Abstract
Kendal Industrial Park (KIP) is a bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore. The cooperation is expected to be the driving force of the Indonesian economy, without prejudice to the economic impacts of surrounding communities. This study aims to analyze the impact of the park on changes society welfare. This type of research is qualitative research, by case study approach, with data source from community, government and manager through purposive sampling method. The analysis result show that KIP does not have a significant impact on changes in livelihoods, because there are still many companies that have not yet operated and many companies that are under construction. So the agricultural sector still dominates the livelihoods of population. Changes in income as a result of the development industrial estates bring different effects to the community. People who feel the positive impact of livelihood changes are those who can work at KIP. However, the people who are still in agricultural sector do not feel a change of their income. The impact of KIP development cannot be enjoyed by the community so far, synergistic steps are needed between the government, KIP and community, so can integrate well in order to achieve the success of regional development.

Abstract
This research aims to identify the difficulties of 5S methodology implementation in Automotive Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering at UGM Vocational School. This study applied descriptive research. This research belongs to the type of case study. The techniques of data collection are interviewing, observation, and questionnaire.. Implementation of 5S in the Automotive Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering at UGM Vocational School by questionnaire showed that Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke are very good. However, by observation Implementation of 5S in the Automotive Laboratory showed that Seiri gets 75%, Seiton gets 71%, Seiso gets 100%, Seiketsu, gets 67% and Shitsuke gets 86%. The difficulties of implementing 5S Methodology in the Automotive Laboratory are (1) unused lab materials are not concised yet, (2) trainer kit and engine stand are not well-organised, (3), there is dust on material that is used at the same semester, (4) it necessary to add visual aids, especially K3, and (5) there is no long-term 5S habituation. Possible solutions to those problems are by (1) organising unused materials in accordance with the needs and storing them in the warehouse for materials which has never been used for years, while the necessary materials are placed in the middle of working area, (2) designing the placement of practicum material using colour labelling on the floor, 3) cleaning all material regularly, (4) adding more K3 posters in automotive laboratory, and (5) increasing the tendering grants and establishing harmonious communication betweeen educational staffs and students. The suggestion for improvement in the Automotive Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering at UGM Vocational School is expected to enhance the efficency and effectiveness in the lab.

Abstract
The airline operating cost may vary along the operation time of the aircraft. This cost fluctuation should be taken as consideration for the decision-making process, for instance, the pricing calculation. A poor costing might distort pricing leading to a loss of business. A long-term oriented cost calculation to forecast the total cost of aircraft during the operation time is critical for the airline company. This research will study whether the life cycle cost analysis is fit for airline company with an emphasis on maintenance and disposal or aircraft redelivery cost and focus on aircraft operating lease context. It uses a case study framework on an airline in Indonesia with the interview and documentation analysis as the main research method. The life cycle cost is found to be fit for the airline company with activity-based life-cycle costing as the application model. The research presents an approach that provides a long-term oriented costing that is needed for management decision.

Abstract
This qualitative phenomenological study aims to test and compare the perceptions of workers in the banking sector regarding the implementation of STARA in their work. This study was conducted through in-depth interviews with informants regarding perceptions about optimizing the implementation of STARA in the banking sector in the form of banking digitalization in Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The position of informants is a teller, customer service, and back office. This study used a non-random sampling method with a purposive sampling technique which amounts to 12 informants. The results of the study show that the majority of bank employees in the position of frontline (teller and customer service) feel threatened that their position can be replaced by the implementation of STARA. However, some of the informants at the frontline position also stated that they did not feel threatened because they believed that customers more feel comfort when served by humans rather than being served by machines. Meanwhile, bank employees in the back office position have not yet felt a threat with the implementation of STARA because they feel that the analysis process cannot be fully carried out properly by a system and still requires humans. In addition, several employees stated that the implementation of STARA made it easier to complete their work and could be used as an opportunity to achieve work performance. The results of this study also show that overall employees have not felt a decrease in work commitment to the organization, obstacles in career advancement, the desire to move, be cynical, and feel depressed when working with the predicted that STARA implementation can take their jobs.

Abstract
Objective – This research aims to assess the results of lean implementation in reducing the cost of medical Inventories in the operating theatre of a hospital in Indonesia. These results can be used as a motivation to extend implementation to other aspects of overall operating Theatre and hospital management. Method – Resource inventory to build management commitment, willingness to share data, and information of implementation history was the initial stage of research. Furthermore, the research was conducted by applying 5S methodology to medical Inventories in the operating theatre of RSIA Grand Family, Jakarta. The 5S procedure then was evaluated using descriptive and inferential statistics. The inferential statistics used was Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. Findings – Lean implementation that was carried out successfully reduced inventory costs to an average of Rp 331,555,768 per month in three months after lean implementation, from Rp 381,140,031 per month in the previous three months before lean implementation. This means that there is a cost reduction of 13.01%. Furthermore, the number of medical Inventories items was reduced by an average of 12.45%. Research Implications – This research has a number of limitations. First, this research was conducted on the aspect of medical Inventories from the operating theatre. Second, this research was still on a small scale and only evaluated the cost aspect of medical Inventories. Practical Implications – Lean implementation can be carried out in the context of hospital medical Inventories. Therefore, health care providers can try to implement lean in an effort to reduce inventory costs to improve efficiency in improving health services. Originality/ Value – There is still little empirical research on the lean implementation on medical Inventories in the operating theatre. Future research can replicate this research on a broader scale.

Abstract
The objectives of the study are: 1) to analyze the effects of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Credit Risk, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) to Non-Performing Loan (NPL); 2) to analyze the role of loan monitoring in moderating the effects of CAR, credit risk, LDR, and NIM on NPL. It was a quantitative study. The subject of the study was the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative (KPRI) which had saving and loan business units. Data were collected by conducting documentation (to collect data on CAR, Credit Risk, LDL, NIM, and NPL) and distributing questionnaires (to collect data on loan monitoring). Then, data were analyzed by moderated regression. The results showed that CAR did not influence NPL, credit risk had a positive effect on NPL; LDR did not influence NPL; and NIM had a negative effect on NPL. Then, loan monitoring moderated the effects of CAR, credit risk, and LDR on NPL. However; loan monitoring did not succeed to moderate the effect of NIM on NPL. Based on the results of the study, the cooperatives engaged in the provision of credit need to consider loan monitoring as a very strategic variable to suppress NPL. Thus; it is suggested for the future research to analyze the effectiveness of loan monitoring system at each loaning institution to suppress NPL.

Abstract
Retail industry has undergone several transformations over the years. Currently there are three types of retail channel from a logistical perspective. The first type is single-channel logistics, where retail traders operate one sales channel and the logistic system is dedicated for one channel. The second type is multi-channel logistics, where retail traders use several channels, such as store and direct sales. The third type is omni-channel logistics, where retail buyers and traders do not differentiate channels. Shared logistics management is usually available through e-commerce and online sales. The objectives of this research are to investigate retail transformation trend from offline retail traders to multi/omni-channel logistics and identification of suitable business strategy. By using an empirical quantitative approach in the form of a survey, data from 114 electronic retailers have been collected, consists of 70 respondents are retail stores that have both offline and online stores and 44 respondents only have offline stores. The result of analysis shows that most retail transactions are offline transactions where buyers have to go to the retail stores to claim their products. However, there is enough empirical evidence that retail that use multi-channel and omni-channel logistics have better financial performance compared to offline stores only. Three critical factors have been identified to contribute to the total retail sales increase. Firstly, price discrimination in product delivery, secondly, the existence of dedicated resources (space and staff) that are optimally used in terms of work time efficiency and buyer service, and thirdly, the ability for consumers to see every goods or stocks in all retail shops/warehouses.

Abstract
The research examines the evidence of search intensity toward stock return and liquidity in emerging market country. The sample consist of 9 emerging market country classified as MSCI EM Index. Search intensity is measured by Google Trends named Google Search Volume Index (SVI) as a direct proxy for individual investor-s attention and Abnormal Trading Volume (ATV) as proxied for liquidity. We use Fama-French Three Factor Model to explain stock return variability in emerging market. We obtain weekly data for the period from July 2014 – June 2018 and currency depreciation as attention-grabbing event. We classified the sample into 3 portfolio which are low currency depreciation, medium currency depreciation and sharp currency depreciation. The result showed that the SVI has tendency to explain stock return variability in certain portfolio even though in general SVI insignificant toward stock return and liquidity. Market factor (market risk premium) consistent positive and significant in overall portfolio. ATV has dominance information rather than SVI in explaining stock return. Additionally, we find that in low and sharp currency depreciation, investor tend to invest in small stock with high book to market meanwhile in medium currency depreciation investor tend to invest in big stock with high book to market. Overall, we conclude that in emerging market investor behave on their rationality compared with behavioral aspects.

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to examine the relationship between company financial performance, company characteristics and non-financial performance disclosure (NFPD) in terms of quantity and quality. This paper uses a NFPD index that covers six perspectives: three perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and three perspectives of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) disclosure. The sample data used in this study is 30 Australian listed companies in 2014. The results show that in terms of quantity, there is a significant relationship between company financial performance (Return on Equity-ROE and Earning per Share-EPS), company type, company age, auditing firm and non-financial performance disclosure while Return on Asset (ROA) and size of company shown no significance. Meanwhile, in terms of quality, only ROE and company age were significantly related to non-financial performance disclosure. Overall, by using the six perspectives of non-financial performance disclosure in the 30 companies in Australia, this study has contributed new understandings to the main corporate social disclosure studies focused on non-financial performance disclosure, which should motivate companies to produce and disclose annual and sustainability reports that are more comprehensive and highly credible.

Abstract
Given that the implementation of organizational change plan often faces obstacle - such as resistance to change -, then, the organization needs to considerate and deal with that problem as an effort to successfully implement an effective change plan. A number of literatures explain that perceived supervisory support, employee participation, and affective commitment to change can be a significant predictor toward resistance to change. Thus, this study attempts to investigate resistance to change with perceived supervisory support, employee participation, and affective commitment to change as antecedents. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, in which survey as a procedure for collecting data through questionnaires. In addition, PLS-SEM was employed as a research analysis method. The results exhibit that the higher perceived supervisory support, employee participation, and affective commitment to change, the lower the resistance to change. Finally, this research offers a number of implications that are worth considering, both theoretically and practically.

Abstract
During the last decades, the authors recognized intention was the critical factor to encourage people in accepting and using a technology. However, using mobile applications to consume an online product or service is limited. In this paper, drawing on data from 1383 online transportation customers in Indonesia, the researcher conceptualize TAM as a multidimensional construct consisting of usefulness, ease of use and social influence, and perceived risk consisting of physical risk and psychological risk, and examine its impact on intention and behavior using mobile applications. Using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), the researchers find that the there are significant relationships between TAM, physical risk, intention and behavior using mobile applications. Unfortunately, this study does not find the relationship between psychological risk and intention. This study also found that the influence of intention on behavior using mobile applications is dependent on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived physical risk rather than perceived psychological risk, sex, age, income, experience and habits

Abstract
The motivation in this study lies on the fact that despite the tremendous development of the Islamic finance industry, some scholars argue that the development was driven by the debt-based or non- Profit sharing and losses sharing (PLS) contract instead of the widely proposed Profit sharing and losses sharing (PLS) contracts perceived to be as the ideal mode of financing. The question that arises is why non-PLS based? Why not PLS? Which one should the concepts use in Islamic finance then? Hence, this paper tries to explore the reason behind such development, discuss the future development as well and finally answer the main issue of which one should be the one? Initially the PLS was introduced in Malaysia; however the trend moved to non-PLS as a result of the current situation. The introduction of non-PLS products has been approved by shariah scholars hence making it shariah compliant. Since ‘sin- is not an issue anymore, the investors now look for the best instrument that can give them higher return in line with the investment concept of high risk high return. Therefore, both PLS and non-PLS can be used side by side at the present moment.
