Abstract
In the first days after hatch, the development of organs such as the gastrointestinal tract, and the growth performance may be affected by the time in between hatch and first feed intake. In current practice, time between hatch and moment of first feed intake may take long time because of variation in hatch time, chick handling, and transportation time. Feed deprivation, especially during the first days after hatch, depresses intestinal development on the short and long term, reflected by a lower intestinal weight, shorter length, lower enzymatic activity, altered villi and crypt cell density, and lower crypt depths and villi heights and finally, depressed growth. The objective of this study is to investigate effects of the moment of first feed intake after hatch on intestinal development and growth performance of broiler chickens. Total 60 unsexed day-old Lohmann broiler chicks were randomly assigned into 3 treatments of 20 chicks each in four replicates (5 chicks each). The treatments were time first feed and water access after hatch, including 12, 42 and 72 hours. Body weight gain and feed intake were recorded weekly and the intestinal development were sampled at 12 days for the measurement of ileum histology and 38 days for length of gastrointestinal tract. Results obtained are as follows: Time between hatch and moment of first feed intake had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on width of the villi. However, the height of villi, depth of the crypt dan length of the gastrointestinal tract were significantly affected by treatment. The longer delay in the provision of feed and water in day-old chick were lower height of villi and depth of the crypt, dan shorter length of the gastrointestinal tract. Statistically, performance parameters had any difference among treatments, except for feed convertion. The final body weight and feed intake decreased with increasing time between hatch and moment of first feed intake. The results suggest that development of the gastrointestinal tract improved growth performance of broiler chickens.

Abstract
Warehouse selection is a key part in distribution business as it related directly with the company-s service level and cost of the operations. The failure of choosing good warehouse will impact the company-s inability to meet customers- expectation and its financial condition if the costs expended do not meet the expected return. Consequently, it is important to put proper considerations in place before deciding the selected warehouse. By involving the Indonesia branch of a global chemical distributor company as the research subject, this research aims at minimizing transportation cost in selecting a warehouse. In achieving the objective, Center-of-Gravity which also widely known as Centroid method is particularly used, assisting location decision by exploring the spatial distribution of delivery destinations (customers). Aside from that, the weight to each destination also an integral part of the consideration, with the goal of serving more small-to-medium customers. The goal of minimizing transportation costs is translated as minimizing distance to customers due to the directly proportionate nature between distance and transportation costs. This study will generate a set of coordinate points, showing the exact location where total distance to customers are the least as the answer to the research objective.

Palu-s earthquake was happened on September 28, 2018, provided the liquefaction hazard. Liquefaction was evaluated by shear wave velocity (Vs) obtained from the average Vs that occur along 30 meters. Not only Vs, but qu or end resistance also, obtained from the CPT Test. And the last is N-SPT. The highest value that influences the occurrence of liquefaction is the value of qu. This is because the CPT test has only a few error factors which are only in the form of conus, while the others are SPT in the amount of hammer, high distance of the fall, sampling technique. Whereas Vs, the shear wave data processing and calculation processes are on average Vs30 or AVS30.

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the largest sending countries for migrant workers. In 2018 one of the news revealed that Indonesia was crowned as the 2nd most country in ASEAN as a sender of migrant workers after the Philippines. These migrant workers usually go to work leaving their families, especially their children. In the vulnerable BNP2TKI between 2011 and January 2018, the placement of migrant workers from Indonesia was 60% dominated by women. Not a few of them left children who were still early. The absence of parents especially mothers in early childhood growth certainly affects the development of the children who are left behind. This study will explore the perspective of a husband/father left by his wife working as a migrant worker and leaving early childhood to be cared for by his father. This research is an exploratory research with ethnographic study design that uses a qualitative approach. The main data collection techniques in this study were observation and in-depth interviews with respondents who were selected purposively. Respondents of this study are the father/husband who is the primary caregiver of their children with vulnerable children aged 4-6 years, amounting to 5-10 people. This research is expected to provide qualitative information that can be used as a basis for developing a fathers parenting intervention program, especially in Sukabumi, to then be replicated in various other regions.

Abstract
Chatter is frequently problem experienced in the area of machining process which brings down machining productivity and surface quality. Therefore, reliable and intense chatter detection methods are needed to maintain machining quality. In this study, turning chatter detection approach by using sound signal and simple microphone is proposed to get an accurate, simple and low cost detection method. For that purpose, an experimental set-up which consist of operating turning machine, simple microphone and personal computer (PC) with sound card is arranged. The chatter in turning process is stimulated by applying an artificial wear to the cutting tool. The sound signal data from normal and with chatter turning process are then grabbed by simple microphone and PC with sound card. The sound signals are then evaluated by Fast Fourier Transfom (FFT) and Wavelet Transform (WT) for normal and chatter conditions. Both of conditions data are then compared to get the characteristic of sound signal in chatter. It is found that signals in frequency domain, time-frequency and spectrogram have significant magnitude spike in chatter condition. 3-D spectrogram exhibits a special contours which signs the existence of chatter. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can conscientiously identify the chatter.

Abstract
Abstract. OHS issues in Indonesia are still often overlooked. It appears that the number of work accidents are still high. Therefore, in early 2018 the government has decided to suspend all the elevated construction project in Indonesia including Flyover Project. It cause a negative impact such as casualties, material, time, cost etc. One of the factors that most hinders OHS implementation in the Project from the contractors point of view is the high cost of OHS implementation and the safety cost provided for OHS implementation by the owner are inadequate or even none at all. Safety cost planning can be done accurately if the activities based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on the project can be well defined. The Activity-Based Costing method provides more accurate information especially on complex structures and can provide information on cost items that are ignored in traditional methods. The research methods used are archival analysis, case study, survey, and expert judgement. The research result the safety cost in flyover project that is expected to obtain a decent budget and specifically allocated for the implementation of OHS in flyover projects to improve working safety conditions.

The number of urban population in Indonesia increased about 0.7% per year (2015-2019). Likewise Bandung City, it grows around 0.43% per year. This population growth requires a lot of land for new settlements where the 2017 backlog of 5,000 units. Simple flats for rent (then call rusunawa) are alternatives to providing housing to save land. At the beginning, the people were not interested in living in the rusunawa, but till now all rusunawa is already full and the number of waiting-lists who want to live in rusunawa is as many as 3,300 households. This study aims to determine what socioeconomic factors most influence the preferences of rusunawa and their correlation with other factors as an opportunities for redevelop by government. The method used is mixed methods, and path analysis. The location of this research is the entire rusunawa in Bandung City, namely Rancacili, Cingised and Sadangserang, with 146 samples. The results of this study, the variable that most strongly influences occupant preferences with rental rates of 0.439 and income of 0.362. Abstract. In the last five years in Indonesia, the toll road construction project has become one of the most massive developments, with 65 toll roads and 4 national roads included in the National Strategic Projects list (PSN). However, along with the increase in construction projects in Indonesia in general the number of work accidents has also increased. in the period of 2017 to 2019, 54.5% of the number of construction accidents came from toll road projects. This results in significant losses such as loss of life, time, cost and so on. Wirahadikusumah (2019), the aspect that can improve working safety conditions is the availability of a decent budget and specifically allocated for the implementation of SMK3 in construction projects. Rzvi and Elnathan (1999), Activity-Based Costing method can provide information on neglected cost items in the construction method. So that OHS cost information on road construction projects can be available accurately starting from defining work activities based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The research method used is archive analysis, surveys involving construction experts, and previous project case studies. This study produces a ratio of OHS costs to contract values in road construction projects so as to improve work safety.

Research on the manufacture of polyurethane with chitosan and bentonite fillers modified with CTAB into montmorillonite (MMT) which will be applied to medical devices. The raw polyurethane from castor oil and diisocyanate is in the form of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI). The addition of chitosan to castor oil polyurethane functions as an anti-bacterial agent. Pure polyurethane still has a deficiency of high temperatures and therefore added MMT which functions as a heat-retaining agent. The bacteria used are E. coli bacteria and Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria. The results showed a polyurethane that can withstand high temperatures is PU-MMT-CS 6%. The best anti-bacterial properties were obtained in polyurethane containing chitosan with higher concentrations (PU-MMT-CS 6%).

Abstract
Cinnamon essential oil (CEO) is a natural antimicrobial being investigated for food packaging as a substitute for synthetic chemicals due to consumer concerns over food safety. In this study, lactic acid poly (PLA) and chitosan were successfully modified with essential oil (CEO) at concentrations (1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, and 3% v / v) that formed composite fibres with using a simple electrospinning method. The morphology of the composite fibres can be seen from PLA / CS-CEO-2.5 showing good stability of the CEO so that the antimicrobial activity is increased compared to other blends. PLA / CS-CEO fibre shows a high level of long-term inactivation against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus due to the CEOs ongoing release, indicating that advanced PLA / CS-CEO fibres have great potential for active food packaging applications

Abstract
Along with technological developments, the use of concrete was applied not only on land but also in extreme environmental areas such as seawater areas. The strength of concrete structures in the environment will decreases with the duration of exposure to seawater. This encourages the importance of developing effective repair and strengthening methods that can be relied on at economical costs. One of the most popular ways to repair structures is to use CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) materials. This research was conducted with an experimental method, namely reinforced concrete beams were given a monothonic load with two point loads to determine the ulitimit load capacity of the beams and then compared to the increase with the variable CFRP layer which the ends were anchored with CFRP U-wrap and given seawater immersion behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of reinforcing CFRP laminates on concrete in the seawater environment and its collapse patterns so that it can be directly applied to be a solution in retrofitting structures in the marine environment, such as by repairing reinforced concrete beams on piers and bridges in the marine environment.

Abstract
This research is motivated by the need for the media to instill character in pre-school age children in orphanages. The purpose of this study is to create a digital story telling in character instilling of pre-school age children in orphanages. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with a research model of Planning, Production, and Evaluation (PPE). Research instruments are interview guidelines form and Expert Judgment Validation Sheet. Participants in this study amounted to two validators consisting of media experts and material experts. The results of making digital story telling media include aspects of the media and the material is in “proper to use” criteria. The results of the validation based on expert material assessment such as appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and selected phrases, sentences delivered with words, word stresses and intonation are appropriate, the language used is easily understood by preschoolers, ideas according to the story and the contents of the story support the character value of preschoolers, the message in the story can be understood by preschoolers. The aspects of media assessment consist of software engineering aspects and visual communication aspects. Recommendations are addressed to caregivers so that this Digital Story telling can be used as a medium to instill character values in pre-school age children in orphanages. For further researchers, it is expected to conduct studies on other variables related to the use of digital story telling, namely the implementation of digital story telling in orphanages.

Abstract
This paper presents the assessment results and findings of the simulation infrastructure project using OPNET have been developed and implemented to cover the protocols and design issues of the wireless MANET architect with minimum overlaps. All the nodes (devices) are wireless, mobile and equal (no access points, base stations, or any other kind of infrastructure). The concept of the mobile ad-hoc network suggests the incorporation of routing functionality into mobile nodes, in other words all nodes should be able to act as routers for each other. This network is self-configuring and can have dynamically changing multi-hop topologies, composed of, likely, bandwidth constrained wireless links. Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) protocol for mobile and wireless ad hoc networks was integrated in a commercial routing stack suite. OLSR operation mainly consists of updating and maintaining information in routing tables. The data in these tables is based on received control traffic and the control traffic is generated based on information retrieved from the tables. The optimization is based on a technique called MultiPoint Relaying. The simulation model on OPNET was configured and simulated to address the challenges of OLSR implementation with various topologies, especially the environment to meet the following key points: a) planning of node movements, b) dynamic status of network topology and connectivity (map or canvas based), c) operational planning based on communication conditions, and d) planning of the communications infrastructure.. The project results in best settings for our network and can predict the cost, traffic behaviours, throughput and efficiency of the network beforehand.
