Abstract
Abstract The association between lack of thyroid hormones and cardiac dysfunction has been well described. We experienced a case of a 44-year-old woman with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) accompanied with long QT secondary to hypothyroidism and hypocalcaemia. Thyroid hormone acts on the myocardium of the heart and peripheral blood vessels. The genomic and non-genomic effects of thyroid hormone are associated with cardiovascular and chemodynamic function. A well documented but mostly overlooked sign in hypothyroidism is the prolongation of the QT interval. Long-QT syndrome, which is characterized by abnormal QT-interval prolongation on the surface ECG and an increased risk of sudden death, usually due to ventricular fibrillation. The mechanism of hypothyroidism on QT prolongation and the occurrence of ventricular tachycardia is unknown and the effect may be idiosyncratic, although coexistent.

Abstract
Cavitation has been one of the critical issues in turbomachinery operation which often causes the reduction of service life of the components. In order to predict the service life, cavitation intensity (CI) needs to be measured accurately. In this paper, several notable developments of techniques to measure CI are reviewed briefly. Those techniques can be classified into two groups, i.e. direct and indirect measurements. For the indirect technique, a method which estimates the impact load of bubble collapse by inverse analysis is particularly elaborated. For the direct technique, a method which utilizes painting technique to quantify the actual CI is specifically presented. The advantages and disadvantages are also comprehensively discussed.

Abstract
Autograder is used to measure source code quality based on blackbox testing. It will compare source code execution result with existing test cases and generate grade based on comparation result. Autograder can be used in college to help lecturer to test students skill in programming. It can be applied in laboratory or online course so students can use it to test their skill. Most of autograder use centralized architecture which it just execute and grade only one request at a time so if students submit their code to test, it will create a long queue and can risk highly to cause timeout because of long queue and unexecuted request. In this paper, we propose to apply distributed architecture for autograder to reduce queue and lower the risk for unexecuted request that can cause error in grading.

Abstract
In this paper a parasitic radiator combination was developed to improve the gain performance and bandwidth of the S-Band frequency microstrip antenna. Previous studies focused on adding one side layer of the parasitic radiator and the same structure, so the idea emerged to develop a microstrip antenna by adding parasitic radiators from the two sides of the antenna radiator layer and the different structure of parasitic structure. In this paper, the design of the parasitic radiator is added by combining the circular parasitic radiator patch on the upper layer of the antenna radiator and the square parasitic radiator patch on the bottom layer of the antenna radiator. This study uses a research and development approach through the calculation of parasitic radiator structure and setting the distance between layers. Simulation and measurement results show that by adding a parasitic combination of radiators with a distance of 0.38 λ at the top layer and 0.15 λ at the bottom layer of the antenna, a better gain and bandwidth performance improvement is compared to the addition of parasitic radiator designs in previous studies.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the capitation payment utilization and expenditure of drug costs in public and private primary health care. This study was a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach in Yogyakarta province, Indonesia. The most prevalent diseases found based on the type of primary health care was pulpitis (12.5%) while in private primary health care was an acute upper respiratory infection (13.5%). Characteristic of patients visited was female (68%), 46-55 age group (17%). The cost used in health services were IDR 16,093 (77%) for patient examination and services and IDR 5,097 (23%) for the drug. There were statistically difference for total cost of three diseases, including hypercholesterolemia (p=0.008); acute upper respiratory infection (p= 0.023); and functional dyspepsia (p= 0.015). The highest drug cost based on diseases was refractory anemia (IDR 18,885). The proportion of drug cost was about 23% of the total capitation fund received by PHCs. Drug costs in the capitation system at the private first level health facilities tend to be higher than in the public facilities. Moreover, it is lower than the international standard suggested by WHO. It is recommended to evaluate the capitation system especially the rational proportion of health expenditure to enhance the quality of care.

Abstract
Along with the development of technology that enters all walks of life including agriculture provides an opportunity for farmers to be able to trade agriculture directly because of the problems that occur in the distribution of agricultural products for quite a long time so that they are directly in hand. Consumers sometimes make farmers quite disadvantaged because they get income that is not comparable if sold directly to consumers (end users). But the limited space and lack of information make it a problem for farmers to sell it directly. E-commerce is one solution to this problem. E-Commerce is a forum that brings together sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions directly using online electronic devices. The software development methodology used is the XP (Extreme Programming) method. The results of this study are in the form of e-commerce applications that can be used as a medium for promotion, communication, information and provide direct benefits to farmers and consumers. The application testing technique using the Black-Box Testing method is Equivalence Partitioning. The results of the study used a user questionnaire that the application had a percentage value of 88.84% included in the excellent category.

Abstract
Brand advocacy ratio is one of the marketing productivity measures that can be applied in various industries. In the present study, the authors examined the role of ecommerce in raising customers brand awareness, encouraging purchase, and promoting the brand of Apple in Asia. This study was conducted through a survey on 30 respondents. It was revealed that Google-s search engine managed to raise the Apple brand awareness to the highest level, namely top-of-mind awareness. In addition, the availability of Apple-s products in marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada was proven to promote sales in Asia. One of its websites www.support.apple.com was proven to increase its brand advocacy ratio because of its comprehensive product information, help service, and information on the nearest Apple-s stores. Abstract
Economic Dispatch (ED) is an important problem in power generation and transmission systems. The main goal of this study is to get generation scheduling with the lowest operating costs as possible to satisfy the load demand. PSO mimics the behavior of individual in a population, which in this case, is the characteristic of six thermal power plants of interconnection system Java-Bali 500 kV. Then, Pareto Archive will provide the solutions for multiarea system. The results obtained from combining the two methods is better than the conventional methods. The more efficient the optimization results, the smaller operating costs will be incurred.

Abstract
This research aim is to propose ecotourism model in Jakarta. This research used survey method to 1077 tourists in Jakarta in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results confirmed that natural basis, conservation, sustainability, local benefits, and awareness are positively associated with ecotourism. The four dimensions including environmental horizon, not destroying environment, loving environments, and respecting environments have positive relations to ecotourism. The other four dimensions involving guaranteeing benefits of flora and fauna, maintaining environmental harmony responsibly, using natural environments not excessively, and not writing off tourism place are positively associated with ecotourism. Results also confirmed that dimensions consisting of preventing negative impact of tourism activities, maintaining environmental balance, natural conservation, and maintaining natural sanctuary are positively related to ecotourism. Other findings confirmed that local society welfare, not destroying local culture, financial benefits to society, and local society characters are positively correlated with ecotourism. Results also found that diminishing environmental destruction, not polluting the environments, not using water excessively, and environmental cleanliness are positively associated with ecotourism. It can be concluded that ecotourism model in this research can be used in Jakarta to conserve the environment.

Abstract
Image is an interesting object. Because image can be processed even manipulated. Image can not be separated from computer. With computer images can be processed so the value increases. Many computer applications can used to process images. Image development is so rapid. But it does not touch children. There are lot of books that can be used as references for children but not yet very interesting ones. By using computer technology image will more quality and beneficial for children. There must be innovation to change the dynamics. Edge detection concept combined with computerized based methods can be a solution. Edge detection can be used to recognize patterns from image. Edge detection can identify the image edge. In this study will be designed edge detection system using laplace operators and convolution techniques. The initial image will be constructed so that a pattern in the form of dots will be formed.

Abstract
Saponification is the chemical reaction process of fatty acids with KOH, KK2CO3, NaOH, and Na2Co3 so as to produce soap with carbonyl salt content. One of the benefits of saponification is creating a product that can produce economic value. This research was conducted using a quantitative method involving 50 respondents from housewives who received material to training related to making body soap. The research location was chosen purposively. The results of the study stated that (a) saponification soap made can be used for the body, but it is not suitable for use as a facial soap. Because, the pH content of the face and the saponification of soap need to be adjusted, including the ingredients suitable for facial skin, (b) further research is needed regarding natural preservatives and skin safe, so that the saponification soap is durable, (c) soap making with saponification techniques that are quite easy to apply, (d) there is a relationship between soap-making education and the high interest in housewife entrepreneurship, and (e) what is needed to increase the entrepreneurial interests of housewives is the practice of packaging products to the distribution chain. Abstract
We study of effecs Al-Cu-Mg/SiCp Metal Matrix Compsite (MMCs) with a matrix composition of 4.4 wt% Cu, 1.8 wt% Mg with SiCp fillers were varied (3.4; 3.7 and 4.0) wt% and the remaining Al. SiCp is mixed into Al-Cu-Mg heated at 900oC, then stir casting is carried out at 250 rpm for 10 minutes. Then cooling are carried out to room temperature. After cold, heat treatment is given and continued testing. The SEM-EDX and XRD test results showed that the increasing SiCp content, the tendency for SiCp and Mg bonds to form the Mg2Si phase increased, making the sample items enlarge and appear more coarse. While the corrosion rate test of increasing SiCp in the Al-Cu-Mg matrix makes Al-Cu-Mg/SiCp samples tend to be more corrosion resistant. The event of declining corrosive properties is due to SiCp particles occupying grain boundary areas replacing O2 (which provides corrosive properties) that are trapped in the sample during the cooling process.
