Abstract
Health benefits become the main reason for the non-Muslim consumers to consume halal food. However, the non-Muslim consumers perceive that the Islamic slaughtering method is inhumane, at the same time. As a result, inconclusive findings are identified within the literatures leading to the need to address the gap of empirical evidence for the knowledge of the non-Muslim consumers towards halal food purchase intention. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the relationship of Halal Food Knowledge (HFK), attitude (ATT) and purchase intention (PI) amongst non-Muslim consumers in Malaysia. The theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Hierarchy of Effect (HOE) Model are used as the basis of the relationship. This study applies the quantitative research methodology and collects the purchase intention data by questionnaire distribution. Data were collected from 315 non-Muslim consumers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor through self-administered questionnaire. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for data analysis and screening. Subsequently, Structural Equation Modelling with Smart PLS was adopted to validate the model of this study. The findings of this study reveals that attitude significantly mediates the relationship between halal food knowledge and purchase intention. The significant mediating role of attitude suggests that both health and animal-friendly attributes of halal food are aligned with non-Muslim consumers- motives on food consumption. Based on the findings, emphasizing on both attributes as informational elements would result in a positive attitude and, in turn, increase the Malaysian non-Muslim consumers- halal food purchase intention.

Abstract
Scheduling is one of the ways used by a company to optimize a series of tasks that must be done. The sequence of work done does not have to be in accordance with the work that must be done by the work post; there are several ways that can be used as a reference in ordering work scheduling. Delays in one work post can result in a delay in the completion of the entire product that must be completed. There are four types of sequencing methods commonly used including: FCFS (First Come First Serve), EDD (Earliest Due Date), SPT (Shortest Processing Time) and LPT (Longest Processing Time). This study aims to determine the effect of treatment differentiation method/work order method on the Mean tardiness in completing work in the industry event organizer by using four methods in a simulation. The sample in this study was 200 business events or MICE held during the last two years by event organizers in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the different types of events held by event organizers require the application of different methods of sequencing work scheduling to produce minimum Mean Tardiness.

Abstract
SATISFACTION MODEL IN INLAND TRANSPORTATION PROVISION FOR AN AIRPOT, THE CASE OF SOEKARNO HATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, JAKARTA Adi Nurmahdi Universitas Mercu Buana adi.nurmahdi@mercubuana.ac.id PROCEEDING To support tourism sector in Indonesia reliable high quality mobilities provision has been playing more important roles for the sake of the domestic customers as well as the tourists form overseas, as many as 67 millions people trvelling through the main gate of Indonesia at the end of 2018. While the conventional bus services serving to and from Soekarno Hatta Airport is predominantly occupied by state-owned conventional Damri shuttle bus, nowadays intense competition namely by taxi both online and non-online has caused severe competition among the inland transportation operators. With the objective, among other, to find out satisfaction level among passengers while travelling to and from the airport, this study was carried out to focus on objective to find out factors which have affected customers satisfaction in using inland transport. Some operators can serve better services than the others, differentiating in quality services has been one of their motions, though price matters and reflects truly the quality. Damri has been threatened by the existence of the online taxi competitors apart from conventional taxi services such as Blue Bird which now also introduced online booking to its fleets and Express taxi. The opening of airport railway services by the Government since August 2017 can also endanger Damri-s leadership position at the route. The phenomenal Gojek which also offers Go-Car, and Grab have played important roles in Damri-s dominance. Operators were worried that the advancement of online taxis could make intense rivalry among themselves. To combat the market Damri also has started selling its tickets online though it is in introductory stage in its life cycle. Survival of the thick market for inland transport providers are the industry-s main concern, while the Indonesian economy is prospering despite supporting infrastructure to the airport is limited, it is predicted that the demand for the inland transport would keep growing. Thus, research on customer information on insight to satisfaction is needed by many operators. Practical and exploratory research by conducting interviews through surveys which measures customers- perception and focus on overall service quality applied in this research. A non-probability, purposive sampling, with total of 185 inland transport customers who regularly use the inland transportation modes, at least once a month over the last six months withdrawn. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis which measures the relationship between customer perception and priority on increasing product or service quality compared to their expected satisfaction measured, with analysis using SPSS 26. IPA combines the measurements of importance (degree of care) and performance (degree of satisfaction) in two dimensions which enable easy interpretation. It was found that CSI index scored 70.05 which means customers were moderately satisfied. This research concluded that even CSI result was fairly achieved and at satisfactory level, to be able to sustain market existence and moreover dominance operators must maintain at least 80 CSI index, high satisfaction point index, thus formulating new strategies and tactical strategies needed. Among the major tasks for the operators have been to be able to increase reliability and responsiveness rates of personnel, apart from upgrading the physical look and condition of the fleets. Regular customer excellence trainings needed to boost the customer index since personnel plays important key in services, while keeping up with the digital invention and implementing it in their srvices also immensely important, such as by providing WiFi fleets, and easy access to booking and canceling. Other staretgy included offering differentiated products with more attractive incentives to customers such as existence of loyalty programs and points reward are most desired, apart operational mode enhancement whereby all fleets would become more advance with reliable personnel and ability in delivering high quality services, and punctuality would be the keys to be able to triumph in the market. Abstract
Abstract: The prospect of MICE industry in Banten Province is currently increasing rapidly, along with economic growth, advancing infrastructure and technology, business development and emergence of the largest exhibition venue in Southeast Asia "Indonesia Convention Exhibition" (ICE) that enables investors and event organizers to hold exhibitions or meeting. MICE industry players, especially ICE, still experience difficulties in finding competent employees in MICE field. Therefore this study aims to identify the competencies of human resources needed by MICE industry and factors that trigger obstacles and causes of lack of competent human resources, so that MICE industry players can get qualified and skilled workforce. This research method uses the literature study with descriptive and explorative approaches and observations of the author. It can be concluded that short of human resources for MICE is due to small number of state and private universities in Banten that provide MICE majors, low socialization and participation of Banten Provincial Government in promoting MICE to secondary schools so that students interest in learning MICE is low. This dilemma can be overcome if Regional Government plays an active role and cooperates with educational institutions or universities to facilitate MICE majors, intensify trainings and certify employees based on competency standards.

Abstract
Performance-based budgeting on the local government focuses on achieving public sector performance that is not only assessed from its financial aspects such as ratios and budget realization, but also includes non-financial aspects such as the use of performance indicators and assessment of community satisfaction levels. One of them is budget ratcheting. This study aims to determine the effect of the budget ratcheting on performance of the local government of Baubau City in terms of financial and non-financial aspects. The population was the local government of Baubau City that published financial statements from 2014 to 2016 and sampling method was through judgment sampling, namely the selection of samples with consideration of convenience. Data collection was done through direct observation and nonparticipant observation. This study uses descriptive and inferential analysis. The results indicate that Correlation Coefficient (R) was obtained at 0.871 meaning there is a correlation between budget ratcheting on the performance. It was due to increase in the planned budget and expenditure based on the realization of the costs obtained in the budget and expenditure in the previous period. Thus, the local government performance of Baubau City during 2014 to 2016 from the financial and non-financial sectors showed good conditions.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between enterprise risk management (ERM) and sustainability reporting quality on firm-s performance. This study argues that ERM is a risk management that focus on internal risk. On the other hand, companies need to also manage risks that arise from externals such as social and environmental risks. Sustainability activities as reported in sustainability report are one of the ways for companies to manage such risks. This study uses 695 observations from 305 nonfinancial listed companies in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines during 2013-2018. Enterprise risk management measured by content analysis from risk management disclosure on annual report and sustainability reporting quality measured by scoring based on GRI-s database. Data were collected and analyzed using least square regression model. The result shows that enterprise risk management and sustainability reporting quality have positive effect on ROA. This evidence implies for company management that awareness of risk management and sustainability is needed to meet stakeholder expectations through improved performance. In addition, regulators also need to develop regulations related to sustainability for listed companies.
