Abstract
Religion and its relationship with social life have long been the center of attention of sociologists and economists. A persons economic behavior is believed to be based on religious and social beliefs that are inherent in the practice of individuals who then form a behavior and ethics in a person. The influence of religion on consumer behavior is somewhat neglected in secular societies, and they argue that although religion has a substantial impact on life, in general in purchasing behavior, the role of religion is still not very clear. However, over time and the existence of social change and shifting values in society, now many researchers are interested in paying attention to personal factors, including spirituality and religiosity. The researcher was interested in researching spirituality and entrepreneurial religiosity of the people in Kotagede Yogyakarta. Besides, social, political, cultural and economic history have colored the development of Kotagede, which is now a cultural heritage tourism area in Yogyakarta. Including the existence of the original inhabitants of Kotagede and migrants at the time called Wong Kalang. How is the interaction of religious, social, cultural life, especially the economy run by Wong Kalang so that it can succeed?

Abstract
The rapid development of platform Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL) in Indonesia for the 2016-2018 period has become a more flexible alternative source of financing for MSMEs. Flexibility, the length of the financing analysis process, and high credit interest are the main obstacles for MSMEs. The results of the literature study show that the existing P2PL model is still constrained by high interest rates. This paper offers an alternative low rate P2PL based on murabaha financing for SMEs. the murabaha-based P2PL model developed in this study can be a financing solution for the procurement of MSME business equipment. This research is a qualitative research based on the logic model theory which consists of 6 components, namely situations, inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and external factors. The results of the research found that (1) P2PL model applied in Indonesia has provided access to finance effectively and efficiently, but has not solved the high interest rate of credit. (2) The model of murabaha Peer to Peer Financing is able to reduse the margin rate through colaboration with the fendor of underlying asset.

Abstract
This study is motivated by national social and political developments in Indonesia. The phenomenon that arises is that religion is used as a vehicle to achieve political goals. On the other hand, to accommodate religious goals requires support from the authorities policies. In other words, the existence and interests of religion need political support. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the pattern of relations and dominance between religion and politics. on the one hand religion is used as a means to achieve political goals. While on the other hand religious interests are also fought through politics. this study uses a normative, historical, and sociological approach as the analytical knife. The conclusion of this study is that in certain conditions the pattern of relations between religion and politics is symbiotic parasitism. In this case religion becomes the loser because there is no balance between achieving interests between the two. The phenomenon that appears is that politics dominates religion. this is evidenced by the achievement of political interests through religion as its vehicle.

Abstract
The Fatwa of DSN Number 29 of 2002 allows Islamic Banks to charge service fees in arranging Hajj for customers with the principle of ijarah, and if necessary, can bail out BPIH payments by using the Qardh principle. This fatwa opened a gap in usury in combining the ijarah contract and the qordh contract. This fatwa has not clarified in what conditions the merger of the ijarah contract and the qordh contract can be classified as usury. Research on this subject has so far only been about the implementation of the fatwa in Islamic Banks. This study aims at explaining the merger of ijarah contract and qordh contract which are classified as usury and not. This research was carried out by reviewing the fatwa with ushul fiqh perspective. Based on the results of the study, the service fees charged by Islamic Banks in arranging hajj customers are classified as usury if only charged on customers who apply for hajj bailouts or that charged on customers receiving hajj bailings is greater than those imposed on prospective pilgrims at their own expense. The service fees are not classified as usury if charged to all prospective pilgrims with the same nominal value.

Abstract
Value-based intermediation (VBI) has been introduced by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) as the next strategic direction and growth driver for Islamic banking institutions. The aim of VBI is to deliver the intended outcome of Shariah through practices, conducts, and offerings that generate positive and sustainable impact to the economy, community and environment which is aligned to Maqasid Shariah in preserving the common interest of society by preventing harm and maximizing benefit. Hence, upon its implementation, VBI will experiment the current Shariah compliance treatment and revolutionise new policies and systems that can meritoriously entrench and convey the objectives of Shariah. However, discussion revolving VBI in the light of Maqasid analysis is still scarce hence further research needs to be undertaken. The idea of implementation of VBI vision into quantifiable Maqasid Shariah measurement is yet to be explored due to the nature of Maqasid that is variable. The contemporary scholars also have different views on the implementation of VBI. This paper aims to discuss on the importance of Maqasid Shariah in the current Islamic finance transactions by providing Shariah index measurement in the application of VBI. This study also intends to explore basic Shariah guidelines and parameters based on the objectives of Shariah; preservation of the five pillars (religion, life, progeny, intellect and wealth) with further elaboration on preservation of wealth under five headings: rawaj (circulation and marketability); wuduh (transparency); hifz (preservation); thabat (durability and tranquillity); and adl (equity and justice). In alignment with these headings, Islamic finance can be innovated for VBI implementation, particularly in Maybank Islamic being a significant leader in the IFI market.

Abstract
This paper centrally focuses on developing social emotional based learning to strengthen the character of students in facing challenges in this era. The development of learning models in improving and strengthening the character of students requires collaboration from various parties. Based on the results of observations made, one of the problems that occur in educational institutions is the difficulty of a teacher applying a learning model that fits the needs of students in the digital era like today. The demands of the age and increasingly fierce competition require students not only to be proficient in terms of knowledge but also social and emotional skills in interacting with each other. The lack of awareness of teachers and parents in understanding learning methodologies - especially in this industrial era 4.0 - is of particular concern to the author. The focus of the subjects in this study were students with a birth span between 1995-2004 or a familiar one called generation Z. Generation Z is a generation after the Y generation, known as the millennial generation, where they are accustomed to technology. Moreover, this generation lives in the industrial era 4.0 which all leads to digitalization and automation. While recent studies have given analysis that one of the challenges that will be faced by the Z generation in the present era is the demand to think and act fast. So, the 4C criteria: critical thingking, creative, communication and collaboration should be the main study in the learning process in school. My constructive argument is on the aspect of the ability to be able to collaborate and communicate, someone needs social emotional intelligence. This is the main cause because this intelligence is one of the factors that play an important role in facing global competition. Of course, it is a joint task in developing social emotional learning (SEL) among the community, especially in generation Z. The development of SEL requires collaboration between various parties, namely parents at home, educators in schools, the community and government (in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture).

Abstract
Technological developments not only changed the social order, but also penetrated the Sufistic region. Sufis, known as esoteric movements, cannot be separated from media devices, because the Sufi movement began to reveal its identity on social media without removing esoteric essence. The purpose of this article is to know and construct the spiritual space or Sufi movement in Indonesia which is mobilized through social media, as well as the involvement of the Sufi movement in providing social solutions. This paper is produced from a netnographic study of Sufi mysticism in social mesia. Leonard Swidler and Paul Mojzess theories about creed, code of behavior, cult and community-structure and Ahmad SyafiI Mufid about revitalizing urban sufism were used as analysis. The conclusions that can be taken are that there are certain contemporary Indonesian Sufism patterns on social media that provide opportunities for contemporary Sufism movements to give the concept of spirituality on social media

Abstract
One of the problems found is the lack of synergy between the social, emotional and spiritual attitudes with student-s knowledge and skills in following technological developments in the digital era. Thus, Islamic education must be prepared and should not be complacent in facing this era. This paper aims to explore the synergy between progressive values and social, emotional, spiritual values in Islamic education in order to face the challenges of the digital era. The synergy of those values is implemented in the goals, methods, material, educator qualification, and evaluation. This paper used library research using library materials sources and qualitative approach. The objective of progressive Islamic education must be able to create graduates who have scientific knowledge accompanied by social, emotional and spiritual values that are inherent in themselves. This goal can only be achieved if the learning system uses a model of integration between science and technology mastery and Islamic values in the selection of materials, methods, and evaluations. Meanwhile, the qualification of educators needed to realize the expected goals is derived from the model exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad which has four competencies namely, personal competence (sidiq), social competence (amanah), pedagogical competence (tabligh), and professional competence (fathanah)

Abstract
This article focuses on a teacher identity shift in the Javanese community in nowadays digital era. Teachers in a traditional situation are those with an honorable position because of being the reference and role model for their community. In addition, the teacher is also considered as responsible for all students behaviors both in and outside the classroom. However, those teachers identities seem to have shifted due to the occurrence of socio-anthropological alteration in society. Despite these changes, they remain pivotal in terms of values learning transformation. Such a task has genuinely become their professional responsibilities. The qualitative approach in this study is to deeply investigate how the reconstruction of the teacher identity is carried out in the modern Javanese society. The findings show that in the context of Javanese peoples lives, socio-anthropological conditions have an effect to the shifting of the meaning of teachers. Teachers have been considered as only ordinary professions. It may happen because in the recent massive digital knowledge transformation, any information has been easily searched for and obtained. Consequently, the position of teachers has no longer been regarded as the only source of knowledge. Therefore, teachers need to revitalize their identities in the context of globally digital knowledge.
