Abstract
Pekalongan River has two functions for fishing boat transportation and also the main drainage of Pekalongan City. The Pekalongan river estuary has Jetty located on two sides of the river mouth. The jetty used to protect to wave and sediment. The Pekalongan river had upstreams flow from Kupang and Banger river. Because of the flood incident around 2003, Since 2014, the two river became one estuary. This condition has a negative impact of sediment at the river mouth. So that the research aims to find solutions by simulating waves, currents and sediments. In this paper the focus is about the wave simulation. This research method begins with the collection of primary data in the form of bathymetry measurements at the river mouth. While the secondary data is wind data for 13 years and tidal. Calculations generated from wave forecasting are the results of a significant high value of 1.38 m and a significant period of 4.80 seconds. For wave simulations, SMS software is used with the CGWave module. Based on the results of the simulation, the wave propagation movement results when the dominant wave direction comes from the northwest, north and east. The simulation results can be used to analyze the movement of sediment transport that is affected by the movement of waves around the river mouth.

Abstract
Whiteleg Shrimp Shell Powder (WSSP) contains astaxanthin (AST) that can ameliorate diabetic condition. This research was aimed to examine and compare the effect of WSSP and AST supplement on homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) level in type 2 diabetes mellitus rats induced by high fat diet- Streptozotocin (HFD-STZ). Thirty rats used in this study were group in five. Control groups without any treatment were diabetic rat (K1) and healthy rat (K2) group. Treated groups of diabetic rat were X1, X2, and X3. The treatments were administered orally for 21 days. X1 and X2 groups were received WSSP doses of 0.89 gr/kg/d and 1.77 gr/kg/d respectively, while X3 group was treated with AST in dose of 0.09 mg/kg/d. HOMA-IR and TAC levels were measured by ELISA and ABTs method respectively. Data were analyzed using Paired T-test/Wilcoxon and ANOVA/Kruskal Wallis test. HOMA IR levels were significantly lower in treatment groups than (K1) group (p<0.05). The decrease HOMA IR levels of X2 group was more than X1 group (p<0.05). TAC levels were significantly increased in treatment groups than (K1) group (p<0.05). The increase TAC level of X2 group was greater than X1 group (p<0.05). Based on the result above it can be concluded that WSSP at dose of 0.89 gr/kg/d and 1.77 gr/kg/d can ameliorate type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Abstract
In reality, that technology adoption is very complex. Currently manufacturing companies have passed the four main phases, referred to as the industrial revolution. The first is called the 1.0 industrial revolution, while the second and third industrial revolutions are known as Industry 2.0 and Industry 3.0. And the fourth is called the Industrial Revolution 4.0, and this is a new vector of industrial development, which means that in the future industrial revolution 4.0 can lead to gradual modernization of the industrial sector and has the potential for changes in technological modes that exist in the country itself. This study is a discussion of the understanding of why companies are not always successful in adopting sustainable technology in the field of hospital services in Indonesia from the aspect of managing supplier relations to ensure sustainability in the perspective of state-owned companies. Descriptive research model with a case study approach that is focused intensively on the object of service. While the population and samples are conducted at Pertamina group hospitals, in Jakarta, Indonesia. The results in this study that companies need the right strategy, and continue to experiment as well as invest in who is in it, because sustainable innovation (technology) cannot always be adopted by the company, there needs to be a changing mindset to empathize with issues and problems which is centered on the source that is owned by the company.

Abstract
Islamic banking market share in Indonesia remains approximately five percent in 2018. In contrast, Fintech peer-to-peer lending amount has increased rapidly. This phenomenon shows that people now have started to adopt novel technology in the financial sector. This paper aims at measuring the effect of perceived benefit, perceived risk, and perceived Maqoshid shariah on the intention to invest in Islamic Fintech, assuming Islamic Fintech could be an alternative way to boost Islamic finance. We use convenience, ease of process, and cost-saving as the indicators of perceived benefit. Then we use financial loss, privacy and technology as the indicators of perceived risk. Finally, we use beliefs, Maslahah, and profitability, derived from the combination of religious values and Maqoshid Shariah Index (MSI), as indicators of perceived Maqoshid shariah. We hypothesize that perceived benefit and Maqoshid shariah have a positive impact on the behavioral intention, while perceived risk will influence the behavioral intention negatively.

This study analyzed the enforcement of criminal sanctions in criminal cases against protected animals in courts in Indonesia and the United States. The results of the study showed that criminal sanctions against criminals against protected animals in Indonesia have never reached maximum imprisonment or maximum fines so that they are not sufficient to provide a deterrent effect for the perpetrators and become a warning to other communities. While the imprisonment sanction for criminals against protected animals in the United States is still relatively weak. Abstract
Cyberfeminists are considered as new media to promote womens opinions. There is one community that determines itself as a cyberfeminist that promotes gender equality, especially for mothers, this community is called the Emak-Emak Community (the Community of Emak-Emak). This community is interesting because its presence is at the time of election contestation in Indonesia 2019. By using cyberfeminist theory, this study analyzes the existence of patriarchal wrappings that exist in the community of Emak-emak. As a result, there is some patriarchal dominance that exists in the community of Emak-emak. The author finds that women in this community are still guided by a man who gives or directs his vision and mission; in the end, this becomes a contradiction with the meaning of cyberfeminist. Afterward, there is a power of dominance from one of the presidential candidates campaign teams to increase the power of their voters.

Abstract
Various policies have been carried out to increase women political representation, but currently the quota 30% has not been reached yet. This study analyzes the factors that influence the lack of women political representation from the perspective of women representation in the political parties- management as one of the obstacles in the achievements of 30% of women in politics. This is a qualitative research that was conducted with primary data from interviews and secondary data regarding the management of political parties at national and local levels. The results of this study indicate that the regulation that obligate to political parties to accommodate 30% of women in national level of party management is very effective. All the political parties in the national level meet this rule. This regulation also has impact in the tendency to accommodate 30% of women in political party management at the local level, both at the province and district level. However, the higher the level of party management, the lower the percentage of women in the position of top management of political party. The position of women in political party officer is still dominated by the position as treasurer, which is in line with the stereotype of women who are more thorough and diligent. The lower the level of party management, the higher the percentage of women position as party treasurers.

Strawberris local varieties generally have advantages that fragrant of fruit but low production because the small size of the fruit. Farmers have been left to their local varietis, because introduced vareities have advantages in high production and larger fruit size but has a fruity aromatic content that is less than the local variety. For fresh consumption, strawberries are also cultivated for industrial purposes. Each variety has the characteristics and the characteristics of each, both in flower or fruit (size and weight of the fruit). The aim of the exploration is to enrich the genetic diversity of existing germplasm, hopping netted new alleles or mutant derived from emerging from the cultivar released to farmers. The emergence of new genotypes as as result of the evaluation process, mutation, natural hybridization, and natural selection lead to the emergence of new genotypes that are superior in the sense adaptable to the environment. Abstract
Communication is sharing meaning through the exchange of information where the process is determined by the communication technology used, the characteristics of the sender and recipient, the culture that is behind and how the communication is carried out. In this process, the type of communication must be distinguished. But with the development of the internet, a new form of interactive communication emerged, Castell called this a new form of mass communication, or what he called mass-self communication. This is mass communication because it has the potential to reach a global audience, at the same time, it is intrapersonal communication because the production of messages is self-made, the definition of the recipient is self-directed. On its journey mass-self communication is useful for public openness as done by several regional heads in Indonesia, Ridwan Kamil and Ganjar Pranowo. The mass-self communication strategy carried out by these two regional heads basically has almost the same thing. Content placement is based on the suitability of the platform so that it successfully encourages community participation. Community participation can ultimately succeed in government programs because of the accuracy in the use of effective and efficient social media. The YouTube platform developed into a kind of industry, with users who can make YouTube as a land for opportunities to earn income or even as a profession. Now those who rely on income from YouTube are known as Youtubers. Youtubers, both individuals, groups, communities, and large companies, produce their own unique videos, specifically to be displayed on YouTube. The material obtained by a Youtuber is actually not easy to obtain. Requirements, the channel must have reached 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of viewing time in the last 12 months. They not only produce but also distribute to a wider audience. Commodification of audiences and workers occurs where producers and consumers of their lines run away and are then called prosumer. This platform generates large profits for the owner, of course, the greater the profits the owner gets from the user.
