Abstract
The growth of Islamic matrimonial system in the present Indonesia was originally formulated in the 19th century of the Netherlands colonialism. The law system appeared as a consequence of the vast diversity of Indonesian people, thus the need of an applicable law is obvious. There are several discourses and contentions among Dutch scholars in establishing an applicable law system, and finally the colonial government enacted a new regulation focused on marriage system. The continuity of this social institution derived from the customary hegemony applied by Dutch. Provoked by several scholars who had an affirmative position in the establishment of applicable law, the new constitution in 1854 called IS (Indische Staatsregeling) was approved and partly contains the formation of marriage system that was divided into categories. In that, the Islamic matrimonial system was assimilated into Adat law (adatrecht), and therefore the Islamic marriage system was allowed to be practiced in its own way. Nevertheless, this Islamic matrimonial system was formed in a colonial scope as a form of colonial hegemony. Accordingly, this paper is intended to describe the development of marriage system in the Netherlands East Indies, and further descriptions will go to the Islamic matrimonial system and its development in the era of the Netherlands colonial government, and how it survived until post Indonesian colonialism.

Abstract
Islamic banks carry out their activities with the principles of sharia, in which there are dual functions of the contract, such as tabarru and tijarah. However, recently the value of tabarru contract as qardh financing is smaller when compared to others. Similarly, the value of ziswaf is too little each year. The results indicated that independent variables GBR, and ZWF have significant effect on ROA. Partially, the effect of GBR on ROA is positive significant value of 0.0073 <0.05 and positive coefficient value of 3.7998. Then the influence of ZWF on ROA is negative and insignificant a significant value of 0.0624> 0.05 and the coefficient value of -3.3634. Based on the above determination coefficient 16.84% while the remaining 83.16% was explained by other variables not included in regression model equation.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm and demonstrate that risk sharing policy is practical and viable alternative to the conventional system. This study falls under the category of qualitative research with deductive historical approach is adopted to understand the nature of the study. Within this framework, statistical data, audio and printed materials provide the source for analysis. Hence, this study is an archival research, including inspection of documents held in libraries and on-line. This study found that in 1933-1935, Germany instrumentalized the principle of risk sharing to fund the Work-Creation Programs –a national agenda that successfully improved domestic labour market condition. There are two practical implications from the findings: First, the finding abrogates the current misconception that Islamic finance is difficult, impractical, and not viable. Second, for policy makers, the study laid out another urgency of why risk sharing principle should be adopted into economic policy.

ABSTRACT Islam with a Sufistic approach presents Islam which is accommodating, tolerant, flexible, and politer towards local traditions and culture. A major factor in its success was the ability of Sufis to present Islam in an attractive package, specifically by emphasizing conformity to Islam or continuity rather than changes in local religious beliefs and practices. To further explore the findings, a qualitative approach was used in this study by using the method of observation, documentation and in-depth interview in collecting the data. And examine specifically the contribution of the sufistic model conducted by the Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah towards the spiritual improvement of the Islamic community in Bandar Lampung. After a qualitative analysis, the study found a number of indications that the Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah model of preaching which emphasizes the role of the murshid and is carried out continuously to find its relevance to the situation of the target community is a relevant approach model developed for the benefit of the development of the Islamic community in Bandar Lampung. Thus it can fill in the blanks of one dimension of basic human needs, which is spirituality.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Sufi mystical values of the tariqa movement which includes religious, social and political values, and analyze the practices of the Qadiriyyah wa Naqsyabandiyyah tariqah in Tasikmalaya, DKI Jakarta and Banten, the Tijaniyyah tariqa in Garut, the Qadiriyyah and Chistiyyah orders in Pakistan. This type of research is field research. This approach is a qualitative approach. In addition, the method in this study is by observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study revealed that the Qadiriyyah Wa Naqshbandiyyah Movement in Tasikmalaya, DKI Jakarta and Banten, the Tijaniyyah congregation in Garut, and the Qadiriyyah and Chistiyyah orders in Pakistan were basically Sufism movements that developed as religious local communities. These four tariqa develop the Sufi doctrine of Islamic teaching which is esoteric, namely through the system of teachings outlined in the murshid of each tariqa. Because of the religious situation of the community which is still mixed with syncretic and orthodox patterns, the movement of the tariqa processes in religious activities is also different between accommodative and reactive patterns or a combination of these two patterns. The development of the movement always shows the intertwining of the elements of the teachings, even influencing the socio-political development.
