Abstract
In the field of communication there are services that function as a means of community service. This service is useful for facilitating or accelerating community action in reporting and providing first aid to the authorities. The form of assistance services is oriented towards public complaints on emergency services. However, in this study it will only be more emphasized for complaints services related to the Polsek agency. In addition to the positive aspects of this service, there are also negative impacts such as sending fake data or misuse of someones data, therefore a Complaint Service security system is created using the Two Central Facilities Protocol, assisted by cryptographic security methods using the RC6 algorithm, which when when the login reporter will enter the validation number generated with One Time Password sent via email which aims to find out that the reporter is actually logged in and for the reporter report data security using the RC6 algorithm which is used when encryption and decryption of reporting data is sent to the police station or police station. From the system, obtaining the assessment of the user or user, the following are aspects of the assessment: Usability, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality from all aspects get an average value of 81%, 82.8%, and 83.1%.

Abstract
Housekeeping gene are effective genes needed in cell maintenance and often used as internal controls in gene expression normalization because of their stable nature. However, information from the housekeeping gene especially on Anguilla bicolor is unknown. In relation that, this study aims to isolate and sequencing housekeeping of Anguilla bicolor by designing degenerate primer. 18s ribosomal proteins (18S rRNA), Beta Actin (ACTB), Elongation Factor 1-Alpha (ef1a) and Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (GAPDH). The degenerate primer consists of two primer sets (outer and inner) were designed by: (1) Collection fish sequences of Actinopterygii class; (2) Aligment sequences; (3) Uploading sequences to the Primaclade web; (4) Selection of primary pairs. The selected primers were then used to amplify housekeeping gene Anguilla bicolor using the Nested PCR method. DNA of Anguilla bicolor was obtained from DNA isolation using the Sambrook protocol. The result of housekeeping gene amplification was then sequenced directly to determine the nucleotide sequences of the gene sequences. Next, contig and BLAST analysis are performed on the gene sequences obtained to ensure that the sequences match the target genes. The results of BLAST analysis showed that the three of four genes sequences were corresponding to the target gene, those are ribosome protein 18s (18S rRNA), Beta Actin (ACTB) and Elongation Factor 1-Alpha (ef1a). The general grouping of dendrograms showed that the three gene sequences were in groups with gene target. The conclusion of this study is the discovery of three specific sequences which can be used as a source for designing specific primers in subsequent studies.

Abstract
The number of natural disasters in Indonesia is very high occurrences. However, the data collected based on natural disasters has a complexity data structure. One of the efforts to make prevention by grouping the areas of natural disaster. The proposed methods to analyze the data are k-means and Geographical Information System (GIS). The k-means method has mapped the areas of natural disaster based on districts into 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of clusters. This result showed that the best cluster resulted by 7 of clusters with the smallest root mean square standard deviation (RMSD) than other clusters. Although k-means has obtained the best cluster, however, it was difficult to present the clustering of natural disaster districts in the map. Therefore, a GIS method was used to improve the cluster visualization of k-means. The main purpose of GIS is to develop a visual map of the natural disaster districts according to a given cluster of the k-means. GIS method can be a useful tool to improve the visualization information of k-means clustering and enables interpretation of the disparities of natural disaster by districts in Indonesia.

Abstract
Learning process in Vocational High Schools (SMK) has different characteristics from public schools which is more focused on productive subjects or practices. This condition is a particular obstacle, especially if students are confronted with material that tends to be conceptual, such as a Computer System. Computer System Material is material that studies the concepts of mathematical calculations that occur in the computing process. The inaccuracy of student knowledge on the basic concepts of Computer Systems will have an impact on the mastery of the material in other learning. This study tries to develop a learning type of simulation type because theoretically simulation is considered more effective in helping students with high levels of anxiety in understanding a topic because it presents a series of contextual objects/content that demands student involvement in conducting experiments. This simulation media was tested on 84 Vocational High School students in the IT field in several schools in the city of Bandung. From three times of media testing, the results are obtained that the simulation media can make students better understand the concept of abstract logic material because the material is visualized by simulations on electric circuit illustrations that are made as if the user is in a real situation. Nevertheless, the simulation media still need to be improved, especially in terms of the scenario of the presentation of the exercise and the complexity of the cases presented.

Abstract
Determination of the right location of vehicle tax payment center is very important due to an increase in the number of vehicle, and the limitation of its facilties and officers. Moreover, the distribution of taxpayer residential is uneven. This research proposed an alternative method to determine the right location by using K-Means clustering algorithm. In order to get the fixed cluster and the optimun one, we cluster 1,031 geolocation (latitude and longitude) of respondence and evaluate it by using silhouette coefficient. The result show that our cluster have a good consistency.

Abstract
The interest of Vocational High School students in learning theoretical material that is not from their field of expertise is very low. This is partly because students consider the material not directly related to the skills needed in their vocational fields. contextual material that seems absurd, because it is sometimes taught without the help of adequate media and practical activities, is another reason for the lack of student interest in this material. This research aims to build an educational game that can be used as a learning aid, especially in the material of logic and computer algorithms; and measuring the effectiveness of the use of educational games on increasing student understanding. This research is development research, in which media prototype design is tested several times to different subjects to get a media design that suits your needs. in relation to understanding, the media was tested on 103 students in one of the non-IT Vocational High Schools in the Bandung City area. From the results of this study note that in general, students gave very good responses regarding this educational game. The majority of students think that this game is interesting, and can help provide understanding and increase student motivation. however, this educational game is only able to help students understand at the low order level of thinking. for more complex problem-solving cases, other media assistance is needed in constructing student understanding to a higher level.

Abstract
The purpose of the research carried out is to describe the classification of the level of mathematical abstraction ability in the material sequence and series in terms of the cognitive style of the students, examine the relationship between mathematical level abstractions and students cognitive styles, and find out the errors experienced by students in completing questions about mathematical abstraction ability in the sequence and series material in terms of cognitive style. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subject of this study was obtained by carrying out cognitive style tests using instruments MFFT (Matching Familiar Figures Test) developed by Warli (2010) and the test questions of mathematical abstraction abilities are arranged based on levels and indicators of mathematical abstraction developed by Fitriani (2018) which was attended by 31 grade XI students from one of the high schools in Bandung city. The MFFT cognitive style test results group students into 4 cognitive style groups, namely impulsive (I), reflective (R), impulsive and reflective (IR), and not impulsive and not reflective (TITR). Mathematical abstraction abilities are divided into 4 levels, level 1 perceptual abstraction, level 2 internalization, level 3 interiorization, and level 4 second level of interiorization. The results of the students mathematical abstraction ability test show that student I is at level 1 transition, level 2 complete, level 3 transitions, and level 4 transitions, and complete level in question 5. Student R is at complete level for level 1 questions, transition level for level 2 questions, complete level for level 3 and transition level for level 4, and complete level for question 5. Students IR are at the complete level for all levels 1 to level 4 and questions number 5. TITR students are at level 1 complete, level 2 transitions, complete level 3, level 4 transitions, and do not get the achievement of question 5. Linkages were found between the level of mathematical abstraction and the cognitive style of IR. Several types of errors are found when students solve mathematical abstraction questions including the category of error CE (Comprehension Error), TE (Transformation Error), PSE (Process Skill Error), and EE (Econding Error).

Abstract
There are still many students who have difficulty in learning mathematics about the matter of changing ordinary fractions into mixed fraction forms because students do not understand the provisions that are the basis of how ordinary fractions can be transformed into mixed fractions. That is still not able to distinguish the definitions of the numerator and the denominator in fractions, besides that students have not been able to interpret the form of fractions correctly in terms of the fundamental ability of understanding the mathematical thinking process. The benefit of VBA for Excel elementary school is to associate mathematical concepts from fractional material that can help students understand the thinking process in visual form. The development of technology now makes the media more efficient and faster, therefore with the help of technology, a teacher or teacher can make a lot of media that is tailored to the needs of teaching in the classroom. The method used in media development uses ADDIE (Analysis of Design Development Implementation and Evaluation). And the feasibility of instructional media from the assessment of media experts and material experts. Before carrying out implementation in class, the media and material are assessed by users or elementary school mathematics teacher to get a questionnaire assessment and enter the evaluation as a media improvement that will be implemented to students.

Abstract
Metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) has an important role in electric circuits with its nanoscale sizes. But with its small size, MOSFETs have performance limitation to work in ultra-low data, leaky currents, short channel effects, and increased speed. This performance limitation makes the tunneling field effect transistor (TFET) an alternative to replace the MOSFET. In this study, a drain current on devices based on bilayer armchair graphene nanoribbon (BAGNR) was modeled using the Airy function approach. Schrödinger equation solved with the Airy function approach produces a transmittance value, from this transmittance the drain current value can be determined from the Landauer formula with the help of the Gauss Legendre Quadrature (GLQ) method. The results of the modeling show that the drain current value increases with increasing gate voltage (Vg), drain voltage (Vd) and width of BAGNR while the increase in oxide thickness and temperature makes the drain current decrease.

Abstract
Armchair Graphene Nanoribbon (AGNR) is one of the Graphene Nanoribbon (GNR)-s type which can be role as a semiconductor or conductor depends on number of atoms that arrange its width . The unique of the electrical properties of AGNR attracted researchers to make graphene as material of semiconductor based device. Because of its tiny width, graphene is very good for application on devices with tunneling electron based. In this research, the author models the behavior of tunneling current on a bilayer armchair graphene nanoribbon-based p-n junction diode using Airy function. The modeling-s result show that the tunneling current has relation with bias voltage, temperature, and characteristic of BAGNR. The tunneling current is directly proportional to the forward-bias, the width of the BAGNR, and the intrinsic electric field. It is inversely proportional to the temperature. Its value on BAGNR is bigger than on MAGNR due to the effect of interlayer coupling γ_0 and γ_1 to the energi gap. The tunneling current using the Airy function method and the WKB method have the same tendency and slight different value.

Abstract
Phenol is an aromatic derivative of hydrocarbons from coal which used as a base for making plastic bottles, cans of packaged food, cosmetics, and pesticides. A large amount of phenol in industrial fields cause phenol easily found in water. However, this compound is emerging as a pollutant in the environment and cause harm to animals. Phenol is also known to be highly reactive to human body tissue if absorbed through skin, breathing, and digestion. In this work, carbon paste electrode based on Ag nanoparticle was developed for the detection of phenol. Carbon paste electrode was modified with Ag nanoparticles which were previously synthesized first and then mixed with graphite and paraffin. The best composition of CPE-nAg is 5:70:25 for Ag nanoparticles, graphite, and paraffin. After measurement using CPE-nAg, it is necessary to remove phenol on the electrode surface with 6 cyclic. Measurement was carried out using square wave voltammetry techniques in the potential range of 0 V to 1,2 V, frequency of 10 Hz, and a scan rate of 75 mV/s. The result showed the presence of an oxidation peak of phenol is 0,475 V in sodium hydroxide 1 M solution.
