Abstract
Millennial generation is a potential generation for industry, yet they are quite challenging because of their critical attitude and low brand loyalty. Recently, retail stores have noticed the consumers- shopping journey, especially the millennial generation who pay attention to the process of their shopping journey. As a low-involvement product, this type of product is more often sought by consumers in retail stores, hence consumers more often experience the low-involvement product shopping journey compared to the high-involvement products. However, there is little literature that describes millennial consumer behavior in low-involvement products. This study aims to analyze how millennial behavior in the searching process and confirmation of search behavior can affect consumer output and satisfaction during the shopping trips. This research is a cross sectional study by conducting multiple regression in hypothesis analysis. The regression results show that performance mediates the relationship between search expectations and search disconfirmations, and disconfirmation mediates the relationship of performance with output of consumer search behavior (satisfaction, regret, and spread of WOM). However, the regression results do not show search disconfirmation as a mediator between the performance and hedonic value, utility value, and respondents- choice confidence.

Abstract
Service quality is the main focus of modern healthcare; which purpose is to improve patient satisfaction. To improve service quality, it is essential to perform service quality evaluation. One of the most commonly used models for service quality is the SERVQUAL model. Nevertheless, SERVQUAL alone cannot identify specific problems that cause negative gap scores, and root cause analysis methods are required to identify such problems. This study aims to determine the level of service quality according to the SERVQUAL model, and to construct a fishbone model of service quality in Holistic Hospital, Purwakarta Regency. This study is a mixed-method study with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data is obtained through the standardized SERVQUAL questionnaire, and qualitative data is obtained through interviews with survey respondents on service quality in Holistic Hospital, Purwakarta Regency. The interview transcripts are analyzed with content analysis to identify issues in service quality. We identified several themes in the service quality model: facility quality, tools and instruments, staff appearance, facility weaknesses, access, and food for the tangibles dimension; problem-solving capability, service hours and scheduling, ineffectivity of treatment, and promise realization for the reliability dimension; communication, response to problems, rate of service in the responsiveness dimension; abiity to answer questions, atmosphere, and lack of trust in the assurance dimension; and staff care, staff hospitality, and service hours inconvenience for the empathy dimension. A fishbone model was constructed according to the problems identified within the five dimensions. Abstract
This paper investigates whether the prospect theory exists in the decision making of individual investor investment decision using the value function of cumulative prospect theory proposed by Tversky and Kahneman (1992). Firstly, ward method is used to separate the respondents. Investors type respondents are separated from the traders type, assuming that the investor is more unaffected to the daily closing price change. The next analysis is only focusing on the traders type respondents. Each traders decision is grouping on a binary scale with the decision to sell or hold the stock. After that, logistics regression is used to mapping the probabilities of each traders decision on each buying price base return. The probabilities from logistics regression then multiplied by the buying price base return resulting in a value function that is subsequently used in nonlinear regression. The results show a contrary curve from prospect theory hypothetical value function. Traders from Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery show a convex curve on a profit condition and a concave curve on the loss condition. This research contributed to the development of quantitative methods in testing the prospects theory on stock transactions.

This research belongs to the type of case study. The techniques of data collection are interviewing, observation, and questionnaire.. Implementation of 5S in the Automotive Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering at UGM Vocational School by questionnaire showed that Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke are very good. However, by observation Implementation of 5S in the Automotive Laboratory showed that Seiri gets 75%, Seiton gets 71%, Seiso gets 100%, Seiketsu, gets 67% and Shitsuke gets 86%. The difficulties of implementing 5S Methodology in the Automotive Laboratory are (1) unused lab materials are not concised yet, (2) trainer kit and engine stand are not well-organised, (3), there is dust on material that is used at the same semester, (4) it necessary to add visual aids, especially K3, and (5) there is no long-term 5S habituation. Possible solutions to those problems are by (1) organising unused materials in accordance with the needs and storing them in the warehouse for materials which has never been used for years, while the necessary materials are placed in the middle of working area, (2) designing the placement of practicum material using colour labelling on the floor, 3) cleaning all material regularly, (4) adding more K3 posters in automotive laboratory, and (5) increasing the tendering grants and establishing harmonious communication betweeen educational staffs and students. This study was conducted through in-depth interviews with informants regarding perceptions about optimizing the implementation of STARA in the banking sector in the form of banking digitalization in Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The position of informants is a teller, customer service, and back office. This study used a non-random sampling method with a purposive sampling technique which amounts to 12 informants. The results of the study show that the majority of bank employees in the position of frontline (teller and customer service) feel threatened that their position can be replaced by the implementation of STARA. However, some of the informants at the frontline position also stated that they did not feel threatened because they believed that customers more feel comfort when served by humans rather than being served by machines. Meanwhile, bank employees in the back office position have not yet felt a threat with the implementation of STARA because they feel that the analysis process cannot be fully carried out properly by a system and still requires humans. In addition, several employees stated that the implementation of STARA made it easier to complete their work and could be used as an opportunity to achieve work performance. The results of this study also show that overall employees have not felt a decrease in work commitment to the organization, obstacles in career advancement, the desire to move, be cynical, and feel depressed when working with the predicted that STARA implementation can take their jobs.
