Abstract
Requirements Vocational higher education laboratory equipment is absolutely necessary as a tool used to conduct vocational practice course experiments. Theory without practice is like a life without a body, in the early stages of learning students are required to be able to understand the theory and then master it in actual implementation through practicum. This research aims to design training modules in the form of digital practicum cards in the learning practice of the bodys electrical system courses. The application created is an Augmented Reality-based digital practicum tool that can be accessed via an android smartphone by reading the practicum card as markless. Practicum cards are first printed as media that is accessed through smartphone camera facilities. Practicum cards are accessed by students through the Android smartphone device application by pointing the camera at a card that already has a marker. The application development method uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which begins with concept creation, design of the interface design, material collection, preparation and manufacture, testing and distribution. Digital practicum cards function to help students conduct experiments and observations on the bodys electrical system material without being limited by space and time, so practicum learning becomes fun and becomes an integrated part of improving the quality of learning.

Abstract Based on the mandate of Law No. 23/2014 on Local Government, management and authority of senior and vocational high schools in the regency and city governments were taken over by the provincial government. The handover began on March 2016 and must be completed in early 2017. In the province of West Java, the value of the assets of the senior and vocational high school that had been handed overreached 15 trillion rupiahs. This study aims to determine the process, the problems were faced and the accounting treatment of the assets transferred. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using empirical data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the transfer of these assets actually caused many problems which were mainly caused by the large amount and value of the assets and the location of the assets which were spread throughout the provinces of West Java. The main problems in the transfer of these assets are: the limited time, incomplete assets documents; assets documentations are not accordance with accounting system; inadequate quality and quantity of personnel; and greater problems will be faced after the transfer process is complete, because the province will be heavily burdened with the task of managing a large number of assets. Those assets are separated in wide area, and some of them are difficult to reach thus make complicated problem in coordination and supervision.

Abstract
The Criminal Procedure Code clearly states that the storage of state confiscated objects is stored in a state confiscated storage house. This provision is then derived into a number of implementing regulations and policies, one of which is a government regulation regarding the implementation of the criminal procedure code which confirms that in State Foreclosure Home Storage Objects (RUPBASAN) must be stored for evidence at the level of investigation, prosecution and examination in trial a court including booty based on the judges decision. This paper wants to answer the problem; 1) how is the management of state confiscated objects in Gorontalo Province, as well as how the management of state confiscated objects in the disruption era 4.0. The method used in this paper is a type of normative research with a statute approach, a case approach and a conceptual approach, with prescriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the existence of State Foreclosure Home Storage Objects (RUPBASAN) which only contained 1 (one) in Gorontalo Province was still not in accordance with the mandate of the Ministerial regulation on Law and Human Rights which mandated RUPBASAN in each district/ city, even though there was a lot of evidence that had to be kept for the sake of law enforcement in Gorontalo. This condition causes many confiscated state objects kept by law enforcement agencies such as Gorontalo Regional Police, police stations and prosecutors both state and high prosecutors. A management system of state confiscated objects is needed, so that the state confiscated objects can be managed properly and will be able to maintain the quality of state confiscated objects. Evidence management system in the disruption era 4.0 that must be built is to utilize an integrated website-based system, called the Evidence Management System (SABUK) which the user of this system is RUPBASAN, which is to be leading sector and authority holder in managing evidence and being integrated with an inventory, storage and management of state confiscated objects in every law enforcement agency that stores state confiscated objects for the purpose of investigation, prosecution and examination in court.

Abstract
Poverty can be found in developing country especially in the rural area, including Kabupaten Bangkalan, East Java, Indonesia. One of the reasons is the limited mobility and accessibility. To overcome this problem, the government has built the Suramadu bridge which connects Kabupaten Bangkalan in Madura island with Kota Surabaya in Java Island so that the mobility and accessibility in both areas can be better. This study aims at measuring how big the impact of Suramadu bridge development on rural poverty in Kabupaten Bangkalan, using village potential data in 2007 and 2017 by Badan Pusat Statistik (Central Agency of Statistic). The dependent variable is the amount of poor population and the independent variable consists of physical capital, human capital, natural capital and financial capital which analysed by using OLS. Suramadu bridge has negative impact on poverty which means after Suramadu bridge operates, the poverty level in rural area is decreased. Before Suramadu bridge operates, it was only natural capital which gives impact on poverty while after Suramadu bridge operates, all of the independent variables give impact on the poverty reduction. The existence of Suramadu bridge can ease the government on issuing the poverty reduction policy in rural area.

Abstract
Migration is one way for villagers in Bangkalan District to survive and improve their lives. Availability of employment and differences in the level of wages received in migrant areas are attractive factors, while the condition of villages in terms of physical capital, human capital, financial capital and natural capital which are less than ideal are the driving factors for migrating. This study examines the impact of the Suramadu bridge on the number of villagers migrating internationally using Village Potential data in 2007 and 2017 along with the factors that influence villagers to migrate internationally. Data were analyzed using tobit regression. The existence of the Suramadu bridge was not able to reduce the interest of the population to migrate internationally, instead it even increased the interest of the population to migrate internationally. Before the Suramadu bridge was operational, the existence of rice fields, building area, program credit, non-agricultural business, educational facilities and superior products reduced the interest of villagers to migrate internationally. After the Suramadu bridge operated, the existence of rice fields, building area and skills facilities reduced the interest of villagers to migrate internationally and the presence of poor people in the village increased the interest of residents to migrate.

Abstract
Iron oxide material is widely available in nature and can be explored in nanomaterial research and can be developed to be applied in the fields of industry, health, and technology. Iron oxides that are available in nature can be classified into several types, one of which is hematite. Hematite material doped with Zn was successfully synthesized using coprecipitation. Mass variations (0.1 and 0.3g) of Zn doping have also been carried out to determine the hematite behavior towards the characteristics of ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles. ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles were successfully characterized by using X-ray Diffraction (XRD) to determine the effect of Zn doping on crystal structure and particle size of ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticle, magneto-thermal to determine the thermal behavior of ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles. The grain size of ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles with doping masses of Zn 0.1 g and 0.3 g were obtained for 5 and 60 nm, respectively. The magneto-thermal analysis shows that the SAR value of ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles with a doping mass of Zn 0.1 g and 0.3 g respectively 1.017 and 1.075 W / g. While the antimicrobial analysis of ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles showed that the zone of inhibition was strengthened by the addition of Zn doping mass through the S. Aureus bacterium. Thus, ZnxFe2-xO3 nanoparticles are very potential to become antimicrobial agents.

Abstract
In this paper, we systematically report the characteristics of nanoparticles (NPs)-SiO2 amorphous, and its application for water treatment. NPs-SiO2 can be obtained from natural quartz sand, then extracted and synthesized using the hydrothermal and co-precipitation method. Has an amorphous phase structure; particle size <80 nm, particle formation tends to form the Si-O-Si chain (like a ring), and has a large porosity. High porosity, and is inert and insoluble, is a ceramic material, is an advantage and is very safe to be applied as a water filter material, in the process of water treatment water consumption. This excellent behavior makes NPs-SiO2 able to absorb heavy metals and dyes that are dissolved in water.

Abstract
The issue of national examinations has always been a matter of debate, because the scores are only used to determine the passing scores of students without follow-up. There are two main objectives in this study, the first is mapping the quality of schools in accordance with national exam scores, and the second is to describe the relationship between national exam scores and influential variables. The data used in this study were compiled by Idris in his dissertation and published in a book titled Critical Analysis of Education Quality in 2005. Data were analyzed with a biplot package based on Mathematica programming, by combining several national deviation scores and standards. Gabriels goodness and Pearsons correlation coefficient were each used to measure proportional compatibility in the biplot and school quality configuration in the biplot. Mapping the quality of schools according to national examination scores cannot be obtained by biplots with standard variables. National examination scores, which are transformed with 1.5 standard deviations, will show the suitability of the rankings, and the biplot correctly displays all influential variables that have a very significant positive correlation. Expanding the scope of this study and using more recent data are recommended for further studies.

Abstract
This work presents a study of structure and the magnetic behavior of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) extraction process from natural materials: iron sand. The process of extracting and synthesizing Fe3O4 from iron sand was carried out using the co-precipitation method; with the stages of formation of 2 FeCl3(l) and FeCl2(s) compounds, then proceed with the formation of Fe3O4(s) deposits. Magnetic analysis of MNPs, using VSM, structure analysis using XRD, FTIR and HRPD, and morphology using TEM. MNPs have a magnetite structure (Fe3O4) referring to the results of diffraction analysis (XRD) and FTIR, characterized by the presence of Fe-O functional groups; MNPs Fe3O4 are also superparamagnetic, based on the H-Hysterical curve profile. The particle size of MNPs Fe3O4 belongs to the category of nanoparticles (diameter size 15-20 nm), assuming the shape of particles is spherical, which tends to form agglomerated formations.

Abstract
As stated in the Constitution No. 44 year 2008 regarding Hospitals, it is explained that hospitals are healthcare service institutions for the society with special characteristics which are influenced by the development of the healthcare science. It is clear that the existence of hospitals is crucial to give the best healthcare service for the society. Yet, it is not seldom that the hospitals and its officials, like the medical workers and other staff, like nurses, pharmacists, managers, and administrators who work in hospitals experience both verbal and nonverbal violence from the patients and the family. There are also cases of medical malpractice. The aim of this research is to see how far the Constitution No. 44 year 2008 on Hospitals give legal protection for the human resource staff, and whether this law has been implicated well enough to increase its service to the patients and their family.

One of the conservation efforts of the Lepidochelys olivacea turtle in Indonesia is by saving its eggs on the beach, hatching, rearing and releasing hatchlings into the sea. However, a lack of knowledge in management has affected many turtle eggs that do not hatch and hatchlings that die during maintenance. Breeding activities are controlled incubation and hatching of eggs in order to make L. olivacea more developed and avoid extinction. Eggs are planted at a certain depth of the nest but it is not known at what depth the eggs have good hatchability. The aim of this study was to determine the hatchability of the eggs and morphometric of the hatchlings (Lepidochelys olivacea) based on the depth of the brood nest. This research was conducted in 2016 at Muara Tembulih, West Coast of Lampung Province. The treatment was designed with a Completely Randomized Design in the form of four (4) treatment of egg incubation depth and 6 replications. The results of the study were treatment with nest depth of 40-45 cm, hatchability (70-73%) and morphometric size of the newly hatched turtle hatchlings (body weight ± 23 g; body length ± 7 cm, carapace length ± 4 cm and width carapace ± 3.52 cm) statistically, much higher than in nest depths of 35 and 50 cm.

As one of required skill for the market demands, English test is often conducted to measure one-s ability for both active and passive English language skills. Recent studies have found that the commonest international tests are considered unnecessary for non-native English countries- pedagogical background. Therefore, Standardized Test of Academic English Proficiency Test (STAcEP) is designed to fill the gaps between the need of English language assessment and Indonesian socio-educational curriculum. Some previous studies of STAcEP research has focused on the test validity and reliability. However, study of learners- attitude has not been conducted to evaluate to what extent the test is significantly correlated with their engagement with the test. This study aims to investigate learners- attitude towards the implementation of STAcEP test instrument. In order to report accurately learners- attitudes, a learner engagement of test participation questionnaire is electronically distributed to 750 participants. Thus, the data are analyzed qualitatively and presented according to learners- attitude indicators: self-concept, learning strategies, and engagement. The results revealed that various responds of the aforementioned indicators have been performed by the learners. Moreover, the finding of the study is expected to be a framework for STAcEP test preparation classes.

Abstract
The welfare of the captive elephants at the Elephant Training Center (ETC) is highly determined by good management which includes the availability of adequate food and drinking water, routine health checks, the availability of clean cages and relatively wide range of space and also the availability of bathing places and mud puddles or soil. In terms of food availability, captive elephants at Seblat ETC in North Bengkulu get daily food, beside from mahouts also obtain it from forest plants and shrubs that grow outside of the PLG area when they are released in certain periods. The aim of this study is to know the species variation of feed plants of Sumatran elephants in their faecals at PLG Seblat through the identification of macro and microscopic. The study was conducted during two months in 2015. The data was analyzed qualitatively. From macroscopis identification toward faecals of 20 elephants at PLG, there were 17 plant species from 11 families such as Putri malu (Mimosa pudica), Rumput teki (Cyperus rotundus), Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri), Maman ungu (Cleome rutidosperma), Sidaguri (Sida rhombifolia), Sidaguri (Sida retusa), Sisik betok (Desmodium triflorum), Ciplukan (Physalis angulata), Bayam merah (Alternanthera amoena voss), Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides), Merit (Euphorbia mellifera), Belimbing tanah (Oxalis barralieri), ginseng (Panax ginseng), Rumput mutiara (Oldenlandia corymbosa), Sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha), Petai cina (Leucaena glauca), Wedelia (Wedelia uniflora). The observation through microscopic identification showed there were seven species of feed plans such as, Rumput jagung (Rottboellia exaltata), alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica), Rumput kerbau (Ischaemum muticum), Rumput gajah (Penisetum purpureum) from Poaceae, Rumput manis (Desmodium heterocarpon) from Fabaceae, rumput teki (Cyperus rotundus) from Cyperaceae and kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis) from Arecaceae. Meanwhile 13 species were unidentified.

Abstract
Amphibians in Sumatra have recorded 110 species but there is still observation of the development embryos frog species, especially M. heymonsi. It is necessary to know the comparison of the M. Stages of Embryo Development compared to the X.laevis (Daudin) standard from Nieuwkoop and Faber (1994). This study uses M.heymonsi egg and tedpole samples taken directly from its natural habitat in the University of Bengkulu area. Sampels were collected using the Visual Encounter Survey (VES) method, which is directly on the terrestrial and aquatic pathways (Heyer et al. 1994). Observation of the stage of embryo development carried out for 17 days was observed every 2 hours starting at 08.00-16.00. The data shows the stages of the development of M. heymonsi embryos compared to the X.laevis (Daudin) standard in stages 1 to 47 have similarities. Changes include size and morphological conditions.

Abstract
Language spent main common field for communication, for that reason it is important that communication skills take part of learning a language. Speaking is being a part of English lessons in schools today. However, to make students speak in English language is not always easy and there can be several different reasons why this is happened. One possible reason is namely speaking anxiety and its influence on second language acquisition. The study-s purpose is to analyze the students- speaking anxiety when they are in the speaking session. The study is mainly based on literature but also contains an interview with the teacher. It is found that speaking anxiety inhibits students from speaking which has a negative effect on their oral skills. The study also shows that speaking anxiety is not a prioritized problem in schools, a reason can be that speaking anxiety is not seen as a problem concerning language teaching since it can be considered as a social difficulty. In order to encourage speaking in a classroom it is important to strive for a pleasant atmosphere where every student can feel relaxed and motivated to communicate orally.

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the quality characteristics of rice bread containing Helianthus tuberosus powder that shows excellent physiological functions, and the effect of its intake on blood glucose. Five samples were tested, H. tuberosus powder 5% (HRB1), 10% (HRB2), 15% (HRB3), 20% (HRB4) and control. HRB2 had the highest specific volume. The moisture content of rice bread tended to increase as the concentration of H. tuberosus powder increased. The L value and crumb colour value tended to decrease significantly with an increasing amount of H. tuberosus powder, whereas the b value was increased significantly. Hardness was the lowest in HRB2 and HRB3. In sensory evaluation, there was no significant difference in the appearance among the four groups. HRB1 had the highest values for flavour, texture, and overall evaluation. Taste showed no significant difference until HRB1. Rice bread samples with 15% HRB were selected to measure the hypoglycaemic effect of H. tuberosus compared to that of control rice bread (RB) and wheat bread (WB). The results showed significantly different blood glucose levels (p < 0.05) among treatments. Calculation of the glycaemic index (GI) showed HRB to have the lowest GI. As a result, rice bread containing H. tuberosus powder is expected to increase insulin sensitivity in diabetes.
