Abstract
High volume of aerobic exercise has an effect on increasing of lactic level, reduce pH and affected to the physical performance due to fatigue or physical stressors. Consuming alkaline fluids and has a sufficient composition of nutritional elements was considered be able to inhibit the increasing of lactic acid level as well as decreasing pH levels in the blood after high intensity aerobic exercise. Purpose: to identiy the effect of nutritional status and alkaline to endurance capacity and reversibility process that occur due to high volume of aerobic exercises. Methods: Purposive random sampling was conducted for 30 male-s middle distance runner (age 18.2±1.3 yr; BMI 21.1 ±3.1 kg, RHR 75.2±13.4bpm, lactic 3.2±1.1mmol/l) and performed interval intensive of 100m (80%-90%, 91%-100% of MHR) for 30 mins (3 sets in 10 reps, rest 3 mins). 1x24 hours food recall, PAR-Q, informed concern was conducted for pretest and provide research group determination. Results: Pearson shows, there were significant correlation between carbohydrate intake level and alkaline water of pH 9 to endurance level (p=0.018, r=0.522), between protein intake level and pH 9 to endurance level (p=0.011, r=0.556) and fats intake level and pH 9 to endurance level (p=0.623, r=0.551). There were differences level of lactic acid after it analyzed using different test (t-test), it was obtained p 0.000 <0.05. While the variance of pH level, protein, fats and carbohydrate intake had significant correlation with value p 0.000 <0.05 between the control group and the experimental group after the treatment with interval extensive exercise. Conclusion: It was concluded that having carbohydrate needs as well as fats on normal level and consuming of alkaline water of pH 9 before, during and after high intensity aerobic exercise inhibits the increasing of lactic acid and inhibits decreasing of pH blood.

Abstract
Introduction: Lebak Siliwangi Sports Center (SARAGA) ITB is a miniature city of Bandung because it is in a basin area and has a tendency to be exposed to air pollution from motorized vehicles around Lebak Siliwangi. Thus it is necessary to investigate the effects of air pollution on public health while doing sports activities at SARAGA ITB. Method: The research methodology used is the experimental method. The sample was the visitors who exercised in the morning, afternoon and evening. sampling used purposive sampling. Measured lung vital capacity before (pre-test) and after exercise (post-test) with ContecTM SP10 Spirometer tool. Before doing sports activities (running 2400 meters) at each time meteorological parameters are measured, that is PM2.5 with Laser Egg Origins Smart Air Quality Monitor, Temperature and Humidity using the W200 Weather Station tool. Results: Results: The values of meteorological parameters are PM2.5, Temperature, and Humidity in terms of three different training times. In the morning PM.2.5 (80), Temperature (280C), Humidity (55%); afternoon PM.2.5 (29), Temperature (25.10C), Humidity (77%); PM.2.5 night (94), Temperature (21.70C), Humidity (89%). Whereas pulmonary vital capacity for the three time exercises a significant decrease of <0.05, With values, morning (3.6ml/kg:3.2ml/kg), afternoon (3.5ml/kg:3.2ml/kg), evening (3.6ml/kg:3.4ml/kg). Conclusion: The dominant and highest exposure trend of pollution in Saraga ITB occurs in evening. Increased pollution exposure in the evening is caused by an increase in vehicle traffic flow on Siliwangi street. The temperature and humidity of all three exercise times correlated with a decrease in vital lung capacity.
