Abstract
Nowadays, various specific skills are needed in the global work environment. Because of that, many university majors provide specializations within majors. The industrial engineering major in Telkom University has eleven specializations which can be selected by the fourth-year students. The class maximum capacity for each specialization is 45 students. Every academic year, there are some specializations that have registrants more that the class maximum capacity. Therefore, the aim of this study is to create a selection procedure. The methodology used in the selection procedure is profile matching. The matching is done between the students- capacity and the requirements of the specializations. The capacity and the requirements are measured by using seven previous first to third year courses as the criteria. The value of the criteria is measured by the grade index of the seven courses. The gap is identified between the students- grade achievement and the highest grade. This study is limited to two specializations that have 55 and 47 registrants in academic year of 2019/2020. The profile matching calculation is simulated using the data of three students for each specializations. The highest and the lowest match score from the six students are 4.9 and 3.6 (in scale of 5).

Abstract
Workers are an important resource in production activities who produce value-added products for the company. However, workers can also cause losses caused by work errors (human error). Human error has a close relationship with the level of reliability of a worker (human reliability) (Masitoh, et al, 2013). Workers with low level of reliability can cause product defects. The workload received by workers affects the operators performance. PT Wafiq Mitra Teknik has a problem that there is a product defect caused by human error at a milling work station which has three workers with workloads that require a level of precision and complex work. Disability that occurs exceeds the tolerance limit of the companys provisions, namely with an average number of disabilities of 0.012%, while the standard tolerance set is 0.002%. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of operator reliability and mental workload experienced by the operator at the milling work station. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the HEART method to determine the level of reliability of workers and NASA-TLX to determine the mental workload experienced by the operator. The results of the study of mental workload with the NASA-TLX method showed that the operators mental workload had a high category for operator 1 by 78%, while operators 2 and 3 had a very high category of 80% and 82% respectively. The results of measuring the reliability level (Rm) of the operator in carrying out work on the work station milling the 1st respondent has a value of Rm = 0.4350, the second respondent has a value of Rm = 0.3627 and the 3rd respondent has a value of Rm = 0.2005 . The value of Rm <0.5 indicates a low level of reliability. This research proposes improvement of work methods by designing a good standard operating procedure, providing training and supervision (on the job training) to operators and improving work instructions that are good for companies to minimize product defects and operator mental workload. This study provides benefits for the company to determine the level of reliability and workload experienced by the operator, so that the company gives attention and supervision to the operator to be able to improve the operators reliability at work.

Abstract
Indonesia is still struggling to attract investors in developing the solar photovoltaic (PV) project. The government issued the first regulation on solar PV, announced in 2016. A revision on the local tariff regulation is conducted to reduce the rapid development of the solar PV investment. The major revision is made to change the contract scheme from a build-operate-own (BOO) to a build-operate-own-transfer (BOOT) scheme. This paper investigates how the new local tariff will drive investors and developers to invest in solar PV. This analysis is conducted to know the effectiveness of the policy and the risk of PV investment in Indonesia. Local tariff policy regulation targets PV developers to invest in the solar PV system areas. In the local tariff policy, each area has its PV energy tariff determined by the government. This research proposes a method for deciding demand by considering population data in selected regions to calculate the maximum PV demand of each area. The Levelized Cost of Energy LCOE is used to calculate the economic viability of the PV projects in selected areas in Indonesia. The results show that more than half of the selected areas are profitable for the PV project. The average profit of the projects of the selected areas is 3.21 cent USD per kWh. Most of the areas that have high PV demand have lower local tariffs. Therefore, these areas may not be profitable for developers. The new regulation also cuts the revenue significantly due to the new scheme contract.

Abstract : In todays digital era two dominant paradigms running in parallel were first developed in Germany and Japan, namely the industrial 4.0 and the community paradigm 5.0. These two paradigms will provide significant multiple effects on the education system, both content, methodology and learning models. The main problem that will occur is a shift in values, models and technological procedures that occur in extreme and fundamental ways. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 developed a model of an internet-based system (IoT) with various infrastructure approaches, both hardware, and software. Japan addressed the high-level application of revolution 4.0 by developing a community model system 5.0 (Society 5.0). This model gave up most of the management of the system in artificial intelligence autonomously in carrying out executions of various life issues extensively. This condition certainly brings new wisdom to the process of cultural transformation of interfaces between humans and intelligent machines. Technology and vocational education will come into direct contact with these two significant paradigms related to substance, application, and cultural concepts. In this context, especially vocational technology education teachers who play an important role in forming and producing competent graduates need to understand and master the concepts of industrial 4.0 and the phenomenon of society 5.0. Therefore the purpose of writing this article will be to map comprehensively the perceptions of vocational teachers towards the implementation of the industrial era 4.0 and society 5.0 and its output will produce a qualitative model of vocational teacher perceptions. Abstract
CNC Machining Center is a type of CNC machine that can does several processes simultaneously. In some cases, this machine is often single used to make a product through several production stages, from raw material to end product. The reason for using a single machine is to avoid material handling time from one production stage on one machine to the next on another machine. In the case of batch production, the use of a single machine will cause the products flow time to be long which will certainly increase the cost of work in process (WIP) inventory. This research was conducted to reduce the cost of WIP inventory of motorcycle spare parts on the CNC Machining Center. Minimization of WIP inventory cost is done through two steps. Step 1 is to allocate three production stages to three serial CNC Machining Centers. Stage 2 is determining the transfer batch size (10 units) is smaller than the production batch size (50 units). The results of this study indicate that the WIP inventory cost for the use of a single machine is Rp. 2.150,250, while the WIP inventory cost for three serial machines is Rp. 202,100.

Abstract
Under normal operating conditions nuclear facilities have potential release of radioactive substances into water bodies. Radionuclide release to the environment is very complex that it needs to be simplified with a mathematical model approach using Surface Water Modeling Systems (SMS 10.1) that resolves hydrodynamic differential equations by finite element method. In river, pollutant dispersion is strongly influenced by the process of advection and diffusion, where the advection process becomes more dominant. The goal of this research is to model the dispersion of 60Co radionuclides in Cisalak River located around Serpong Nuclear Area. In this research, the simulation is done by the hydrodynamic model simulation using Resources Management Associates (RMA2) module to model the flow and continued using RMA4 to model the dispersion of pollutants. In addition, this research uses discharge values variations for the dry and rainy seasons. The 60Co concentration at the release source is the highest, lowest, and average value in the last three years. The results shown that the dispersion pattern of 60Co concentration along Cisalak River is a function of distance and time. In addition, the concentration of pollutants is strongly influenced by river characteristics and also discharge of the river and effluent.

Abstract
Harmonics are associated with nonlinear loads which draw non-sinusoidal currents even from a sinusoidal voltage source. Harmonics are produced when nonlinear loads are connected to distribution system. Modern harmonic sources consist of power electronics-based home appliances such as computer power supplies, electronic lighting ballasts, and uninterruptible power supplies. Harmonics cause many problems in electrical installations such as overheating, derating, efficiency reduction and reduced functionality. Passive harmonic filters is one of the mitigation scheme for harmonics in power systems. This paper presents a study and design of a single tuned passive harmonics filters to minimize harmonic distortion caused by a harmonic sources. The system has been implemented using ETAP software. The simulation results show that combination of single-tuned filters is an appropriate approach to mitigate the 3rd, 5th, and 7th characteristic harmonics in distribution systems.

Abstract
In recent years, the basis of customer value has moved from physical product offering to product-service system (PSS). PSS is an integrated bundle of physical products and services which aims at creating customer utility and generating value. Previous studies have proposed several methods for PSS design, but there was little attention given to PSS design considering multi-actor. The PSS provider (manufacturer and service provider) and customer usually have different needs. Therefore, PSS should be designed by incorporating the PSS multi-actors. This research proposes a new model of Multi-actor Fuzzy-Quality Function Deployment for designing of PSS with multi-actor. This model is proposed to collect responses from customer, manufacturer and service provider in designing PSS so as to ensure satisfaction of all parties and conflict of interests could be compromised. In order to support the applicability of the PSS model development, new software is developed. This new methodology has been implemented in a furniture manufacturer in Surabaya, Indonesia.
