Abstract
Research on the use of fermented cacao seed skin waste (FCS) was carried out to determine dry matter and crude protein consumption as well as daily weight gain of local rams. Fifteen local rams aged 1.5 years with an initial body weight ranging from 14–20 kg were used for analyses. The local rams were grouped according to their initial body weight: K1 = 14–16 kg, K2 = 16–18 kg, K3 = 18–20 kg. Variables measured were dry matter and protein consumption, daily weight gain and feed conversion. The research method used a randomized block design. The treatments involved five levels of fermented cocoa FCS. Data analysis involved ANOVA and Duncan-s test. The results demonstrated a significant effect on dry matter and crude protein consumption (P & lt;0.01) and of daily weight gain (P<0.05) but no significant effect with respect to feed conversion (P> 0.05). The highest consumption of dry matter and protein in the P1 treatment and the highest daily weight gain for local rams was obtained in the P3 treatment. Hence, it was concluded that fermented cocoa seeds can replace up to 75% of field grass for sheep feed purposes.

Abstract
Students in each semester must complete the Online Credit Hour Form (KRS). Usability is closely related to user experience, but there is still not much consideration in developing interfaces. User Experience is used to show the ease and efficiency felt by users in using the system. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the usefulness of using fuzzy logic values based on several criteria. Criteria become basic needs or conditions that must be met in content to be used by the average user. The Usability Assessment Criteria consist of learnability, memorability, efficiency, error, and satisfaction. Based on the Usability Assessment Criteria will be done to assess the quality with the values of linguistic variables (i.e .: very good, good, enough, bad, and very bad). However, the existing description of this attribute has subjective value, so the assessment is not clear. Therefore this study produces fuzzy rules that can be used as fundamental usability assessment rules. The use of fuzzy rules in evaluating usability can be used to identify and evaluate software problems to propose an efficient solution.

Abstract
Currently there are many floor cleaning products that have antibacterial or disinfecting activity but are derived from chemicals, for example benzalkonium chloride. Not a few people who use this product in addition to the advertisements offered, this product is also proven to have an effective antimicrobial effect and at the same time very corrosive to remove dirt crust on the floor. On the other hand, this can have a negative impact on human health, because this can cause inhalation through the respiratory tract, contaminating food or sticking to the skin. Whats more, these household products are used every day to clean the house. By using herbal floor cleaning products from bidara leaf extract is a halal and safe solution, besides being able to use a floor from microbes it also keeps the house protected from interference from jinn and magic. Al-Quran Garden which is located on the Sersan Bajuri Canal, Cihideung Village, Parongpong District, is a center for nurseries, care, cultivation and sale of plants mentioned in the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah (Hadith) such as rose, tiin , pomegranate, grapes and arabian bidara. To support the Quranic Healing Clinic program, the Al-Quran Garden requires collaboration with educational institutions in this case the UNISBA Pharmacy Study Program in utilizing the results of research that is / has been carried out on the Quran plant herbs which are its commodities, among which are the objects of this PKM is the leaf of arabian bidara (Ziziphus spina-christi L.) which is then developed into an herbal floor cleaning product as an antibacterial or natural disinfectant as well as a home media ruqyah. According to the proposition of the Koran, the leaves of bidara are not liked by jinn so it is effective in driving away the interference of jinn and magic. Bidara or sidr is mentioned 3 times in the surah Al-Quran, namely QS. Saba verse 16, QS. An-Najm verses 14 and QS. Al-Waqiah verse 28, which describes the bidara tree as a unique tree, because it can be found both in the natural world and the afterlife. Besides leaves bidara is one of the herbs that the Prophet Muhammad SAW recommended for use by humans in purifying or bathing. Thus, the Community Potential Empowerment Program (P3M) in PKM is closely related to the LPPM Strategic Plan namely the utilization of research, education and counseling results that are consultative to communities outside Unisba and training in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products using simple technology that can be developed with PKM partners to be used by the wider community.

Abstract
Indonesia is an agrarian country where farming is the main occupation of its people. Therefore fertiliser becomes an indispensable item. At present, the majority of fertilisers are met by chemical fertilisers. The low content of micronutrients in chemical fertilisers causes quality degradation to the chemical, physical, and biological properties of the soil. Organic fertiliser is one of the strategic solutions to overcome these problems. Agricultural and livestock waste, including coconut husk, goat manure, and chicken excreta can be used as raw material for liquid organic fertiliser. Experiments were comparing various compositions of coconut husk used, namely 0, 0.65, 1.25, 2.5, and 5%. The analysis design used is One-Way Anova. Fermentation was carried out for one week in anaerobic conditions. Ammonium, nitrate, and nitrite levels of bioculture with the addition of 5% young coconut husk were significantly higher than other treatments, obtained values, 0.193; 0.705; and 0.523%, respectively. The bioculture made has met the quality of liquid fertiliser as in Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).

Abstract
It was known that utilizing online discussion forum had an effect in increasing the understanding of the students of the class. To analyze the online learning experience, the Community of Inquiry (CoI) model is proposed. The CoI model divides the dynamics online learning process as social presence, teaching presence, and cognitive presence. This study aims to compare the application of CoI in Soil Mechanics course under the Civil Engineering Department at a large public university in Indonesia. The students of Soil Mechanics course were given a problem-based online discussion with two different types of discussion for two materials. The first one was a case study of Consolidation Settlement in a Collaborative Learning while the second one was a case study of Seepage case in a Free Discussion. Through quantitative analysis of the students- discussion transcript, it was found that cognitive and teaching presence were higher than social presence. Finally, through interview to students, it was found that students with active participation had better understanding and grades compared to passive students.

Abstract
To improve services for train passengers, a tool that can display information to train passengers is needed. This information can be displayed on PIDS. PIDS serves to provide information in the form of the location of the train based on GPS coordinates then other information displayed in the form of the trains name, train number, wagon number, and the station the train will pass to. To display this information, PIDS uses components such as GPS, LED Matrix Display, Micro SD Card, which are then controlled by an algorithm using a microcontroller. The goal is to provide information to train passengers so can reduce errors that occur when the train passengers ride the train. In examination, PIDS can display all the information needed by passengers, although there are still some shortcomings such as amount of data that can be accessed from the Micro SD Card is only limited to 30 coordinate data. With the limited data that can be stored, it is very possible the occurrence of limitations in the number of coordinates of the station to be passed by the train in accordance with the route of the train

Abstract
This paper presents a detailed description about design of phase shifting transformer to reduce source current harmonic generated by variable speed drive (VSD) units commonly used for controlling speed of hot air blower motors of a stenter machine in textile industry. Nine units of VSD are used in a stenter machine of a selected textile industry that generates source current with relatively high harmonic content. Total harmonic distortion (THD) figure of the source current varies from 43.91% to 50.34%. The source current contains all odd order harmonics except triplen ones. A method proposed to reduce this source current harmonic is by using phase shifting transformer. Two different phase shifting transformer arrangements are possible. The first one is arrangement of three phase shifting transformers. The other one is arrangement of nine phase shifting transformers. Arrangement of three phase shifting transformers uses Yy, Yz1 and Yz2 three-phase winding connection to produce phase shifting of 0, 20 and –20 respectively. Meanwhile, arrangement of nine phase shifting transformers uses one Yy three-phase winding connection with 0 phase shifting, four Yz1 three-phase winding connections with 6.67, 13.34, 20 and 26.67 phase shifting respectively and four Yz2 three-phase winding connections with –6.67, –13.34, –20 and –26.67 phase shifting respectively. Results from simulation using MATHLAB SIMULINK show that harmonic content of the source current reduced significantly. THDs of the source current drop to 1.99% and 1.74% respectively when arrangements of three phase shifting transformers and nine phase shifting transformers are used.

Abstract
The transportation routing problem is a very popular field in operations research and management science area. Many previous studies are still continuing to develop models and algorithms to produce the best transportation route optimization in various research objects. Technology has enabled the development of the intelligent decision support system (DSS) to optimize transportation route. Although technology has evolved, there are still few studies that build DSS software to minimize transportation distance and fuel consumption, especially using the metaheuristic approach. Thus, this paper aims to develop an intelligent DSS software to minimize fuel consumption and travel distance by considering time windows constraint using metaheuristic approach. The software can receive input dynamically to evaluate and select the best transportation route. The results of this software have been tested using real system data from one of tour and travel company in Indonesia. The company provides travel services using a bus to visit several tourist attractions based on the opening hours of the destinations. Intelligent DSS software output shows that the travel distance is 25.64% more efficient than the current real conditions. In addition, the fuel consumption produced by DSS is better than the actual conditions, which is 17.35% more efficient.

Abstract
In government buildings, facilities and infrastructure that can support the fulfillment of a function are needed, but the longer the buildings are in use then they will suffer damage from various aspects such as architectural components of the buildings. To reduce the occurrence of damage to buildings there is a need for preventive maintenance works. Preventive maintenance works could include a action taken to prevent the need for repairs. In the preventive maintenance work process of a building, the scope of work can be arranged using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). So, that a structured grouping and oriented activities can be obtained and also works done in the project can define the overall scope of the project. But in the case of the government buildings, guidance provided by preventive maintenance works using WBS standards are lacking. Therefore, guideline development for preventive maintenance works is an important to improve the performance of maintenance. The purpose of this study is to develop guidelines for WBS based preventive maintenance works of architectural component of a government building. Research methodology includes several stages, namely the literature study, analysis of archival data and information from related studies and projects, case study, through validation with experts. The results of this research is in the form of guideline for WBS based preventive maintenance work for architectural component of government buildings that can improve the quality of the building and the effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance of the building.

Abstract
Gold deposits are economic deposits, the formation of gold deposits in nature is one of them epithermal gold deposits in the Au-Ag mineralized zone. Gold mineralization is influenced by a hydrothermal solution that flows through rock permeability, resulting in an alteration process that changes the chemical composition, mineralogy, and texture of the original rock. One variable that affects the presence of veins carrying valuable ore minerals is fracture structure. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship /correlation of rock solids to the level of gold deposits using the correlation regression method. The methodology used is massive data collection through geological mapping, log-drill data analysis, Data Assay analysis, data processing and analysis assisted by using correlation regression through validation and verification of drill data. The results of processing and analysis of muscular data notified by the RQD value and log-drill data obtained the results of multivariate normality test based on the Au model = 8,219-2761 RQD and Ag = 90,388 + 0.977 RQD as follows: 1) When the RQD is zero, then the Au will be valued amounting to 8,219. However, when the RQD increases by 1 unit, the Au will decrease by 2,761. 2) When the RQD is zero, then Ag will be worth 90,388. However, when the RQD rises by 1 unit, then Ag will rise by 0.977. Then the Meaning Mean Test is performed where the result H0 is Received, with the understanding that there is a significant relationship between RQD on Au-Ag levels, understanding that the change in thickness of a thicker ore is followed by an increase in the higher Au level, tcount = 0.382 and the significance is 0.703. The understanding is that Au levels are correlated with the presence and presence of hefty that is notified by RQD.

Abstract
Air Conditioner (A/C) is a system of air conditioning which serves need of thermal comfort inside a room. On one side, it is an advantage. However, on the other side, the energy consumption of A/C is the biggest in household appliances. In this paper, to solve the problem was designed the control system and display of A/C based on Arduino Uno. In this case, the Arduino was uploaded with a program of control system so that it can function as a controller. Whereas, the display was designed using the Blynk that is supported a Smart-phone and Internet network. The results showed that the response of designed control system is able to maintain the desired temperature with range of error from 0.0 C to 0.2 C and the A/C can be set and monitored from far away via internet. In addition, although, a client and the A/C were separated by distance, the response was almost not delay and stayed accurate. Moreover, it was predicted that the using of proposed A/C in illustrated situation can save energy by 50%.
