Abstract
Good personal hygiene and food safety practices are crucial in foodservice establishments. It should guarantee the food is safe to be eaten by the consumers. However, food poisoning cases are still arising from time to time. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practices of food safety among food-handlers. A quantitative method is applied in this study involving 140 food-handlers. The results showed that respondents do possess the right attitude; however, there are some vital aspects of food safety that still can be improvised. In addition, the respondents were reported to have good knowledge of food handling. In terms of practice, the respondents do practice the important aspects of food safety and hygiene, but still, there are some of them that are being neglected. Hence, the outcomes of this study may perhaps increase the awareness of food-handlers regarding the importance of hygiene in food premises.

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the most suitable coconut milk concentration in ‘Masak Lemak Cili Api- gravy and to differentiate fresh coconut milk and convenience coconut milk used in the pertaining dish. Sensory evaluation was carried out using nine (9) likert point hedonic scale to determine the respondent-s acceptability towards the dishes. The sensory result showed the convenience coconut milk has the same standard as a fresh coconut milk in this dish. The respondents were found could not differentiate between fresh coconut milk and convenience coconut milk used in Masak Lemak Cili Api

Abstract
GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, AND BONDHOLDER-SHAREHOLDER CONFLIC : THE CASE OF IMPLEMENTATION ACCOUNTING CONSERVATISM FOR MINING COMPANY. Waluyo ABSTRACT The application of the Accounting Conservartism Principle in various companies can have a different opinion. The application of this principle is considered able to result Financial Statements not being used as a tool to evaluate the companys risk. But other parties stated otherwise that the application of the Accounting Conservatism Principle can generate reasonable financial reports and provide relevance of Financial Information. The Objective of this study is to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Bondholder-Shareholder Conflict against company accounting conservatism. Analysis of accounting conservatism done using quantitative methods and data testing is done with the classical assumption and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression model. The level of accounting conservatism measured by the value of accruals and the market value. The sample was a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The results of the research show that each company doing the accounting conservatism with different levels. In accrual accounting managerial ownership affects conservatism, it is different from the approach in which the market value of managerial ownership did not affect the significance of the accounting conservatism. Institutional ownership does not affect accounting conservatism when measured accrual, but has the effect of market value when measured. The presence of independent directors when measured accrual as well as market value, is able to influence the level of accounting conservatism.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify opportunities and challenges of the Indonesian economy with halal food as a gastronomy Tourism strategy. This study is a qualitative study using secondary data. The study found that the majority of Muslim population in Indonesia is considered as the opportunities for increasing the Indonesian economy through halal food as gastronomy tourism strategy. Moreover, non-Muslims who consumed halal food are indicated by the content of halal food that are healthy, clean and completed with quality. Global market competitions are challenges to be faced by Indonesia in improving the country-s economy, not only local food to be considered as halal food in Indonesia, however, a variety of foods from other countries that have been certified as halal also found in Indonesia.

Abstract
Schermerhorn, Hunt and Osborn (2008) said that company performance determined by the human resources/human capital. Human capital runs the company, creates innovation and improvement in order to achieve the companys goals such as operational excellence, incremental profitability and cost effectiveness. Konopaske, Ivancevic and Matteson (2014), Schermerhorn, Hunt and Osborn (2008), Robbin and Coulter (2010) said that company performance can be influenced by employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research use primary data and census method to ask 173 state owned firm employees, by questionnaire with Likert scale. Data processed using Structural Equations Method (SEM) with Smart PLS data analysis. This research-s finding job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational performance. Motivation has no effect on organizational performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect and significant on organizational performance. By considering OCB, job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment will be able to improve organizational performance

Abstract
This research aims to prove empirically whether applying maqashid sharia and the maximal role of the sariah supervisory board on sharia operations can lead to positive profit growth in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The performance of maqashid sharia is measured using the Maqashid Shariah Index (MSI) while the sharia supervisory board is measured using the number of sharia supervisory boards. This study uses a purposive sampling method, in order to obtain eleven Islamic banks registered. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of this research found that applying of maqashid sharia and the maximal role of the sharia supervisory board could lead to positive profit growth in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract
This paper aims lightness the role of Pesantren in human resources development for student. Otherwise, many students was looking for occupation to progressively of life. This is a problems for the future. For that, Pesantren as a alternative education, also have the role of developing country, is conducted human resources on entrepreneurship program. This article is a filed research as using qualitative approaches. The data was collecting trough documentation, observation, and interview methods. Based on field, we are based training for human resources improvement. It is a program which mindset student change for improving economic community. Furthermore, the strategy of human resources development have been conducting many activities e.i. making detergent, cooks beard, water, and so on. Meanwhile, the product was commercialism in Toko Kita al-Mumtaz.

Abstract
Human is created by the God as perfect creature and granted with high standing and prestige better that the other creatures and apart of them is materialized by human right. The materialization of human right must be in line with execution of the obligation and responsibility applied universally. In Al-Qur-an-s perspective, man and women are equal and have the same position except their belief and fear of God. Women have many potential in improving the quality of their life and showing the directions and chances for social, economic, politic, and personal developments. Many human-s quality in supporting a positivelife being should be promoted personally by women and men. However, many beliefs and attitudes in the society about women are affected by myths and stereotypes. In this case, the effect of social and cultural beliefs which hinder the women development and status can be changed. Therefore, the appropriate formulation of women empowerment for gender gap is necessary in order to promote the equality of men and women in the law and society as the only distinctions is the their fear of God.

Abstract
Awareness of muslims as a people the majority of the population to behave in islamic is one reason the development of syariah banking in indonesia. Significantly, in defending its existence, islamic banking industry continued to innovation for shariah products, in accordance with society development one of the Islamic banking products is ijarah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik. The ijarah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik contract is one of the relatively new contracts, because it combines several types of contracts in a contract. For some of these reasons, the authors are interested in discussing more about the legal aspects of the ijarah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik and how they are practiced in Islamic finance institutions. The research method used is a qualitative method with a type of normative juridical research. The conclusion obtained is that the contract of the ijarah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik which is a lease agreement that ends with ownership is permissible in Islam. This was confirmed by the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 27 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning the Ijarah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik. Even in practice, there have been several rules from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority which specifically regulate the implementation of the ijarah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik contract.

The purpose of the research is to find out the Master of Law Program strategy of the Islamic University of Indonesia in facing the global market. This research is field research (field research) that is qualitative, taking the background of the Islamic University of Indonesia. The approach used is qualitative. The subjects of this study were the chair of the postgraduate law at the Islamic University of Indonesia, deputy chair of the postgraduate law at the Islamic University of Indonesia, lecturer at the postgraduate law at the Islamic University of Indonesia. While the object of his research is related to the Strategy of the Indonesian Islamic University in Facing the Global Market. Data collection finished by holding observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Strategy of the Indonesian Islamic University in dealing with the Global market had carried out well.

Abstract
SME performance is a desired outcome and expected by SMES for its business continuity. One of them is on the business of culinary field, where the culinary business in the area of North Bandung is now growing. One of the causes that influence the performance of SMES is entrepreneurship and partnership competence. This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship competence and partnerships with SMES performance. Models used use partial least square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The population and samples in this study were 75 small business actors in the area of North Bandung. The results of the study showed that respondents responses to competencies, partnerships and performance were in high category while competence had a greater influence on performance through partnerships.

Abstract
The quality of human resources becomes the main thing in the employment system in a goverment or private organization. Demands from the community for better services, forced various relevant government agencies to continue to reform by improving the performance of its employees. Regarding this problem, researchers are interested in further studying the performance of employees at the Tanggamus Regency Government Secretariat Office in providing services to the community and employee performance. This research is a field research with quantitative methods, data collection using a questionnaire with 49 respondents and using multiple linear regression test. The results showed, simultaneously Leadership Style and Work Orientation significantly positive effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract
High quality civil servants are an important asset to success organizations and countries. The nature of trust, transparency, responsibility and serving in the public interest is the essence of integrity and ethical terms. In other words, integrity and ethics in work and organization involve good actions done in the work and all of these have a strong connection with religious teachings and responsibilities as human beings. The lack of integrity among civil servants will result in administrative malfunction and corruption misconduct within the organization. Hence, the practice and understanding of integrity and ethics is essential implemented. Integrity and a good sense of identity need to be in every human being. This is because lack of integrity in an organization can cause many problems such as wastages, injuries, less productivity, illness and corruption. From integrity in workplace, employers, employees and leaders can get benefit in workplace. Every individual can work in harmony and enthusiasm. This indirectly increases productivity and fosters the spirit of mutual cooperation and integrity amongst one another.

Abstract
This research aim to improve understanding of gender roles through the role playing method in RA B Az Zahra Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. This research was conducted in children group A 4-5 years, amounting to 20 children. This research is an action research with Kemmis and Taggart models consisting of 4 stages, namely (plan, action, observation and reflection). This study consisted of 2 cycles. Data collection techniques are using observation, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative.The results showed that there was an increase in understanding the role of sex through the role playing method with the results of research showed that the average pre-cycle value 38.50%, first cycle 70.50% and second cycles 89.33%.

Abstract
The capital market is one indicator of a countrys economic growth. But in its development, capital market institutions in general, have several legal problems, especially the existence of gharar elements that are strong enough in their activities. As an effort to overcome this, the Islamic capital market institution was established. Therefore, this article aims to assess the operation of the Islamic capital market, whether it has been able to definitively eliminate the element of gharar in practice in the field, as well as how the mechanism is carried out for this purpose. This article is a normative juridical study using a historical and philosophical approach. From the study conducted, it can be concluded that the establishment of the Islamic capital market has shown significant efforts in removing the element of gharar in its operations.

Abstract
Abstract. This study examines the effect of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) disclosures on asset optimization as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). This relationship is examined based on Simple Linier Regression analysis of eleven Sharia Commercial Banks annual reports in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2015-2017. This study also provides evidences that Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility activities communicated in corporate annual reports are significantly related to the Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract
The Islamic education has a strategic role in modern life. One of its goal is to create people (students) in order to be a good personality and character. The point is that the Islamic education at school has to develop student-s cognitive, affective and psychomotoric aspects. By implementating the government-s needed, society and stakeholders have to have a good political will. The expected goal on Islamic education (national) is to establish strong and responsibility among young generations (milenials). The fact that the goals reached today is way too far from expected as a good worker or even it says as jobless generation. One of biggest goal on the Islamic education is to be a way of life which then to guide them ever since their birth to end life. It which also used to grow and develop their ability and quality as a human being.

Abstract
The indigenous court existence in Indonesian indigenous society is still recognized as an effort in resolving problems against indigenous violations and crime. The social regulations governing the conduct and order of Indonesian people are reflected in the provisions of Indigenous Law, as well as the criminal law provisions in Indigenous Criminal Law. Indigenous peoples use norms which very close to daily reality life (the living law) and found on various generations. This research aims to resolve the problem of Islamic Law as the basis for the formulation of indigenous court policies in the Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) Institution of Minangkabau Community in West Sumatra. The study was conducted in Padang, West Sumatra. The method used is the socio-legal approach. The study location is the KAN Minangkabau Community Institution in Padang, West Sumatra. The results showed Islamic law as the basis for policy formulation of the indigenous court of KAN Institution.

Abstract
The Islamic-Based Research Methodology is defined as a method of research that combines theology and the teachings of aqli; the nazari knowledge and the naqli; and combines epistemology and Islamic tasawwur. Hence, what is Islamic-based research methodology? How Islamic research methodology can be used in development studies? This paper will answer previous questions through two objectives. First, to identify the Islamic-based research methodology. Second, to analyze the used of Islamic-based research methodology for development Studies. To achieve these objectives documentary research is used in data collection method the data will be analyses by using content analysis. The results of this study show that there is various Islamic study which can be developed as Islamic based research methodology in three main areas of Islamic research methodology which is research design, data collection method and data analysis method. All of these are found to be suitable for use in development studies.

Abstract
Kuntara Raja Niti is a custom book that became a reference for the customs of Lampung. mentioned in this manuscript that Kuntara Raja Niti is the book of the law in force in three regions, namely Majapahit, Padjadjaran, and Lampung. This book contains various clues to life for supporters of Lampung culture. Islam was entered to Lampung around the 15th century through the three main doors. From the three entrances of Islam, the most influential over the southbound lanes. The symbols of Islamic teachings in the Book of Kuntara Raja Niti is containing moral norms rooted in the teachings of Islam. Lampung sociaty have the nature piil-pusanggiri, juluk-adok, nemui-nyimah, nengah-nyampur, sakai-sambaian. Wedding ceremonies, funerals, estate division, Bucokokh (Shave/Akikah), and circumcision ceremonies. all these qualities are the foundation of Islam.

Abstract
Abstrak This article aims to discuss the discourse of Islamization of science, not in the historical sense, but the development of a research program. Islamization is projected to build Islamic science in accordance with the lives of Muslims; requires tangible scientific or technological products. Therefore, the methodology of the Islamic scientific research program is an urgent need today. So that, efforts to find the methodology for Islamic research programs continue to be pursued; including by Adi Setia and Mohamad Muslih by borrowing the theory of the Methodology of Scientific Research Programes Imre Lakatos (w.1974); despite succeeding in stringing the steps of Islamization; but the application has not been successful in a concrete simulation. Therefore, this paper is concerned with simulating the Lakatosian Islamic science research program towards Islamization in the economic field, namely the meaning of welfare. This research a library and qualitative research; data were analyzed by contain interpretation, and critical analysis. As a finding, the Lakatosian Islamic science program was successfully simulated in the Islamization of the meaning of welfare. The implication is to strengthen the Lakatosian Islamic scientific research program as a method of research programs at Islamic Universities.

Abstract
Leader credibility is the perception of the source of the ability and readiness to influence others to achieve the desired goals. The process of influencing to achieve goals is a leader who is able to form a clear and rational vision oriented towards the future. Leaders who have credibility are respected by many people, have influence and contribution in solving problems. Also, the leader will maximize all its potential to create a clean and authoritative government that is free from corruption practices. The success will be continuously socialized both individually and in a mass that gave birth to changes in the behavior of people who are anti-corruption. The presence of a leader like this is very expected, because he is a figure who accelerates efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption practices. Leader credibility is needed, because the basic philosophy is claimed to be someone who will give better enlightenment in life. The leader will optimize his role in developing a national strategy in combating corruption. In the short and long term eradication is to create a government that is clean from corruption practices. The inherent credibility of the leader will always have a high commitment in carrying out his leadership in anti-corruption, transparency, and responsibility, working in accordance with his duties, functions, and authority.

Abstract
Leadership is an important aspect that must be managed well by the company in carrying out its business activities. The development of small business in Banjar City is very fast today. Type of research conducted is qualitative research. The population in this research is the all-perpetrators of food and beverage SMES in Banjar City. Sampling is done using judgement sampling. The number of samples set in this study was 50 respondents of SME actors food and beverage in Banjar city. Based on the results and discussion that has been done by researchers can be concluded that the perpetrator of SMES food and beverage in its business activities should pay attention to the aspects of the leadership in conducting their business in addition to the business of SMES Food and beverage also to complement the various completeness of the business license and its legality

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, independence, motivation, competence and religiosity on auditor performance (Case study at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Religion). The samples used in this study were 282 inspectorates which were collected using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis test used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the assistance of AMOS 21 software. The results of hypothesis test revealed that leadership style had a positive effect on auditor performance. Independence had a significant positive effect on auditor performance. Motivation had a positive effect on auditor performance. Competence had a positive effect on auditor performance. Religiosity had a positive effect on auditor performance. The results of this study can be used as study material for improving the performance of auditors of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract
The disharmonization the rule of law with the practice of waqf money is the main reason for renewing the waqf law. This research is analyzes and finding the reasons why must be carried legal reform of the implementation of money waqf and what is the concept of legal renewal? The benefits of research can provide ideas for the government in implementing legal policies of legal waqf money in Indonesia. Research includes socio-legal research, the method is empirical juridical approach. The results of his research is that the reason for the renewal of waqf money law because there are legal problems, among others; misunderstanding in money waqf, low money awareness, misscoordination between money waqf institutions (LKS-PWU, Nadzir, BWI), legality of money waqf in LKS-PWU is still in doubt, and lack of government attention in socializing waqf legal rules. Renewal of money waqf law according to the legal system theory approach, namely; legal structure, including; LKS-PWU carries out an open access strategy, fosters public trust in LKS-PWU, forms BWI professionals with integrated management, synergic cooperation between waqf money institutions. Legal substantion, including; a legal regulation was established which explained that the LKS-PWU as well as nadzir, LKS-PWU completed the waqf application form that had witness signatures and nadzir. Legal culture, including; socialization and legal empowerment of the implementation of money waqf for the community.

Abstract
Umrah Worship Umrah is one of the activities of Worship in Islam. This service is carried out by performing several rituals of worship in the holy city of Mecca, especially in the Grand Mosque. Umrah is performing tawaf in the Kaaba and sai between Shofa and Marwah, after wearing the Ihram taken from miqat. Contrary to this, there are several things that cause problems, such as the cancellation of the pilgrimage that can occur because of visa problems that do not come out. However, the departure cancellations that occur by some travels, occur because of the error factor of travel, in this case it will be very detrimental to the pilgrims as consumers of travel service users. The results of this study provide an answer that in the settlement of disputes in the event of cancellation of the departure of the Umrah, the complaint is to the Ministry of Religion which will be the mediator between the pilgrims and the Umrah Pilgrimage Company and if not finished can file a lawsuit to the local District Court.

Abstract
The purpose of this study, first: to describe the characteristics of the character education curriculum planning, sccond: to describe the characteristics of the organization of learning the characters, and third to describe the characteristics of the monitoring and evaluation of character education curriculum. This study is a qualitative study using an ethnographic approach. The place of research in MI Al Fatah Al Muhajirun Natar Lampung Selatan Indonesia. Informant research principals and teachers. Collecting data using observations, interviews and documentation. Data validity is tested by triangulation. Analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are: first: Being in the form of KTSP planning, combined with local cultural wisdom. Scond: span the hierarchy of character education materials in eight of love, namely: the love of God and the Apostle; the love of parents/teachers; the love each other, the love of excellence; self-love; a love of science and technology; the love the natural surroundings, and the love of the nation and the state. Teachers use a contextual approach and applicable to children. Each end of the week, childrens achievement and character development in the book recorded monitor character, and third: routine evaluation conducted by the principal, the monthly reporting activities in the form of character education accountability report.
