Abstract
EEG instrument (electroencephalography) is an instrument used as a recorder of brain activity by showing brain waves. The principle of EEG is to detect and to find out changes in each neuron cell that is characterized by waves and interictal waves on the EEG (electroencephalogram) results. Collection of brain signal data is recorded so as to produce imagery motor data. In this study using multiclass EEG signal data (four classes of body movement movements) that will be processed on the EEG signal classification system based on body movement patterns in MxNxT format, where M is the number of channels, N is the number of samples per channel and T is the number of trials. The initial stage of the signal is filtered using butterworth to eliminate noise. EEG signal feature extraction uses the CSP method to get the required features and the last stage uses fuzzy and ANN. The results of the classification of ANN 83% and Fuzzy 78.3%, but in some cases Fuzzy produces significant accuracy.

Abstract
The quality or quality of seeds is the beginning of the success of planting shallots from seeds (TSS). The study aimed to determine the growth of shallot seed from the seeds of the direct seed sowing system (Tabela) in sand soil. The study uses of on farm research approach with farmers as cooperators. The research was conducted in two different locations of beach sand, namely the Manunggal Farmer Group, Srigading, Sanden, Bantul and Sidodadi Farmer Group of Trisik, Banaran, Galur, Kulon Progo in April - July 2018. The study was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with the treatment of three shallot varieties namely Bima, Trisula and Lokananta. The study was repeated 4 times, on a land of 0.5 ha per variety. The results of the study showed that growth power, root length, seedling population were not significantly different, whereas plant height, leaf number and adaptability were significantly different for each variety. Seed weight produced for plant material was significantly different between varieties. The use of TSS was more efficient by 47-57% compared to the origin of the tuber as seeds. The cost of TSS seed was relatively small (29%), so it as feasible to develop it as a substitute for the source of seeds from tubers at a cost of 50% of the total cost of shallots farming. The implementation was shallots farming using TSS in sandy land was more beneficial than seeds from tubers.

Abstract
An investigation of the effect on Portland cement-stabilized clay shale on the Atterberg limits and permeability characteristics are presented. Extensive research has shown that Portland cement has been used to improve and upgrade the problematic soil such as clay shale and found to be the most used and be successfully stabilized, but most studies in the field of Portland cement-stabilized soil have only focused on strength and durability improvement and has not fully provided information on the permeability characteristic. An objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Portland cement content on the plasticity and permeability of the clay shale. The percentage of Portland cement used ranged from 2% to 10% by weight of dry soil. A series of liquid limit, plastic limit, and permeability test were performed on the treated and untreated clay shale. A treated clay shale sample was cured for 7 days, a constant head permeability method (method A) of the ASTM D 5084 was used to identify the coefficient of permeability. The result shows that both the liquid limits and plastic limits decrease with increased Portland cement content, hence the plastisity index of the soil-PC mixing decrease. The permeability coefficient reaches the highest value at the addition of 2% PC. The permeability coefficient of soil mixed with 2% of cement increased about 14 times greater than the untreated one. The permeability of 10% PC content is closed to untreated soil.

Abstract
The importance of academic writing in Higher Education is emanating and clearly have posed challenges for students. However, variations in academic writing has become a norm and no longer be considered as violations of standards in academic writing. This study investigates how students may also reveal their personalities, attitudes, and assumptions in their essays as important milestone in their language learning process. Data for this study are 100 essays from 5 countries (Indonesia, China, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand) taken from ICNALE (The International Corpus Network of Asian Learners of English) database. By applying model for Metadiscourse by Hyland (2005) it can be seen that there are similarities and differences in how students reveal their identities in writing. In the use of pronoun we Indonesian learners are higher in frequency (15 times) than Japanese learners (5 times per 1,000 words) who use pronoun I more (50) than their Indonesian counterparts (15). These findings confirm the occurrence of the influence of mother tongue in the process of writing. It is concluded that such phenomenon needs to be embraced by teachers and learners alike and awareness of different realisations in academic writing will empower learners in their academic and future professional endeavours. Implications for teaching and material development in composition pedagogy are also discussed.

Abstract
The number of species in the genus Pisum L. has been far from consensus since the species in the genus have been reported as two to five or as monotypic. The aim of the present study is therefore to bring to light phylogenetic relationship on morphological traits in five pea taxa including Pisum sativum subsp. sativum var. sativum L. (garden pea) and P. sativum subsp. sativum var. arvense L. (Poir.) (field pea), P. sativum subsp. abyssinicum A. Braun (Dekoko or Abyssinian pea), P. sativum subsp. elatius M. Bieb. and P. fulvum Sib. & Sm. using multivariate cluster analysis (MCA). According to MCA analysis, P. sativum subsp. sativum var. sativum and P. sativum subsp. sativum var. arvense were clustered in the same group, whereas P. sativum subsp. abyssinicum was closer to these two taxa. Although wild species including P. sativum subsp. elatius and P. fulvum were found to be different from the cultivated species, P. fulvum was distinctly different from the other taxa. Phylogenetic relationship among taxa in the genus Pisum was clearly brought to light as the useful findings in the present study.

Abstract
Edible films are thin layers made from hydrocolloids, lipids, and their combinations, functioning as a barrier to mass transfer. The hydrocolloid source commonly used for edible film is starch. Tubers has the potential to be developed into food products, one of which is gembili tuber. Gembili tuber has a high starch yield of 21.4%. Natural starch has properties not resistant to high temperature heating. Natural starch produces a starch suspension with viscosity and ability to form a gel that is not uniform (consistent), cannot stand acidic conditions, does not resist stirring, limited solubility in water, and starch gel is easy to experience syneresis and brittle. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of glycerol and STPP with different concentrations on the physical characteristics and mechanical edible film produced. This study used a factorial randomized block design with two factors. The first factor used was the addition of glycerol (17.5, 22.5 and 27.5% v/b) and the second factor was the addition of STPP (0.1, 0.2 and 0.3% b/v). The parameters tested included thickness, tensile strength, elongation, solubility, transparency, and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR). The results showed an interaction between the addition of glycerol and STPP to thickness, tensile strength, solubility, transparency, elongation, and WVTR. Addition of glycerol and STPP has an effect on the physical and mechanical characteristics of edible film. The best characteristics of edible film were produced by the addition of glycerol 17.5% and STPP 0.1% with a character thickness of 0.11 mm, tensile strength 2.03 MPa, elongation of 15.38%, solubility of 64.44%, transparency of 2.88 mm -1, WVTR 13.27 g/m2/24 hours.

Abstract
Environmental pollution caused by plastic packaging materials has been alarming, causing the researchers to make films that are easy to decompose. Edible film is a thin layer that serves as a protector of food and barriers to the transfer of mass, such as water vapor, and oxygen. Taro tuber is one of the raw materials in the manufacture of edible film which has great potential because it has high starch content. Most edible films made from starch have deficiencies that are fragile so plasticizers need to be added. Addition of glycerol is more efficient in improving physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation because it can make edible film more flexible and strong against physical damage and can produce edible which has a high transparency. This study aims to determine the effect of concentrations of taro starch and glycerol on the physico-mechanical properties of the edible film produced. The study was conducted using factorial randomized block design with two factors. The first factor was the concentration of taro starch (2, 2.5, and 3%) and the second factor was the concentration of glycerol (25, 30, and 35%). The parameters tested were thickness, tensile strength, elasticity, solubility, transparency, and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR). The results of this study indicate that there is an interaction between the concentration of taro starch and glycerol to the parameters of tensile strength, elasticity, solubility, WVTR and transparency. The best results were produced by treatment of 3% starch and 25% glycerol with a character thickness of 0.15 mm, tensile strength of 10.63 MPa, elasticity of 60.21%, solubility of 23.48%, WVTR of 25.37 g/m2/24 hours and transparency 2.23 mm-1.

Abstract
Two main problems of PID Control are determining the parameter gain and incapability of stabilizing higher order system (triple order system or above). The paper will discuss the first problem of PID Control by optimizing the tuning by using a bat algorithm. The advantage of the method is having a converged solution. The objective function in the optimization process is modified to give better performance. The controller design is then tested to control a linearized magnetic levitation system. Based on the simulation result, the method is proven to be able to tune the PID controllers parameters with good consistency in the optimized solution. Also, the optimized system performs well by having rising time and settling time faster than 2 seconds and overshoot not more than 10 percents.

Abstract
One of the classic reasons for being a scapegoat from womens political backwardness is a matter of patriarchal culture, that is, women are considered more suitable to take care of domestic (private) areas while men in the public sphere. This reason certainly tends to be cliched, because if we are honest, the low number of representation of women in the political space cannot be separated from the influence of the political party (political party) platform itself. The partisanship of political parties towards gender equality is still half-hearted. As an important pillar of democracy, it is time for political parties to take on the role of making the agenda of womens representation successful. This study aims to find out the political party platform? What is the model of political education carried out in political parties? Is it based on gender sensitivity? The location of this study is in Malang, this region has a phenomenon of dynamics of local politics that is interesting to study. The approach in this study is an interpretive approach with a qualitative descriptive type. The results of this study indicate that from the platforms of four political parties (PDIP, Golkar, Gerindra and PKS), the missions, objectives and gender sensitive program have not been explicitly stated yet. Only one political party, PKS stated that in its platform between men and women bound in a proportional relation of complementarity in order to realize the "mandate" of human creation. In the four political parties there has been no specific implementation of gender sensitivity-based political education, there are only a few programs related to the field of women. From the conditions of political education that mentioned above, a model of gender sensitivity-based political education can be developed

Abstract
This paper discusses the political and state analysis proposed by Andrew Heywood in his book on politics. Politics and the State are things that cannot be freed because they deal with almost all aspects of life that are on the boundaries of their land. Political science is actually understood as a State study, an analysis of organizational institutions, evaluating its impact on society and so on. Therefore the State has often been interpreted as a political entity that forms a region within the boundaries of the sovereignty of certain regions, and organizes authority through a series of permanent institutions. The state has the power and authority that regulates all activities to ensure public security, social and economic prosperity, and its development. But lately the role of the State in power and sovereignty-threat-threat will lose its authority partly in controlling the direction of the destination country. The entry of globalization or the global market makes the role of the state become weaker or stronger, so that the state can lose its existence in authority. The country can be a failure or maybe advance with the global market. The analysis used in this paper is to use the theory of Good Governance. Discussion of the results shows that the policies issued by the president of labor regulations regarding the use of negative and positive impacts. On one side of this policy is the possibility of attending ASEAN countries because of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) agreement. The agreement with the State must also have to give up some of its authority.

Abstract
This paper analyzes the effect of Free Trade and Regional Trade Agreement, openness, democracy and governance of Indonesia and Turkey bilateral trade toward OIC countries in disruptive era. The Gravity model is used to analyze the effect of FTA and RTA on trade flows. Instead of standard gravity model that use three basic variables such as RGDP reporter, RGDP partners and distance. We use extended gravity model equation by add more variables such as population as country-s characteristic also exchange rate and inflation as macroeconomics variables. In this Gravity model, this research employs economic factors such as RTA and openness. Moreover, we use political factors such as democracy and governance (e.g., political stability) to enforce the political economy analysis of international trade. Dependent variable of this gravity model is total value of export ($US). Data of trade flow of export from Indonesia and Turkey toward OIC countries is obtained from UN-COMTRADE using Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) Rev.2-3 digits. Employing random effect, Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) and Poisson Pseudo Maximum Likelihood (PPML), results show that this model robust for every estimation. Result also show that, some FTAs and RTAs of Indonesia and Turkey are ineffective due to overlapping. Turkey also has the same situation, since Turkey also has FTA and RTA with other economic community outside the OIC countries.

Abstract
LGBT and Feminist are the examples of prominent social movements nowadays, although there must be more. The growth of social movements is significant in the past few years. Many of them have successfully achieved some of their goals gradually. Moreover, they have awakened the conservative society or country that they have the right to voice the unfair treatment they experienced to fight together for their rights. For example, in Indonesia, the rising of LGBT movement is massive regardless of the rejection they get. This rising has a relation to the development of LGBT issues in other nations that arouse their awareness of the similarities. As the social movement, it is important to achieve their goals by many ways. Gaining massive followers is one of the ways; to do so campaign through literature apparently is a delectable option. Hence, the objective of this paper is to define the significance of pop Literature for the development of the social movement. It becomes interesting when pop Literature can advocate the issues while in cannon Literature cannot. To get the result the method that I choose is library research where many books and other resources are the core of the findings.

Abstract
Populism has become more prominent in many parts of the world. In Southeast Asia, populist politics have a long standing history that is inseparable from the context of power contestation. The politics of Thaksin Shinawatras family in Thailand, the recent rise of Rodrigo Duterte in the Philippines, the return of the once retired Mahathir Mohamad to power in Malaysia, and the rivalry between Joko Widodo and Prabowo Subianto in the Indonesias presidential election in Indonesia, have illustrated a strong competition between different populist forces. Populism is portrayed as a response that rise from the discontent of neoliberal policies through popular and nationalist campaigns and jargons. Nevertheless, this analysis has limitation in explaining the struggle and interests of different classes supporting the rise of populism in Southeast Asia. This paper argues that populist politics are not entirely built on frustration over neoliberal economic policies. Instead, it has been shaped through new political alliances structured by different social forces and enhanced by the transformation of capitalist class which has a strong agenda for market oriented policies. Hence, populism does not necessarily become a threat to neoliberal policies. It reflects the broader context of class transformation in reformulating the capital expansion into different and wider scale.

Abstract
‘Phu-Chawa- pineapple is a relatively new cultivar of a good fresh consumption quality. However, there is still a lack of information on quality change during low temperature storage of this new cultivar. Being a hybrid between resistant and susceptible cultivar, ‘Pattavia- and ‘Phuket-, respectively, a comparison study between the ‘Phu-Chawa- and its parents was conducted to investigate chemical compositions and internal browning of the fruit after 14 days of storage at 10±2°C, 95±5% RH followed by another three days at 25°C. It was found that ‘Phuket- showed browning symptom score of 4.3, while ‘Phu-Chawa- and ‘Pattavia- exhibited browning symptom score of 0.7 and 0.1, respectively. ‘Pattavia- and ‘Phuket- had similar ascorbic acid content (9.1 and 4.3 mg Ascrobic acid/100 ml juice, respectively), which was lower than that of ‘Phu-Chawa- (22.3 mg Ascrobic acid/100 ml juice). Similarly, ‘Phu-Chawa- and ‘Pattavia- had lower polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activities than that of ‘Phuket- cultivar. After storage, a decrease in gallic acid but increase in vanillic and caffeic acids were found in both ‘Pattavia and ‘Phu-Chawa- pineapple. In contrary, catechin and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid increased in ‘Phu-Chawa- but decreased in ‘Pattavia- pineapple.

Abstract
Damping off is one of the diseases caused by soil borne pathogens that cause the death of seedling in a short time due to decay in seeds or roots and stems. Control of this disease is quite difficult, so control measures must be taken before a pathogen attack occurs. One potential for controlling this disease is the use of biofertilizers. The purpose of this study was to examine the potential of biofertilizers and the time of application to the intensity of damping off disease (Fusarium sp.) and plant growth on Japansche citroen seedling. This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design with 2 factors. The first factor was the type of biofertilizer namely Azozfor (P1), liquid biofertlizer (P2), secondary metabolite Trichoderma asperellum (P3), Mixtured of three biofertilizer (P4), and control (P5). The second factor was the time of application, namely the treatment of biofertilizers first then followed by the inoculation of Fusarium sp. (A1) and the treatment of Fusarium sp. first followed by treatment of biofertilizer (A2). Observation parameters were the intensity of the disease, seeds germinate and plant height. The results showed that the intensity of the lowest germination rate was found in A1P3 treatment (0%), while in the control of the intensity of shoot sprout disease reached 41.3%. The treatment of A1P2, A2P1, A2P2 and A2P4 showed the same disease intensity of 1.3%. The highest control effectiveness was found in A1P2, A1P3, A2P1, A2P2 and A2P4 treatments and this was not significantly different compared to A1P4, A2P4 and control treatments. The largest percentage of seeds germinate at 21 days after seedling (DAS) was shown in A1P1 treatment with a percentage of 26.7% and A2P3 treatment (25.3%), while after 28 DAS, the largest percentage of seed growth was in A2P4 treatment with percentage of 73.3%. The lowest plant height at 28 DAS was A1P4 treatment and control. Biofertilizer is effective for controlling damping off disease if applied separately.

Abstract
Water catchment area has function to accommodate the discharge of rain water infiltration in the area. The catchment area can performs as a controller of floods and drought in rainy and dry season, respectively. However, now a day many areas in the catchtment have been transformed into settlements and business area that caused reduction in the water catchment area. Suitability of water catchment areas can be identified by several criteria, include: land use area, slope area, rainfall intensity and soil type. In this study Magelang city of Central Java, Indonesia was used as study area. Magelang is a city which is located in a fertile agricultural area and one of the most densely populated regions on Central Java. A fuzzy set assessment has been used to determine 9 (nine) catchment area in the city, while the weighted of each criterion was analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Potential of land suitability water store area is classified into four types, include very suitable, suitable, sufficient, and unsuitable areas. The results showed that two areas in the city catchment are categorized very suitable and suitable, while the seven other areas are considered sufficient and unsuitable area
