Abstract
Due to the TFT LCD manifestation into many related products, this industry has been growing rapidly along with demand increasing. To satisfy the demand, most companies have increased their production capacity and capability by increasing their number of factories in different places and causing complexity in this industry. Therefore, companies are required to optimize their production and distribution system. Thin film transistor–liquid crystal display (TFT LCD) panel manufacturing supply chain can be generally divided into three stages: array, cell, and module processes. Special characteristic of the TFT LCD manufacturing compared with other manufacturing is different capacity unit between its production chains. The capacity unit of array and cell is defined by the number of glass substrate, while the capacity unit of module is represented by the number of panel. TFT LCD manufacturing which is a multi-stage and multi-site supply chain requires high computational for optimizing the production and distribution of their array, cell, and module. This study develops a production and distribution planning model for the multi-stage and multi- site supply chain in TFT LCD industry. Genetic algorithm is proposed in this research to solve the problem. Maximizing capacity utilization and total profit in the supply chain are become the major performance indicator in this model. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is performs better than the comparison method. Robustness of the proposed algorithm is successfully justified by numerical experiment and a case study. For time efficiency of the proposed algorithm, parallel – genetic algorithm is designed in this research.

Abstract
Lightweight concrete has been an interest due to its advantages compared to normal concrete. Lightweight concrete can be produced by the use of lightweight aggregates. In this study lightweight concretes were made with the composition of expandable perlite combined natural sand with each volume is 50% and concrete with 100% expandable perlite as the aggregates. The volume of the aggregates was varied from 80% up to 89%. The concretes were measured for their density and tested for the mechanical and absorption properties. As the results, expandable perlite obviously has the effect in reducing the concrete density. Nevertheless, the strength decrease as the expanded perlite aggregate increase. The optimum lightweight concrete that acceptable as the international standard is with the aggregates of expandable perlite combined natural sand having the 50% of each volume with the aggregates composition is 80%

Abstract
The master production schedule (MPS) planning is influenced by the manufacturing environment. The MPS is based on production capacity, changes in inventory of finished products, fluctuations in demand, efficiency and utility of production factors, and lot size. Therefore, the process of MPS planning with make to stock (MTS) strategy will be different from make to order (MTO) strategy. Companies with MTS strategies make production schedules based on estimated demand so that customer demand can be met from stock products. While companies with an MTO strategy make a production schedule after the order is received. This paper discusses how the time fence approach is used to change MPS for companies with the MTS and MTO strategies simultaneously. With the time fences approach, companies can determine when orders can be received or rejected by looking at the position of the order on the existing MPS. This paper describes a case of applying the time fences approach to determine the MPS changes in a garment company produces bed covers sets as the MTS products and produces other products as MTO products. This paper also explains the procedures to determine changes in the MPS based on predetermined time fences.

Abstract
Money Waqf is very important in the Islamic Economy and the development of human welfare. Proper and massive management will become a financial instrument that can be relied upon by business people and social institutions. However, public interest and participation in the implementation of waqf money is still low. Based on a survey of 138 teachers and 228 santri from five pesantren in Jakarta in 2019, there were three important aspects of their interest participation in money waqf, namely: (i) managing waqf money with a more transparent and functional principle in supporting the economy and welfare of the people; (ii) implementing waqf money with a reliable and easy system in terms of technical matters such as location, officers, waqf processes, institutions, and so on; and, (iii) media for the dissemination of money waqf is formal or trustworthy, such as print media, pesantren, religious leaders, and the Indonesian Waqf Board. This result shows that there is still a need for a more trustworthy management system and socialization of money waqf in terms of transparency, functionality and legality, to be able to attract the public, and make it easier in terms of technical facilities to be massively followed by the community.

Abstract
One Single Submission (OSS) contained in PP 24/2018 was launched with a view to providing legal certainty in the investment licensing process in Indonesia, as an embodiment of the Economic Policy Package, one of which is the acceleration of licensing related to land. This OSS system is beneficial for prospective investors or entrepreneurs for the selection of business premises land. But on the other hand it is very detrimental to the community including the customary law community, because the land selection can be done without the knowledge of the actual owner. This research is a normative legal research, data sources obtained from primary legal materials in the form of legislation, jurisprudence and expert opinions relevant to the research. The legal certainty that is expected by the implementation of OSS can actually lead to legal uncertainty, because the OSS system can cause new problems, namely land conflicts between investors and local communities. This study is expected to provide input for the government to immediately undertake efforts to harmonize with the Land Law and the Investment Law.

Abstract
Zinc Oxide (ZnO) has attracted much attraction for its potential applications in ultraviolet region including sensors, solar energy, laser technology, optoelectronics and transparent conducting oxide. In this work, the influence of growth time and concentration of Hexamethylenetetramine (C6H12N4 / HMTA) on the formation of ZnO nanorods using Chemical Bath Deposition were investigated. ZnO nanorods (ZNRs) were synthesized on the FTO glass through a chemical bath deposition (CBD) using zinc nitrate tetrahydrate powder (Zn(NO3)2.4H2O) and HMTA with molar ratio 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 at 90°C. The growth duration was varied at 120, 150 and 180 minutes at annealing temperature of 90oC. The synthesized ZnO was characterized using a scanning mission electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopies (UV-Vis). Growth duration and concentration of HMTA were found to influence the morphology, orientation, and diameter of the ZNRs. X-ray diffractograms demonstrated strong and sharp peak at (002) plane as an indication of c-axis ZNRs. Secondary electron images showed that ZNRs were well aligned along the c-axis and the diameter of nanorods is increasing with the increased of growth time and concentration of HMTA. The optical properties of ZNRs showed that the absorbance increase at high growth time and concentration of HMTA.

Abstract
Settlement of disputes in the customary law community is based on the view of life adopted by the community itself. Indigenous and tribal peoples prioritize dispute resolution through deliberations aimed at bringing about peace in the community. The deliberation channel is the main route used by the customary law community in resolving disputes, because in the deliberations a peace agreement can be made that benefits both parties. The concept of Indonesian traditional law as a forum for customary justice institutions also has a concept that can be described as the root of restorative justice. This type of research is sociological juridical with emphasis on field research. The headman in a cloth-folding community in Kampar Regency is a place where community members rely on to resolve, protect, guarantee peace, so that whenever there is a dispute, the customary head is the only place where community members rely on to solve their problems. The role of customary leaders in the community is needed to solve problems, maintain the balance of the environment with one another, so that the community will continue to create harmony and peace.

Abstract
The power produced by solar panels is greatly influenced by its position towards sunlight. The more solar panels are perpendicular to the sunlight, the more power is produced. The aim of this research is creating a prototype of the solar panel position control system so that the position between the solar panels against the sun is always perpendicular. The solar panel position control system used in this study is based on image processing. In image processing, the webcam is used to take a shadow image of a bolt measuring 4 cm in diameter and 1 mm placed on a flat plane. Then, the image from the shadow of the bolt is processed to get the angle of view direction of the sun. Furthermore, the angle position is used as input for the solar panel drive motor. Thus, the position of the solar panel can adjust the direction of the incoming sunlight and its position becomes perpendicular to each other. From the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that the prototype can always follow the direction of incoming sunlight with an accuracy rate towards the center point is 95% for X-axis and 96% for Y-axis.

Abstract
Many laws governing mining have resulted in inconsistency of law regarding land procurement in the mining sector. Inconsistency of law have raised land ownership issues, land conflicts, and land use changes. This study aims to analyze the rules on land procurement for mining and analyze the significance of the harmonization of rules on land procurement for mining in forest areas. This research is categorized as a normative legal research. This research was conducted by examining library materials. The results showed that several problems arising from inconsistency of law in the mining business include mining companies conducting mining activities in restricted areas for mining, mining activities in protected forest areas, mining activities in conservation areas, geothermal mining activities as geothermal power plants in the area of nature reserves, and others. To overcome this problem, the solution is to harmonize several laws in the mining sector so that conflicts do not occur. Some mining laws must reinforce, reinforce and clarify one another. Efforts to harmonize several laws in the mining sector are needed to harmonize, adapt, stipulate, and strengthen the concept of drafting a law. The harmonization effort aims to ensure that several mining laws are arranged systematically, do not overlap, and there are no more conflicts.

Abstract
The development of road infrastructures, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, continues significantly in the last decade. Along with the acceleration of development that has resulted in 406.14 kilometers of new roads in the last 5 years, an updated road map is needed as rapid as the growth of these roads proportionally. To solve this problem, commonly used technology takes three years to update the map and still unable to map the entire road, especially those that can only be passed by smaller vehicles. In this paper, an alternative mapping technique using multi-quadrotor system is introduced for updating the road map effectively. Multi-quadrotor system allows that the terrain mapping can be larger compared to single quadrotor system. The designed system is an integration of two Robot Operating System (ROS) packages as the framework for the software development, which is ardrone_autonomy and tum_ardrone. The multi-quadrotor will take images of contour using a 720p front camera with frequency of 2 – 4 Hz while flying. The images taken with a required specification will be processed into a new map of the area using Agisoft Photoscan. This new map will be processed by a YOLO-based object detection algorithm for specific object identification purpose. Real-time experimental results using two AR.Drone 2.0 showed that successful image recognition was obtained with high resolution images of map.

Abstract
Exercise-induced hearth muscle adaptation for under stress conditions, known as Mitochondria Quality Control. Each stage of Mitochondria quality control, has a coactivator as a trigger for the process. Where it starts from biogenesis with PGC-1α , After that, it will enter the fusion-fission cycle stage which are mediated by Mfn1 and Mfn2 for fusion in the outer membrane and Opa1 for fusion in the inner membrane. After fusion, fission occurs in the old and unhealthy parts mediated by Drp1. Finally, the old and unhealthy mitochondrial section occurs mitophagy mediated by PINK-PARKIN signaling pathway. The aim of this study was to determine the difference effect of PGC-1α, Mfn1, Mfn2, Opa1, Drp1, PINK, and Parkin expression in aerobic physical activity for Mitochondria Quality Control in cardiac muscle. This is limited because only rats are used. 12 male wistar rats were assigned to 2 groups: sedentary control and Aerobic-intensity (AE, 15m/minute). Training was conducted 30 minutes/day with a 5 times/week interval for 8 weeks. On the last day, control and exercise groups were taken blood serum from the retro-orbital sinus for culture of H9C2 Cell line, and extract RNA and protein. The expression of the PGC-1α, Mfn1, Mfn2, Opa1, Drp1, PINK, and Parkin gene in cardiac muscles was then amplified using reversed PCR and detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. This study concludes that different effect of PGC-1α, Mfn1, Mfn2, Opa1, Drp1, PINK, and Parkin gene expression level were increased level affected by aerobic physical activity in cardiac muscle.

Abstract
Introduction In meniscal extrusion (ME), the meniscus cannot play its biomechanical role in load distribution and force absorption by dispersing tibiofemoral axial load. Significant ME will increase contact forces that contribute to the advancement of knee osteoarthritis. Arthroscopic direct meniscal extrusion reduction (ADMER) to reduce persistent ME in posterior root medial meniscus (PRMM) repair has been recommended and showed a promising outcome. The aim of this study was to compare the biomechanical properties of conventional PRMM repair with PRMM repair + ADMER technique. Materials & Methods A total of eighteen (18) porcine tibia with attached intact medial meniscus were used and the specimens were randomly assigned to 1 of 3 groups (n = 6 each). The groups included: Control group (C) with healthy medial meniscus, conventional PRMM repair (P) group, and PRMM repair with ADMER technique (AD) group. All specimens underwent testing for static pull-out strength with a servo-hydraulic material testing machine. A maximum pullout-load was applied to the PMMR until failure. Means and standard deviations of pullout strength were compared Results Mean pull-out strength was 1047.19 N (±64.4) for C group, 256.41 N (±54.26) for P group and 367.48 N (±40.5) for AD group. (Table 1) Maximum pull-out strength for PRMM + ADMER was significantly higher compared to P group (p-value 0.006). Conclusion PRMM Repair combined with ADMER technique had biomechanical properties of higher superior pullout strength compared to conventional PRMM repair and lower elastic modulus. However, we did not test its biomechanical properties under cyclic loading and both techniques did not reach the strength of the native healthy medial meniscus.

Abstract
Studies on tectonic deformation of the Late Tertiary sequence during Late Neogene time has been carried out at the Renah Gajah Mati I region using balancing and restoring techniques, kinematic and dynamic analyses. The Late Neogene deformation was mainly controlled by compression, which has resulted in folding and thrusting. Hence, the rock sections underwent shortening that varied from 1.42-1.83 km or 0.75%-0.78% with the estimated rate of deformation 0.12-0.15 mm/year. Two types of tectonic structures developed within the region, fault propagation folds and trishear faults. The brittle deformation extended sequentially in the direction of tectonic transport, resulting in a series of faults. The generated faults constitute imbricate fans with a relatively closely-spaced thrust system. The array of thrusts is apparently associated with folds that strike NW-SE, implying the geometry of fault-linked folding. The hanging wall anticlines are generally asymmetric overturned folds, indicating a shallow ramping fault with a high shear pattern. In regional context, the general strike of structures within the study area appears relatively parallel to the NW-SE trending Barisan orogen. This feature suggests that tectonic transport responsible for structuring was likely at the NE-SW direction.
