Abstract
The growth of vehicle users in Indonesia continues to increase. Increased growth in the number of vehicles will be in line with the growth in demand for fuel and of course the pollution that occurs. Innovations are needed to challenge these challenges, one of which is to use a turbocharger. Turbochargers utilize exhaust gas which still has large kinetic energy to be reused. Use of a turbocharger makes it possible to increase engine efficiency and reduce pollution production. Its just a challenge when combining a turbocharger and diesel engine is not easy. Need alignment so that the two can do a combination (matching). One keyword to match is the mass flow rate. Mass flow analysis is carried out using procedures made by Babagouda. The Limitation area for the turbocharger was successfully formed, but after entering the turbocharger, it turned out that the turbocharger criteria entered were in the same place and outside the criteria. Then this method is compared with the concept of the engine mass flow rate applied to the turbocharger diagram, which is based on Stones. The result is the turbocharger can cover the engine area used. Furthermore, this analysis will be the basis of the algorithm for developing the turbocharger and engine matching process software.

Milk Production of dairy goat is influenced by genetic and non-genetic factors. Crossbred dairy goat of Sapera (50% Saanen, 50% PE) has been formed by Indonesian Research Institute for Animal Production (IRIAP). Genetic improvement of milk production is the main trait considered in forming Sapera goat, so the effects of non-genetic factors on milk production should be investigated. Effects of Litter size, kidding age, mating weight and kidding weight were examined on weekly cumulative milk yields (week 1-14) in Generation 1 (G1) Sapera goat (28 heads) at RIAP. General Linear Model for unbalanced data was used to study the effects of those four factors, while mean differences among sub-factors were tested by Duncan test. The G1 Sapera does had kidding age, litter size, mating weight, and kidding weight successively 4.22±1.45 yrs old, 2.07±0.55, 49.0±11.43 kg, and 44.4±11.75 kg. Higher litter sizes resulted more milk yields, but litter size effects decreased by the lengthening lactation. Kidding age at ≥ 5 yrs old produced higher milk yileds than the younger does (3 and 4 years old). Mating weight did not affect on milk yields, while does having kidding weight ≥ 70 kg resulted lower milk than other weights. Considerable variation for various partial cumulative milk yields among G1 Sapera does has a good indication for possible selection on milk production in Sapera dairy goat.

Flying fish is an important economic fish in Makassar Strait that become fishermen target, especially their roes, their populations were indicating high exploitation pressures. Gill nets were the dominant fishing gear with the net mesh size were varying depending on the season. The aim of the study was to compare the capture capability of gill nets with 3 different mesh sizes. The study used a field experimental approach to obtain gill nets selectivity on flying fish catch. Variables observed include different net mesh size, number, weight and fork length of flying fish catches. Data were analyzed using variance test to compare between treatments. The fish catch data shows that the highest fish catches was 1.25 inches, and the rest 1 and 1.5 inches. The results of the statistical test show that the number of catch fish is highly significant different (P<0.05) on the mesh size of 1 inch, 1.25 inches and 1.5 inches. There were an indication that flying fishes getting smaller, which is indicated by most of fish catches pass the length at the first maturity size. Gill net of 1.25 inch mesh size should be used to maintained the sustainability of flying fish population.

Abstract
Nowadays the leadership and management are among one of the most used word on the academic study but still some of us keep being confused about those two words. In one hand, leadership is a must in organization, and should play key role on the business sectors. The leader has to know the clear vision of the organization, and also know how to achieve goal. According to (Amanchukwu, Stanley, & Nwach)to be a good leader, a leader must have an experience, high commitment to the organization, knowledge and high-patience in carrying out its duties (Ameen, Almulla, Maram, Al-Shibami, & Ghosh, 2018). The good leader can impact to the performance of subordinates and satisfaction of the customers. To become a good leader, by increase the leadership development, through many factors, which are the knowledge, independence, training and experiences in many fields (Bass M., 1990);. According to (Jenkins, 2013), that the basis of a good leadership is the strong character and selfless devotion to an organization. In another hand, management authors, theorists and practitioners viewed the management work of a manager as a logical process consisting of the functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. DuBrin (1994:26) supported this view by stating that every employee must plan and make decisions, organize, lead and control the resources they need to utilize for the achievement of the results expected of each of them. Many management authors interpreted the concept of management differently. Tsoukas (Ackroyd & Fleetwood, 2000:26) concluded that up to the present time it had not been easy to answer the question of what management is. So this study is done in order to (1) know the concept of management; (2) know the concept of leadership; (3) know what the management do ; (4) know what the leadership do; (5) know the difference between management and leadership; and (6) show its importance.

Abstract
This paper aims to understand how speakers of Routa language retain their language, a language of the marginalized in Routa sub-district, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Routa language has long been in the category of ‘language at risk-, because the realm of its use is limited and the number of speakers is smaller than the other languages that exist in the community. The language even gets into the endangered category (disappearing) when viewed from the perspective of the dwindling number of native speakers from generation to generation. Currently, Routa language is not passed on by the older to the younger generation, so in this situation, the language can also be categorized as a language that is in mortal danger (moribund). This study applied ethnographic and sociolinguistic approaches by applying several methods of collecting relevant data such as participant observation, questionnaires, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that the competition of the local languages that occur in the region has led to a dramatically decreased use of Routa as the speakers switch to using other local languages such as Tolaki, Bugis and Toraja. Routa speakers only use the language in a restricted environment only within the family of three generation.

Abstract
The world is facing a fuel crisis because, the reserves of crude oil from fossils are depleting. This phenomenon inspires many parties to find alternatives to non-fossil materials, such as organic material to be converted into fuel. This research discusses of a potential pineapple peel which can produce methanol, as one alternative ingredient that can be processed into gasoline. The main phenomenon of study is determining the location of the establishment of a fuel processing industry, with the raw material of pineapple skin located in an area surrounded by pineapple plantations. Pineapple skin is a waste that has not been exploited, and only becomes organic waste that pollutes the environment. About two hundred thousand tons of pineapple peels per day are produced, so it is a potential raw material that can be converted into gasoline. The delivery of pineapple skins from seven industrial areas that produce pineapple peel needs to be determined, to maintain the logistics continuity that ensures the operation of the industry, pineapple skin processors become gasoline using Gravity Method. The factors observed in this research are distance, road condition, transportation and costs which its weight made by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), further from the weight was made determinant for the location of the pine apple peels processing industry to be gasoline. Processing results show that the position of the industrial waste processing of pineapple peels, highly determined by economic factors. This phenomenon shows that improving public welfare is more concerned, in seven plantations as well as the pineapple processing industry, compared to distance, transportation selection, as well as road conditions during the time of the pineapple skin waste processing industry was established.
