator analyzers) with moisture parameters. To measure the moisture content, the 808H5V5 sensor is used, while the minimum system used is Arduino Uno. The test method used to see the performance of this tool is to compare the values in the humidity of the TA module, the incubator analyzer with a comparison (Temperature Humidity Meter). At the humidity reading the error value is below two percent, where the biggest error is in the measurement value of thirty seven Celcius degree which is one point fifty six percent. The tool is functioning properly as an incubator analyzer because it has an error below tolerance of approximately five percent.

Abstract
The rainfall data used in the hydrology analysis is obtained from the precision of rainfall data measurement and the condition of the rain station. The higher density of rain station network, the data obtained will be more accurate, but it should be noted other aspects such as economic aspects. The best network is obtained by conducting a rationalization analysis to get the most effective number and location of rain station This research obtain rainfall data from satellite for analysis as a solution to the problem of data limitations while others only use ground data. First, the existing rain station network is evaluated whether it comply with WMO (World Meteorological Organization) standards or not. Then regression analysis is carried out on ground and satellite rainfall and water discharge data to find out the correlation between them. Next, the rain station network is rationalized using Kagan Rodda method, which mean there are some changes in the number and location of the station. The regression analysis is then carried out on the new rain station network. This network is then calibrated using measured water discharge data. This research is located in Kemuning River Catchment Area, Madura Island.

Abstract
Chitosan, a hydrocarbon-based natural polymer, normally has good thermal stability. However, its hydrophilic characteristic limits its application as a membrane. The addition of anhydrous phthalates is expected to improve other physical properties. In this study, composite membranes were fabricated using the modified chitosan matrices combined with filler of modified materials, i.e., by CNT and MMT. FTIR spectra of the matrices shows peak at 1656.91 cm-1 which show amide functional group resulted from the conversion of amine of phthalate groups at phatalic anhydride. In pristine chitosan spectrum, the peak is not available. The modified filler shows a 3450 cm-1 peak which show hydrogen bond formed among internal interactions of the modifier. The XRD diffractogram of pristine chitosan shows three highest intensity peaks at 2θ of 609.2, 609.88, and 550 while anhydrous phthalate-modified chitosan shows the peak at 2θ of 609.8. The related diffractogram for the filler shows the peak at 2θ of 215,93 and 234,83. The addition of anhydrous phthalate to chitosan together with the use of CNT-MMT clearly reduce its crystallinity leading to improvement hydrophilic characteristic of the membrane. The results of this study expected to be one of the references in research regarding the fabrication of chitosan-anhydrous phthalate-based composite membranes for DMFC applications.

Abstract
We live in a world that is changing rapidly, especially in technology. To be able to survive, we inevitably need to be ready with this current development, no exception for those who live in rural areas. This study presents a description of a technology in a project finished by rural high school students in the Indonesian context. It employed a descriptive qualitative research method in a class that consisted of 35 high school students. The data was obtained from the video-taped observation, interviews with the representatives of the participants, and the questionnaires that were administered to all participants. The project was conducted in five meetings, with uploaded video to YouTube as the final product. The study revealed that the students showed their positive attitudes toward the given project. However, some difficulties were found during the process of the video-making; they took them as good challenges for them to become better at using English, though. In conclusion, implementing PBL, which included ICT is worth doing by EFL teachers. Additionally, some recommendations for future similar research were proposed at the end of the study.

Abstract
Mining is one of the natural resources owned by Indonesia and the diamond mining is one such example. Diamond mining contained in South Kalimantan is a mainstay sector in the field of economy. Work accidents and skin disorders are one of the negative impacts of mining. Health problems are experienced by villagers who worked in the diamond mining area. The most nursing diagnose among workers in diamond mining is the risk for infection (154 times more). It is expected to help nurses more quickly determine the cause of the diagnoses. The purpose of this study was to identify the etiology of risk for infection as nursing diagnose at diamond mining area, Cempaka Banjarbaru. Descriptive analytic design used in this study, and 101 samples were recruited with simple random sampling technique. Questionnaire with 19 items of risk factors of risk for infection was used to identify the etiology of nursing diagnoses. Data analysis used frequency distribution and percentage. The result showed that risk factor of nursing diagnoses of risk for infection were smoking with 98 workers (97.02%), skin characteristic change (color, elasticity, hair, humidity, nail, sensation, temperature) with 53 workers (52.47%), injury with 51 workers (50,49%), trauma/injury with 42 workers (41,59%), skin/tissue integrity change caused by damage of skin/tissue with 38 workers (37,63%), lack of knowledge related to avoiding pathogen exposure with 27 workers (26,74%), change of peristaltic movement with 18 workers (17,83%), fracture and burn with 11 workers (10,89%) and bleeding with 1 workers (0.99%).

Abstract
The Yogyakarta region is crossed by large rivers such as the Progo River, Opak River, Oya River, Winongo River, Boyong-Code River, Gajah Wong River, Bedog River, and Serang River. Some areas on the banks of these rivers often experience flooding during the rainy season. There are three rivers that cross the center of the Yogyakarta region and through Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta City and Bantul District, namely Code River, Gajah Wong River and Winongo River. The contribution of these three rivers to flood events in Yogyakarta is considered significantly high because the river passes through urban areas, settlements, agricultural land, and densely populated areas. In this study a hazard level map and the level of vulnerability of floods are created in those three watersheds. Map making starts with a study of hazards and vulnerabilities using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, weighting, scoring, and continued with a map depiction using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Map of research results in the form of hazard level maps and flood vulnerability levels for Code watershed, Gajah Wong and Winongo. From the map, it can be concluded that most watershed areas of the Code are included in the level of moderate danger and low level of vulnerability. The entire Gajah Wong watershed is included in a moderate level of danger and most of them are at a high level of vulnerability, while most of the Winongo watershed has a high level of danger and vulnerability.

Abstract
Managing the purchase of construction commodities is very important for small-scaled contractors because of the limited funding they have. Commodities in construction projects are very diverse so managing commodity purchases requires priority in their allocation, namely in strategic commodities. Strategic commodities have the definition that the commodity has a large value and in the long term its availability affects the construction project. This study aims to identify strategic construction commodities on road infrastructure projects carried out by small-scaled contractors. The survey method is carried out to identify strategic commodities and confirm the value of commodity utilization from the historical data of the project. The results of the study show that sand, cement, reinforcing steel, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate are commodities with a strategic level of assessment based on the Kraljic matrix.
