Abstract Digital era brings transformation in various fields. Industrial Revolution 4.0. requires automation in various fields, including in finance and accounting. The ease of recording financial transactions and providing financial reports digitally is also provided by various accounting applications or software. The accounting application facilitates the input process, offers faster and more accurate data processing, and complete output. Accounting applications using smartphones have advantages compared to accounting applications that require computers. This type of application makes it easy for users to access their financial statements at any time and anywhere with a smartphone device. With the wide variety of accounting application choices in the market, it can be imagined that business actors who may not know the detail of the accounting process become overwhelmed in determining what accounting applications are right for their type of business. It is very important for accountants, especially in the academic field to oversee the process of development of this technology to be in accordance with the nature and purpose of accounting. Therefore this qualitative research was conducted by the method of observation and presents descriptive data. Five applications that can be downloaded on Google Play Store were observed and conducted a comparative study using 8 criteria. Financial inclusion has become an interested issue and an important public policy priority following the recent global financial crisis. In Indonesia, government, banking sector and other related parties have focus to achieve higher rate of financial inclusion through various ways i.e. branchless banking. Branchless banking causing a shift from conventional financial services in the form of bank-based services to non-bank-based. Branchless banking have grown in various forms in many countries including in Indonesia and one of this services namely Laku Pandai. Expanding branchless banking through Laku Pandai can be an alternative channel to give individual or household better access to formal financial services and directly contribute to financial inclusion index. This paper measure the index of financial inclusion in Indonesia covering three dimensions; accessibility, availability and the usage of banking services and attempts to identify the factors: banking variables and social economic factors that are significantly associated with financial inclusion in Indonesia. Using classical regression, the results suggest that banks implementing branchless banking ‘Laku Pandai- have an effect to financial inclusion in Indonesia while among social economic factors, as expected, income proxy by GDP per capita is positively associated with the level of financial inclusion.

Abstract
Poverty which is a problem in all countries to make it one of the priorities of the Pakistan Development Goals (SDGs) needs to be resolved from various aspects. In order to alleviate poverty, cash waqf is a very good alternative besides zakat. The potential of cash waqf in Indonesia is estimated to be quite large. Although there have been initiators and discourse by scientists related to the empowerment of the poor using instruments of Zakat, Alms and Endowments, the management of Waqf using Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) as a sharia financial institution to empower the poor in Indonesia is still underdeveloped. The most common problems experienced by waqf-based BMTs are related to regulations that must be used in institutions related to legal entities under OJK regulations as well as cooperatives and MSMEs, then human resources, and related to securing cash waqf communities in BMTs that are still low. the government needs to firmly provide direction in the form of regulations under the OJK as well as the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, while for human resources a continuous recruitment, training and workshop system is needed, a low understanding of the community is provided with existing stakeholders regarding waqf.

Abstract
The development of Islamic banks in Indonesia is quite rapid, but unfortunately the risk of non-performing financing (NPF) in Islamic banks is also great in number. This study aims at identifying determinant factors of NPF in the short- and long-run. To this end, quarterly financial statements of 13 Islamic Banks in Indonesia published by Indonesian financial services authority (OJK) from June 2014 to January 2018 are analyzed using error correction model (ECM). It is revealed that capital adequacy ratio (CAR) is the most contributing factor to NPF in the long-run. In the short-run, it is net operating margin (NOM) that contributed most to NPF. In order to minimize NPF risks, Islamic banks must diversify their assets into productive assets and not rely on profit sharing, but also from other income generating portfolios. Islamic Bank need to apply the four eyes principles to minimize the risk of NPF. It is necessary for Islamic banks to form special team tasked with financing analysis, proposal screening, proposal verification, and field checking.

Abstract
This paper discusses an empowerment of the communitys potential, especially the housewives and teenagers in Albinaa madrasa, by creating productive and economical activities. The empowerment is done by improving skills for the culinary business to process the crops in Arjasari, i.e. sweet potato, cassava and corn. So far, most of the crops are sold as raw products to the collectors with cheap prices, or processed into traditional food. The empowerment activities include improving the skills of processing products made of local crops, training about simple financial administration, and introducing online marketing. The improving skill is done by practice making cakes/food, so that the food have a good taste, more interesting, creative, “halal” and “thayyib” (good for body health). This empowerment program has succeeded in increasing the ability of housewives and teenagers in Albinaa madrasa to provide their own food for activities in the madrasa at lower prices, or the food can be sold for thanksgiving, celebrations, or to meet order. Furthermore, assistance and monitoring are carried out through discussions to overcome the obstacles, evaluation of business activities, and assistance in food diversification. It is expected that the empowerment will affect the family and madrasa economy.

Abstract
The long-term goal of this dedication activity is the wider dissemination of the fast reading method of the Bilhikmah Al-Quran. Why Bilhikmah? This method takes the advantages of the Baghdadi method in introducing the structure of hijaiyah letters and the superiority of the Shautiyah method in teaching hijaiyah that are pronounced without spelling it. We equip the Bilhikmah Method with four textbooks that are thinner than the other method textbooks. Theoretically, the superiority of a teaching method is measured by two main criteria, namely effective and efficient. In terms of effectiveness, a teaching method must deliver as many students as possible can read the Quran; In terms of efficiency, the teaching method must deliver them to read the Quran in a shorter time. Quasi-experimental results, the Bilhikmah method proved effective and efficient. Effective because by applying this method thousands of students have been able to read the Koran; and in terms of efficiency, by using this method they could read the Koran in a shorter time compared to other Koran reading methods. This service/training activity aims to provide the Bilhikmah method to prospective Islamic religious tutors at the UPI Al-Furqan Mosque and mosques around the campus. Specific targets to be achieved with this training, at least 70% of 80 prospective tutors, can teach reading the Koran with the fast method of Bilhikmah. The training uses a variety of methods, namely presentations, questions and answers, demonstrations, practices, a small group guidance, and individual guidance. The results of the training almost all the participants mastered the fast method of reading Al-Quran Bilhikmah. During the activity, participants took seriously to pay attention to the advantages of this method. They also seriously practiced in small groups on how to teach the Bilhikmah method. They then recruited almost all the training participants to become religious tutors at UPI Al-Furqan Mosque, one task of which was to teach reading the Koran to the tutorial participants.

Abstract
Indonesia government has planned that all of the cosmetics distributed in Indonesia must have the halal certification in 2019. Therefore, it is important for muslims in Indonesia to have a halal awareness in consuming cosmetics and skincare products. This study explores what variables influence the halal awareness of young muslim generation towards their decision in choosing cosmetics/skincare based on the halal logos by MUI or halal ingredients. There are 143 university students samples across Bandung which consist of Islamic university and other university students. By using PLS structural equation modelling, the results show that the knowledge of Halal Products significantly influences the Islamic understanding which indirectly affect the Halal cosmetic adoption. This means that their knowledge about halal products makes their awareness of halal product increase as well. This study suggest that halal awareness can be promoted by increasing the halal product knowledge to the muslims community by using lecture, talks, or public service ads in order to accelerate the Halal certification policy.

Abstract
In 2019 which is full of challenges, many economic problems must be faced, one of which is the biggest challenge for the sharia financial industry is slowing growth and decreasing market share compared to conventional finance. Sharia financial practitioners and academics must be able to reformulate the strategy in the context of developing the sharia financial industry so that it continues to grow. One of the focuses of attention especially for academics is to produce Human Resources (HR) who are able to compete and create innovations for the development of the sharia financial industry in Indonesia. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) explained there are at least 4 (four) challenges facing the Islamic financial industry in Indonesia, one of which is the limited human resources (HR). OJK explained the limited human resources in the Islamic financial industry because only a few people understood about the principles of Islamic finance. In addition, some of the human resources in the Islamic financial industry come from the conventional financial industry. As many as 95 percent of human resources in Islamic financial institutions come from conventional financial institutions. This research will make a mapping of problems and priority solutions to HR problems, especially in Islamic Banking using the Analitical Networking Process (ANP) method. The ANP model is a method of solving problems that are not structured and require the dependence of relationships between elements. ANP is developed from AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process), which is a relationship based on the interdependence of several components. The ANP research step has the fewest assumptions because the model in ANP is in accordance with the reality taken from the opinions and ideas of relevant experts and practitioners, so it is hoped that by doing this research it will be a reference for tertiary institutions especially the Sharia Economic Law Study Program (Muamalah) in determining the direction of the curriculum so that graduates produced are in accordance with the needs of Islamic Human Capital in Islamic Banking and can produce graduates who can answer economic challenges, especially Islamic banking

Based on UNDP, UNESCO, and GTCI reports, the quality of Indonesian education was still low, so that a joint effort (government, educational institutions and community) is required to improve the quality of education, such as participating in a program educational certificate. This research was conducted to recognize and understand the competency indicators of pedagogy, personality, social, and professional relating to certified teachers. Moreover, this research employed a qualitative method using a triangulation analysis method. The objects of the research are private vocational schools in South Tangerang City with A-grade accreditation. And the respondents are certified teachers with the criteria of characteristics, educational background, status, experience, and readiness. The data were collected using verbal, written and structured interviews. Abstract
According to the research institute of the Halal Lifestyle and Consumer Studies (CHCS), 72.5% of Muslim communities are very concerned about halal food since it is an obligation as Muslims. UNISBA as one of the largest Islamic private institutions in Bandung has a role to help educate the surrounding community and all academicians about halal food, especially for the food suppliers around UNISBA, which is under the guidance of 3IKB. Based on the field survey, all street vendors (PKL) around UNISBA believe that the processed products they sell are halal. However, only 77% of sellers believe that the raw materials they use are labeled halal, yet they do not concern about the process of slaughtering animals they use. In addition, 20% of foot sellers do not buy from the same seller every time they buy raw materials. This shows that they still do not pay attention to the halal nature of the raw materials they buy, because they still have lack of understanding in halal products. Based on this, it can be seen that street vendors do not understand about halal products. Therefore, it is necessary to have socialization and assistance for all the street vendors in the 3IKB area to sell products that are guaranteed halal. Socialization and assistance are carried out by providing training on "Halal Food" which discuss a Muslim obligation in processing and consuming halal food. Other material delivered in the training is regarding "Guaranteed Halal Street Products" and "Training HAS 23000 MSMEs". Measuring the level of understanding and awareness of street vendors about the obligation to provide halal food is done using a pre / pre-training questionnaire and after / after training. The results showed that the level of participants knowledge about halal products increased from 96% to 100%; all participants stated that they needed to provide halal products. Contrary, participants- trust in products sold is halal decreased from 100% to 88%. Finally, the participants- knowledge of seeking halal certification, including the procedures, increased from Only 4% to 8%. All participants eventually agreed to get a Halal Guarantee Certificate (SJH). However, the participants face some constraints in filing halal certificates, namely the cost (68%), time (24%), procedures (28%) and others (4%).
