Abstract
Along with the advancement of technology, it is very easy to get different information, including the information of a learning material. Learning material should not be from the teacher or lecturer neither from the campus or the school. Students can find the material everywhere at anytime. Students can find the materials from the internet. Internet is a global communication network which consists of thousand computers around the world. Internet is the main source of computer networking (Rozi.2007). People can find any information in the internet by browsing and searching. Searching is the technique of finding information through search engine. By searching, people can find information as they look it up in a library catalogue (Jasmadi,2004). Search engine can find any information, including food products, such as puff pastry. Puff pastry is a type of pastry which is layered. This pastry is also called as the queen of pastry since the production needs high level of accuracy to make the perfect layers. The steps of making pastry should be practically, instead of only theoretically. Through visual understanding, people can get better information than verbal information. This study focuses on whether there is a correlation between the use of search engine with the score of puff pastry production. The population of this research is the students of culinary department who take Pastry subject. The sampling methods is total sampling by taking the complete population of the samples. The variables of this research is the use of search engine and the score of puff pastry practice. The collection of the data in this study uses closed questionnaire and documentation. The analysis of the data uses Pearson Correlation. Abstract
Nutrition education for children is essential as the process determines children-s diet preferences and health in the future. Some life-threatening situations, such as malnutrition, poor access to clean water, and lack of clean sanitation have emphasized the necessity of teaching self-hygiene from early ages. Nutrition education correlates closely with the use of learning media. Such media, e.g., learning video, plays a major role in early childhood education as it helps teachers meet the learning objectives. The objective of the present study is twofold: it is to develop learning video in teaching self-hygiene for group B kindergarten students. It also is intended to examine the effectiveness of the video. Employing a development model by J. Moonen, this research and development study relied on observation, interview, and questionnaire. T test was also used to analyze the results of the students- pre- and post-test. The result shows that the average score of pre- and post-test reaches 23.36 and 33.86 respectively, meaning that there is an increase in the score. Further, the result of the hypothesis testing proves that t count (15.37) > t table (2.05). Considering these findings, the use of video is significant to the improvement of the students- knowledge regarding self-hygiene.

Abstract
Fiber is a raw material used in the textile industry, based on the origin of the material there is fiber that comes from nature there is also derived from artificial fibers (synthetic). The needs of natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, flax, and other natural fibers still do not meet the needs of Indonesian textiles because these materials are goods that must be imported. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategic effort in utilizing environmentally friendly alternative natural materials in Indonesia, one of which is lemongrass plants. Cereals (Cymbopogon nardus (L.) Rendle), physically have fiber. Currently the use of cereals is still limited to use for medicinal plants. Fragrant lemongrass can be effective as a medicine for headache, cough, stomach pain, diarrhea, body warmers, fever and mosquito repellent (Fauzi, 2009). Previous research by Rita and Ningtyas (2008) showed that ethanol extracts of leaf and stem of citronella can be used as plant-based pesticides to control Aedes aegypti mosquitoes and contain saponins, tannins, quinones and steroids. Basuki (2011) has also conducted research that the ethyl acetate extract of the citronella plant has been shown to have antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and it is also known that the ethyl acetate extract of the citronella plant contains flavonoids, polyphenols, saponins and essential oils. Based on various research results about the benefits and various benefits of cereals, awareness emerged to further research on the use of cereals as natural fiber material that can be processed into alternative textile materials, especially textile materials for home interior materials (apholstry) by raising the value of local wisdom and resources nature that has not been optimally processed. The potential of cereals has not been well assessed in Indonesia or the world. Through this research, it is expected that further developments will be made regarding the processing of textiles from lemongrass as an alternative fiber based on smart textiles.

Abstract
The number of electroplating industry in West Java in Indonesia has been increasing rapidly which influences the amount of pickling and degreasing solutions usage in the washing process. Generally the electroplating industries dump their wastewater directly to environment without any treatment. The ions of metals contained in pickling and degreasing solutions shall accumulate in the environment then finally would cause eutrofication where the water body becomes rich of dissolved ion metals which effects the dissolved oxygen contained in water body. One of wastewater treatment methods is adsorption. The activated carbon of adsorbents were applied in this investigation. Electroplating wastewater was used in order to control the ions metals concentration. The objective of this experiment was to study the removal of ion metals concentration of each adsorbent filled in adsorption column by using circulation method. The column has 2.5 inch of diameter, 100 cm of height, and 100 ml/minute of flowrate. The result of investigation showed the concentration of ions metals decrease from 745 to 521 ppm, decrease pH from 8.0 to 7.2, and decrease water conductivity from 1200 to 925.

Abstract
A heat exchanger, especially a shell-and-tube type, is a heat transfer mechanical device that is widely used in various industrial fields, such as oil, petrochemical, energy and so on. The function of a heat exchanger is to transfer heat from one fluid with a higher temperature to another fluid with a lower temperature. In this research, shell-and-tube heat exchanger was chosen because this type of heat exchanger is the most widely used in the industry in general and in the oil and gas industry in particular. This research was conducted to determine the performance of shell and tube type heat exchangers in terms of thermal and hydraulic. Data acquisition is done by observing in the field. So that the data processing and calculation results are obtained as follows: Shell side pressure drop of 19.73 psi has exceeded the minimum requirement of 10 psi, so it is time for cleaning, tube side pressure drop of 1 , 47 psi is still below the minimum requirement of 10 Psi, the effectiveness of the operation is 57.47% below the design value of 68.73%, and the simulation using excel-solver as follows in the gross condition can be increased to 79.93% effectiveness with a shell side pressure drop (6.2 psi), tube side pressure (9.98 psi) with shell side velocity (0.98 ft / s) and tube side (9.5 ft / s)

Abstract
Many food packages (plastic wrappers) today cannot be broken down by the environment. therefore, it is necessary to add natural substances that can make the food package decompose and be resistant to contamination with bacteria. Poly lactic acid (PLA) is one of the natural polymers produced by several bacteria that grow in crops rich in carbohydrates (such as sugar beets, corn and others). This research aims to insert ZnO nanoparticles and chitosan into a plastic layer of PLA (poly lactic acid) which can improve the antibacterial properties of the resulting packaging. The method used in making PLA-ZnO-chitosan Nano composite is the precipitation method and the heating method. PLA-ZnO Nano composites were obtained by varying ZnO nanoparticles 0.5% by weight, 2% by weight, and 3.5% by weight. The results obtained in SEM images show that nanoparticles are homogeneously distributed on the plastic surface. Antimicrobial tests show nanocomposites work effectively in deactivating E. coli and S. aureus. where it was found that E. coli was more susceptible to this type of nanocomposite, where there was a reduction of 3.4 logs to 3.5% ZnO loading in the PLA layer

Abstract
Nowadays business competition is getting tougher, especially with regard to meeting consumer needs. Unstable market demand is often a challenge for companies in meeting market demand. Conditions of demand that are often more than inventory or vice versa incur costs that must be borne by the company. The study was conducted at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya which is engaged in the distribution of medical devices, medicines and formula milk. The problem that arises is when the supply is more than demand, the company will have to bear the cost of saving. Meanwhile, when inventory is less than demand, the company must bear the cost of a product backlog. Problem-solving uses a dynamic system approach that has the characteristics of being influenced by time and the existence of interrelationships loop. Causal loop and stock & flow diagrams are used to describe the companys inventory system, then scenarios are carried out to minimize inventory system costs. Two improvement scenarios were carried out, namely the scenario of increasing safety stock and the scenario of reducing lead time. The results obtained from the study are the improvement scenarios chosen are the scenarios of reducing lead time. This scenario can reduce the total cost of the inventory system by Rp. 13,879,099. By applying this scenario, the company can reduce the cost of saving which is one of the costs in total costs

Abstract
Air Conditioner(A/C) is a system of air conditioning which serves need of thermal comfort inside a room. Until now, to determine COP of A/C is performed measurement of temperatures and pressures in A/C. Then, it is continued by calculating of COP. Unfortunately, the process take much time. Therefore, it is important to find any new method to obtain COP. In this paper, to solve the problem was designed a COP monitoring system. To do this, the Arduino Uno was uploaded a program of the monitoring system. The system was equipped sensors. And then to display COP was used a Laptop. The results showed that by using the proposed method and the traditional one, it was obtained that COP actual fluctuates about 3.0 in range from 3.14 to 3.51 and 3.2 to 3.5, respectively. In addition, it was predicted that the using of proposed method in illustrated situation can save time by 2 hours or 80%. It can be considered as a promising solution to determine the COP quickly and easily .
