Abstract
In propylene products, there is still a small proportion of propane which still the impurity of the propylene. Therefore, a tool for monitoring is needed while controlling the content of impurities (propane) so that the propane content in propylene is within the permissible tolerance, a maximum of 0.4 vol%. The tool that can be used to analyze the propane content in propylene is the Online Propane Analyzer which works continuously for 24 hours. Need to installation of the Online Propane Analyzer. However, the installed propane analyzer often fails (downtime) caused by the inability of the oven (heater) to maintain the temperatures stability in the column at a temperature of 60 °C, so that the column is unable to separate the propylene components mixed with propane properly. Frequent down time on the analyzer causes the installed propane analyzer to be poor and unreliable. The value of reliability tests with existing data is only 60.51%, under the IEEE 1336-2000 standard. it is important to do a retrofit analyzer to improve the analyzers performance in maintaining the quality of propylene according to the design, to facilitate the operator in monitoring the process and to facilitate technicians in performing preventive maintenance.

Abstract
Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Brain Storm Optimization (BSO) are alternative methods to find out the optimized solution of a non-linear equation. This paper will discuss the application of both methods to find out the weight of neurons from Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference Systems (ANFIS) technique, which is used in predicting the bus arrival time at the bus stop. Comparison of the performance from both methods will also be made. After the modeling, training and testing of the proposed algorithm, the RMSE value produced from ANFIS which was trained by the PSO testing was 0.8145, and if it was trained by BSO was 0.8352. These results also conclude that the ANFIS with PSO algorithm yields better predicting bus arrival time better rather than ANFIS BSO in this case

Abstract
Floating backpack system or also known as suspended-load backpack has been known as a new type of backpack which able to reduce the effect of impact force from the loads carried in the backpack while walking or running. Particularly on the application for military or rescue team, this new backpack design claimed to improve the comfort and reduce the burden on the skeletal muscle as well as the risk of injury. In this research, we try to assess the biomechanics performance of our novel floating backpack design on reducing the impact force on the wearer by firstly analyzing the human gait cycle and posture adjustment. This analysis conducted by motion analysis method which able to track the change of position of certain points while walking and running. We tracked several points on the volunteer-s lower extremity and analyze its kinematics information throughout the walk and running cycle with a different pace and velocity. From this data, we try to get the standard gait model as an mechanical input force for the floating backpack system. Furthermore, with this 3D analysis we can also analyze the posture adjustment as the balancing mechanism of human body to compensate the different forces from the different state of walking-running cycle. A sinusoidal pattern with a frequency of 2-3 Hz are measured on the transition phase of walking and running, while the maximum amplitude was vary on throughout each cycle phase.

Abstract
Dehydration is a deficit of total body water. Dehydration can cause physiological problems, and even lead to death, especially for vulnerable groups such as infants and toddlers. Indonesias Basic Health Research notes that 31.4% of infant deaths and 25.2% of Indonesian under-five deaths are caused by digestive disorders that can cause severe dehydration, namely diarrhea. Moreover, the management of diarrhea in Indonesia is still low. At present, simple detection of dehydration is done with a skin turgor test. However, this test can only detect relatively severe dehydration, which may introduce delay in handling dehydration. Another more accurate method is the plasma osmolality test, which is invasive, carried out by experts in the laboratory, and the results cannot be obtained in real time. Therefore, we need a non-invasive device that can monitor fluid levels in the babys body in real time, determine the percentage and degree of dehydration, and can provide education on handling dehydration in infants. In this paper we describe the development of NIXIE, a device that can non-invasively detect infant-s dehydration level. The device works by using sensors to measure temperature, heart rate, and bioelectric impedance. The three sensor readings are integrated in the formula so that the percentage of dehydration is obtained. This percentage will determine the degree of dehydration. Based on the degree of dehydration, appropriate dehydration treatment can be done. Initial testing to fasting adults has indicated a positive relationship between sensor measurements and degree of dehydration.

Abstract
The new paradigm development is not only measured from the economic aspect through Gross Domestic Product (GDP), but also viewed multidimensional from the change of social structure, behavior, and national institution. Such social perspective is called social capital. Social capital is considered an important determinant of economic development. so that social capital is placed as one input in development. The purpose of this scientific paper is to analyze the influence of social capital in economic development with the approach of Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) in 33 Provinces in Indonesia. The analysis of the effect of social capital on PDRB along with other variables such as physical capital, labor, and human capital is done at the macro level. The limits are the role of social capital in 2014 and 2016 due to data availability. The result of research indicates that social capital has not enough to influence human capital at macro level, while human capital has significant effect to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB). It can say that social capital indirectly is no effected on GRDP in Indonesia.

Abstract. The use of generator sets or genset, both fueled by diesel and gasoline, has been widely used both as a main power plant and a backup power plant. If the generator is used in the field and as a primary source to support field operations, it must be ensured that the generator is in good condition. If the generator set is problematic when it is already in the field it will certainly greatly hamper the work. In this research an online monitoring system of genset operation has been developed based on the ThingSpeak IoT platform technology, which can record the history of genset operation, starting from measuring fuel level and total energy (kWh) generated from each operating hour. In addition, the engine temperature is also measured when operating. The measurement results are used to off line analyze the performance of genset to find out whether the performance is still good enough or whether it is time for maintenance. The results of the development of the Genset Operation Monitoring System show the system has worked well by sending measurement data to the ThingSpeak IoT platform as a data logger. The data stored on ThingSpeak is equipped with the time the data was received so that it can be used to determine the duration of operation, fuel consumption, average operating temperature and total energy (kWh) produced. The measurement results are used to perform performance analysis and determine periodic maintenance time.

Abstract
Banda Aceh City has been titled as a youth-friendly city in 2017; however this city has not had centralized facilities for youth interaction and youth talent development. Banda Aceh City needs to have a youth center as a youth facility that has various youth infrastructures in it. The youth center is designed using a dynamic theme that is adjusted to the character of youth which is full of enthusiasm and spirit. The dynamic theme is applied through the concept of building façade (color and texture), building shape, and landscape. The use of the dynamic theme is expected to be able to attract youth to use the facility and to develop talents according to their interests and doing other various positive activities. Youth Center of Banda Aceh City with the dynamic theme is expected to be a facility of character building, capacity building, and improvement of youth competitiveness so that it can support the success of regional development maximally following the city-s 2017-2025 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan.

Abstract
This study aims to improve the pedagogical abilities of prospective Physics teacher students through a learning model. The Explaining-Doing-Implementing (EDI) learning model is one of the art models in developing student pedagogical abilities. The implementation of the EDI model for prospective students of physics shows that pedagogical abilities have increased. The intended pedagogical ability includes the ability of prospective physics students in determining Learning Indicators, Learning Objectives, Learning Materials, Learning Methods, Learning Media, Learning Steps, Determining Learning Resources, Scientific Content, and Assessment of Learning Outcomes. Based on the data that has been obtained and the analysis that has been done, at the end of this paper, it can be concluded that the EDI learning model has good quality. This is based on the results of expert validation (EV), student validation (SV). Besides that, the actual implementation of the EDI model was also able to improve the pedagogical abilities of prospective physics teacher students, which in general was in the "high" category.

Abstract
Biodiesel is an alternative fuel for diesel engines. Used cooking oil is blended with diesel with a certain volume ratio to improve the characteristics. The characteristics of biodiesel can not be fully used by diesel engines because it doesn-t meet the standards so that its characteristics need to be improved. As for utilizing it, it must be blended with diesel oil. The purpose of this study is to improve the physical and chemical properties of biodiesel, knowing the percentage of biodiesel volume from used cooking oil with diesel oil so that it can be known the optimal ratio of biodiesel with diesel oil which is close to diesel fuel specifications. Characteristics as variables in this paper are density, kinematic viscosity, pour point, and flash point of the specified mixture. The results show that the kinematic viscosity and density of the biodiesel-diesel mixture increase as the biodiesel mixture increases. Mixtures with higher biodiesel content have higher flash points. Mixing diesel with used cooking oil biodiesel may be of no use compared to diesel, but it can help in adjusting the viscosity, density, pour point, and flash point values according to applicable regulations

Abstract
Despite the almost equal number of women and men drug abusers, rehabilitation facilities for women are still lacking. Such a facility is critical to release drug abusers from bondage of drugs and to return to social life in their community. During the rehabilitation process, the patients, especially women, will experience periods of emotional instability so that a separate treatment is required. Located in Langkat, North Sumatera Province, this rehabilitation center was designed using behavioral approach. It integrates buildings with nature through the arrangement of green spaces, spatial fluidity, and the horizontal building appearance, to create an environment that supports healing process. The complex accommodates medical rehabilitation, social rehabilitation (therapeutic community), and moral rehabilitation (religious coping).
